Ahhhh it is May! We’ve got Cinco de Mayo, Mother’s Day and Memorial Day this month! Whoa…and just realized that they all start with M’s like May. Never realized that.

Anyway!

This month you’ve got the following focuses:

  1. SUNDAY: Strong Arms
  2. MONDAY: Booty Lift
  3. TUESDAY: Sweat It Out
  4. WEDNESDAY: Uh-Oh Obliques
  5. THURSDAY: Total Body Pump
  6. FRIDAY: Relax & Recover
  7. SATURDAY: Lean Legs

Make sure you check off each video as you go. And really take your Fridays to rest and relax. Your body needs it!

    I just finished this challenge! There were a few days I didn’t quite make, so my “rest days” were a little erratic. But I feel better and stronger than I have in a long time :) I think I will repeat the last two weeks and then see if I’m ready for the regular calendars!

    Hello Cassey,

    I follow your beginner workout videos since a long time. I’m not good in doing this regularly, but every time I start doing exercise with you, I fell great.

    I am underweight and feel terrible about this. I tried everything , went to psychotherapist, nutrician, dietitian etc.. at the end I came to a point that I just have to accept that I am underweight and can eat whenever/ whatever I like. Your workouts are not heavy, so I can easily follow them. Now I eat much better and I hope to build muscles sometime soon.

    Please share exercise and food tipps for underweight people <3

    You could try to do it on your fists, this releases some tention from your wrists. Or you could try it while putting some bondage around them and then do it on your fists. Otherwise you’d have to do it on the elbows I guess.

    It’s best to do them all in a row. The best time to work out just depends on you. You can do it to jumpstart your day, or if you have more time and energy later in the day, you can do it then.

    I feel some of these are way too hard for beginners. I am on week 4 now, but the first video I could barely do any of the moves decently or long enough. Especially as I struggle with my wrists and with too flexible joints.

    Imagine you have an orange under your chin and try to crunch from the upper abs, not crane forward with your neck! You can also support your neck by clasping your hands behind your neck.

    Why there isn’t a video for each day as earlier like for beginners.every day is a link and you can easy click on it so you dont have to waste time to find moves in youtube.:( I think it is very good thing that it is possible to click for every day.

    Love these workouts, but recently the calendar only shows Sunday-Friday on my iPhone, and won’t let me scroll over to Saturday. Does anyone know how to fix this?

  • I usually use the clickable digital work out calendar and it has always worked for me until this month. I dont know why but this month shows blank days and some days with mismatched workouts and other days of the month dont show up at all. I’m using the printable one because of this glitch. I’m hoping it will be fixed for next months.

    Hi Cassey, when I clicked on the calendar for a high resolution version, it leads me to the April calendar. Wrong link perhaps?

      Yeah looks like the link is just the wrong one. The text below that says ‘click to download hi res calendar’ takes you to the May calendar though, if that helps! :)

    Yay! Thank you for switching arms and butt back to the original order! Now I can take a break between legs and butt. And I noticed the app has been fixed and the pesky button that used to cover the expansion arrow is now gone. Thanks for listening!

    This is my first month doing the regular calendar, I did the beginner one last month. It’s a challenge, but I feel like I’m getting stronger! If you have to miss a day, what is recommended? Switching with the recovery day or adding a couple videos onto the day before and after? Any advice is helpful, thanks!

    I’m not sure if it is just my computer, but whenever I try to click on the workouts for the day of the month it won’t take me straight to the video, but rather just enlarges the calendar. Any suggestions?

      I had that issue. If you click the “Click to download hi res cal!” link instead of the picture it will give you the correct calendar.

      Hi you do all that are listed. Usually Cassie has a youtube playlist of that days workouts so its super easy to complete.

    Cassey I think there’s a mistake! When I click on the calendar’s pic, I get redirected to April’s calendar, not May’s. :)
