The third week was really difficult for me. My muscles were so sore I couldnt finish yesterday’s workout. So I finished with stretches

  6. Jennifer Baumeister says:

I want to play the videos on one day on the calendar in order. Is there a way to do it or do you have search each one individually?

    1. RJ Cash says:

Go to her youtube channel front page and click playlists and it should be there

  7. Shelly Head says:

How do you guys get the videos to play in order? Is there a way to schedule them on youtube?

    1. Red_velvetgirl says:

You can create a private play list having them in order?

      1. Over 40 and Fit says:

How do you create a private playlist with the videos in order as per listed each day on the monthly calendar?

        1. Mitsuha says:

Cassey has them in a playlist in her youtube channel 🙂

  8. Mkmw says:

should i be doing some extra cardio along with the calendar if i’m looking to lose some weight?

    1. Mkmw says:

Also-thank you Cassey! I’ve finally gotten back into working out and you’re videos are amazing:)

    2. RJ Cash says:

      Sure! Anything helps!

  9. Rolanda Edouard says:

Can anyone help me? How do you keep yourself motivated to keep going? Because there are times I want to quit after one video and it seems like I will never make it to my goal. I want to finally be comfortable in body after years of being overweight, but it seems like I’m always tired and unmotivated to do anything. If anyone has advice on how to change that, that would be great!

    1. Ewewy says:

It is never easy. For me the first three months were torture. It took me three months to finally see changes and that’s where it started getting easier. My body finally started making muscles and losing weight. What helped me the most was not imagining how I would look if I lost weight or anything, it was imagining myself get through another video, get through another day. I think doing it one step at a time is easier. I give myself a goal I have to complete in a week. Just one. And I follow through. I start with the easier ones the ones I want to do. Like: Every breakfast eat a healthy smoothie (I love smoothies). And from there I continue. I think working out and being healthy has to be fun. If you don’t like running, then don’t run. I don’t run. I walk or I take a boxing class or I play badminton, but I never run. Because I know that it will discourage me. Another thing that helped me was that I would spend at least 30 min everyday reading an article about health. It can be about healthy eating or working out, anything. Because if you don’t know how to be healthy that can be demotivating. And lastly (sorry I just realized this is getting to be long), you have to know that it works! It really works! It is not impossible to lose weight! I always knew it was possible…kinda. I told myself it was possible, but I think I didn’t ever really believe it was possible FOR ME. But it is! Just give your body time and it happens. You will feel so happy all the time for no reason and so filled with energy and you don’t even care why you started working out in the first place, you just do it cause it becomes a habit that makes you feel better. As much as I want to say that this will help you, everyone is different. This helped me. And it might help you, but you are the one that makes the finale decision. Sadly I learned that you can’t find motivation elsewhere you have to find it in yourself. And if you want to change yourself and you are looking for ways to change yourself then that means that you are already half way there. And know a little bit of progress is progress anyways, even if it takes you 3 years to fell comfortable in your body it doesn’t matter. I hope this helped a bit. Sorry if it was long. Really as long as you are happy that’s all that counts.

      1. Rolanda Edouard says:

Thank you so much for your words! I guess I just need to focus on making myself health. And I’m starting small with my journey, because in the past I would change everything in my life at once and never stick to any of them. I’m doing intermittent fasting, (beginners) Blogilates and cutting out sodas and juices and when in farther along I’m going to start doing even more. You’re right I guess I’m so obsessed with how I will look when(if) I lose the weight that I’m making it a chore for me. So thank you for the advice!

        1. Ewewy says:

          You’re welcome 🙂

      2. Tiffany says:

Thank you so much for this advice!! I’ve also had trouble staying motivated and getting back on track after falling off. I talked with a family member recently and they gave the same words of advice as you, with starting small and then eventually it’ll get easier as it becomes routine. I think a big part for me will be discipline!

  10. LS says:

Is it sufficient just to do these workouts, or do y’all do cardio/other stuff in addition to the daily calendar?

    1. RJ Cash says:

Do just the workout but if u want to burn extra fat do more cardio 🙂

  11. NeedToKnowBasis says:

    Love you Cassey!
Just a quick question to anyone who knows the answer: How do I stop my head from feeling heavy when I have to do exercise of my back and my neck must be off the ground.

    1. Sarah Hamid says:

Yes please I need answer to that question too.

      1. Courtesies says:

as your abs, back, and neck get stronger over time, your head will feel lighter! :] don’t worry! keep at it! for now, stay safe and support your head/ or give your neck rest as it needs.

    2. Melissa says:

I find that it helps to look straight at the ceiling, not forward

    3. RJ Cash says:

Well it will get easier but for the time being just place ur head on the ground when it is hurting and put it back on when u are ready!

  12. Katharina says:

I want to get back on and reembrace my body after two years of struggle and fight!!! already did today and felt great. My legs are still shaking 😀
Thanks for all those amazing workouts!! But I got a question: How often or long should I stretch to gain more flexibility? I usually forget bout this but I want to improve. my goal is to be able to touch my toes with my leg fully straightened. Can you tell me please? 🙂

    1. Rachel says:

usually depends on what you want to stretch. Maybe start by sitting up with your legs straightened out and try to reach as far as you can. Try to get your nose to your knees. Then once you get tired, reach up to the sky and try to reach farther to your toes. You can do this several times, and it is a good stretch before a warm-up. Also try to sit in the same position, lean over to touch your toes if you can, and pulse forward and back. That also improves flexibility. 🙂

    2. RJ Cash says:

I always do her stretching video after my workout. But sometimes I don’t feel like it or am short of time so I skip. Si 3-5 times a week or more

  13. Megan Cahill says:

Do you think doing this and the PIIT28 program together would be too much?

    1. Rachel says:

If you think you can do it, then go for it! The physical activity limits of your body is relative to you.

  14. Nina says:

Quick question. What is the use of the password? And when using the app it wants me to pay again every month to use the calendar? Otherwise you miss the app exclusive workout…is that correct??

  15. Melissa says:

OMG!!! That playlist by date is AWESOME!!! Lots of love going your way ??????

  16. Brooklyn W. says:

My birthday’s in January too! When’s yours?
