Whoa looks like Cassniss took over the blog yesterday. She’s always so intense. Jeez. I hear she’s coming back on Dec 5 with some crazy Victor’s Workout routine for the Hunger Games. Brace yourself!

Anyway…back to scheduled programming…Happy December!

This is your first Holiday workout of the month! I decided to decorate my place a little bit with some reds and wintry whites. What do you think? This month is all about family, friends, and lots of yummy seasonal foods that you’ll be seeing at parties. So to prep you for those social gatherings, I’m going to show you how to tone up for your perfect cocktail dress!

    I would like to start working out for a thinner waist and all these excercises look incredible! But I have a small doubt, probably, due to my ignorance in this sphere. If I train hard and develop the side muscles (where waist must be located)))), won’t they become bigger and, therefore, my waist will grow bigger too?

    I did this for the first time yesterday, along with several other of your videos, and I decided i’d give it my all while doing it since it’s only a few minutes and I figured what harm could it do? at most i’d be sweaty and tired for a while.
    well, I have to say I was soooooo invigorated and refreshed after finishing this one that I went and did 9 more of your videos all with the same intensity as the first one, and I felt great. It was mainly because of your personality, i’ve always hated doing exercise and going to gyms, but watching your videos it felt like you were right there with me cheering me on like a friend does when you’re working out together, not like other trainers and such that i’ve had that just tell you to keep going and do another set. So thank you Cassey, I now love working out (so long as it’s with you)! and I may have over done it, because at the moment i’m so sore I literally can’t move anything but my hands and I have to have my roommate get stuff for me. (sooo glad I don’t have work today or tomorrow, yeah I know a tues and wednesday off schedule is weird) I’ll take this as proof that I did them right, and I can’t wait till I can do more of your videos! Looking forward to them!

    Those crepes really look amazing! I follow the vegan meal plan and my protein pancakes were kind of mushy… How much is 1 scoop anyway? (I use hemp protein powder from pure raw and there doesn’t come a scoop with it…)
