Why do so many inner thigh moves hurt my knees, in any inner thigh workout video? Am I doing something wrong?
I have the same question! Why do my knees hurt — do I just need to strengthen them? (Generally, I do not have any medical issues with my knees.) Thanks!
This might be a difficult question to answer, but how do you twist your leg around with the heel towards the ceiling in the last couple of moves? Any links or suggestions would be appreciated.
Idk why but when i do the flexed thing my hip bone hurts really bad and i just can’t bring my leg up
