Hey guys!

LITERALLY just stepped off the plane from London and am now back in LA! Ahhh I can’t tell you how good it feels to be home. I love being home so much. My own bed. My own kitchen. My own slippers. Everything is here and I feel at peace. I cannot wait to jump into bed right now. I don’t even know if it should be morning or night at the moment…my mind is super confused.

Anyway, above is your new workout video of the week! It’s a 3 min ab routine to my brand new POP Pilates move called the “Ab Twist Crunch”. Oh boy oh boy is it a burner! You get to target your lower abs, upper abs, obliques and entire core with this exercise. It’s quite spectacular 🙂 Give it a try now!

    Hi Cassey!
I love your workouts, and am truly so inspired by you! But as much as i love your workouts , I equally love your outfits!! You wear such cool shorts <3 Where do you buy them? Anyone else who knowswhere to get those?

  2. Dakota says:

    Hey Cassey,

I love your workouts! Could we have an arm challenge in July? I really want to get strong arms like yours. Does anyone have any daily routine I could do for arms, in addition to doing Cassey’s great calendar?

    1. Cherish says:

Under “30 day challenges” she has her sleek arm 30 day challenge, that was posted just this April!

    Hi guys,
I wanted to know if anyone has lost a good amount of weight (my goal is 15-20 HEALTHILY before college starts in august) by not counting calories or if you guys think it’s a good idea, I find that sometimes it adds more pressure, and as I have a past with ED’s I want to stay as positive as possible. I wish the community was still up 🙁 thanks for any help!

I’ve heard many people have had weight loss success with eating primal/paleo. By removing grains from your diet you easily eliminate processed foods loaded with sugar and artificial ingredients. Also, when you eat more protein and fat your body gets energy from fat instead of from carbs (the reason for carb crashes and hanger lol) so you actually burn fat. There is absolutely no calorie counting necessary when you’re eating healthy whole foods =) If you stick to veggies, protein, nuts and fruit (fruits that are low in sugar like berries if you’re aiming to lose weight) the excess pounds will effortlessly melt off.

    Hey Cassey,

What about “Popsters Junited” for the June calendar ?
Please could you make a back challenge but without any weights ?

    Thanks a alot 🙂

  5. Sarah says:

Would love a new meal plan and a training guide would be fun, im too lazy to make my own! 30 day challenge for oblique’s or back (like the superman ones). also for the calendar name.. re-JUNE-nivate, like rejuvenate – to look or feel fresher or more lively 🙂 which definitely happens doing your workouts! x

  6. Jen says:

I would love a training guide, especially for vacations this summer when I don’t have internet access. Can’t wait to see what you come up with!

    1. Erin says:

Me too! This sounds like such a good idea, and a mini meal plan for vacations as well!

  7. Nicki says:

Back challenge please! Hmmm I’ll have to get back to you with June calendar name…
A training guide would be great 🙂 So sorry to have missed you in London. I was so gutted to be so near but not be able to go, maybe next time!

  8. Maria says:

What about JuneDoIt for the calendar? Instead of Just Do It? Hahaha I don’t know 😛 I just feel like I’m starting to get lazy now that schools wrapping up and I need to JUST DO IT! xD lol

  9. Ania says:

I have to post one more comment. I’m so dummie ;P I’ve sent you proposition to workout calendar for July, not for June… My mistake 😉

  10. SportySpice says:

I just bought some dynabands/resistance bands, so I’d love a monthly challenge featuring those!

  11. Ania says:

Oh, and sorry for typos in my prev comment…

  12. Ania says:

Thank you Cassey for another great video! It was only 3 minutes, but I thought i will die 😛
    1. For the 30-day challange I would be gratfull for stretching (I’ve got some lower back issue so it would be grat…) or maby push-up challange – I’m dreaming about doing pusups on my feets not knees…
    2. Maby July calendar should be called Joylay ;)?
    3. Yes, yes and once again Yes! New receipes – I can’t wait to try them. Ang this guide will be really helpfull.

    ‘junited’ – that’s my vote.
a 30 day cardio challenge will be good….we can’t keep huffing and puffing forever!!!

  14. Sophie says:

    1. A back challenge would be nice! Or stretching!
    2. Not sure about what to call the June calendar.. I saw Jammin June and Junited brought up and thought both were cute ^^
    3. And yes! A training guide and meal plan would be spectacular! 🙂

  15. Alyssa says:

A slim waist challenge would be great! I would also love to have a training guide, please 🙂

  16. Tiffany says:

    1. For the next 30 day challenge, could we do a cardio, obliques, or stretching/flexibility challenge?

    3. Yes please, a training guide would be amazing!!! <3

  17. Bree says:

    1. Obliques would be great.
    2. Junelicious
    3. Yes!

  18. K says:

I would love a 30 day muffintop/obliques challenge. A training guide would be great and I can’t wait for the meal plan!! Hmmm…maybe “Junedoit” as in “just do it”? Or “Just do it June”?

  19. Kate says:

I would love a training guide! Also, muffin top would be a great 30 day challenge. Love you!

  20. Aurelia says:

a back challenge would be nice…. or a muffintop one….
oh, a stretching challenge would be pretty cool too!!! maybe split based?

hmm… for the June calender… maybe something like: “Junephoria”
(euphoria -> because we are all excited for summer)!? I got inspirt by one of your workout video on the calender today, i think it was 5 best thigh slimming exercises!!!

Great idea ( calendar name )

  25. Kelli says:

ahh sorry I meant Cassey not Cassie! My BFF’s name is spelled that way, it’s habit LOL. I know how it is since my name is always spelled Kelly or Kellie 😛

  26. Kelli says:

    1. Oblique challenge please for the outer thighs and saddlebags 🙂
    2. I like Tina’s Junited idea hehe 🙂

  27. Emmy says:

    back-challenge! please <3

  28. Hannah says:

I think a plank challenge would be awesome! I have the hardest time with holding planks during the workouts and end up dropping to my knees a lot, so working on that would be great!
And for the calendar, how about Jammin June since it’s summertime? Or Junetiful

Thanks always for the awesome workouts and motivation!

  29. Anna says:

30 challenge for back would be really awesome 🙂 I would love to slim it down and make it stronger 🙂 and I think Tina had awesome idea for the name “Junited” 🙂 I vote yes 🙂 and of course “yes” to training guide 🙂 PS the more your videos I watch the more I like training with you so thank you for all your hard work Cassey 🙂

  31. Hey Cassie,

I’m currently pregnant and having a bit of pelvic griddle problems. There’s not much I can do anymore, except for training my upper body (not my core of course, as I am in the 3rd trimester). So please, could you do an upper body challenge?

    Thanks in advance!

  32. Emma says:

Your next 30 day challenge should be a total body burn! With 5 moves that hit 5 different parts of the body! I’m so glad you’re doing more 30 Day Challenges! I missed not having any this May.

  33. emma leonardi says:

    CASSEYYYYY
for the 30 day challenge you should do a fat burning thing, please! we already did everything else, a cardio challenge would be fun. and yes, please do a meal plan and training guide!

  34. katie says:

my tote bag just arrived^^ i am very happy that it came. it is worth the wait 🙂 looks really good

  35. P says:

I would love it if there was a back challenge. My back is where Pop Pilates has had biggest effect on me and I love it! A plank or push up challenge would be nice as well. But I’m sure anything you come up with will be good :).

  36. Tina says:

    1. obliques challenge pleaseeeeeeeee :3 i neeed to work on that.
i m right now on week 3 of beginners plan. i m not sure if i will be ready on next month calendar

  37. Stacey says:

A plank challenge would be interesting, or a back challenge!
Wooo new meal plan, I am loving the spring meal plan from your book, everything is so yummy and I am finding it so easy to keep to it. Thanks so much! I think a training guide would be really cool. I go to the gym often and I am not able to take your videos. it would be really nice to have a paper copy for my gym days.

  38. Noami says:

A back or flexibility challenge would be amazing! I don’t pay those two enough attention.
Can’t wait to see the new things you’ve been working on. Lots of love from Croatia! ❤

  39. Em says:

Hi Cassey, thank You for the new video. I dont know, maybe its not the place to write about it. I was working out with You about 3 months, and suddenly I just stoped, I dont know why, its about a month I havent worked out, I feel bad about it, you and your work was giving me so much power, energy, just joy and now I feel Im going back to do nothing. I want to came back…and maybe because of it I writing this post …

  40. Noemie says:

Can you please do a 30 day challenge for love handles? Thank youu <3

  41. kathy says:

when i thought about maybe not joining the may workout calender because my body felt a bit weak, i didn’t think about lying on a couch with a mono-diet thanks to stomach flu 🙁 that ab workout just looks so good and fun to do! I hope it is included in the next calender and i can join.

  42. Kati says:

    Hello Cassey,
I would really like a 30 Day Challenge especially for outer thighs and the saddlebag aerea. <3

  43. Vanessa says:

A bikini ready challange woud be grate where we target every part of the body 🙂

  44. Malin says:

Hi, what about a back challenge? or obliques maybe? I liked the rebekka’s idea of an stretch challenge, specially for the back and shoulders 🙂

  45. Rebekka says:

I’d love a challenge for the back and I’d also love one for stretching. I always neglect stretching and we don’t do a lot of back work in the calendars.
Or total core back-abs-obliques, that would be cool, too.

Love the new ab move – burnnnnnnnnssssssss

Personally, I love the video format. Exercising alongside you, and not counting reps all the time makes exercise time happy time 😀 Having said that, a paper copy would be great for people who can’t work out at home, and want to take something to the gym.

  46. Alaine says:

do an oblique or back challenge! I’m always sad when you do 6 min series or bikini blasters series and its only arms and no core focus on back 🙁

  47. Cassie says:

Just did the workout this morning! Whew, killer! I want more workouts with equipment, though, like weight training or resistance band training!

  48. Leah says:

Maybe the 30 day challenge can be a cardio or flexibility challenge? Also, YES PLEASE for the training guide with the meal plan!

  49. Morgan says:

It should be a 30 Day Calf Challenge!

  50. ~ carmen ~ says:

You are so adorable! I have to start my day with this tomorrow. :]

  51. Tash says:

30 day challenge should focus on muffintop!!

  52. ohanashi says:

Speaking of the monthly calendars, after February I stopped getting them. I signed up again and got April’s, but no May … Not in my junk folder either. Anyone else having this problem, and is there some way to fix it?

  53. Michelle says:

Obliques ?!?, Flat Abs 2 ?!?!!, Long Lean Legs ?!?!? I don’t really know but I don’t know what to call the June calendar and why didn’t we have one for this month ( May ) ?!?!? And yes, I RELLY want a meal plan

    1. Michelle says:

      Opps meant REALLY …..

  54. Mandy Maitland says:

I would love a calf slimming 30 day challenge!
