You have some amazing vids good work
    Tanya

  42. irene says:

hi! i’m new here please can you help me? where do i use the password???

  43. Jessica says:

I’m just a little confused about the workout calendar. It says 45 minutes of working the targeted muscle group and 15 minutes of cardio, but there are only 4 spaces to write in videos. I see most of your videos are about 10 minutes, so do we do 4 videos or as many it takes to equal 45 minutes? Thank you!

    1. Diva says:

ye sim a lil confused too…but I really like the idea of the no password for aug calander. My puter never remembers it .

      1. Anissa says:

No, you have to do 45 mins of videos with the targeted muscles of the day + 15 min of cardio. Every day Cassey suggests one video. You have to include it in those 45 minutes.

example: Wednesday : you have to do the bikini plaster 4 awesome sauce arms video + other upper body related videos the reste of the time. ( One video =/= 45 minutes )

Hope you understood it already, because I’m a bit late :p

  44. Vivi says:

Can you post the August rock out calendar ASAP Cassey please??? I’m still in school so I need to plan around my classes. Thanks Cassey!

    1. blogilates says:

      i will don’t worry

      1. Kelly says:

I am new here and I don’t quite understand how this calendar works. So do we choose workout videos that fit each category and do them??

Please respond soon because i would like to get started as soon as possible for these workouts!!!!!

  45. Mariana Yoshimoto says:

I am seriously in love with number #4 orange !! 🙂

  46. Malex says:

    thanks cassey <3

  59. kara t says:

Do you guys put in the stretching videos for like a warm up before the target workouts?

    1. Charley says:

Maybe you should start off with some of the Pilates for beginners videos and some of the POP Cardio videos. Then move onto the challenges and the more advanced videos once you feel ready. You need to take in all the info Cassey says about breathing properly and keeping your belly sucked in first. 🙂
      Xx

  60. kara t says:

I am new here! Please help me out! What workouts do I do first? which ones specifically?

  61. Jennifer says:

I am just starting the workout plan, I have attempted to try to diet but find that I relapse 🙁 Does anyone have any advice for me? I am 23 and was diagnosed with hypothyroidism after my son was born in 2009 and haven’t lost ANY of the baby weight!!! I am struggling!

  62. Caity says:

Cassey, can I just say how awesome you are?! I love doing your workouts, you make them so easy to follow and so much fun that I just want to keep doing more!! The calendar really helps too, thank you for the much needed motivation! 🙂

  63. Emily says:

Cassey! I love the workout calendar. I really hope you do more workout calendars for the remaining months! It is so much easier to follow a guide than to create your own, at least for me personally. So thank you!! They’re the best.

  64. Michelle says:

    Hi Cassey,

Do the back exercises (ex: “Back Attack”) count as upper body exercises? I’m trying to figure out which day of the week to include back exercises.

Thanks!!!! I love your videos!! :))))

  65. Roxana says:

Hi Cassey! I just wanted to thank you for how cool you are. I started doing your workouts a week ago- they are so intense and they make me work so hard, and it just feel so good. And i must admit that I loved you from the first moment. I always loved doing sports, but since I discovered pilates I had a totally crush on it. Here in Romania pilates is just at the beggining. Many of the women that go to the gym have the bad perception that pilates is something so easy and just for relaxation..this is totally wrong- pilates really works my body and makes me burn and shake. I am so grateful that I have discovered your workouts, and I will definitely continue following you. I am so in love with it that I started thinking that I would like so much becoming a pilates instructor (in this moment I am working as an office manager and it gets so boring sometime). But enough with talking and let’s keep up with the good work 😀

  66. becky says:

thank its really helps !!! 🙂
    I have a question :
at friday its a full body , which videos to do ? the challenge for every part of the body ?

  67. Veronique says:

    Can I use old school books for weights? They’re 2lbs a peice 9” long,2 1/2 ” thick and 7 1/2” wide.

    1. Veronique says:

This is for arms btw lol

  68. Aurora says:

Thank you so much for this! These calendars really keep me motivated and keep me on track. 🙂

  69. Marie says:

Thank u so much for the password.
    I’m printing it right away!
    Thanks

  70. A.J says:

This is my first time using your blog so i’m a bit confused as to how the calender works. Because all i see are empty slots number 1-4. What workout routines am i supposed to use please? Also i don’t have gym at home or nearby so what things can i do or use at home to do the workout routines.

    1. Emily says:

I believe you just pick any videos that you want that add up to about 45 minutes. Each day of the week tells you what muscle group to target. Like Tuesday is all legs, so you just pick different leg videos that add up to 45 minutes, and then pick any cardio or hiit videos that add up to fifteen minutes. The little slots are just so you can fill out the ones you have done or the ones you plan to do. That is at least how I understood it. Hope this helps!! Oh, p.s. I do all of these workouts from home too, and they are all workouts that you don’t need to go to a gym for. Almost everything you do in the videos you don’t even need equipment for, you just use your own body weight as resistance. She uses weights sometimes, but you can even just fill up a water bottle with sand or something to use as a weight. But that was a fear of mine too and so far I have been able to do every video from the comfort of my own home. I am so glad you started the follow the blog. I have only been doing these workouts for maybe a month and since day one I was a believer.

      1. Sandy says:

        Thanks Emely,
I had the same questions and you made it easy to understand.
I just printed the calendar and I’m going to start tommorrow! I’m so exited!

  71. Jéssica says:

Hi, Cassey. I looove your workouts, you always make me die!
I have a few questions about the calendar, because I already do some exercises and I don´t know if I can just include your workouts or if it´ll be too much. I do iso-stretching 2 times a week, the exercises have moves very similar to Pilates and Yoga, with focus on the back and abs. Should I add the workouts or do just the iso-stretching today, for example, that we already have abs? Will I survive if I do everything? lol
Kisses and thank so much!! I´m very excited to start this workout program!

  72. CeeCee says:

    Thank you, Cassey!

  73. Jessy says:

Thank you Cassey!! love you!!! 🙂

  74. Vee says:

    Thank you, again Cassey.

  75. Klaire says:

I don’t realloy get it… could someone please clarify. Are we supposed to fill in the gaps with the videos we want?????
    -thanks, It looks GREAT 🙂

    1. Emily says:

I actually just replied to somebody elses comment that was a really similar question so please don’t be offended but I am going to copy and paste the part that answers your question. “I believe you just pick any videos that you want that add up to about 45 minutes. Each day of the week tells you what muscle group to target. Like Tuesday is all legs, so you just pick different leg videos that add up to 45 minutes, and then pick any cardio or hiit videos that add up to fifteen minutes. The little slots are just so you can fill out the ones you have done or the ones you plan to do.” So it is my understanding that you pick whatever videos you want, as long as they pertain to the muscle group for that day. I hope this helps!

  76. Ida says:

woohooo!! I am so excited….. another calendar!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  77. Sunny says:

Should you do a bit of cardio every day before and/or cardio the targeted workout?

    1. blogilates says:

It says in the box above that video one should be a cardio video.

  78. Rashmi says:

For those of you lost on what to do, use the june calendar for inspiration!

  79. Laura says:

How do you make these calendars? This would be awesome to use for other aspects of my life: school, work, cleaning schedules, etc.

    1. blogilates says:

illustrator. i made it from scratch.

  80. Nikki says:

This will be awesome. I need to print off every workout youve done. I love them but I don’t enjoy the videos while I’m at the gym where I have the room! I guess I’ll just have a little binder of your workouts!!

  81. Shannon says:

This is cool! I’m going through and planning my week. I have trouble with the bikini blaster 1 video- is there a better/easier cardio for a slight beginner? Or should I just substitute with my stationary bike, as long as I get the cardio?

  82. Vanessa says:

Just printed mine, thanks a lot Cassey!
I like that you can write down and plan your workout videos.

  83. Sarah Lou says:

I totally love this one! I already have 2 days planned =)

Would it be possible to add a 5) or so to the days? I have trouble gathering 45 minutes of excercise in 4 videos, especially if I want to include my beloved song challenges !

    xx

  84. Louise says:

I love that you do theese calendars for us! But could you please do an example on how the calender could look like? Like, what should I do for Friday? I have no idea!!

    1. Sarah Lou says:

I’ll just go for the ones in the “total body sculpt” area or I might add a song challenge or other vid if I feel like a certain body part needs special attention!

    2. Vanessa says:

I agree, an example calendar would come in handy.

    3. Eve says:

Yes, please can we have more detailed instructions w/an example. Sorry for the slowness lol

  85. Liza says:

    Cassey,

What does a complete Blogilates workout look like? Should I start off with a 20 minute run or something before doing a Pop Pilates workout/Bikini Blaster mini challenge?

  86. Laurie says:

Ahh this will be my first time doing the calender wish me luck!

  87. Ashlee says:

    Yay!!!

  88. Julie says:

    Yay! Thank you 🙂

  89. elisa says:

    thank you =)
    you’re so nice 😉

  90. Zana says:

    Thank you, cassey!!! <3

  91. Liz from Belgium says:

    Yay, really like it!!!
    Thanks Cassey 🙂
