    Hey Cassey! I love your workouts and I even have your Hot Body All Year Round book! I’m 5’10 and pretty lean and skinny but I wanna get toned so here I am! When I’m doing the mermaid leg lift, should my knee be hurting as well? I’m keeping my leg perpendicular to my body but my knee and hip are hurting! Maybe it’s just muscle gain?
