This June Workout Calendar will make you :)

Hey guys!

It’s the beginning of a brand new month and in just a few weeks…it will be the official start of Summer! Ahh!!! My favorite month of all! It’s perfect romper weather. I am just swimming in glee 🙂

Alright, now can we talk about the cal? Because we ‘gon talk about the cal.

Last month was all focused on the 6-Week Body Toning Bootcamp, so quite a few passionate POPsters were upset at repetitive workout plan for May. For those of you who embraced the shake up and saw new changes in your body – thank you! And for those of you who were like “nope, not for me”, thank you too for your vocalness.

For June, I’m going back to classic Blogilates style where you’ll find a ton of variety in the workout selection! Check it out:

Download Linked PDF  |  Download Hi-Res JPEG

Isn’t it so pretty and summery? I love it! If I were you, I’d download the JPEG and make it my desktop background! That way, you’ll feel accountable and won’t miss a workout! Also, take advantage of the linked PDF. Just click on the video name and boom, it’ll start playing. No time wasted looking for the right vid!

This month is the start of the Apartment-Friendly series on my channel! Even if you’re not going to try my first workout now, just click play so you can look at this cool loft I shot in…

AHH isn’t it amazing!? I am in LOVE with the plants, the brick, the string lights…EVERYTHING!

I think your neighbors will be very happy to not hear you jumping all over the place! But this doesn’t mean that the workouts won’t be intense. PUH-LEEZE. We’ll be working out to the music and flowing hard. It’s gonna be fun and fierce!!!

Also!

If you’re wondering where all my workout clothes are from, they’re all POPFLEX! Durr! The black top I’m wearing is brand new. The Danger Tank comes in Night and Cabernet!

I love this tank so much and have been waiting to release it for a long time! I wear a size 4 if that helps any of you make a decision! Make sure you guys read the “Stylist’s Tip” on the site if you’re unsure on whether to size up or down etc.

Okay, let’s all promise ourselves that we’re going to have an AMAZING JUNE!!! C’mon let’s work hard and enjoy the results we earn by doing so.

Love you so much!

  2. Riley says:

I did the body toning boot camp and each “focus” we had to do 4 times. does the same apply to these focus ones? is the workouts for the day in total supposed to be 30 mins?

  3. Katie Doughty says:

I just joined! I can’t wait to start the July calendar with you!

  4. lydia says:

This is going to be my first ever monthly calendar and i just finished the beginners calendar and still need to get stronger, can i modify this calendar and do as much as i can because there is a lot of work for each day and i know I’m not strong enough to fully jump into an advanced routine, so will it still be effective even if i cut out some of the videos? I can’t wait to get started!

  5. Anne says:

where are the video for june ?

  6. Anne says:

where are the video for june ? thanks

  7. Callie Cleve says:

Hi Cassey! I was wondering if you could do some more” 1000″ challenges? Maybe for your arms or something. Also, I was wondering if you could do some new warm up routines. Especially for PIIT and the body toning boot camp series. That would be great! Thanks for all the great workouts!

  8. Sophia Sa says:

I’m sorry, I have a question..The video of any workout is about 10 minutes..I must repeat each one for 4 times or if you do all it’s one time?
    for examples:
    snowbanny blast 1 time
    booty focus one time
    ecc

    or

    snowbanny blast 4 time
    booty focus 4 time
    ecc

    Thanks 🙂

    1. shelly says:

Each video once, except for Leg Slimming PIIT, which you would’ve done twice.

      1. Sophia Sa says:

        thanks 🙂

  9. Ellie Liu says:

Hi! so am I supposed to do the videos in the calendar in one go or can I split it? for example 2 first videos in the morning and 2 other videos in the evening. Sorry for my bad English 🙂

  10. Ejvis says:

I love your combination of beginners calendar with the videos attached to each day. Would it be much to ask to do the same for monthly calendars as well?!!!😊
P.s. I am in love with your training 😌

  11. Sam says:

I am so excited to start the June Calendar! However, do I do each video once for the day or do I pick one video per day and repeat it 4 times? Can anyone help a new Popster like me?!

    1. Eileen Fioramonti says:

do each video listed for the day one time. In some of the video Cassey will say to do it 4 times but you only have to do it once when it’s part of a calendar 🙂

  12. Nicki says:

Love the linked PDF, so awesome and your hair looks fabulous!

  13. Sophia says:

I recently introduced my best friend to blogilates and the calendar, and now, we both endure the wonderful pain of blogilates together. This has made us closer friends and both feel much better about ourselves and a lot more confident. Thank you so much Cassey!

  14. Holly Higdon says:

    BLOGILATIES FAM!!!!! I NEED HELP!!!!!!!!

I am currently training for a marathon. It is a lot of long miles and I don’t know how to incorporate the calendar into it without pushing my body over it’s limit. every Sunday I get a cardio day (that doesn’t include running). I am not sure if I should just do some of her videos on that day or spread them out after my runs.

I tried to email Cassey, but as we all know she is super busy!! I didn’t expect an email back but was wondering is anyone in the group had advice for me.Thank you.
    With Love,
    Holly

    1. Anushree says:

With long distance, it is important to build up endurance. I’m no expert whatsoever, so take my advice with a grain of salt! I would say, if you workout 5 days a week, run 3 out of those 5 days, and build muscle endurance (low weights, many reps; body weight exercise like pilates, yoga, etc) for the other 2 days. For the running days, slowly build up your distance by 0.25 mile each run!

  15. Yulia says:

    What is that “New Video”?

    1. Colleen says:

My assumption is that it is the video that is posted in the middle of this page ^

      1. Yulia says:

That’s what I thought but it didn’t seem right at first. Thank you for your reply!

    2. Sophia says:

That is the newest video that she has posted on her channel.

  16. Colleen says:

So I downloaded the app on my iPad mini. I love it because the videos are automatically upload (I pay the .99 so I can get the videos). Is there anything somewhat similar for my Mac? Or an easier way to find the daily videos rather than searching through each tab? THANKS!! <3

    1. sara aguilera says:

Cassey makes a playlist each day with all five daily videos 😀 just go to the playlist tab on the blogilates channel, or download the pdf version of the calendar and all the videos are linked there.

  17. Ericka says:

    I liked May also!

  18. Brooklyn says:

I’m new to this calendar thingy so please can someone explain to me what exactly should I do? Thanks 🙂

    1. Sophia says:

You do all of the workouts in the box for the day. When it says “New Video” on Mondays, it means do the newest video that she has posted.

  19. nina says:

    how does the calendar work?
do you just do one of those or should you do them all on that day?

    1. Anushree says:

Do them all, or as many as you can handle 🙂 I’m still a beginner so I do 3 videos, and then see how much more i can handle.

  20. abigailcenish says:

hey every one, does any one know what new video is ??

    1. sara aguilera says:

it’s the newest video Cassey uploads to the blogilates channel, there’s a new one every Monday 🙂

  21. Sofia Melgar says:

On day 3, do we have to do the snowbunny blast 4x?

    1. Delani Rae McAulay says:

I was wondering the same thing. I don’t think so because I think each day is meant to be roughly 30 minutes and in doing all 5 videos you reach that goal. If we did the PIIT style videos 4x each then today’s workout would be almost 2 hours long because the Booty Focus and Snow Bunny Blast were both PIIT style. At least that’s my logic? But I had the same question!

      1. Sofia Melgar says:

        Thanks!

  22. Dionne says:

I sort of have a stupid question. I started off doing the beginners calendar last summer since I was new to Pilates and Blogilates. I managed to make it through the whole thing with some improvements but ever since school started, I haven’t been able to do any of the exercises on here and barely had any time to go to gym at least 3x a week like I would do as a replacement workout. I wanna start back up again this summer since I have the time but after trying to get through some of May’s (and dying in the process) I don’t know if I should try doing June’s calendar or just do the beginner’s calendar over again since its been about a year I’ve done so. Does anyone have any recommendations?

(Also if anyone has any recommendation workouts on here for loosing weight I would love to know some as well. Different people have said that they noticed me loosing weight but I’ve noticed that my weight has been at a stagnant stand still since last summer. I do eat right and try to exercise regularly when I’m able but I’m not really loosing anything.)

    1. Kim Kieu says:

I started doing the Blogilates calendar program again after a year off as well. I skipped the Beginner’s calendar and went straight to the current calendar. It was indeed hard, and I felt discouraged at times, but I pushed through by modifying all the moves to fit my pace. You don’t have to mirror everything that Cassey does. For example, if she’s jumping, you walk it. If she does 45 lunges in 45 secs, you may do 20, and that’s okay. If you can’t do a sit-up, just keep crunching it and try your best to climb up. The sit-up will eventually happen – you just have to keep trying. Modify all the hard moves according to YOUR ability. As Cassey said before, “quality over quantity.” Don’t stress about keeping up. Just keep moving and you’ll be okay. June calendar is my 3rd calendar and I am able to keep up with all the videos, and no longer taking 10 min breaks in between. You can do it!!

  23. Saskia says:

Omg, Cassey, you’re on the BBC! http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-39947943

I’m happy the old calendar style came back, simply because I’m 6+ months pregnant and can’t do so much PIIT right now! 🙂 if I wasn’t, I’d definitely enjoy the May calendar too.

  24. Maria says:

I originally planned to do the Beginner’s 2.0 Calendar for all 4 weeks to slowly get fit and build my way up to your monthly calendars. I was two weeks in when I saw your June Calendar go up and that plan went out the window! I wanted to start June because my birthday is this month and I really wanna push myself and keep myself motivated during what I think is the luckiest time of the year for me. During the first day of the workout I was DYING and my muscles were shaking like jello but faster and I had to stop more than I would have liked. I felt weak and not strong at all but then I remember you and your videos and how encouraging they are to keep going and instead of giving up I took a break for a little and kept trying to do as much as I can. I reminded myself that I’m definitely getting a workout with the amount of sweat I had by the end of it. I remind myself how strong my muscles grow every day; how my legs could go so much longer than what they did two weeks back. I WILL get stronger and I WILL be more confidant and I WILL keep going and I WILL give myself that healthy lifestyle my body needs and deserves. Thank you Cassey for giving me this hope that I haven’t felt in a while! <3

  25. Lindsey Boyle says:

I just did the workout for June 1st and……….. omg that was sooooooo hard! I hate you (not really)

  26. Sofia Melgar says:

Do we have to stretch after each workout?

    1. Anushree says:

Always!!! Stretching before and after is best!

  27. Ginae says:

For the June calendar workouts, are there warm ups to do before or is it ok to just do without?

  28. Carissa Williams says:

I appreciate you making anytime-workouts accessible, affordable and FUN! You are an inspiration to many!

  29. Ray says:

i loved may’s calendar! hopefully that won’t be the last of something we see like that. thank you for trying something new, cassey!

  30. Teresa says:

I like this one better, but the other one was good too. I’ve just finished workout for June 1st and I am sweating so bad. Thank you for doing this Cassey <3

P.S. Hey POPsters! I am not really sure if is the Blogilates app for free. Can you please tell me? Thanks 🙂

  31. PopBeth says:

Wasn’t a fan of the repitition, but made the best of it by instead doing 2x Bootcamp PIIT videos and 2x other PIIT videos of that body area. I hated it at first, but it absolutely kicked my ass, and now I may even miss it a little bit! I DON’T KNOW HOW TO FEEL CASSEY. WHY HAVE YOU DONE THIS TO ME.

  32. Kat says:

Just completed the first day and it felt really good to be back to classic calender style.
I _hated_ the May calender from deep within my heart because of the same workout four times and every week again. But i’m proud to say that i pulled through and completed every single day. And one day i even did the workout like six times or so because i’m too stupid to count. lol
It was a nice challenge and a good change for my body. In a few months, maybe i’d be up to another round. ^^

  33. Μαρία Πιτσινέλη says:

Hello I’m new and I have a question do I have to do the exercises all altogether or I can split them, for example 3 in the morning and 2 in the evening

    1. PopBeth says:

Hello! Sometimes I split them up in morning/evening if I don’t have time or if I’m feeling extra tired that day 🙂 It’s perfectly fine. I actually like it better because the long break means I can go extra hard in the evenings!

      1. Μαρία Πιτσινέλη says:

        Thank you

  34. nugget says:

even though im not a fan of doing the same routine 4x, the May calendar exercises actually helped me lose 15lbs! :O looking forward to this month’s calendar! 😀

  35. Gina says:

    Warm up

  36. Cynthia Lorena says:

How many times are we suppose to repeat all the workouts for that day? Or does everyone just do them all once?

    1. shelly says:

Just once, but there’s at least one PIIT workout (the Leg Slimming or Booty Poppin’ one, can’t remember… maybe both?) you’ll have to do twice.

      1. PopBeth says:

        It’s the leg one 🙂

        1. shelly says:

          Thanks! 🙂

  37. Catherine says:

Sorry I’m kinda new, I was wondering for each day are you meant to do every workout there or pick just a couple workouts from each day to do that day?

    1. ❄ MαяγAทท ❄␌ says:

You’re meant to do all the workouts

    2. Tori Tarantino says:

What MaryAnne said, but there IS a beginner’s calendar if you’re new to this that I highly recommend you do first just so all of the regular monthly videos are easier. I did the beginner’s one twice before starting the monthly calendars and it was still a challenge. Very nice way to ease into the Blogilates lifestyle though 🙂

    3. Thea says:

I dont have time to do all the workouts everyday, so the 3 times a week, that I workout, I take two days in one, but only do half of written workouts. Thats whats working for me, and I think you should find out whats working for you 🙂 Good luck!

  38. Xo Xo says:

So excited to try this out! I did the beginner’s calendar in May and I think I am ready to try a real Blogilates calendar… I hope I’ll stick to it and be able to call myself a Popster at the end of the month 🙂 Good luck to all of you guys!!!

    1. PopBeth says:

Welcome to the grind! 😉 <3

  39. Kameela Prince says:

I am so excited to start this calendar

  40. haomoli says:

I am sooo excited for this month’s calendar.!!!! I’m in love just previewing it

  41. Suzannah Rowntree says:

I’m so happy to see the regular calendar back. But…I would be SO UP for another PIIT style calendar in maybe 6 months or something?

I was actually really happy when the May calendar turned up, because I’d been thinking I should do a whole month of 4x PIIT workouts and see what happened. And lo and behold, the Workout Unicorn granted my wish, and it was an amazing, brutal, soul-searing challenge that I’m proud to say I mostly conquered. As thrilled as I am that it’s over, I’d never say never again 😉

    1. PopBeth says:

Me too, I have such mixed feelings now, I kind of miss the PIIT but I’m SO HAPPY we’re going back to classic style again! Might have to mix the two together and see what happens.

  42. Lindsay says:

I LOVE the interactive pdf calendar. If there was a way to let you click the box to “check it off” and have it save, that would be so great.

  43. BenandBreana Johnson says:

I enjoyed the new format of last month’s calendar, but I’m glad to be back to the usual variety each day! Thanks for always challenging us physically and mentally!

  44. Aoife says:

I really liked May’s calendar! And I could feel the progress as I went through it. I like to old calendars too, it would be cool to have calendar that incorporates PIIT days and normal calendar days!

    1. shelly says:

Yeah, I liked the shorter PIIT-style workouts, but I also enjoy the mixture of the regular calendars. A mixed calendar would be right up my alley, I think!

    2. PopBeth says:

This is a good idea! I might actually modify this calendar to include more PIIT!

    3. Kate says:

Does anyone have all this years calenders?! Xx

    4. Ericka says:

      That is a great idea!

    5. Callie Cleve says:

I agree! I love the PIIT style workouts. That would be great if you could do some calendars that were like, a week of PIIT or the body toning boot camp series, and then a mixed video week. I think alternating the body toning boot camp series with the PIIT series every other week for a calendar would be nice too.

  45. Jackie O. says:

I liked the May Calendar. I feel like it got me sweating more than I did from the regular workout calendars.

  46. Julia R says:

Stupid question…do you do all the workouts, everyday of the week? Or do you just do the exercises on the days that you normally exercise? Working out 7 days a week scares me, haha.

    1. Mehak Kohli says:

Haha, luckily no. If you look at this month’s calendar at the top sub-headings,one says “Unwind” for Friday. So it’s kind of a rest/chill/relax day with light stretching workouts and food recipes.

      1. Julia R says:

        Completely missed that – Thanks!

  47. Gabrielle says:

Love this calendar! I just started the May calendar since I am new to the Blogilates fam😂 But once finished with that I will move on to June! I might always be a month behind but hey, at least I’m working out right?! 😂 Thanks so much for doing these!!

    1. PopBeth says:

Why not just skip the May one and go straight to June? 😀

  48. Lea says:

Yay thank you i like this summery Design and i love that the old calender style is back:)

  49. Gina Fracassi says:

Last month was the first calender I followed and I didn’t like it all. It gets so boring doing the same workout 4x in a row, that I gave up mid- month. I’m so excited for this calendar!

    1. PopBeth says:

Man, that’s gotta be the worst calendar to be your first calendar! Props to you for trying to stick with it.

  50. Tor says:

At first I wasn’t sure what to think about about the last month’s calendar but I found myself thoroughly enjoying the challenge, so much in fact that I think I will repeat it this month! I really liked that the workout didn’t take as long but it still felt like I had really worked my body to the fullest. I wish I could afford to participate in the Piit workouts, maybe one day.
    Thank you, Cassey!

    1. Tor says:

Well. next month actually since it is still May…

  51. Kellen says:

I am determined to make this month the month where I change for the better. I love the vibrant calendar this month Cassey! I love you so so much and I really do hope to meet you and take pics with you again in the future 😀

  52. Marina says:

I’m glad to see the old calendar back! Although, seeing Fat Burn Focus on tomorrow’s list after I just finished doing 4 of them today and then Booty focus on Saturday (which I’ll actually do on Friday) after doing 4 of them yesterday…but at least we only have to do the video once, right? 🙂 Thank you for everything you do for us, Cassie!

  53. Laila says:

I love this calendar and although I’m probably in the minority I love May’s calendar too it was a fun change of pace! Thanks so much for continuing to offer free workout options for us!

  54. Jen says:

I just joined the group and was looking at the before and after pictures and saw that a lot of people seem to be very young between early 20’s and late 30’s. I’m in my late 40’s and my metabolizim has slowed down a lot and am wondering if doing these exercise routines will give me the results I’m looking for.

    1. Jojo says:

I’m in my 30s and I find it certainly helps but diet is the main contributor to losing/ putting on weight. Women’s metabolisms start slowing down once they hit 25 so no one has an excuse as to whether or not something is going to help them. Any exercise is better than no exercise right?
In my own personal experience, I found that I was working out a LOT… 5 or 6 days a week for an hour a day: weights, cardio, Blogilates you name it! And I was seeing very limited to no results… why? Because I didn’t consider my eating habits. I have lost 7kg in 4 months because I have learnt the art of controlling and limiting portion sizes, choosing healthier options and remembering on occasion to treat myself so that I don’t crash out and throw my good eating habits out the window. You can’t make excuses for what you put into your body and this is the biggest lesson I have learnt. So in answer to your question, yes it will work for you… but you have to ensure that your eating habits are controlled too or you will not see any changes. And remember… it happens slowly. Don’t expect to do a month of Blogilates and see abs for the first time in years once you finish your month. It is a long term process, but doing it slowly teaches you very good life habits that will keep you motivated! Best of luck 🙂

    2. PopBeth says:

      Just go for it 😀

  55. Paige Robinson says:

It looks so cute and summery!! Maybe next month we could have a ‘classic Pop Pilates’ day?? I LOVE your old workouts too…maybe a Throwback Thursday 😛

  56. Beth Whitrod says:

I love this calendar! Although if Im being honest, I love all the calendars! Can I do this along with piit? or will that be too much?

    1. PopBeth says:

Damn girl, that’s some impressive goals 😛

  57. Mint says:

    Aaaah, can’t wait!
I actually liked May calendar’s style, but I’m also happy to go back to the old one. 🙂
I do have a question, though (maybe it’s a silly one, but I NEED to ask): how can we deal with working out in a very hot weather? I’m sure I’m not the only one who lives in a very hot and humid place and of course with summer it doesn’t get any better. 🙁 I think I’ll manage with the normal pop pilates workouts, but what about the cardio parts? Is there some way of doing cardio in the heat without actually dying?
Thanks to anyone who answers! 😀

    1. Debra says:

When I lived in FL I had to do things early. I ran before 8 am and playtime at the park was over at 9 am for my children when they were toddlers. They would get red cheeks even playing at the park in the shade it was so hot.

      1. Anne says:

Hi ladies, I am new. I download the calendar now how do I know what to do? For example Complete Arms WO is there a video that I follow every day? Thanks in advance.

        1. PopBeth says:

Each thing is the name of a video on the blogilates youtube channel 🙂 If you go to the playlists on the channel, there will usually be one playlist for that day which you can just follow. (sometimes they are uploaded a little late!)

    2. Beth Whitrod says:

Hey! I live in the Caribbean so working out without heat is next to impossible. I try to workout in the mornings and try and find a nice breezy spot! Sometimes I workout on the balcony of my house because its surrounded by trees and provides some nice shade, either that or I try a beach! But that one can get seriously hot..I used to use my air conditioning but because of money problems thats not really an option anymore! I hope this helped

  58. Sydney says:

Im new and I have a question, for the workouts in the calendar, do we make those up ourself or do I follow a video every day? I’m a little confused.

    1. Mint says:

You have to follow all the videos that are listed for the day 🙂

  59. Chi Yan says:

Yay!! I love the summer-y vibes of this calendar. Super looking forward to starting a new month together with you Cassey! <3 and also, I am SO loving the apartment friendly series. Your filming location is absolutely beautiful too!! (:

  60. Kathleen Kelly says:

The link for the hi res jpg for the June calendar isn’t working… :/ Or maybe that’s just me? The PDF works! But it takes me to this page when I click for the jpg.

    https://uploads.disquscdn.com/images/61f2b01bcd4053e89971747bcd6851ecabaf1c95c4e0eec53cbf491caa1f3af8.png

    1. Mint says:

      Same here :/

    2. Laila says:

Maybe she fixed it already? It worked fine for me just now!

  61. Michelle Marquez says:

The new calendar looks gorgeous! I must say … I prefer variety in the workouts.
Thank you Cassey, btw the new place looks amazing!
Hugs and kisses from Chile ♥

  62. Aubrie says:

I’m new here, and I just had a question 🙂 This might sound like a stupid question, but are we supposed to complete every single video as it says, or are those entries just a list of the options we have for each day? Thanks!

    1. iii says:

It is every single video 🙂

      1. Aubrie says:

        Thank you!

  63. Jadeli A Martinez says:

When I clicked the JPEG it sent me to some other June calendars haha.
(dnsrsearch.com) the link it sent me too.

  64. Anouk says:

Love the new calender! It is sooooo pretty!

Just wondering, are you supposed to do all the workouts every day? What if I also do a cardio exercise like running? 🙂

  65. Brooklyn W. says:

Hey Cassey, how would you suggest we follow the calendar if we only want to work out 4-5 days a week rather than every day? I want to follow the calendar but I don’t want to skip whatever’s on the weekend (in this case arms and booty) every week all month!

Abs or arms or something that you can’t skip, and then move through the week kind of playing catch up! It’s been working for me and it’s pretty easy! I make sure I hit all of the major muscle groups and then throw the cardio in there somewhere in the middle. Hope this helps!!

          Good idea! Thanks Katherine!

I really liked the May calendar!!!!! I love all your calendars and the hard work you put into creating them 🙂 That being said, I liked the shorter workout times 🙂 Keep doing you Cassey and I love, love, LOVE the new popflex. 🙂 I will be ordering soon I hope 🙂

Yay, old calendar style is back! I actually got so demotivated by May’s calendar that after the first week (where I followed it to point) I only worked out two times a week and did all the videos at once one time each 🙁 But now I can come back to being fit and, hopefully, happy!

The new workout is killer! I wasn’t too thrilled about the PIIT style workouts for a full month, but I powered through it and it made me stronger. Still, happy to be going back to the classic calendar style, especially since I found out I shouldn’t be doing too much cardio because of a heart condition.
Happy June everyone, stay healthy and happy!

  70. Haha if I hate my neighbours below that much I’ll be sure to thump around extra loud, just for them!

Casey, if love to see you bring back your old videos into the calendars. I also see that some of the older videos cwnt be played on youtube for some reason?

Absolutely love this month’s calendar! Hopefully this month I will finally come round to finishing it entirely. Thank you for doing what you do and inspiring so many people like me! I’ll try to condense all my thoughts into one simple sentence – you’ve changed my life. Thank you thank you thank you! Do you have any tips on how to become a better person and change your overall quality of life? Perhaps even make a video about it? I know it’s a hot topic especially now that summer’s just around the corner. Anyways, wish me luck!

    Hi Cassey,

The Calendar looks great!!! Love the colors and the fresh, healthy look! Is it just me or is the jpeg hi res version link broken? It says server can’t be found. I like to save the jpeg version to my phone. The other version works fine.
I enjoyed the calendar last month, but agree more variety is needed on a normal basis for me to keep me motivated which is why I would usually do two rounds of one, and two rounds of another to make up my workout for the day. I did even log into Piit28 and do an upper body workout for two of the rounds near the beginning of the month on arms day combined with the vid you had on the calendar! I may try that this month… do a piit style workout one day a week Thursday week one, Wednesday week two, Monday week three, and Sunday week four or something similar. Thanks for all you do for us Popsters and Piitsters!!! Love you so much! <3
