Your Friday Challenge!!
So I thought it’d be fun to give you 3 tasks today. We will do them together – and you have til end of day to finish. Comment your progress as the day goes on. Good luck!
1. HYDRATE: Drink at least 3 Liters of water today. Get that water bottle out.
2. STRENGTHEN: Hold plank for an entire song! Pick your fave tune.
3. ENVISION: Get a post-it note and write down a small goal you want to achieve by Sunday. It can be related to anything. Post it on your bathroom mirror. On Monday morning, I’ll check in with you.
That’s all. I drank 4L of water yesterday and it’s not too hard if you’re exercising hard. C’mon guys, let’s do this together! Happy Friday!
