Hey guys!

It is time for the new September Calendar! I literally cannot believe it’s gonna be fall. Like. WHAT!? WHAT HAPPENED!!!!! Time flies by so fast, so please try to live in the present and don’t worry too much. Worrying doesn’t do anything good. It just makes you stressed. You can’t change the past and you can’t affect the future with worrying. What you CAN do is either take action or let the universe guide you.

September is back to school, back to work, post vacay month. So let’s kick our booty’s back up into high gear. Print this out and paste it on your wall. I also went back to “landscape” style because I know a bunch of you guys like using it as your desktop background, so by popular request, we have switched back!

The new exclusive app video this month is “The BLT Workout!” for butt, legs, and thighs. You can find that in the Blogilates Official App when you subscribe to the workout calendar in there.

Also! For any new POPsters…if you’re ever confused as to which workouts you need to do, check my YouTube channel daily. I make playlists everyday for you so that you don’t have to go typing in every workout title. You’re very welcome 🙂

FINALLY!!!! I AM SO EXCITED to announce that we are back with our monthly challenges!!! YAY!!!! This one is different.  It’s not a workout challenge or a stretch challenge. This is an inspirational photo challenge that will get you thinking creatively. You need to do this. It’s going to be so fun! PLUS….HUGE prize at the end for one lucky POPster who has participated every single day of the challenge. I will show you what this is later…

HERE’S HOW TO JOIN:

  1. Make sure you have an instagram account! If you want to create one dedicated to fitness, then feel free to use the words “pop”, “popster”, “blogilates” in your username so that we can all identify who’s part of the tribe 🙂
  2. Follow @Blogilates, @poppilatesofficial, and @blogilatesdesigns.
  3. Repost the challenge image and tag a few friends to do this with you.
  4. Post one pic every single day based on the daily challenges (see below). Every time you post, you must use the hashtag #Blogilates and #GOODVIBESChallenge.
  5. Finally…FOLLOW EACH OTHER! Just by searching those hashtags, you will find other POPsters who will want to support you very easily! Also, like each other’s pics and comment. Let’s build friendships and root for one another!

    I did it! I completed the first calendar and didn’t give up even with tons of study to do, I got up earlier and did everything I had to! High5 not-so-procrastinating-me!!! I noticed a huge difference in terms of toning and sculpting and for the first two weeks I only did the beginner variations. Can’t wait for the next month!!! In about 3 weeks I managed to complete videos that I could never ever complete, even with the beginner variations in the first week! I feel a lot stronger ** so I went ahead to check how much I have lost and guess what? I GAINED WEIGHT but why??? Is it fat that turned into muscles? I’m ok with it if that’s the case… I should probably start jogging but I hate it too much TT_TT

    Is it important to complete the beginner’s calendar first and then start with monthly calendars.?

      You can start with the monthly calendars right away, that’s what I did. The beginner’s calendar is just a transition from ground zero to regular workouts if you need one.

    Do the calendars no longer link to each individual video? Can these only be found if you are right on track with the days?

      If you check out her “playlists” in her youtube, she posts a playlist under each specific date; however, she only has 3-4 days up at a time (which kind of sucks if you DON’T want your day off to be friday and you wanted to sub with something earlier in the week).

      The video links through the calendar works via her phone app, if you pay the extra dollar…

      She creates a playlist on youtube so you don’t have to search for each video just go on her channel hit playlist tab and you should see that days workout list hope this helps and good luck!

    I just started, since I just finished the beginner calendar, and this is a huge difference for me. I started at day 1, just cause. I could only do up until the end of the Spring Fling Toning workout. I am still so weak, but I’m trying. I am going to continue to do as many as I can a day.

      You can do it during the day. For example: two workouts in the morning and three at night. The important thing is doing them no matter when 🙂

    Just wanted to stop by and say.. I’m getting back into these calendars since I took a break from them due to travels and work this summer. I wish I had found some time to squeeze them in but I did find ways to still keep active!!
    I am amazed by how well these workouts work. In a month and a half back in April/may/June I lost 15 pounds and toned up significantly! I have never been overweight but was looking to drop some pounds, and I did! I am excited to continue on my fit journey in 2016! Thank you Cassey! ????

    Hi Cassey! Just did your 3-min Muffin Top workout yesterday and loved it! OMG the candlestick dipper. Took me back to my very awkward diving lesson days! Believe it or not, the candlestick dipper is way better… 🙂 I also wanted to ask if you’ve ever heard of Stanza? I just saw their logo on the Broncos’ site when I added the schedule to my iphone, and I’d love to do the same with this calendar!!

      Hi, In my opinion, it is better to start the day u make up your mind. Once u delay, things start getting delay. It doesn’t matter which day u start, it is the starting that matters. Good luck!

      The challenges are free, the only thing you need to have done is be signed up to the newsletter to get the calendar and then you’re good to go 🙂 join in and have fun!

    I’m not sure if it’s because I have a 13″ Macbook or what but… when I set this calendar as my background, it doesn’t fit. Stretching it to fit my screen makes the days workouts blurry and hard to read. No matter what setting I use it’s blurry. Setting to fit screen gives me bars on the side (which is fine) but then the text is so small. I’m still working on the Beginners 2.0, but I just thought I’d mention this, since you just switched back.

    I’ve hit a spot where I need to focus even more on my exercises and my self love. I realized lately that (although I am positive there are jackholes out there who make fun of people who are not in the best of shape) I was the one who was hurting myself the most. Not just comparing but degrading myself for not “DOING” enough. If I’m trying I’VE SUCCEEDED! Because only in trying can we reach our goals! It takes a hundred falls to make a landing! I truly believe this! This is a shout-out to all who are rock bottom NOW. You HAVE to believe in yourself. Sure having people cheer you on is great but after a while that wont be enough to KEEP going! Have Faith in YOU. I have faith in you! Because YOU (God willing) will succeed!

    I’ve lost about 15 pounds following Cassie, so I’m a huge fan! I really liked last months calendar because of how it broke down the body parts. LOVED having a whole day dedicated to Obliques AND putting Booty/Thighs together bc they’re totally connected. I had a lot of results from last month. I hope Cassie does it again!

Sorry to intrude in this comment section but i have a few questions and I didn’t really find the answers to them anywhere else 🙁 Basically, my problem is that I am naturally skinny and have a fast metabolism and I absolutely HATE IT. Not really because of how it looks (though this also plays a role) but about how other people make me feel about having it 🙁 My friends ask if I even eat enough or tell me my body type is ‘bony’ and that I should eat a cheeseburger. This had made me incredibly insecure especially in these past few months especially because I am perfectly healthy and am judged for being who I am… This is just the way I was built and I don’t think it’s fair that I constantly need to justify and reassure others that I eat regularly 🙁 Anyways, I have decided to start doing the blogilates workout calendars from now on and I was wondering if Cassey’s videos will help me gain and tone muscle and therefore make me look bigger? Or will i still look like the stick I am just with more defined muscles? I don’t particularly want to change my whole diet because I eat healthy and just like any other person so would just working out help build muscle? My goal is to generally just have thicker arms and legs (mainly) but arms especially! Thank you so much if you could help me gain insight on this it’s very very appreciated! 🙂 <3<3<3

      Heey. I have the same problem, I started doing blogilates for them same reason and I’ve only done the beginner’s calendar but I can feel/see a difference and I do think the exercises help tone up your body.

      Hey, you’re best bet would be weight training to help you develop muscle but if you’re under the age of 16 I wouldn’t encourage it right now as your body is still changing. Trust me most girls would kill for your body so just focus on everything you love about your body. You will get stronger with these work outs and when you’re ready progress to weight lifting. Check out my friends instagram The body psychology. her name is Alice and she had similar issues. I’m sure you’ll find her as great as a cassey 🙂

    I just finished the beginners calendar so I wanted to move onto September one and I guess it’s different. The beginners had day 1, day 2, day 3 and so on bellow the calendar and when you click on the days it gives you all the workouts on youtube I had to do. September doesn’t have that . Do I have to search for workouts that Casey gave us myself?

      You could search them yourself, but you can also go to her channel on youtube and check the playlist she made for that day.
      Also, if you get her free app and buy the monthly calendars (99 cents of a dollar, i think, each month) you will get access to a daily list of your workout videos which links to each of the videos, so you can see them through the app.

      In one of her videos she says something about how she has a light snack in the morning, and afterwards goes running. Something like a fruit smoothie, or fruits with something, etc. So I just adapted that for myself too 🙂
      As for after work out – she made herself another smoothie in that video, but again, it’s up to you – eat something fruity, something healthy, etc. Just check out her meal plans for help!

    this is the 1st time i have tried anything like this and I have been watching the website for over a month.I was not sure If i was to pick one of the videos or if I was do do all of them in that day? I started today with the September 1st playlist and i did the first 2 and stopped seeing how I have not been working out and not sure how to do some of the moves. So I went back to the Beginners 2.o and did that on and I will stay with that one till I know what Im doing. lol Love the web site and videos.

    I really love your 30 day challenges, I do 2 of them every month, so I have one suggestion. I think it will be nice to have a 30 DAY BACK CHALLENGE :)) I know this is my weak point all the time..

    If you don’t have a phone (and therefore don’t have the App), is it okay to skip out on the In-App Video whenever it shows up on the calendar?

      I think it’s okay, at least i hope so, because it costs money to watch it on the app. I also feel it won’t really affect the results because it is only twice in the calendar.

      I’m sure it’s alright to skip it. That’s what I do. Most of the time I replace it with my favorite workout video that targets the same area of the body that the In-App Video does. 🙂

      Hi Payton! I think it’s fine to swap the in-app exercise with a similar video of the same length which works the same muscles. For example, if the in-app one is a ten-minute legs and thighs routine, search Blogilates’ YouTube for a comparable workout. I hope that helps!

    Hey! So I’m stoked to start the calendar! But I’m having issues printing it. It keeps cutting off parts no matter what layout I use to print .. Is there some secret to get it all printed one one sheet?

      If you have a document (Word, Pages, Notes ect.) Put the picture on it and then print it so it will look exactly like it does on the paper on your screen!

I’m a graduate student and a competitive ballroom dancer and therefore don’t have time to do pilates every day of the week. Which days would you recommend for a three or four days per week regimen? Or would you every be willing to put together a three days a week calendar (sort of like you have the beginner calendars)? Keep being awesome!

    Hi Cassey!!!!
    So I’m just starting out this Pop-Pilates thing……But anyway I’m a really small, really weak person for my age (14, 85lbs) and I’m hoping that this will help me have more confidence in my own body. I’m just really selectively motivated….yeah gotta work on that (also hoping this will help). I wish I could do the #GOODVIBES Challenge but I don’t have an instagram :'(. Oh Well. Wish Me luck!!!!!

    Oh YEA!!!!! So excited for this. Last month was the first time i did the workout calander and i Loved it!! Ill pretty much be doin this everyday for the rest of my life!! Thanks Cassey. I cant wait to start the calander tomorrow!!!

    Hi Cassie, this is my first montly calendar and I’m super excited! I would also like to try the goodvibechallenge but I have aome problems with the hair challenges, I have super short hair! There’s no way I’m gonna be able to do a bun or something like that! XD
