I usually love your workouts, but this was a nightmare. It put so much stress on my neck. And the “lift from your chest” thing really only does so much. I really like when you mix things up, honestly.
I agree. No matter how much I focus on lifting my chest, my neck feels strained after a while even though im not using it at all.

This was a weird one…for the first time, I didn’t feel the pain while doing it! I think I’m getting stronger. I feel the pain now though hehe 😀
