    OMG. Today was my first day actually doing the workout from the calendar (only because I found out about this very recently). I JUST finished today’s workout and it KILLED ME. I loved it! I can’t wait to start on the March workouts ^-^

    Can you do a quiet cardio video? I live in on the second floor of an old house with bouncy floors. If I’m not annoying the neighbours, there’s a danger that the books may fall off my shelves if I do any kind of high-jumping movement, including any kind of jogging where I lift my knees high.

    I loved this! You should make more like this, more moves and less reps. For once you were like “a few more” and it was actually a few(like 3) instead of 20 or something! This is my fav cardio video right now! Can you please make some more stretching videos because I have a hard time getting down and stretching. If your so good at motivating me to do cardio, why not stretching too? Otherwise, another inner thigh workout would be appreciated. Thanks!

    Good Workout! I would like to see more cardio on a regular basis and also we need stretching/flexibility workout videos badly. With pilates , strength, cardio and stretching videos we will have more balanced workouts.

    Could you also give the name of the music (selection) that you used in this video?? Every once in a while (as in the Felt Melting Routine) I love the use of house music (or something similar) to switch it up!

    Personnaly i feel this didnt do much for me, ill stick to bikini blaster 1 as that kills me everytime but i like it!

    Hey! Thanks for making such great videos, i found them on YouTube like a week and a half ago and I am already noticing some difference!

    I was wondering if you could maybe do a stretching before bed sort of video like if you’ve had a long day or an intense workout earlier in the day, the video could be to help your muscules to recover?
    Also could you please do one of your challenges to ‘some nights’ by FUN. Or ‘the fighter’ by gym class heros, I think they would both be good workout songs!
