We are beginning the half way month of the year! AHHH! I am so proud of those of you who have stuck with me since the start of 2018 (or even earlier! Any OG’ers in here?) June 21st marks the first day of summer and I AM SO EXCITED!!! Bikini time! Pool time! Snorkeling time! Jet ski time! Tubing time! Anything water related time! Yay!!!

- MONDAY: Brutal Booty
- TUESDAY: PIIT Me Up
- WEDNESDAY: Muffintop Melter
- THURSDAY: Total Body Takeover
- FRIDAY: Feel Good Friday
- SATURDAY: Love Them Legs
Make sure you check off each video as you go. You only need to do the videos once, unless you’re doing a Tuesday PIIT video, then you do 4 rounds for a full 28 min workout. Really take your Fridays to rest, relax, and take some physical time off. Your body needs it!
