CLOTHES: OmGirl Kriya Cami, $46, and Lava Wash Ahimsa Capri, $74. All from my friend Kyla at The cotton on the top and bottoms are very sturdy and feel so soft! I also love the tie-dye effect soooooo much. I wanna wear these with my high boots and a slouchy white sweater so bad and part my hair in the middle and let my hair grow ombre. Then pose with my ankles crossed and look down and off to the side as if I didn’t know my friend was photographing me.

    You give girly girl an all new meaning after watching your workouts miss thang. You are so fun and girly and yet such a BEAST! I always considered myself more a Tomboy type with a girlish flare. I went from Crossfit to you when money got tight and I was poking around youtube looking for home workouts. Honestly I LOVE watching your videos even more because it gives me kickbutt wod and a dose of girl power/ motivation. Trying your 90 day Challenges food and wods both. You are truly a great peer role model and dont ever forget how many lives you touch. Keep it up WE NEED YOU!

    Hi Cassey! I just want to tell you how thankful I am that I found you on YouTube. I started to follow your You Tube channel in june, and that could be one of the best things I’ve done! I have built so much muscles and confidence. I did’nt use to think that training was fun, but now i do your videos almost every day. And they really gives result!

    I have scoliosis, and I had to were a brace for it in more than two years. (You can google “Boston brace” to see what it looks like..) That made almost ALL my back muscles to go away. To have no muscles in my back gives me a lot of pain. But since june, when I stopped wearing the brace, and started to do your videos (especially your backless dress workout) my back muscles have started to come back. And now I can’t feel the pain that much anymore. So thank you SO much!

    And I have to say that I love your energi and good mode in your videos! And also your cute outfits, especially your top with the text “train insane or remain the same”. Big hugs from a fan in Sweden!
