I bought the meal plan when it came out… is each recipe made to last the whole week or do i have to triple the ingredients?

  5. Elizabeth says:

So I just ordered the 8 week meal plan/ fit journal combo and the email sent me the link to join the group but it will not give me access. What do I do?

  6. Naomi says:

As soon as I ordered the “hotbodycombo” I received the email with the meal plan download and the fit journal arrived pretty fast, too which is amazing since I live in Italy.
Both are so colourful and detailed. As usual, you’ve given us your best.
Thank you for everything, love ya ♥

Hi Cassey, I didn’t know where else to write this so, I ordered the 8 week meal plan on the 7th of November and I just got my package today in Australia. The meal plan didn’t come with it. I asked my friend who also ordered one and she said a link was sent with the meal plan. I didn’t get a link either and was wondering why this has happened. Please help because I am so behind with the 8 week hot bod transformation and I was wanting to have a cute body by my birthday (31st of December)

  8. Elodie says:

Do we have to do the “Pumped up cardio Warmup” every day before working out or is it not necessary during this challenge?
    Kiss XOXOXO

  9. Tasha says:

Hi Cassey @blogilates I don’t know where to write this. I didn’t want to write a review on the 8 week new body meal guide so I am going to write it here, I hope you see it. I am very impressed with all the hard work you do and and so happy I have found you 🙂 My problem is with the 8 week meal plan. I read reviews before I purchased it and new it had pretty much the same recipes and the 12 week meal plan, which I purchased last year. My problem is that the 8 week meal plan looks like you rushed through it and tried to get it out for purchase as soon as possible. It seems you have skipped the attention to detail. Yes the 8 week plan has beautiful pictures and colors, but what about the portion sizes for each recipe or how much each recipe makes?? I am even missing a couple recipes in the 8 week meal plan. Thank goodness I purchased the 12 week plan b/c I can go there to look at portion sizes and how much each recipe makes. I even found the missing recipes in the 12 week plan. All in all I love the idea and the concept of the 8 week plan I just feel like you released it too soon. I hope you read this and hopefully it helps rather then hinders you. I am not trying to put you down just pointing a few things out 🙂 Love you Cassey

    1. Leah says:

Hi Cassey! I was going to say about the same thing….I’m not sure what the portion size for these recipes is, am I making lunches for the whole week or for one serving? I wanted to commit to the meal plan but after grocery shopping and coming home to cook, some necessary items are missing, and some are never used! I’ve been improvising and skipping out on things as a result. Overall (so far), it seems the meal plan is great in theory but lackluster in execution. I’m not giving up, just kind of bummed. Wanted you to know my feedback for the next plan though!
      Keep working it out, Leah
Ps- would you consider working in a vegetarian plan in the future?

  10. Eva says:

    Hi
Anyone who can explain, why the meal plan and the makeover is 8 weeks, but the journal is 12 weeks?

  11. New user says:

I ordered hotbodcombo but received what looks like LAST years journal, no pen and no meal plan . Emailed ogorgeous and they just replied- print the meal plan.

  12. Maren says:

Where do I find the order number??

    1. Maren says:

how many numbers is in it?

  13. gabriela says:

    hi cassey
I just ordered fit journal along with the meal plan. I received both order confirmations and the download email but the download won’t let me open it. It says it cannot be open because it appears to be plain. Please help as I just begged my parents to buy it for me.

  14. angela says:

Hi! I want to join the 8 week hot body challenge too but where’s the calendar? 😮

    1. Ella says:

Hey I was wondering that too. Did you ever find one? Are the calendars for everyone? or do we need to purchase the journal.

      Can someone help? thanks!

      1. Coralie says:

The workout calendars are on the site, you have to sign up to her newsletter and every month she will send the password to unlock the new calendar 🙂 hope this helped x

  15. Kayla says:

    Hi Cassey (and other commenters!),

I bought the fit journal and meal plan over a week ago, and I have received the fit journal but I never got any sort of email. I didn’t get the download email for the meal guide, and I never got a confirmation email either so I’m not really sure how to remedy the situation.

If anyone has any ideas, please help! I’d like to start the challenge tomorrow with everyone 🙂

    xx

    1. Maren says:

      try emailing them:)

  16. Nikita says:

Hello Cassey, I’ve ordered the 8 week hotbody meal plan. Unfortunately, I could not access to the hot body community. Could you please help me check? Thank you and sorry for any inconvenience.

  17. Annie says:

    Hi Cassey,

Is it still OK for me to drink cappuccino while following the meal plan? I usually have it with soy milk and no sugar though. Does that count as a cheat meal?

    Best regards

  18. Pavithra says:

I just bought the meal plan and journal. Is it too late? Can i join the challenge too?And will it reach me by time?

    1. Meghan says:

You should be fine! I just bought mine too. You should have received the meal plan in an email already and then you can just write in another journal till it gets here and transfer that into the fit journal when it arrives this week or the next.

      1. Tanya says:

I ordered my journal and meal plan. The journal came on Friday, but not the meal plan. My receipt has it on there. (added I did not get the discount after I added the promocode) Now I’ve tried to get in contact on here for this to be resolved. I was hoping for the meal plan by email while I wait for mine to arrive in the mail. Feeling frustrated. sigh

  19. Tanya says:

I received my journal today!! Yay! However, I did not receive my meal plan. Or the discount. Booo!

    1. Tanya says:

Is it possible I can get a copy of Week 1 meal plan until my book gets here?

  20. pet says:

    hello cassey,
i didn’t get my journal yet (i’m from italy) can you send out the first pages?
    that would be awesome!!
    thank youuu

  21. Mackenzie says:

Hey Cassey, I’ve not gotten the link for the private Hot Body Community, even though I purchased the meal guide. Is there a way that I could have that resent to me? Thank you so much!!

  22. Jessica says:

    Hi Cassey!

I’m so excited about making this purchase! Eeeeee! I am a pescetarian, though, so am wondering if I should order the vegan meal plan and add protein where I can or to get the regular one and use meat substitutes or just take out the meat all together.

Thanks for your help! So stoked!
    <3

  23. Tyra says:

    Hey Cassey, I have a question…
Will you be posting the #8weekhotbody meal plan on your blog so those of us that haven’t ordered it can also follow along? I’ve been looking forward to doing this but neither my parents nor I can afford to order it. Thanks in advance!!

    1. Meghan says:

It’s exactly the same as last year’s just shorter (no repeat meals) you can use that one. 🙂

  24. Jessica says:

    Hi Cassey!
So excited to make this purchase! Eeeeee! I’m just wondering because I’m a pescetarian should I buy the vegan meal plan and just add protein where I see necessary?? Or should I just get the regular one and not use meat? I’m torn! Help!
    You’re awesome and gorg.

  25. Megan Goodell says:

    Hey Cassey & POPsters!

I am also having trouble accessing the private community. I have the meal guide for 8 Week Hot Body but when I try to put in the link, it doesn’t seem to be working. Is there something I am doing wrong?

    Thanks!

  26. Karissa says:

    Hi everyone

Could someone please help me out with the meal plan…. maybe e-mail it to me or send me a link to the PDF meal plan. I’ve been hunting for it and unfortunately cannot seem to find it or come up with the cash to buy it in time.

I would really appreciate you’re help.
    Thank you (*)

  27. Ju-hee Lee says:

    Hi Cassey,

I would like to buy 8 Week Hot Body Meal Guide. However, I couldn’t complete the transaction.
I believe that it is an ebook so the residence dosen’t matter, but I keep getting the following sign below.
“The shipping country is not allowed by the buyer’s country of residence.”

Would you please figure out this problem so that I can proceed the order?

I look forward to hearing from you soon!
    Thanks!

P.S. I CAN’T WAIT to participate in this challenge!

    1. blogilates says:

Please email info@ogorgeous.com with your issue!

  28. Kendra says:

Hi cassey, I just purchased the fit journal and meal plan and I received an email saying I have to request to join the private community, I did so but it’s not letting me on and just saying “request sent”. How long does it take to get accepted??

  29. Charismatic says:

Where will i get this meal plan

    1. Julie says:

It looks like they mail it to you and email you a digital copy, I got my digital copy right away.

    2. Laura says:

You have to purchase it in the blogilates shop 😀

    3. Mackenzie says:

You purchase it from Blogilates but it’s an ebook, not a printed copy.

  30. Laura says:

    Hey 🙂
There appeared a big question in the 8 week hot body challenge community…
Do we get the meal plan shipped too or do we have to print it by ourselves?
We all would love to know 😀
    Thx 😀

  31. linda cruz says:

    Hi,

Okay I still have my 12 week meal plan. What is the difference between the two meal plans? Is it similar?

    Thanks,
    Linda

    1. Meghan says:

It’s exactly the same just shorter with no repeat meals this time. You could totally just use that if you want.

  32. Victoria says:

Please can someone help me, where do I find the PDF file for the 8 week meal plan? Or do I have to purchase it?
    thanks 🙂

    1. Stephanie says:

      Hi Victoria,

You should have received an e-mail containing the downloadable links for the meal plan. The e-mail subject for mine was Downloads for order #XXXXX.

    2. Yetunde says:

If it’s the aforementioned meal plan, you have to purchase it.

  33. Macy lemons says:

I was under the impression that the meal plan was an actual book since that is how it looked in your video. I’m disappointed that we have to print these out ourselves and put them together because it’s over 50 pages to print off. Is their anyway I can get a refund or something? Not everyone has easy access to a computer or tablet to be able to read the meal plan. I’m not trying to be rude but it’s frustrating. Thankyou

    1. Karissa says:

      Hi Macy

Sorry to bother you but could you please give me the link to the PDF File. PPPPLLLLEEEEAAASSSEEEE HELP ME… I’m Desperate 🙁

      1. Meghan says:

You have to buy it or use the one from last year. They are almost identical.

  34. Anna says:

    Hey Cassey!

I ordered my fitjournal 2.0 on friday, and I got the confirmation email for my order shortly after ordering it. but I didn’t yet receive the confirmation email that my fitjournal has been sent! my best friend ordered the journal on friday as well and got the confirmation that it has been sent on saturday! could it be that there is a mistake? or do I just have to wait a little longer?
    lots of love <3
    Anna

    1. Anna says:

hahah it just sent me the email, sorry ^^

  35. Rhea says:

Hey Cassey! I purchased the fit journal along with the meal plan. I was wondering if it’s going to be shipped to me or do I have to print it out……pls reply Thanks in advance 🙂

  36. Laura says:

    Hi Cassey!

I wanted to join the hot body challenge but the $42 was too much for me… I was disappointed, until I found out that while I was telling my boyfriend about how I couldn’t afford the plan, he bought it for me! I’m so inspired by my boyfriend who supports me and by you for making this plan for us!

I’m still on the beginner’s calendar so I am worried about keeping up, but I can’t wait to start trying my best.

    Thank you!! 🙂

  37. Jessica says:

I am highly considering buying the meal plan. I am lactose intolerant and I do eat meat. Which meal plan should I buy? I usually do a combination of your vegan and regular meal plans, which one should I buy for this? Thank you!

  38. Hi Cassey, I’m also wondering if the meal plan comes as a book in the mail or just a pdf?
    Thanks

    1. Yetunde says:

      It’s a PDF from what I’ve heard.

      1. Meghan says:

It’s both. You get the book mailed to you as well as a pdf. At least that’s my understanding.

  39. Whitney Wick says:

I just ordered the fit journal but recieved no confirmation email and my account was charged twice!! I also cannot find a contact number anywhere to help! If anyone has the contact email please help!

    1. blogilates says:

email info@ogorgeous.com if you have any problems!

  40. Emma says:

Hey Cassey! I’m really looking forward to the 8 week challenge and I bought the meal plan and the fit journal the other day but I do have two concerns. Firstly I can’t join the private community and secondly, in the meal plan, there is a page missing. I think it’s page 34 because there is no recipe for the warm quinoa cereal. I would be very happy for some help.

    1. abbey says:

Ok, I’m glad it’s not just me missing a page! I think page 34 is missing for everyone…

      1. Abbey says:

I got it all figured out! I emailed ogorgeous and they gave me a new copy with the missing page! I’m so happy and so excited to start! 🙂

  41. Antonia says:

    Hey Cassey!
I would really like to this 8 week challenge with you but the thing is that I fit the beginners calendar only for two weeks now I wanted to start again, because I wanted to be ready for the new workout calendar in December.
But know I see this amazing thing but I’m not sure if I can do this without having done the beginners calendar..
What would you guys suggest? Are there any other beginners who want to join the challenge ?
    Love u all!

    1. Anna says:

you could order the fitjournal to keep track of your food while doing the beginners calender and in the middle of the challenge you can switch to normal workout calender (:

      1. Rebecca says:

Thanks that’s a really good idea:)
        <3

  42. Abbey says:

I think there is a page missing from the meal plan pdf file. There are two breakfast recipes I can’t find. The quinoa cereal and swiss oatmeal. Also there is a skipped page somewhere between 33 and 36. Looking forward to beginning the new 8 week makeover!

    Abbey

  43. Maria says:

Hi Cassey!! I ordered your 1×8 week hot body meal guide on October 30 bit I’m afraid it might not get here til after we start the challenge.

    1. Julie says:

I think they emailed it to you as well.

  44. Lynn says:

    Hi Cassey,

The checkout on your bodypop activewear site didn’t work for me when I tried to pay through paypal. It said that there was an error. I’m not sure if I am the only one experiencing this problem.

  45. Veronika says:

So excited for it! It is amazing that we all have someone like you, Cassie! Thanks for everything. Love you!

    xoxo

  46. Emely says:

Hey Cassey, I bought the meal plan and the fit journal and I already been reading the meal plan and checking everything that I shoukd buy. On week one I already didn’t find three recipes, am I not looking good enough or can I find them somewhere else?

I started with blogilates this year at the first of january but I already stopped in february and sometimes I did a video but I never started again. Now I’m gonna do this and I’m gonna be fit when we leave 2014 behind!!

Can you or somebody else please say where I can find the other recipes?

    Thank you!
    Xoxo Emely

    1. Emely says:

Oh the recipes I can’t find are:
Ultra clean meatballs + sweet potato + cauliflower
      Almond butter & banana smoothie
Healthy cheeseburger + sweet potato fries

And also the vanilla whey protain powder, what is this and how do I use it?

      Thanks!

      1. Abbey says:

I can find all of the recipes you don’t have however I can’t find the recipe for the hot quinoa cereal. Do you find that recipe?
The meatballs are on the very last page
Almond butter and banana smoothie on pg 29
        healthy cheeseburger on pg 46

        1. Kaleigh Sanio says:

Hey guys, some other people are having similar problems. If you e-mail info@ogorgeous.com and tell them what happened and ask for a new pdf they’ll send it to you@

  48. Aenia says:

Hi Cassey! I am highly considering getting this, even on a limited budget as a college student. But, I have question about the diet plan. I am a flexitarian (only eat chicken [rarely], fish, eggs as meat) and a big chuck of my meals are vegan/vegetarian. I am also gluten and lactose-intolerant. Which plan would be best suited for me? Will it require a lot of time to cook? I normally meal prep on weekends and free days anyway. I need to clean up my diet and get back on the exercise wagon. Thanks for everything that you do for us 🙂

    1. Kalissa says:

      I second this.
I’m a college student on a limited budget and I am gluten and lactose intolerant and I’m allergic to eggs so it’s a little tough to follow these kind of meal plans or just alter them.

    2. Angela says:

      Hey Aenia,
Personally I think you should go the route of the vegetarian plan since your lactose, you can always Add in chicken if you dont like the tofu in the recipes. Good Luck!

    3. Emily says:

I am also gluten free, lactose free, soy free, and egg free, so I am concerned with buying a meal plan like this because I’m afraid I wouldn’t be able to eat any of the meals.

  49. Alex says:

Its my first time purchasing a meal plan from Cassey. I was wondering if the meal plan comes as a book in the mail or just the pdf link.
and also I’m having troupe accessing the google plus group

  50. Cidney says:

I just ordered my fitness journal! I have been feeling really unmotivated lately, so this came at the perfect time! I can’t wait!

  51. Alena says:

    HI,

If you use paypal to purchase the journal and meal plan can you still use the discount code?

    Thanks,

    Alena

    1. Bethany says:

You need to put in the discount code before you check out in the ‘Do you have a coupon’ area and then use paypal to pay you will see that it works.

      Hope it helps!

  52. Christine P says:

    Hi Cassey,
First of all,I am a big fan of your work. Thank you so much for taking time to make workout videos every month. I am writing because I want to the day #8weekchallenge but I am breastfeeding my baby. I gained a lot of weight during my pregnancy and need to lose it. I just need to extra calories ,like about 500 calories more to have sufficient milk supply. Can I still do this challenge and still be able to breastfeed??

    1. Kaleigh Sanio says:

You should be able to breastfeed, just add in 500 calories worth of healthy food – add extra chicken, or vegetables, or whatever to the recipes during the day, or make an extra couple eggs for breakfast (about 300 calories)

  53. Christine P says:

    Hi Cassey,
First of all, I want to say that I am a big fan of you and your work. Thank you so much for taking time to make workout calendars each month. I am writing a comment because I really want to do 8 week challenge but I am nursing my three month old child. I just need to eat an extra 500 calories because I am breastfeeding. Is there a way for me to lose weight with this plan and still be able to feed? Also, can you at least try and do a comprehensive cookbook so I don’t need to keep going online as I cook. Thank you. Have a nice day.

  54. Damia says:

Hi cassey, I couldn’t help but notice these people who won the contest (as far as I can see) aren’t from Europe – which makes it seem like you choose people commenting around a certain time, when Europeans wouldn’t be awake. I don’t know how you pick your comments but maybe it’s something to think about.

  55. Carina says:

Hi Cassey, I live in Melbourne and it gonna takes 1 month if I order the meal plan. Is there other way I can do or anything you can do to help me? I want to join the challenge so bad.

Also it is impossible if I follow exactly as your meal plan because I will go out for lunch or dinner with my friends, is that ok?

    Thanks,
    Carina

    1. Alex says:

Hi Carina I’m from Melbourne as well. I ordered my meal plan today.
They send an email with a link to the meal plan almost instantly after purchasing it.

    2. Kaleigh Sanio says:

Hi Carina, I see Alex answered your first question but not your second! The meal plan allows for one YOLO meal a week, so if you go out with your friends, use that as your YOLO meal!

  56. Layla says:

    Hi cassey!
Just wondering if you’ll be uploading the new workout calender tomorrow or only on tenth November. I’m new here, only discovered this a couple days ago and can’t wait to get started. If you’re uploading on 10 nov then il start with the October calender. I’m going on holiday mid December so want to shape up a bit before then! Couldn’t afford the journal and meal plan, but it looks beautiful ! Also wondering if there’s any moms with small kids on here, when do you work out? I don’t have a full hour without interruptions, so can u do a maybe a few videos and then later in evening do the rest? Or do you have to have a full hour workout?

    1. Suki says:

I just have one 4yo. She interrupts me all the time but over time she’s learned to interrupt me less. Often times it helps if I give her a few minutes of dedicated time right before and then tell her I’ll give her some dedicated time immediately afterwards. Sometimes she joins me! She adores Cassey.

  57. Kelly says:

What differences are there in the meal plan from the 12 Week New Body Makeover and what will the approximate calorie count be per day? I know that one was 1400-1500 but since I’m a small person I need to eat less than that, otherwise I gain. Thanks!

  58. Kary says:

Hey Casey!! I purchased the fit journal, but wasn NOT able to put the “code” in…. So, I was only able to purchase the Fit Journal ;-( (which is still awesome), but I was really looking forward to buying everything all together and take advantage in SAVING $$$$!!! PLEASE HEEEEELLLLPP!!!

    1. Kary says:

      Dang you autocorrect Cassey*

    2. blogilates says:

email info@ogorgeous.com with your order number and they should be able to help!

  59. michelle alfaro says:

Cassey! We wont be able to get the meal plan for free on ur website?
We HAVE to buy the journal to et the meal plan? Im short on cash and my tuition is more important but I would still like to do this challenge. Can u put it up on website like the 12 week one ? Plzz

  60. Jesslyn Trixie says:

    Hi cassey!

Finally i get the courage n the money to get this combo! Yay!!! Love u alot from singapore!

Anyway i have a few questions. Fyi this is my first time following your meal plan *wink
    1. Recently i got a very bad gastric problem and now i can only have around half of the serving that you have in the meal plan. My doctor said i need to keep my meal small for 2 more weeks and if i want to get my normal meal back, i can do so by then or else i can keep my small n frequent meals each day. Question is so do i need to get the full serving for the 3 meals a day or i can just get half of it after my 2 weeks?

    2. Im currently living in rented room and i have limited time to cook so is it okay if i have the same meal for lunch n dinner for the whole week? Cuz im doing this alone n a bag of spinach can last me for 2 to 3 days. Hehe for breakfast i will continue having banana pancake or some yogurt and fruits.

    3. Is it okay if i cook my meal the night before my school? I will keep it refregerated but will it affect any nutritional value of the meal?

Sorry for having so much questions. I purchased the combo last night n i was so excited i could not sleep.Cannot wait for 10th of nov! LET’S THIS TOGETHER!

    lots of love,
    Jesslyn

    1. Dolly X says:

Hey! From Singapore too! Just wondering, have you gotten your FIT Journal yet? I ordered yesterday and I’m afraid it wont come on time before 10 Nov!!

  62. Aenia says:

Will it require alot of time to cook? I normailly meal prep on weekends and free days anyway. I need to clean up my diet and get back on the exercise wagon. Thanks for everything that you do for us 🙂

    1. Emily says:

I am in almost the exact same boat as you (except I’m not gluten intolerant) and wondering the same things!

  63. Sarah says:

Hi! I was just wondering if there were gluten-free options in the meal plan? Or easy substitutions you recommend for recipes or foods with gluten in them? Thanks!

  64. Mandy says:

Cassey! In all the excitement I bought the vegan meal plan instead of the regular one. 🙁 I don’t even know what some of the ingredients are. Is there anything I can do?

    1. Hi Mandy, I think if you email info@ogorgeous.com with your order number they should be able to help you!

  65. Whitney says:

    Hi Cassey!

Looking into doing this, but won’t be able to until Christmas time. Will it still be available for purchase? Thanks!

    Whitney

  66. Suki says:

Done! My husband saw much needed weight loss by sort of following my eating in the beginning of the 12 week challenge. With the visual calendar, he will be even more on board! (Sometimes he would read a recipe a go “uhhhhh……” lol! men….) Anyway, I never bought the Fit Journal last year and had made my own. Which helped but was work that, well, I’m willing to pay for you to have done that work for me!

I was just wondering how you bound it in your video. Just an easy slip on binding or something more permanent? I was thinking a spiral binding! It’s just too pretty to leave on the computer.

    1. blogilates says:

Yea I manipulated those clip in binder things! But maybe spiral bound would be better 🙂

  67. Sigrid says:

Hey, Cassey! I don´t like it when you think we need to loose weight. I don´t need too, and especially after seeing this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UUdyYHENk00 which says you eat less calories than a 9-13 year old girl should, I get very skeptical! I don´t want to starve my body, and I do look hot on an every day basis! It could be this woman is totally wrong ofc. It would be really interesting to hear your thoughts on this 🙂 Lots of love from Norway!

    1. Jennifer says:

Then don’t follow this plan. It isn’t being forced on anyone. If it isn’t for you, then ignore it.

    2. Annelise says:

Everyone’s body is different. Some need more calories than others and on different days we may need more or less calories. As an active teenager I ate 3000 calories easily but as an active adult I rarely eat more than 1500 and often eat less. It has to do with the quality over the quantity of calories. I eat more protein, more healthy fat and whole grains for my carbs. I am hungry less often on this diet than when I ate lots of processed foods and candy. Freelee has a different eating style that works for herself and her husband but won’t work for everyone and I am not overly fond of their approach. It seems to me that their only proof their diet rocks is that Freelee is stick thin and looks younger than her true age. Otherwise it seems expensive and gluttonous to me after watching many of her videos. Cassey is thin, looks younger than her age AND has dieticians to back up her choices. Also they are far more affordable to me on a college budget.

  68. Cassandra says:

    Hi, Cassey!
I wanted to tell you that my little from my sorority and I will be doing 8 week program with everyonsay ite! I hate to say it, but I also cannot afford the fit journal. I would really love to join the popster community for the support and community! Will you be emailing those of us who get the passwords each month for the workout calendars with information for how to join the community? Thank you so much for all you do! YoYou’re such a great inspiration!

  69. Alyazia says:

Hi cassey I bought the meal plan and I face problem with the link ??

  70. Alyazia says:

Hi , cassy I order the meal plan I don’t know that to-book I open the link from my iPad it’s Doesn’t open then it said I can’t open pleas cassey help I don’t what to do pleas pleas

  71. Lala says:

    Hey Cassey
Are you going to be releasing the 2015 Complete Fit Journal for all 52 weeks? 🙂
I would love to purchase that one instead!

    1. blogilates says:

I am working on that right now as I type!

  72. Alyazia says:

Hi cassey I order the meal plan but I can’t open the link I try but it doesn’t work please help me I bay it

  73. Olivia says:

Cassey! I did it! I bought the journal and meal plan! I am so nervous and excited to take the plunge and complete the 8 week challenge. I’m so excited because compared to other meal plans on the internet this one is super affordable. Not only that, the discount code made it SUPER affordable! Thank you Cassey, I’m so excited to start this journey with you on the 10th! xoxo

  74. Monique says:

Hey Cassey! I really hate to say this but i can’t afford it:( My heart aches so much !!! Every time you have a dietbet or release a meal plan or fitness journal I get sad cause I live in a whole other country so by the time it gets here…its so expensive !!! I love you though and you helped me through some pretty tough times in life…I wish I was with you in America and not HERE where my goals are unreachable due to money! enjoy it!
    xoxo

    1. blogilates says:

Monique! Don’t be sad. You can just pair together some of my recipes on here or in the Blogilates App and create your own plan if you wish and begin on Nov 10th too! If you follow the #8weekhotbody hashtag you’ll still feel a part of the community because you are!

  75. Anne Reuter says:

    Hi Cassey,
I just bought your 8 week vegan plan and week 5 might have gotten mixed up with the normal plan cause it includes poultry and some dairy products in the grocery list.

I cannot wait to get started!!!

  76. jingmin says:

I ordered the fit journal but how do I join the hot body community? x

    1. blogilates says:

email sam@ogorgeous.com with your order number and we can send you the link!

  77. Rina says:

So we don’t get the plan UNLESS we buy it?? That makes me so sad 🙁

    1. Tini says:

Unfortunately this seems to be the case. We can make our own meal plan based on the meal plans she has already published and join the community with our own diet! When the going gets rough, the rough get going! We can totally do this we are posters!!

      1. Rina says:

Yeah i guess 🙁 I bought the journal from last year and so I might just reuse that one instead of buying a new one. And maybe she will post the weeks again! like she did last year

  78. eevy nguyen says:

For some reason I am not able to add the items to my cart!

    1. blogilates says:

Try with a different browser maybe! Or you can email info@ogorgeous.com and they will help! <3

  79. Shannon says:

I’m new here via YouTube, just ordered the meal plan and diary, but where is this exclusive community that is mentioned? I am going crazy looking for a link to it on my payment confirmation email.

    1. blogilates says:

It’s on page 5 of the meal guide! Email me if you can’t find it! <3

  80. Samantha Powell says:

    Hi Cassey!
I’m super excited about this! Is the meal plan not going to be available on it’s own? I’m a little frustrated that the meal plan guide isn’t free when your video said “it’s free”. I love all of your workouts and plans but a large part of why I love it is that it’s all available to me without having to spend a ton.
    Thanks,
    Sammie

    1. blogilates says:

Hi Sammie! This year’s meal plan is a complete ebook with amazing food photography, shopping lists, weekly calendars, and I spent a lot of time putting it together for you whereas last time was a simple excel sheet. If you get the whole combo pack, it is super discounted, so I hope that helps! Or you can always use my recipes on here and create your own meal plan that works for you 🙂

  81. Nicole says:

There are several free meal plans Cassey has posted that all of you who can’t afford the new plan could follow for eight weeks. The 90 day meal plan is kinda rough because it’s the same thing every day but you could also pick through the 12 week new body makeover and follow your eight favorite weeks.

    1. Tini says:

Thanks for the idea Nicole! I will do that! Good luck with the 8 week challenge 🙂

    2. Monique says:

still can’t afford the ingredients…third world country sucks alright.

  82. Bobbi says:

So excited for this! I was just wondering if anyone who bought the meal plan could tell me whether or not the meals are mostly different/new recipes and not just ones from the 12 week challenge? I really want to go ahead and buy it but I’m hoping the meals are all (or mostly) new!
Thanks for all your hard work Cassey, the journal looks BEAUTIFUL! Muah! <3

    1. Suki says:

I can’t remember all the meals from the 12 week challenge but Cassey does say that these are meals that she eats very regularly. There are many recipes that I recognize though, banana pancakes, egg muffins, swiss oatmeal. But without going back through the 12 week recipes, I couldn’t tell you yet! I will say that this format is so much better than the 12 week one! I love the visual meal plan and I think my husband will be more on board because he can SEE the food (he is even more visual than I am!) Also, she includes the recipes all formatted beautifully! I remember having to search for some of the recipes of the 12 week challenge. Hope that helps!

      1. Bobbi says:

Thank you!! It does look so nice from the pictures Cassey posted 🙂

  83. Jess says:

    Hey Cassie,
Last year you released the meal plan week by week for people who didn’t buy it… Will you not be doing the same thing again?
I’d love to buy the journal and meal plan.. Just wondering before I bought both again.
    Thank you!!

    1. blogilates says:

No not this year! The new plan comes with access to the private community, so I want everyone who’s doing it to be super committed. Last year I saw major drop off when I released it week by week.

  84. Sarah says:

I can’t afford the journal/meal plan (broke college kid problems haha) but I’ll still do the calendar! I’ll just take what Cassey taught us about healthy eating and try to make up a meal plan for myself with all the tips she has given us about eating! Ive started blogilates before and have stopped many times, but for once I’m motivating myself to keep going! I am a bride to be so I am doing this to 1)look amazing In my wedding dress and 2) start living healthy again.
    Good luck fellow popsters! <3

    1. blogilates says:

That’s the attitude I love!!! Carve your own success!

  85. Mary says:

TToootally unrelated… I think we totally need a song challenge to Taylor Swift’s Shake it off <3

    1. adeela says:

      YESSSSSSSS!!!!

  86. Adriana says:

Hi Cassey! OMG I’m so excited for the #8weekhotbody challenge, I’m IN!! Already ordered the journal and the meal plan, thanks Cassey you’re so inspiring! <3

    1. blogilates says:

      YAY!!!!! I’m so excited!

  87. JennyN says:

Bummer I thought the meal plan would be free, not something we’d have to pay for. Just the journal if we wanted it. Oh well guess I’m sitting this one out!

  88. cheryl says:

Hi Cassey! I’m confused. It says 8 week meal plan but this plan includes:
-12 unique weekly meal plan calendars to make clean eating easier
    -12 weekly grocery lists

and I only see 8 sheets on the pic.

    Thanks!

    1. blogilates says:

OH jeez! I uploaded that late last night and was not thinking. FIXED IT!!

  89. Bri says:

Hi Cassey! I just bought the journal and the meal plan! This is my first time doing anything like this so I’m excited. ⼂(´ ∇ ` *)

I want to finally start to eat (consistently) healthy, and I’ve always had trouble figuring out what exactly to eat and how to organize my food schedule … which was the main reason why I’m hopping on this challenge. For me, it’s easy to exercise on my own and figure out what exercises I need to do, but I need a guide for nutrition — at least until I get into the swing of things and familiarize myself with what to cook and such.

Besides, I’ve been feeling really out of it since September, and I have not been treating my body well for the longest time now. 🙁 Sigh. I’m skinny, but my diet has always been poor and I’ve always been physically weak, so I want to finally be more proactive on changing all that around for the better. It’s such a great idea to end the year with a fit body rather than wait until new year’s to begin!

    Thank you for this! <3

    1. blogilates says:

      You’re welcome 😉

  90. Meg says:

So it begins , no more free stuff from cassey. Can’t believe I thought it would be a free food guide 🙁

    1. Rina says:

me too 🙁 She used to talk about how she didm like how people charged for things like this 🙁 🙁

    2. blogilates says:

Hey Meg! I’m still creating free workout calendars for you every month and free workout videos for you every week. There’s also a ton of recipes in the Blogilates App and on here that you don’t have to pay for if you want to create your own plan 🙂 I put a ton of time (hundreds and hundreds of hours) into designing this plan, into writing it, into photographing it etc and it really is worth it for how comprehensive the guide is. Also, it comes with access to the private community where you can interact with other POPsters during your journey. I am sorry that you are sad. It makes me sad! But what I like to think is – if you want something, you can totally make it happen! So if you can’t afford it, maybe work an extra gig to earn it! I used to do that all the time when I was in school. Work for what you want (in any sense) and you can have it. Does that make sense?

      1. Jennifer says:

If she does everything for free, how will she make a living? You could always spend hundreds and hundreds of hours doing something like this and then YOU could give it to us for free, how about that?

  91. Emily Betteridge says:

Hey just wandering if anyone knew which plan would be best for me to follow if I’m vegetarian? As I can see only a vegan or ordinary plan and not sure if it’d be possible to follow the ordinary and just swap out the meat for tofu or quorn? Not done any of caseys meal plans before? Thanks so much

    1. blogilates says:

I would probably get the vegan and sub out the soy yogurt for regular and tofu for eggs etc! I think it would be easier.

  92. anniebells says:

I am literally leaving November 10th for London and Paris (haha and the same thing happened last year)!! But when I come back I’d love to start when I come back, I loved the first one : )

  93. Martina says:

Sadly I think the Meal Plan is only to buy this time. Don’t wanna follow it anyway too low carb, but wanted to try out some recipes.
I ordered the Fit Journal today but I doubt it will be here in time, things normally take about 3-4 weeks to arrive to Europe. Wish there was an express shipping option for Europe too.

  94. Lysanne says:

    Hai Cassey,

Would love to win a copy for my beautiful sister <3! That's why i enterd the contest on instagram! Hope I can win this for her!
Thankyou for al your hard work!

    Lot's of love Lysanne

  95. Lyn says:

I’m a little concerned about the duration when the journal gets here like previous year. It will be about a month or more from the US so I thought I’ll start later when my goal would be my Chinese New Year dress (mid Feb).

I would like to thank you Cassey however for all you done for us and what you continued giving. This is why I’m inspired to go on with my fitness.

  96. What a beautiful booklet, looks much prettier than the fitbook. 🙂

  97. Tini says:

Do we have to buy the meal plan in order to follow this challenge or will it be available to us for free? Please could someone let me know??

    1. Mariam says:

you have to buy the meal plan. the only free thing in this challenge is the workout calendar 🙂

      1. Tini says:

Thank you for clarifying this Mariam. I thought it was not free but I didn’t want to believe it…. Very disappointed right now… I was looking so forward to this but there is no way I can afford it. My family is so poor there is no way we can save that much money (and I don’t leave in the US). I was so excited about this but it seems like yet another way for Cassey to make money! Don’t get me wrong she is certainly worth it but I am in tears cause I can’t afford it. Sorry for the mini rant and good luck to you all *jealous*

        1. Martina says:

          I get what you mean!
It’s not about the money for me but I just don’t see why I should pay for a meal plan when Cassey has a lot of recipes on here anyways. I get that working and creating a professional plan is not for free but the new body makeover had the meal plan for free too.
I suspect the new meal plan to be similar to the last one so it isn’t for me. Too low carb and not suitable for me getting up at 5.30am. Not the time where I’d be making banan pancakes when I have to leave for work.

          1. Tini says:

Oh my gosh I just saw this! Sorry for the late response! I feel you with really! I plan to make my own meal plan and commit to it (with one yolo meal per week) so that I can do this with the rest of the popsters. I would encourage you to do the same cause we are popsters and we let nothing stop us right?? We can make our own challenge!

        2. Adriana says:

Hi Tini!! maybe you can enter the contest Cassey explains on the video, on Instagram! Good luck if you try, I really hope you win!! <3

          1. Tini says:

Thank you so much for your help and motivation Adriana! You have no idea how much this means to me! This community always keeps me going in the crazy stupid world I live in! Unfortunately I have no social media account cause parents do not allow. I thought of secretly making an account just to enter the contest (very hard since we only have one pc which it is heavily monitored and mostly for my assignments) but even if I did that none of my real world friends are into fitness so I wouldn’t have anyone to “tag”. They make fun of me for working out enough as it is I wouldn’t dare to “advertise” it. One thing I learned from Cassey is to never let anything stop me so after I cried my eyes out I decided that I will make my own meal plan and join you all with that. I will take some inspiration from Casseys meal plans but I will adjust them with the things I like. I will make a promise to myself and to you all to stick with my meal plan and only have one yolo meal per week. I made it so far (only 13 pounds left to lose) thanks to the motivation and support of you all and I will not disappoint you or myself! WE CAN DO THIS 🙂

        3. blogilates says:

Hey Tini! Don’t be sad! I kind of explained why it’s not free this time in an earlier comment but you can still be a part of the 8 week hot body challenge and start the same day and everything! I really appreciate you being here as a part of the Blogilates Community. Please use all my free resources on the blog and in the app to create your own meal plan. I know you will be able to reach your hot body too in 8 weeks 🙂

  98. Clara says:

Aaargh, too bad I have to sit this one out, I’m leaving for Tanzania in just 7 days. No internet for me for 3 months, eeeeek. Can’t deal. I’ve downloaded as many of your workout videos as possible to still follow some of the workouts.

Cassey, will you release a 2015 complete year fit journal? Pretty please
    xoxo
    Clara

  99. Laura says:

    Hey Cassey 😀
I’m so excited for this new challenge 😀 I wanna get rid of my ED and I bet this will help me tons 🙂
I was just worrying about the christmas cookies … :O Am I allowed to eat any or not?
    You are so inspiring,
    Love Laura

    1. Alyssa says:

      Laura!
Good for you for wanting to change your life and become healthier! I am sure you are a beautiful woman!
And you are definitely allowed to eat Christmas cookies! It is all about moderation. Just have one or two. If you are following this meal plan and working out (not excessively) you are going to make your body toned, strong, and healthy. Eating a cookie will not take away from this, in fact, by stepping in and eating what you want in moderation, you are actually taking part in self-discipline by acknowledging that yes I can have this, but I will only have this much.

I am praying for you and your challenge!!! 😀

      1. Laura says:

OMG thank you so much, your strong words made me really happy 😀

    2. blogilates says:

Yes! You get one YOLO meal a week so you can plan that in. You’ll do great Laura!
