Your Friday Challenge!!
So I thought it’d be fun to give you 3 tasks today. We will do them together – and you have til end of day to finish. Comment your progress as the day goes on. Good luck!
1. HYDRATE: Drink at least 3 Liters of water today. Get that water bottle out.
2. STRENGTHEN: Hold plank for an entire song! Pick your fave tune.
3. ENVISION: Get a post-it note and write down a small goal you want to achieve by Sunday. It can be related to anything. Post it on your bathroom mirror. On Monday morning, I’ll check in with you.
That’s all. I drank 4L of water yesterday and it’s not too hard if you’re exercising hard. C’mon guys, let’s do this together! Happy Friday!

Hi,
I’m wondering if perhaps you could post a workout video that doesn’t involve so many moves that requires you to support your body weight with your arms. I was born with a radial club hand and I can’t support my body weight with my arms, I can’t do push ups, pull ups, etc. It would really helpful! Thanks!

I usually drink my 64 oz at work but I am going to try and drink an extra 16-24 oz at work. Good thing I’m close to a restroom!! Thanks for the challenges, can’t wait to decide on a goal to achieve by Sunday!

I love this! And thanks for constantly reminding us to drink water. I am REALLY bad when it comes to drinking water. Even when I’ve been working out I neglect to hydrate myself. Sometimes I even get headaches because I don’t drink enough water. I honestly have no idea why I do that to myself.
Anyway thanks for this. It put a big smile on my face. 🙂
