September Workout Calendar!

Hey guys!

You know, September always reminds me of back to school (even though I’ve been out of school for a long time now), so this month I decided to go for a yellow school bus look with pencils for your new workout calendar.

Either way, I think it looks playful and will look awesome printed and hung up on your wall! For those of you who are new, you’ll want to download the linked PDF so that you can click on the videos listed. This will take you DIRECTLY to YouTube where you can follow the workout. Once you finish the workout once through, check it off and move on to the next day!

    I wish there was an option to have a standard/plain black and white calendar that is easier on the ink. I know you guys do a lot and it’s awesome. I just wanted to throw it out there if it were ever possible.

    I noticed on September 7th there’s a pink square, but it’s missing the title of the video. At least it looks like there’s supposed to be five of them, or am I wrong?

    omg so i just bought the PIIT28 transformation pack with the coupon code (and i planned it also as a motivational fitness reward and as a late birthday present lol!) and im so thankful to Cassey for encouraging us popsters to always keep going. i started out months ago in the summer with my fitness journey using the beginners 2.0 calendar and i’ve since then moved up to the monthly calendars and i have to thank Cassey for always being with us through this and being motivating. you’re truly inspiring! i’ll do a few more of the regular monthly calendars and then when i get stronger i’ll move on to piit28 cause i may not be ready for piit28 but by then i will be prepped for my own start date (and let’s just say i’m already SO EXCITED!!) so thank you!

    I am completely new to the monthly calendars! I am on September 4 ..,. is “New Video” actually a workout? There’s a check box next to it, but I don’t know if I’m supposed to do anything because clicking it doesn’t bring up a video …? Also, in the Snowbunny Blast video, she says to do the workout four times … if we’re following the calendar and doing the other workouts for the day, are we still supposed to do it four times? TIA!! I like following things perfectly and don’t want to mess up haha.

      Yes, it is a workout that you’re doing and you’re supposed to check the channel for the newest video to find it (it corresponds to the date on the calendar).

      I wondered the same about the Snowbunny video but I was so puffed I opted out of the 4 times 😛 It is my first calendar workout too 😀

      There will be no link for the new videos because she would actually have to create the video and upload it before she made the calendar in order to link it in the PDF file 🙂

    For those of us that are still getting used to the intensity of these days, don’t be afraid to switch a video out for another one that targets the same area that’s a little simpler! Sometimes I have to switch some out for the apartment friendly version so I don’t make my neighbors mad, haha. At the same time, don’t pick one that’s easy peasy for you, no results will be had that way! Also it’s okay to give yourself a short break between videos but ONLY if you think you’ll fall apart without one! If you stop for too long then you might not get back up to do them ;-; To put it plainly, push yourself but don’t hurt yourself!

    Yay! This is my first full month doing this! BUT I do have to mix things up a bit as I have 2,5 hour dance rehearsals on Tuesdays and 1 hour 15 min on Thursdays.. So I’m going to replace the cardios with those and then on the cardio days I’m going to do the Tue and Thu workouts. After this hardly understandable explanation: Good luck with your workouts everyone!! And happy September!

    Does anyone know how long these will take to complete? Ideally I want to complete them all before school and may need to adjust my sleep schedule to accommodate that??

    Its so weird when people say “back to school” because in india we have summer vacations in april and May and we go back to school in JUNE! lololol Also September is my birthday month ahaha.

    In the future maybe you could offer a basic printable calendar that’s just black-on-white? And/or perhaps release a version we could import to Google Calendar and/or iCalendar (this could be a helpful thing while we’re waiting for a new Blogilates app, especially since I think most of us may’ve unsubscribed from it by now)? I know that would mean more work, but I think it could be helpful.

      Printers should offer black and white as a second option. As much as I love the colors and creativity that goes in it, ink is expensive. That way, you can get the feel of the calendar and save money. I definitely agree with the iCalendar idea because you can set reminders and since it’s a permanent app, it’s more accessible. What I like to do is just save her workouts to my watch later and add the daily playlist she creates so it can be my own personal to do list. I hope this helps!

      Hi! I just want to remind all the babes that Cassey creates a playlist for each day. It’s also very motivating if you snap a picture of the workouts of the day in your watch later as if it’s your to do list with the playlist on the left if that makes sense! If you don’t mind me asking, did you major in graphic design? I can’t choose between graphic design and photography because I feel like the former will carry me further. I love both equally as much… I do plan on opening my own little photography business in college for fun. You know, take senior pictures and whatnot. However, I feel like I want to do graphic design long term. My email is if you want to chat!

        Yeah she does have the playlist but it’s nice to check off each video lol yes I actually majored in graphic design since the school didn’t offer photography. I would say go with the one you feel more passionate about. I feel like there’s a lot of demand in graphics and you can also make your pictures even more beautiful by adding graphic elements to them. I’ll be glad to chat so I’ll email in a bit 😀

        Personally and if you don’t mind my input, I think graphic design will teach you the necessary skills to do photography as a hobby – in terms of software that is. Maybe you can take one paper in photography if they allow it? 🙂

        Also thanks heaps for the info about the playlist! I was actually wondering if she did this today but hadn’t the chance to check 🙂

    Cassey, I love your workouts and this awesomesauce school bus theme… but I absolutely cannot read the white print on the yellow. No really, lol, I have issues with color blindness and astigmatism. May I suggest darkening the squares to a darker color, like blue? Or maybe make the font darker?
