Hey POPsters!!!

First of all, Happy Memorial Day! Today, please give thanks to all of the troops who have fought for our country. Did you have a barbecue today? What’d you eat? I taught my usual POP Pilates class this morning and had a new playlist so it EXTRA pumped me up and EXTRA made the workout harder. Catch me on a day with new music and your body will hate you thank you.

OH. MY. GAWD.

This workout was so much fun to film!!!! I want you to go grab your shades and someone who is really shy about working out and invite them to do this with you. It’s going to be so embarrassing and so beautiful 🙂

Get ready for lots of tricep and hip slimming action! Oh and tons and TONS of thrusting and pumping. Yeah, it’s gonna be good.

    lol Cassey that was so much fun. I think you’re the only person in the world who could look all cute like that while doing those floor hip sways. I was like “I hope I look half as cute as she does right now…*glance in the mirror*- Nope!”.

    I loved the workout, it was so much fun! (: Oh, and I have a question for you guys. So, I’m leaving for a vacation with my parents and this place has no internet connection nor electricity (I’m gonna die) since it’s basically a cabin in the middle of nowhere. How can i keep up with the workout calendar or at least stay in shape while I’m there? We are going to stay there for two weeks. Pretty please help me? (: And by the way my native language is not English so I’m sorry if there is a lot of spelling mistakes (:

      If I were you, I would print out a ton of Cassey’s printables – cardio too! – and bring those with the calendar. Where it says do a cardio vid, do a cardio printable, where it says do an abs vid, do an abs printable, etc. Also, to switch it up a bit you could always write down a list of exercises that you know and do each one for 30s-1 min until you finish the list without stopping – you could make it as long or as short as you like, and it would be a great workout! Make sure to bring an iPod or something to stay motivated. Also, if you’re in a cabin, maybe there are places to hike, run, or row? Those are all GREAT ways to stay fit. Have fun and don’t panic!!! 🙂

    I hung out with my family at a couple of parks and went hiking. One hike was about 2 miles, up and down a steep hill (with some fairly level ground at the top), the other hike was basically just walking on grass and dirt (mostly flat ground). Today was a lot of fun, and I got in some exercise 🙂
    We ate at Wendy’s for lunch, though…..
    I’ll do that workout today, but not right now, because everyone’s in the living room with me watching tv right now XD
