Whey Protein Crepes Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
– 1/2 cup egg whites (I use Egg Whites Intl. liquid egg whites)
– 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder or flavor of your choice (EAS brand from Costco is pretty good, but currently searching for a go-to brand!)
– 2 TBSP Whole Flax Seeds (ground is ok too)
– ¼ cup berries of your choice
– 1-2 TBSP of almond milk if too sticky to spread
– Stevia to taste
DIRECTIONS:
1. Mix the egg whites, protein, flax and stevia together and cook in a pan like an omelet. Spread thinly. If you find this is too pasty, then add some almond milk. Cook on med to low heat.
2. Fill the middle with the berries of your choice and fold the top over.
SUPER EASY!!!

Can I use a regular egg?
I made these for the first time today, and I absolutely love them! I love how fee ingredients I needed and how quick it was! Plus they totally satisfied my crepe cravings 🙂 Thank you so much for the recipe!
I love your blog.. very nice colors & theme. Did you make this
website yourself or did you hire someone to do it for you? Plz reply as I’m
looking to design my own blog and would like to
know where u got this from. thank you
I’ve actually tried a few of your recipes (including this), and they all taste amazing. But most of them contain special ingredients that people would have to order online, or go to different grocery store than usual. The point of healthy eating is to start now, and not procrastinate; it makes it a lot harder when you’re eating the same meals over and over, because you haven’t had the time to make that special grocery trip, or order the ingredient online. I just thought it would be nice if you had a few recipes with ingredients everyone would have, or could easily go to a local grocery store for.
I don’t have any vanilla protein powder, or any other protein powder, does anyone have an idea if I can replace it with something else?
These are amazing. I made a creme filling instead of berries and it came out amazing. I recommend trying it. The filling is made of mashed banana, Greek yogurt, dash of stevia, and 1/2tsp vanilla and taste like banana creme. I’m in food heaven.
That sounds AMAZING! Thanks for the recipe :):)
Cassie is the calorie count for just one crepe or the whole recipie ??
I just made these! Are they breakfast, lunch, or dessert?
I don’t care! They were great! Mine were large so it made 3 big crepes. I used chocolate whey protein powder and a dash of cinnamon. I also added a 1/4 cup of Greek yogurt to my fresh black berries (and a stevia packet). Thanks for the delicious recipe! 🙂
Do you use coconut oil or anything on the pan or just the mix?
Made these for breakfast for my sister and I today. They were great! 🙂
You nailed it. Thanks for posting that. I’ll definitely return to this site to find out more and recommend my friends about your site
