New Backless Dress Workout!

Guys! I did this workout in my Pilates class but with 5 lb dumbbells and it KILLED! I wasn’t willing to lug 10 lbs up the mountain with me along with 15 lbs of filming equipment, so I did this workout without weights. But feel free to incorporate if you want a super strong and sexy back!

I just got home from teaching a new POP Pilates class at ClubSport Fremont and it was such a perfect class. For some reason the playlist, the students, the exercises, the lighting, me, everything – we were all in sync and it was just well, perfect! I don’t know how to explain it but we flowed from move to move and the workout was tough but seamless. The mic even worked the whole time! Haha, that’s probably a big part of why it was so perfect. A great first day! I am always on such a high after I leave class. It’s one of the best feelings in the world.

    That is awesome! I really loved this. I’m going to try and do this a few times a week. I have back pains all the time and I know my biggest issue is my weight. I am really going to work hard and try my best to lose. I want to be able to go to work and not worry about my back hurting all the time. Thank you for this ^~^

    Scarlett why don’t you try frozen fruits & veggies? 🙂
    They are closer to fresh than canned because they are picked, washed, and frozen. Canned veggies are already cooked and loaded with salt.

    Sorry for throwing my opinion out there but I use frozen veggies all the time because it has gotten me to eat more veggies that way. I can throw a handful of SOMETHING into anything I am making. I buy frozen chopped onions and peppers, spinach, broccoli, cauliflower, lima beans, and brussel sprouts. I find that I can always find something to toss one or more of those into a dish.

    Hi Cassey! I have a question about eating clean. I know how important you say eating “whole” foods is, but does that mean my veggies and fruits have to be “fresh”? Whats your opinion on eating canned fruits and veggies?

      canned…usually has preservatives and sodium. try frozen.

    Thank you Cassy! I’m in a very cloudy England and it’s lovely to see some sunshine. Even if it’s through my laptop. I have to admit last week was a bad week food and exercise wise but it’s made me feel bad this week so I’m determined not to let it happen again. It’s nice to start the day off with your workouts.
