Hey POPsters!

I wonder how many of you are battling feelings of sadness versus pure joy over the fact that this is the last POP HIIT printable of the month that I get to torture you with for a while. OH!! And guess what? 5th and last pair of Nike Free Runs will be given away THIS WEEK! All you need to do is follow the instructions RIGHT HERE. <— Just click and when you get to Facebook just click “share”!

This workout is very fun and many of them can be done without any equipment! If you don’t have weights then use waterbottles!! Otherwise, that’s the only equipment you’ll need. I really like a lot of these moves – they look great and really stretch you out like the rainbow butt! And marching punch…oh boy. Marching punch. You will understand…

As for cardio! Gym goers, give me 1 mile on the treadmill! My homies, you get to do Bikini Blaster 1! Yup.

    I love Cassey! she literally has everything on her videos everything! and so extremely effective! each video well informed and thorough! love how it feels like she is right there working out with you! so blessed to have found her! and not necessary to go to gym no excuses and none needed! bc even if you are feeling lazy tired or in a not so good mood watch anyone of her videos and her amazing personality and caring vibe and determination gets you right back to where you need to be! Love you Cassey thank you millions for all that you do!!! 🙂

    I just went through and did all of these for the strength portion of my half marathon training over the past four weeks. By far my favorite favorite thing to ever come from Blogilates. Every one was challenging, but not impossible to finish and my overall strength and leg endurance has seen improvement.

    Thank you for all you do, Cassey. You’re the reason I am where I am today in my fitness journey! I know you get requests all the time, but I think that this summer you should do another POP HIIT series just like this one to really challenge your followers and push us to keep working hard!

    You are a wonderful inspiration! Do a meet-up in the Illinois/Wisconsin area so I can finally meet one of my heroes!

    Hello Cassey!

    Is it healthy to count your calories? I feel like I’m in diet jail. I’ve counted my calories for a month and I can’t tell if it’s doing me good or bad. Can you still keep a good sense of what you eat without the math? And can you eat as many fruits and vegetables you want without worry? Thanks so much! Love you <3

    I LOVED this months calendar! I found the pop HIITs or all cardio days to be super duper effective and fun! Gotta love that sweat dripping!     I absolutely love these POP HIIT routines!! Although, I’m really out of shape. When I do them I can only do one set or I have to alter the reps of each set so I can do all three. I would really like your advice on what you would recommend altering so I still get an awesome workout. Thank you!

      Are you from the future? 3 days past?! I’m excited for August calendar too but we’ve got to be patient! 🙂 I’m changing things up and having my rest day on the 1st of August, that way I don’t need to worry about the new calendar not being up I’m time for my workout. Banana pancake time!

    I would give this a 7 or an 8. And as for my favorite Pop Hiit this month- I would say 7 even though I don’t like burpees because it was so simple and I was actually sore the next day.

      I am really going to miss these printables: I love hiit and the equal cardio and strength training that it provides far more than the pure toning but rarely heartrate-rising pilates. These circuit training/bootcamp workouts are perfect to make sure we get enough cardio in through awesome strengthening moves; sometimes I wonder if we are during a less cardio oriented calendar.

    A 10! Super super super hard for me!
    I was dying everytime at the rainbow butts because of the marching punch, what a killer!
    And I did the leg lifts without any weights because I tried to do it once and I almost die (my super weak lower abs hate me).
    These workouts are awesome and also very useful for when the internet doesn’t work and I hope we’ll do more 😀

    Those marching punches were CRAAAAZY. I am officially a POP HIIT ADDICT. Doing POP HIITS 3x/ week (or 2x/week + 1 cross train session) and running on the treadmill 2x/ week has made me STRONGER THAN EVER. Also, I am playing the best tennis of my life!
    Thank you SO MUCH for sharing these videos/ printables with us. I’ve already made up a calendar for the first couple months of grad school incorporating your POP HIITS + some other great workouts from other health/ fitness bloggers! Like you posted once, “fitness is like marriage — you can’t cheat on it and expect it to work” — MY 2013 MANTRA!

    I’d have to rate this one a 7 or 8. Definitely my absolute favorite POP HIIT!!!! My first one for late night workout ;). The video helped so much. Save the best for last, right? LOL

    The Pop HIIT was easy, the hardest moves were the split lunge into squat and then the criss cross squats, they needed the most endurance for me. I give the HIIT alone a 6, but the Bikini Blaster made it like a 7.5!
    I love these printables Cassey! Bringing these back in the future would be a blast!! You push me past my limits, which makes these so amazing! Love you!! <3

    Omg this was a killer! I took a nice cold shower afterwards :)! Definitely a 10 because I really felt my body burning up and almost took a sweat shower! (yuck!) But, like Cassey says, sore today, strong tomorrow! And I’m kinda sad because this is the last printable…

    Of all the POP HIITS I did this month, I think this one was my favorite, even though I nearly died! I will give it an 8. At first I thought it was going to be easy, but by the end…my heart was beating SO hard.

    So, I just finished the beginner’s calendar and figured I’d do the last 3 days of July. I did this one. I did all three sets on the printable and I walked/jogged/ran 1 mile on the treadmill. Is that okay for the day? Or should I do the bikini blaster video too? I feel guilty not doing it. But I am tired out! Especially if we are supposed to do the bikini blaster 4x after running a mile…Help! Thanks!

      Treadmill was for people who have access to one. That is your cardio blast. The Bikini Blaster is the cardio blast for people who don’t. So youre fine! And Bikini Blaster 1 just had to be done once, not four times.. that would be insanity!

      So don’t feel guilty, you did good 🙂

    LOVED LOVED LOVED THIS WORKOUT!! The criss-cross squats were my favorite move- they killed my quads but were really fun to do if you had the right music playing. I would say this was probably a 5, the only move I had trouble with was the side-plank rotator. Thank you Cassey, you are the best!

    I really enjoyed this workout! The side-plank rotator, and rainbow butts were fun new moves! The marching punch also had me smiling all the way through at myself in the mirror.. hehe 🙂 And even though I hateee split squats, I feel so great doing them because a few months ago I couldnt do them at all! (I dunno, I’m kinda jumping impaired- my current goal is to accomplish a knee crazy!)

    Anywho it wasn’t too killer, but of course not easy either! The POP HIIT was maybe a 7, but add on the Bikini Blaster and I give it an 8 🙂
    Thanks again Cassey! Was great to get this in before I went to bed (now 10pm in Finland)

    P.S. In Cassey’s videos with knee crazies she suggests if it’s too hard to just do knee-up-downs.. but does anyone have another alternative move that might help me get closer to my knee crazy goal? The knee-up-downs feel too easy. Thanks!

      When the videos say to repeat x number of times, it means if that is the only video you are doing for your hour long workout that day. If a video is part of another workout involving a printable or other videos, you only need to do it once unless otherwise specified by Cassey 🙂

    I’ll be SAD! I almost never use my cheapo gym membership and now that I get to go twice a week I feel like I’m not wasting my money. HA. It’s also a nice change from working in my super tiny and dark apartment. I also love the cardio blasts on teh machines. They’re so much fun and I work up an insane amount of sweat and I feel like i’m going to fall my face all the time. It’s awesome!
