Hey guys!

We are beginning the half way month of the year! AHHH! I am so proud of those of you who have stuck with me since the start of 2018 (or even earlier! Any OG’ers in here?) June 21st marks the first day of summer and I AM SO EXCITED!!! Bikini time! Pool time! Snorkeling time! Jet ski time! Tubing time! Anything water related time! Yay!!!

I’m super stoked for your June Workout Calendar! Here’s the new schedule:

  1. SUNDAY: Arms & Back Attack
  2. MONDAY: Brutal Booty
  3. TUESDAY: PIIT Me Up
  4. WEDNESDAY: Muffintop Melter
  5. THURSDAY: Total Body Takeover
  6. FRIDAY: Feel Good Friday
  7. SATURDAY: Love Them Legs

Make sure you check off each video as you go. You only need to do the videos once, unless you’re doing a Tuesday PIIT video, then you do 4 rounds for a full 28 min workout. Really take your Fridays to rest, relax, and take some physical time off. Your body needs it!

    Casey I absolutely love your workout calendar. Being a student in the university it gets harder to take out time and do workout without making noice. Your workouts are super interactive, interesting and intense!! Keep up with the great work

    Hello Cassey and the team, I just wanted to report a bug on the digital work out calendar. When i click on the reference link it always requires me to log in despite already being logged in. Thanks for fixing this problem.

    If I’m starting mid month, do you recommend starting on day 1 or which ever day I’m actually starting ie 11?

      I’m not Cassie, but personally I recommend just starting mid month. You wanna get yourself in the habit of just doing it every day no matter what even if it’s not perfect. Set backs will happen, life just gets in the way sometimes, but you get results by being consistent in spite of that.

      I feel like for me starting back at the beginning would put too much emphasis on being perfect.

    So, I have loved following you for years!!! Amazing how your brand has grown! :) But I have to say there is one thing that I have allowed to be a roadblock for me: I wish your calandar was clickable, so I could click the workout on the calendar and it would open the video OR a written out workout page. Maybe I’m doing it all wrong, but searching for each video and going back to reference the calandar just takes me too long! Thank you for all you do tho! The workouts I do get around to doing are amazing! And I get great ideas for new moves to incorporate into my homemade workouts. :)

    Hi Cassie! Could you add the links to the videos on the June calendar? When I click on each video name it just takes me to the may calendar instead of the video on YouTube. Besides that, I’m loving this month so far! Thanks!

      Yes I would hafta agree.. Now I am trying to just read it off from the blog,not clicking the calenderfor a better reso, and I’m having a hard time reading the last WO.. ____________ workout??? Pls help

      Yes, that is also happening to me. But I clicked save image as and used it that way.

    Hey, Cassey, the clickable version of the calendar on the website is broken :( I check off the videos I did, but when I come back to it the next day it’s all gone…

    Loving the new June cal so far Cassey! Annnddd the 100 squats challenge has been fun too so far! I’m doing the clickable calendar this month and it would be nice if the calendar day would become pink after you have checked all the boxes for the day after ur workout..it would help me to remember which I’ve done and haven’t done..kind of similar to the one on the old app.

    College has been so stressful with exams and everything..specially that I am fasting Ramadan but I will start this month and go back on track :D your videos are always a source of strength mentally and physically <3

    I’m going to get back on track with this calendar and the squat challenge this month! Since February, I did your videos everyday and felt so good, strong and healthy, but in May I got so many tests in college and was so stressed out that I lost my motivation to workout :( But every month is a new beginning! <3 Let's do this!!!

    I love how much stronger I feel after doing Pilates! Thank you so much for the workout videos, you’re so motivating and inspiring! I’ve been doing Pilates since last year and am looking forward to try the new beginner’s calender just for fun, to see how far I’ve come! I’ve been doing the regular calendar for a while now, too. However, for a few days I haven’t been able to save my workouts anymore in the clickable version of the calender … I’d like to be able to do that again cause it’s so motivating to open the calender and see how many workouts I’ve already completed.

    I’ve been doing the calendars for almost three years now! I love being able to check them off, but for the past month, it hasn’t been saving. Every time I log back in, my calendar is totally empty. Any idea why?

    I am SO excited and ready for the new month and the challenge! While being super motivated at the beginning of the year, I had kind of a “down” phase in May, meaning that I still worked out, but not as committed as I used to. Wish me luck, that this will change in June <3 . We can do this!

    So excited for the 100 squads challenge and this new monthly workout calender eventhough i personally liked the cardio with the 4- 5 different videos better than having to repeat one 4 times😊

  • Halfway through the year now…i gotta rebook at what I’ve accomplished and see what I want to do for the rest of the year! Before we know it it’ll be Christmas again. I can’t wait.

    Are your calendars meant for weight gain, loss, or maintaining?

      The calendars are generally meant to improve your overall fitness, as in strength, flexibility, muscle tone and cardiovascular strength. Whether you want to lose, gain or maintain depends on your diet, and can thus be customised and adapted to your own personal goals :)

    Been doing your workouts for a while but I don’t remember when I started lol why not add the 100 squat challenge at the end of each day for June’s calendar? I also like to mark off on the calendars :D

    Hey Cassey, appreciate the workout calendar as always!:)) and so excited for the squad challenge!
    But I wanted to mention that I loved the cardio day on tuesdays on may‘s calendar, it was actually really fun like the old days:) I would be so happy to see the „Cardio day“ back in July, or maybe 2 times cardio and 2 times Piit ?

    Oops…totally commented on the wrong calendar! Love doing PIIT for teh cardio days! It makes my mornings go so much smoother! I know others get bored and like the different videos . Which I like those too, but sometimes you just need it simpler! Thanks for everything and all the hard work you do!

    I started May 2017. I am so proud of myself for working out along with you. Some stuff has been frustrating due to physical issues I have but I have seen a change overall and have gotten stronger. Thank you so much, Cassey!
