Week 1 Weigh-In | Day 8 of 90
And there you have it! 1 full week down. Only 11 more to go! That actually felt really fast!
This morning Sam came to weight lift with me and it made me so happy! He rarely works out with me so it is such a treat when he can.
You guys – I gotta say…announcing my goals, being firm about how I’m gonna do it, and then actually doing it is making me feel SO ALIVE!!! I haven’t felt this motivated in so long. I feel so whole inside right now. Like I know who I am again. And the writing has been so therapeutic for me…I look forward to blogging everyday.
If you have a hard time sticking to your goals and staying on track, maybe starting a blog or instagram dedicated to your fitness will keep you more accountable. Writing in my Fit Journal everyday and knowing that you guys are going to see exactly what I ate and what I did for my workout keeps me super regimented.
Okay, ready to discuss my progress? For those that don’t want to look at numbers, you probably won’t like this next section. But if you’ve been following my journey for an entire week now and are still angry, all I can say is you need to look at things that don’t make you angry. If reading my blog is not serving you any good, please go do and experience things that make YOU happy!
Having this page filled out makes me feel SO GOOD. If any of you are like me and love checking things off, this page gives you that high. It’s my “Game Plan” page where I schedule out what workouts I’m gonna do for the week. I love seeing every box filled in.
I did 2 runs, 1 dance class, 2 HIITs, 1 weight lifting, 1 aerial hoop (hurt my hands so much, probs won’t be back), and 1 stretching class.
If you remember from my day 1 post, I said I wanted to take more dance classes and yay I did it! I already signed up for another one this Sunday.
WEEK 1 PROGRESS:
This page happens after every 7th day in the Fit Journal. Main thing is I need to drink more water. I can tell I am a little dehydrated at night.
This is my progress over the past 7 days.
If you factor in that I first weighed in at 136 lbs on 8/12/19, then my 10 day change in weight goes to -4.4 lbs. Honestly though, I think a lot of that was extra water retention, bloat and wastage etc. I know this because I wasn’t eating too well before I started the challenge!
My 7 day progress is -2.6 lbs in a week which I think is a record for me. I don’t think I can do this again any of the following weeks. Why? Because like I said above, I think a lot of that weight came from the stagnant nasties being stuck in my body.
The good news is, you can see that some of that weight loss was actually due to fat loss. -0.5% down. And look! I actually gained muscle mass! +0.3% up! WHOO!
My week 1 is off to a great start. To be honest with you, I am fearful inside that I won’t have such intense changes next week. And I’m gonna say it right now, I probably won’t.
The fear really just comes from my competitiveness with myself. My whole personality is about pushing myself to the next level and doing better than how I did yesterday, so I need to prep my mind not to be disappointed. This isn’t just with fitness though. It’s with career, academics, finances etc.
What always helps me calm down is comparing my progress from the starting point. Not just from yesterday. It helps you appreciate how far you’ve come. So that’s why I love making these charts. It makes me think very logically and numerically about my goals instead of just randomly feeling bad for no reason.
Anyway, if I am currently at 131.6 lbs and my goal is to get down to 120 lbs in 11 weeks, I need to lose an average of -1.05 lbs a week. That’s also -0.35% body fat per week. Okay. I need to be on point. I’ve got this.
DAY 7 RECAP:
Went for a run yesterday with some new wireless headphones Sam got me! Started listening to a new audiobook. Not really feeling it…so I’ll tell you the title if I end up liking it.
For lunch, I had a Chipotle chicken salad with guac, pico de gallo, tomatillo salsa, romaine lettuce and fajitas.
As a snack, I had some 50% less salted peanuts and a slice of brie cheese. Almost done with my brie. I’ll try a new snack next week.
I got really hungry before dinner so I made myself a paleo sausage, smothered it with mustard, and ate butter lettuce on the side. I know it looks weird but it was actually really good!
Oh gosh sometimes my food pics just look really terrible. Thank goodness this isn’t a food blogger’s blog. I’m literally just snapping one photo of my food and moving on my with life.
That pile of mush is the zoodle thing I told you about yesterday. I tried pan frying it instead of microwaving and it’s even mushier. So umm, I think I might just make my own zoodles after I finish the last pack?
On top, that is a koobideh (a Persian grilled meat – SOOOOO GOOOOOOD!!!!), on top of some grilled asparagus, along with a roasted tomato. I actually ended up eating 2 more roasted tomatoes and like triple that koobideh amount 😛

I actually think that your results for week 1 are pretty good. That chipotle salad sounds good and the koobideh intrigues me (I’ve never heard of it!)
I actually don’t cook my zoodles, and that makes the texture much better!
If you don’t have time to make your own zoodles, whole foods carries some in the bagged produce section. The brand is “Cece’s Veggie Co. Noodled.” Throw them in a pan with a little oil and you’re good to go. I guess frozen ones are the only ones that go mushy from the excess water. I’ve never had that problem with just refrigerated ones.
Grocery stores sell pre-spiralized zoodles. They also have pre-spiralized butternut squash noodles which are awesome too! Neither of them get mushy like that!
Definitely get a veggie spiralizer. Tastes soo much better and no mush!
Good job! I also gained some weight the past couple of months. Will be starting PIIT again to lose weight and get my confidence back.
Good job this past week! You accomplished your goals!! 2 pound loss in one week is healthy and 1 pound a week after that is also. You can do it. I’m enjoying your blog entries and doing the booty challenge. Your time, enthusiastic generosity and fitness expertise is greatly appreciated and inspiring.
I’m glad that you’re happy with your progress! You’re doing awesome! And please don’t be too hard on yourself if you’re progress does slow down. That’s natural and it’s still progress!
Sundays are my weigh-in day, and I’m also down 2.6 pounds this week! Bringing my three week total to -5.5! Seven more weeks until my birthday, and I’m on track!
Q: How are you measuring your body fat percentage and muscle percentage? Are you just using measurements?
I am using a special scale I have that measures my body fat and muscle mass!
I was going to ask this- glad you did! I’m thinking about getting the FitBit Aria scale for this quality.
That pile of mush? 😂😂 So funny! Except that’s how my food would probably look too. Not very pretty but pretty darn tasty! At least for my tongue. 😘 I went grocery shopping this morning and deliberately passed by some of my norm food…because it’s bad for me. But it’s my favorite!! 😭 Tortillas and kettle corn. My body hates gluten (I’ve tried gluten-free tortillas…no thank you) and corn gives me gas. The kettle corn had no butter or salt but it was so sweet anyway, so I always ate too much and looked preggers from the gas. We’re talking severe. It made my toilet time unpleasant too. 🤦🏻♀️ Instead I got blueberries, bananas, celery, and avocados. ❤️ I got some generic rice Chex in place of the popcorn. I’m all prepared for tomorrow when I start eating better! I think I’m gonna have to get that fit planner. I did my best when I got one of your original planners years back. I’ve been trying to keep one for myself because I used to, but I’m not doing too well. Keep forgetting to write in my exercise.
Good job on your progress! True, the first week always has the biggest change, but I’m sure you can do it! You’ve got this!! ❤️❤️ I’m impressed by the body fat change. Very nice!
I am so happy you went for the healthy food! Good luck on your journey! The Fit Journal helps me A LOT.
This is crazy!! I’m so proud of you. You’ve actually inspired me to start my own little challenge. I’ve been in a rut the past couple weeks but after reading this I’m ready to get back on my feet!
Yes, you’ve got this!!
Well done Cassey! You’re inspiring me to get back on track again.💪 It really is all about being consistent and staying motivated by enjoying the exercise you’re doing, food you’re eating and seeing those results 😁😁😁 Don’t worry about next week just keep at it. Xxx
So, so excited for you! I am really glad you recognized the need to take care of yourself BEFORE your mental and emotional state went too far down the road you said you were headed. I am guessing this will be an incredible self-discovery journey for you. You may be meh about being an influencer but unfortunately anytime you lead, speak, put yourself out there you land that role. But you are using that role for good – which is good for you AND your audiences. Sad that when we focus on ourselves it causes such a mixed bag, and some harsh reactions…But if lack of self-care causes bad leadership then we’d get slammed for that too. You are so right on in leading just by being an honest you!
Good job! I’m proud of you 👍😄
I love you ❤ Sorry I am late 😐 I read all the 7 blog post tody I just want to say u r authentic and truthful and honest people has to go through such kind of drawbacks ❤ but having said that you always remember that your #blogarmy is with u no matter what xoxo U r an inspiration to us ❤ And we love respect and adore u ☺
It is so motivating seeing you kicking it in full gear!
Great start for week one and i am excited to be on this journey with you. Lots of success, strength and love!
I’m actually really glad I can’t measure my body fat % and muscle mass %, otherwise I would get unhealthily addicted 🙄 I only have my vision to measure that …
The calculation of yours , is helping me to manage my routine intake..😀👍thanks for sharing your thoughts 🥰
All I think of every day..
“I really need to go get some brie cheese”
It’s one of my favorites. Keep being awesome Cassey
I have the exact same thought!
It is SO GOOD!
It’s a nice change to just see legit food with no filters or presentation, and that your eating a lot of the same things day after day, it’s not all that pretty or exciting but it’s realistic!
Yup! No filters. Just my food as it is in front of my face.
You know what? I love that. When I first started caring about my health, I was about 110lbs (I’m very short and petite so trust me that’s a lot for me) and since then I eased into the idea of working out, and after giving up many times along the way, creating a healthy diet, getting back on my feet and trying to workout again, I have lost about 15lbs! And I have a 6 pack that brag about to my sisters, and I’ve gotten super consistent with working out and eating healthy, so I’ve convinced my family that they should do the same. My grandpa and my mom love bragging about how independent I’ve gotten (btw I started at about 13.5 years old & I’m 15 years old) and Casey has really helped me realise that I should be exercising to become stronger! Im so glad my family is finally supporting me! My next mission: get super strong legs and arms!! 💪💪💪
Wow same here with the whole parents bragging thing 😂 The only difference is that I started barely at age 12 and now I’m 13 😊 One full year with Cassey has changed my life ❤️😁
Yes, now go after that strength! It is so empowering.
So happy for you! You are doing great! 🙂
When you do make your own zucchini noodles: spiralize the noodles, then lay them out on paper towels or a dishcloth. Sprinkle generously with salt and let sit for at 10-15 minutes. The salt pulls a lot of the water out onto the towel, and you’ll be able to squeeze more water out of them so they don’t get as mushy.
Thank you for the tip!
Hi Cassie! I’ve watched your videos back in college (2011-2015) and I have to admit back then I could eat whatever I wanted and work out twice a week and look amazing. But over the last couple years I’ve realized my body changed and I had to be more conscious about my food choices and work twice as hard to maintain a healthy weight. I completely relate to what you are going through and I admire how far you’ve come since then. Please don’t feel discouraged by some of these comments! I know you are doing this for you and at the end of the day all that matters is that YOU feel happy! You got this girl ❤️ thank you so much for giving us access to completely free fitness videos that have transformed my life for the better. You are truly an inspiration!
Thank you for being with me for so long!!!
Oh pish posh your food looks great even if it’s weird. I’ve seen weirder (my own food LOL)
“But if you’ve been following my journey for an entire week now and are still angry, all I can say is you need to look at things that don’t make you angry. If reading my blog is not serving you any good, please go do and experience things that make YOU happy!”
I encourage you to re-think this. If people find your posts triggering, they should most definitely not follow you on this journey. However, I would not dismiss disagreement so flippantly. Critique of the way you presented this project have brought important issues to light— for instance that you have been using the term “body positivity” without no knowledge of its meaning, complexity, and history (I believe this was the topic of your last blog post). I would not be so quick to dismiss criticism. Some of it is valid and constructive and may help you think about things from a different perspective.
*with no knowledge
Please excuse the double negative typo.
I font think she needs to address the negative nancoes out there if she doesn’t feel the need to. She’s just doing her own journey and if people disagree with her ways or her technologies, they can just stop following and move on. This journey isn’t for them.
Marie, the whole point of Cassey doing this is for HERSELF…so I’m not sure what you want from her by posting this. It seems like pointless negativity and it is sad that this is the first comment I see on her post. If you are upset by what she is doing then you should follow someone else for inspiration, or take a break from her posts. No one can please everyone all the time and that is especially true with people in the public eye. I believe she has good intentions, so just live and let live or move on peacefully.
Why does she need to think about things from a different perspective? Why do you (and so many others) feel the need to dictate her behavior?
Just stop. She should be able to post whatever she wants without any criticism…so goodbye.
You know what needs to be re-thought? Your comment. Literally Cassey wrote, “… if you’ve been following my journey for an entire week now and are still angry, all I can say is you need to look at things that don’t make you angry.” This clearly states that anyone with the wrong perspective – such as you – should not be reading her posts and especially not commenting rude things like you just did. What makes it worse is what you said in response: “I encourage you to re-think this. If people find your posts triggering, they should most definitely not follow you on this journey.“ Now were you trying to reiterate exactly what Cassey just implied or—? Not to mention this comment of yours goes to show that you are quite the hypocrite, saying that people who are angered by Cassey’s posts should not read them and leave rude comments as such. So what do you do? Oh. You read Cassey’s post and left a rude comment. Go figure.
I thought my comment was quite civil. I was making the point that disagreement should not be written off as a negative thing.
I expected more from Popsters. I expected a community in which the issues this 90-day journey raises (body image, diet culture, what it means to be body positive, and the responsibilities that come with being an “influencer,” to name a few) could be discussed rationally and maturely in an open forum. I see that is not the case. Message received loud and clear. Best of luck.
Wireless headphones are a game changer. I had a small single ear bud before but two for the full sound lets me jam out during workouts and I don’t have to struggle to hold my phone and deal with the headphone wire getting in the way. I love the ones I bought, they have a case that recharges them a lot before you recharge the case! Music is what keeps me going hard.
Yes, I need music!
So excited for you and the honesty in the journey. Congratulations on meeting new number goals and choice goals.
Cassey, I do have to admit that when I first saw your post about this, my defenses went up. I’m in the process of recovering from disordered eating, and really changing my relationship with my body. For me, that’s about accepting the size I am at, while acknowledging my body may lose or gain weight, but I need to let go of an unrealistic image. But, after reading your blogs this week, I realized how selfish my perception was – you know yourself better than anyone. You love a physical challenge – I do not :). Your love of your body manifests itself in making it healthy and fit, and that, in and of itself, is body positivity. You are not judging others, you are not projecting your anxieties and fears on them like I was onto you. So I’d like to apologize for that. Recovery is hard, and you are such an excellent example of it. You keep working hard, and I will too.
Aw 😊 Good luck with your recovery and thank you for supporting Cassey like the rest of the loyal #blogfam 😌
Thank you Kristen for taking the time to understand why I was doing this. I appreciate your comment so much.
Congratulations one week 1. I have started my own journey to loose weight and get healthy. For me, getting started and staying focus to the biggest obtsacle
Hi Cassey, I don’t know if you’ll ever read this, but hopefully it will help me stick to my goals. I used to be really healthy and fit, but lately I’ve slipped into old habits of overeating and can’t find the motivation to exercise. I hope that by using you as my inspiration these next 11 weeks, I can get back on track! Thank you so much
You’ll do it! Set your goals, make a plan, and go after them!
Hi Cassey, you say you like numbers so I’d just like to correct you in terms of your muscle mass increasing. The percentage of muscle mass only increased because fat decreased. Initally your muscle mass was 134.2 x 0.334 = 44.823lb. Then after a week it was 131.6 x 0.337 = 44.349lb. So you lost 44.823 – 44.349 = 0.474lb of muscle mass. Just thought you should know cause percentages can be decieveing. The rest is all fat loss which is amazing! Following your blog posts everyday, something to look forward to reading everyday and I’m glad you’re enjoying writing them 😊 best wishes for your journey!
Hi Cassey! I am loving these daily blogs and your passion to get both your eating and workouts more healthy in your life. I am in awe of your ability to continue to track and journal everyday. I get super stoked to start and then about a week in lose steam. Since this journey for you is a 90 day one, what have you been thinking about doing/implementing when you either fall off plan or lose steam? Another thing I have been thinking about while reading your blog entries is how are you going to balance going hard and giving your self mental reprieve so you don’t get or feel burned out? I know you wrote previously about getting burned out. Will you write a bit in one of your upcoming entries about how you plan to help your self through those times?
Hey Curly! If I get burnt out, I will change my workout routines and change the meals. That usually does the trick 🙂
Oh dude we weight the same and my goal is also 120lb! I’m on the same 11 week calendar(ish), reading these posts are a real motivation, specially coming from the fitness trainer I’ve followed for 7+years now. Refreshing to see you be you.
Good job😊. Your blog keeps me motivated❤
Multi part comment here lol:
1) The three weeks of keto (I do not do any longer) I was super dehydrated. Carbs store your water, so if you eat less carbs you won’t hang onto your water as long. Drinking water after your meals should help a bit as your salts will be higher then. Also, electrolyte water will really help!
2) This has really inspired me to start my own blog. I’ve been really struggling with standing my ground, and this is really inspiring. Thank you so much for sharing your ‘why’ behind these blogs.
3) My dog love loves peanuts. I put them in his homemade dog food to trick him into eating the carrot chunks that are the same size lol.
Thank you so much! I’m here rooting for you!!! xoxoxoxoxoxo
OMG your dog love peanuts too!!??? COOL!!! And yes, I started drinking even more EXTRA water and now I am feeling better. The pee is lighter too. Yay.
Hi Cassie! First let me say, I adore you. I pretend to my husband that you are my “friend” in real-life. lol. He thinks I’m crazy. I talk about “working out with you” as if we were really hanging out together but I’m guessing I’m not the only one that has you as an imaginary friend. 🙂 You are beautiful. Smart. Work SO hard and I simply admire you. As a Vietname businesswoman, running my own business in 5 different states with a team of over 150 behavioral health clinicians and a non profit foundation, I know what it feels like to be busy and still want to make the world a better place while keeping hubby happy and family a priority. 🙂 But the reason I’m reaching out to you is because I just have to share what I’ve been doing that has made the biggest difference in my life and my health and I know it can help you too!!! Intermittent fasting. I know. You’ve heard of it. But have you tried it?! It’s super simple and costs $0. Take no prepping or any expensive tools or ingredients. Simply eat ONLY within a 4-6 hour window and literally in 2 weeks you WILL shed 5-10lbs. Mainly due to caloric restrictions inherently tied to the fact that you can only eat so much in one sitting and also, it turns your body into a fat burning machine. For me, I’ve literally tried EVERY DIET, every workout, every trend/fad and nothing has worked for me. I lack discipline. But for some reason, this fasting works. My blood pressure was 140/110 for over 10 years. I was prediabetic and Dx with PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome). Today I’m about 8lbs lighter, fasting blood sugar coming in around 75 instead of 105 and blood pressure averaging 105/75!! Seriously, it’s like a miracle. For the first time in my life, the blood test don’t show me positive for PCOS and my primary doctor is titrating me off my meds!! Woot woot! Anyway, I know your busy. Don’t want to take much more of your time, but I see you almost everyday and you feel like family to me so I just felt like I had to share! OXOX, Julia
Shoot…just noticed a ton of typos. Sorry I couldn’t re-edit. 🙂
Whoa congrats Julia!!! Hmm, ok, if I stall in my weight loss, I will def give it a try!
How do you figure out the muscle mass %? I’d be curious to know what mine is!
Hi Cassey! I think it’s great you are doing this and being honest. I wanted to ask about what you are using to calculate these changes? Is there a scale you trust to calculate body fat percentage and muscle mass?
I am using this one: https://www.vanityplanet.com/products/work-it-digital-scale-and-body-analyzer
Also, I’m glad your pictures of food are so realistic! Takes the pressure off of feeling like all healthy eating is supposed to be some beautiful instagram-worthy picture.
I mean, lighting just CANNOT be perfect all the time. Plus girl needs to eat while her food is still hot.
How do you calculate your body fat %?
I’m so happy for you cassey💕💕
You know the thing with zoodles? Just make your own and heat them with the least amount of oil you can for a minute or so, just enough to heat them a little. Whatever you put on them will warm them the rest of the way. No mush!
Oh an iron skillet works the best!
Yea, I’m not gonna buy the frozen anymore!
+1 to this! Would love a way to estimate at home.
Well, your pictures may not look liek a food blogger’s ones but they look relatable. I see this and I think “I could do this!”
Sending you lots of strong thoughts for week number 2!!
Please share how you’re able to measure muscle each day! I thought you needed a fancy bod pod machine?
You can get a Withings scale. It measures muscle mass!
thank you so much for replying!!! Only time I measured was because I won a “bod pod” scan in a work raffle…and I looked up the price and I was like damn, she’s doing this daily? So thanks for the scale name <3
Nope! I am using this scale: https://www.vanityplanet.com/products/work-it-digital-scale-and-body-analyzer
You are awesome. Don’t let anyone make you doubt that. You inspire me.
Congrats on your week1 results! I can’t wait to read more about your journe.
Its great to realistically see how people are eating. I always feel bad eating the same thing for a couple of days (like I should be mixing it up or something)
I eat the same thing ALL THE TIME!!! This is so normal.
Hi cassey you still eating the brie the salsa the sausage all of which have gluten i really hope your get yourself allergy tested this searious as youll be able to clear up the pimples you say are on most of your body mine have cleard to being tested be responisible for your self eirh this matter it eont go away in fact it will get worser as you get older..i never weigh myself i just look at what see in the mirror if im not happy i know what to do to toned a body part and the intolerances cut down have made a very big difference no bliatiness no feeling puffy not feeling tired and last of all drinking alot of ginger fresh hot or cold tea it flushes all the gunk out clears your skin also
Hey Cassey, may I ask what your height is? I think we might be similar in height and I am on a weight loss journey too.
She’s said she’s 5’5″ 🙂
I love your food’s pic they give me a lot of inspiration. I think I’ll cook some of these really quick.
Hey Cassey. Great job getting through week 1 with confidence in your results and your decision. That is huge! Suggestive tip: be aware of your sodium intake. That Chipotle bowl (as delish as it was) puts you close to the 2000mg mark. I’m on a similar journey as you. Continue to have compassion on yourself because you got this. Haters will hate because they lack compassion. <3
This is amazing result! you should be super proud of yourself!!!! And you are a body positive person, you help me, with your goals designing mine!!! Haters will hate! Love you!
Thank you for posting all this! I haven’t been doing so well when it comes to being healthy. I’ve been eating lots of fast food and processed food and not moving my body. You have inspired me to get my self together and work on my health again!
YES! You’ve got this!!
I think it’s really important to be true to yourself so you just carry on girl! On a completely different note – what are your wireless headphones? I’m in the market for some but have really small ear canals so generally find in-ear headphones uncomfortable.
OMG hello fellow small ear canal friend! This is the one Sam got me: https://www.amazon.com/COWIN-E7-Cancelling-Headphones-Microphone/dp/B07D5DVSF2/ref=sr_1_10?keywords=white+wireless+headphones&qid=1566704047&s=gateway&sr=8-10
I always make my own zoodles too! For some reason they turn out way better than the pre made ones, like less soggy. I cant explain it Also, I love the food ideas so much! It sounds weird, but cottage cheese goes well with zoodles, I used to eat a meal back in the day all the time with meatless beef crumbles, cottage cheese, and zoodles. Sometimes I would add a red sauce, but the cottage cheese does a good job of acting as a sauce. It makes it cheesy and almost like an alfredo with more protein. It looks ugly and gross, but the flavor is there!
Whoa seriously?? I need to try that!!
So great-thanks for your honesty on stalling out and using numbers to see what you need to do to attain your goals. Can you share how you are calculating your body fat and muscle mass? I may have missed it but I am interested in making sure I am doing mine right.
I am using this scale: https://www.vanityplanet.com/products/work-it-digital-scale-and-body-analyzer
You are doing so great! And i really enjoy readings our progress! You‘re journey isn’t mine as I can‘t exercise right now and Keto isn‘t responding with my body but You still motivate me to make better food choices! Keep it up 🙂
Carry on, you’re doing great!
Hey Cassey! How do you calculate your body fat percentage and muscle mass?
I am using this scale: https://www.vanityplanet.com/products/work-it-digital-scale-and-body-analyzer
It is so nice to see you being able to be just you again! And that you ‘gave’ up constantly worrying about how people take it. That is Soo refreshing. I am usually more of a passive social media user. But your daily blogs finally got me to write something xD I am following your fitness journey now for 6 years already and even though I have my times when I am not active, I always come back to blogilates! You are for me personally the best way to get motivated for new workout rounds. I started my own fitness journey two days ago 😀 Wish you all the best with yours! Love from Austria~
Yay I am so happy to have you here!
Random, but have you ever taken handwriting classes? Your handwriting is so nice!
Nope! You like!? Ugh sometimes I think it is so messy!
Hey Cassey! How do you calculate your muscle mass?
Cassie you are a champion!!!
I love seeing your meals and workout plans – I am a super-planner just like you are and it’s so fun to see you smashing these goals (on cute stationery too!)! I’m sorry that people are still throwing their negativity at you, but please know that 99% of us popsters are totally here to support and love you!
Love you! And thank you for your support!
