November Workout Calendar!

Hey guys! Happy Halloween!!!!

Look what we have here!

nemo and dory

Inspired by the Finding Dory movie we saw earlier this year, Sam and I decided to dress up as Nemo and Dory! Gender role reversal! Haha. What are you guys dressing up as today?

I literally CANNOT BELIEVE that today is the LAST DAY of October and tomorrow THE HOLIDAYS OFFICIALLY BEGIN. OMG WHAT IS LIFEEEEEE.

How are we just 2 months away from 2017!!?? I don’t even understand!

Anyway, before I give you your new calendar – I just want to let you know that the BRAND NEW Blogilates 2017 Fit Planner will most likely be released next week. OMG. It is the prettiest thing ever. We’ve been working on it since early last Spring. We decided to make the planner more of a “life planner” as well so that you can use it for everyday tasks, not just eating and working out, so I think you’ll find it VERY VERY USEFUL. Make sure to follow @popflex_active on IG to see the sneak peeks this week!

Alrighty, here is your calendar for November!!

  1. November says:

Do we have to do the PIIT workouts twice or just once? It usually said 2x in the calendar, but now it doesn’t and with certain ones doing only one round means only doing one side.

  2. Subhi says:

    Hii…m a beginner..today was my first day..n I did 2 videos complete…now should I start the november calender??

  3. Omg YOU GUYS ARE TOO CUTE. Should Sam be the clown fish thigh because he’s a guy?

Anyway, I sure wish you showed an actual clear photo of his face. I know it’s private and it totally up to him I just wish I knew. 😛

  4. Jennifer says:

Where are the sneak peeks???? I haven’t seen them yet 🙂

  5. Leen says:

I hope the fit planner will be affordable – with the currency and shipping. I am looking for a new planner and hopefully this will be it! =D

  6. Stacey says:

Follow me on my instagram @ stacey_popsterfitness 🙂 I will follow back, maybe we can be friends and motivate each other?

  7. meganmcgahee89@gmail.com says:

If we are doing the regular calendar workout instead of the PIIT28 do we need to do the videos X4 that say they should be repeated X4? Or do we just do the 5 videos of the day once if we are doing the regular calendar workout?

    1. RJ Cash says:

      Do it once!

  9. Sahar Allibhoy says:

hi I’m just starting to workout and get on a regular schedule after a looong break. I am also trying to loose a couple pounds that i gained during my break. Should I be doing anything in addition to this calendar (other than eating right)? thanks for your help!

    1. RJ Cash says:

U could do the challenges…but hard work and go eating should do it!

  10. mlol says:

im so excited for the november workouts! I’ve just started blogilates and i hope to see great results.

    1. RJ Cash says:

Dont expect that quick of results! It takes time!

  11. Chris Victor says:

Where can i find a print friendly version?

    1. RJ Cash says:

I dont print…just look at it when I am about to exercise

  12. Billie says:

    Hi everyone !

I need some advice : do you think it is better to eat before of after workout ? I’d rather make workout before breakfast but i’m not sure if it’s ok, i read conflicting opinions.
Thanks and excuse my english !

    1. Elle says:

Before! Definitely! I always have a super smoothie with bananas, water, almond milk, psyllium husk, flaxseed, cacao nibs, cacao powder, peanut butter, cinnamon, and frozen raspberries, then I wait about an hour or so to begin. I didn’t eat before my workout yesterday and I felt so drained and really lacking energy to finish. The only exception is if I feel sorta satisfied from a meal the day before so I’ll just drink water and then eat straight after 🙂

    2. Rebekah says:

Hi Billie, I usually do my work out before I eat and it hasn’t caused me any problems so far (it’s been almost two years now) if you aren’t having and problems with not eating before then I don’t think it should be a problem. all that said it’s just my thoughts on it, but I’m not a doctor.

  13. Naomi Wiebe says:

    Hey Cassey!
I love using your calendars but lately I’ve been really craving some retro Blogilates… Lilke Heart throbber, Crazy Core, etc…. Can you include some older videos in the December calendar??

  14. Naomi wiebe says:

    Hi Cassey!
I love using your calendars but lately I’ve been really craving to do some retro blogilates videos… Like Heart Throbber, Crazy Core, etc!!!! Can you include some older videos in the December calendar!?

  15. Amy says:

November 1st is done! Wow omg that was so tiring xD I only finished the beginners calendar a few days ago and can definitely feel the difference – even though I do still suck at planking lol But that won’t stop me (okay, mostly won’t) from working hard this month! Good luck to everyone x

    1. Natalie says:

So did the beginners planner work?? If so how? Honestly I am trying to change to be more fit and UN-insecure about myself with the beginners, but I was doing the Octobers Calendar before and then I got tired and didn’t feel motivated…. But yeah how did the beginners help for you?

      1. Amy says:

Well for me it was helpful because she taught the easier versions of moves persay, and it was also less stressful because it was 3 videos versus the 5 a day in the regular months so it helped me build up the strength in a shorter workout time.

  16. Loumar says:

You both look cute Cassey!!! Thanks for the workout Calendar!!!

  17. MMLL says:

    I can’t download this calendar

  18. Rebekah says:

Hi Cassey! I like the layout for this calendar and am excited to work out this month! But if you see this I want to challenge you to make next month’s calendar not repeat a single work out! I think it would be cool to see some older videos that you haven’t had in a calendar for a while. 🙂

  19. Mich says:

I like how the videos are now grouped per day, so no need to search. Thank you Cassey 🙂

  20. Elaine says:

I have to be true I have been so busy I haven’t been working out like I should but I AM GOING HARD THIS MONTH ??????and let’s hope all years

  21. Caitlin_DD says:

You guys are too cute!! Nailed it!

  22. Mara says:

I really like the workouts and it’s really helpful to have something like a routine.
But I have a question: I’ve just downloaded the app and there it costs a little bit. Does it also
if I get the calendar via normal e-mail?
    Thank you very much

    1. Angelia says:

It’s totally free by e-mail! Just hit subscribe and she e-mails the passwords for free 🙂

  23. James Patmore says:

    Hey Cassey!
I literally love the calendars, every month they are just amazing!
The issue I have is that I can’t print them off due to the cost of printer Ink! 🙁

Can you please submit printer-friendly versions of the calendars as well?
Also can not wait for the Life Planner!

    1. Amy says:

Try using gray scale when you print if the colours are the issue.

  24. Kellen says:

YAY!!!! I am SOOO excited Cassey! I love you so much and you look adorable as Nemo! 🙂 Thanks for the calendar, I was hoping for it to come out last night though, since I was a day ahead. :/ oh well, I just did some random videos instead 🙂 I love you so so so much and I really hope you see this! Also, a question I have: I am going to study abroad for 2 weeks in December and I am really nervous about not being able to workout at all… I am seriously so scared because exercise is what keeps me going and happy so I don’t know how I will survive! I also don’t want to get super fat or lose any muscle that I may have gained. Please please help me…

I will definitely be on that planner though. Love,
    Kellen

    1. Rebekah says:

Hi Kelley, I totally get the feeling of not having time to work out when I’m away from home! (I had a similar situation last year) what I try to do is even if I can’t get in a normal work out, I’ll try to add small things through out my day, maybe some squats or lunges in the morning while checking my email on my phone or some calve raises while waiting for the bus. I know it’s not the same as a full work out but I have found it helps me feel better about it, and makes it a little easier to get back on track when I get home.

      1. Kellen says:

Thank you for your input! I will try to do that. But I’m still worried… I wish Cassey would reply 🙂

  25. Tracy says:

I love the workout calendars, so thank you so much! Can you tell me if there is a version that is not so “busy?” I’d love a simpler one without the back ground so it is easier to read. Thanks!

    1. James Patmore says:

Try opening the calendar photo in a new tab so you can “Zoom in”. It makes it a tonne easier to read!

  26. Jood says:

    I am so readyyyyyyyy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  27. Natalie says:

YESS!! Lol I am gonna try to do this but I just started the Beginners Plan… Oh well I guess I will be working hard this November!

  28. Katie says:

Stupid question… For each day would I just search YouTube for the video or is there an easier way? First time trying to use calendar…

    1. Tina says:

She usually has the playlist set that includes all videos for that day

      1. Katie says:

Okay, so just check her blog for that day?

        1. James Patmore says:

Check you youtube channel’s playlists here:

          https://www.youtube.com/user/blogilates/playlists

There will be a new playlist created everyday with all the work outs, so you don’t have to search them individually, just find the playlist and you have them all! 🙂

  29. Abir says:

Yaaay for November calendar !! Cannot wait to start it tomorrow ❤️ ‘Nd can’t believe also that we’re 2 months away from 2017 ? Time flies so much faster

  30. Niki Snuber says:

Just finished the beginners calendar and I know I’m going to die in the first – second weeks.

I need a change. I want the change. Let’s go!!

    1. Kellen says:

      You can do it!

    2. James Patmore says:

It’s all about consistency. It’s okay if you need to pause the videos, just make sure you are working out still and you will get heaps better in no time! 🙂

    3. Nardz says:

I only did a few weeks of the beginner calendar before I started fresh following the October calendar last month and it was tough but I managed to get through it and you will too! With all the muscles being worked at different times I would still feel it every day! It’s awesome!

    4. Angelia says:

It was a fun transition from beginners calendar to monthly for me! I started out by only doing 3 videos per day on the regular monthly calendar (to mimic the beginners) and gradually added one video at a time until I was able to do all 5 every day! It’s okay to start slow, as long as we keep going :’)

    5. Rebekah says:

When I started transitioning from the beginner calendar to the monthly one I took it day by day, if I felt really Burt out after a couple days of the monthly one then I would go back to the beginner calendar for a day or two. Or sometimes I would do some of the videos from the beginner one mixed with the monthly ones. Just take your time getting use to it and you’ll get there! 🙂

    6. Niki Snuber says:

Thank you!! I really appreciate the support <3

The idea of doing three videos is great since I'm still really sore xD I can barely walk it's hilarious 😉

  31. Nikki Lemmons says:

I need a suggestion from you guys… I’m a nurse and work twelve hour night shifts, so I’m always exhausted. I’ve tried working out every day before, but waking up early to work out before working a 12 left me way more exhausted. So, are there any brides out there with any advice? Should I just work out on my off days? If so, how do I follow these calendars? Thanks!

    1. Rebekah says:

Hi Nikki, I’m not in the same position as you so I don’t know if this will be helpful at all but I would suggest making your workouts shorter, maybe only doing three videos instead of five each day or something like that, and if there is something you want to focus extra on (for me it would be abs and arms) then do the workout for that on your days off (this is assuming you have consistent days off every week) I hope this is helpful.

      1. Nikki Lemmons says:

I don’t have consistent days off. That’s part of the problem too.

        1. RJ Cash says:

Well then I would recommend only doing a few short videos! She has made 3-7 min long videos!! So if u have 5 mins do one!! It will work your body! good luck!

    2. blogilates says:

Hi Nikki! First of all, thank you for what you do. Secondly, I recommend you try PIIT28! The workouts are shorter (only 28 min a day). You can check out piit28.com It’s 6 workouts a week.

      1. Nikki Lemmons says:

I’ve done piit28, and while I enjoyed it, I found that it still doesn’t fit into my schedule well because with the warmup and stretching after, it’s more than 28 minutes.

        1. Rebekah says:

What about doing point 28 but instead of doing each video 4 time over only do it twice? Then you would still have extra time for a warm up and stretching afterwards.

    3. RJ Cash says:

I wound recommend doing as many videos as you can. Follow the monthly calendars but only do 2-3 videos instead of 5. Don’t try to find a perfect solution…use what u have and go hard! And even though u might be busy don’t complain and do as much as u can! Drinking a lot of water and sleeping well will help!

  32. Tiffany Nicole says:

When doing this calendar, do I go through each video once? Thanks!

    1. Elise says:

Yes, shell say whether or not to repeat a video, but usually you just do it once ?

    2. Nardz says:

I go through each once. In some videos, she will say to repeat it 3-4 times but that’s normally for the people that are doing PIIT pilates, not the monthly calendar. I’d work through each video once and if you have time or absolutely loved one of the videos, give it another go!

  33. Jayme says:

Cassey, will you be doing PIIT 3.0? I’ve been alternating between 1.0 and 2.0 since they came out…we need an update! I LOVE doing PIIT, I need more! 🙂

    1. blogilates says:

Yes I am working on it!! 🙂

  34. jenmpowell says:

I love m 2016 blogilates fit planner. I’m sorry to hear 2017 is going to be different. But of course I’ll probably buy it anyway!

    1. blogilates says:

Don’t worry – diff in a good way!
