Hey guys!

HAPPY #SepTONEber!

Your first workout command of September is to do 15 Saturn Rings in each leg!

A: Begin by lying on your back, one leg extended and hovering over the mat, one leg bent at a 90 degree angle. Hold a weight or any object you can pass around in your hands.

B. Crunch up and pass the object around your leg. Then lay back down. That’s 1 rep!

I hope you’ve already downloaded your #sepTONEber workout calendar! If not, click here and enter the password I just emailed you. If you don’t have the password, just sign up for my free newsletter and I will send it to you!

And here is your first workout video of the month! It’s Muffintop Shredder! We’re doing Candlestick Dippers the whole time for 3 min and 50 sec! This move is my fave and it works my obliques like craziness. Give it a shot! I know you will burn and you will love 🙂

Have an amazing Labor Day my American POPsters! I’ll be sure to instagram what I am up to today!

Relax and spend time with your friends and fam!

OOOK fist off, I just ran across this site today so if I am commenting in the wrong spot kindly let me know. I have not done any real physical fitness for four years. I am 135 lbs. I’m not a large girl, but I would like to look more toned up, kinda tired of that belly poof, and jiggly thigh Ble… Anyway the first thing I found was the MarchMaddness calender so i though. “well looks interesting, and who cares that it’s for March, it’s a calender none the less. I quit half way through the second video it hurt so bad, I tried but I failed.
My husband and I are moving to Japan in November. So we have planning to do, my question is, is there a plan I can follow that is not as intense maybe half as intense, I think that would be easier than going from 4 years no workout, to intense workout. I want to be able to do a more difficult workout by the time I am in Japan. any suggestions?

There’s a calendar that’s called beginners workout calendar you should try that out before trying the other months which are more intense. You can find the calendar on top of this page on the light pink bar across the page. I hope this helps 🙂
Have a good one and Goodluck ! I know you can do it !!

I’m training for a 1/2 marathon, so I’m combining some of these workouts on my non-running days! Yesterday I did some from Monday and Tuesday. Those Waist Whittlers were awesome, but weren’t you sliding all over the place?? I tried it on my mat, and my mat kept sliding or wrinkling up. So, I moved to the carpet, I was sliding everywhere! Ah, so frustrating! But, I did it!! Love these workouts and love getting back into blogilates!

    Hi Cassey!
I would like to realy thank you. I always said to myself that I should do some workout but I was always lazy and not intrested. Than I found out you and you realy helped me to stand up from my computer and start working. You are full of energy and I love it. Now I looking forward to I come home to work on my body. And I feel so much better than when I did nothing. So thank you so much.

  9. never heard of saturn rings — look like a great exercise!

    Hi Cassey!!
I’ve just started doing the beginners calendar and I can’t really fully complete your videos. I keep having to drop the pose or take breaks and I was even panting after the Beginners Ab Time video! Should I start from day 1 until I can follow you in the video step by step or should I just move onto the next day?

Also, thank you for making the videos so entertaining! I found myself laughing out loud while doing ab exercises, which was amazing.

Anyway, thank you for being awesome!!

Hey Michelle. When I started the beginners calendar I just did the moves for each day whether I could get through them in one go or not. It’s more about making sure you get your form correct. You should see some difference by the end of the month. x

  11. Zenith says:

Hi, Cassey! This Saturn Rings move is awesome! I actually have a great ab move I think you should try. Basically, you lay on the floor with your legs in the air. Then, keeping your feet together, spell out the entire alphabet! I found this move on pinterest, and burns like crazy! It’d be great if you could post that for your viewers. Much <3!
