Hey guys!

Here is your new #MOVEmber Workout Calendar! I honestly cannot believe it’s November already. Like, what!!??? Wasn’t it just like summer? But hey, you know what? At least we were training together throughout the whole year as a big Blogilates family!

This month’s program starts out with a cardio or HIIT video and then you get into toning the muscle group of the day. This way you’ll be sweaty, burning tons of calories, and getting the most out of your session.

For those of you doing the 8 Week Hot Body Challenge (that starts on Nov 10th and ends Dec 31st) this is the exercise program you will be using for your daily workouts.

hotbodcombobanner

I’m already seeing so much friendship flourishing in the private Hot Body community! I know that you guys are going to be so successful with this plan and with all the support you’ll be getting. Do not forget to take your before pic on November 10th along with your measurements for bust, waist, hips, arms, and thighs.

You can record everything in your new Fit Journal 2.0!

These last 2 months of 2015 will be hard. I’m not going to sugarcoat it. There’s hot chocolate, holiday cookies, a turkey feast, pumpkin pies, and food GALORE! You will be surrounded with temptation. But remember that on the #8weekhotbody plan, you can have 1 YOLO meal a week, so your Thanksgiving dinner is already accounted for! You’re good! Also, remember that your dreams are more important than your excuses. Think about that every time you start to feel weak.

Guys, it’s going to be a fun ride before we finish out 2014. Let’s do this together, yes?

(Say yes.)

K love you! And please invite a friend to do this with you. It’ll be way more fun!

<3 Cassey

    hello to all!
I am returning to blogilates! I have never been the type to be self-conscious or embarrassed of how I look. I have always been a bigger girl, i weigh in at 250. I was once 260lbs then i lost 15lbs. well since i started dating my boyfriend of 4 months i have seriously become real comfortable. I no longer feel sexy, i dont have that spark that i once had. I want it back. Im a college student, part time worker and i find it hard to workout at a decent time. I am gone from 7am in the morning and home by 10pm. there is no way i want to work out at night. so…I want to workout in the mornings. problem is i need to get my butt up and do it. im finding it hard to keep my head up and motivation is hard to find. i need to feel supported. i need motivation. i just need a push. i think the fact that i turned to you all is the first step and realizing that its time to make a change in my life.
I just want to wish everyone luck, to those who are newbies here and to those who are continuing to be successful.
    xoxo Janice!

    1. Lindsay says:

You can do it Janice! I think we all need some motivation to stick with it sometimes, but that’s what these discussion boards are for right? You just need to find the reason for why you want to workout, and it sounds like you’ve done that already! For me, I’m in between graduating university and finding a job/ maybe going back to school. Blogilates helps me relax and de-stress and forget about being in this weird, confusing “I don’t know what to do next” phase. I wish I had started this back when I was still in university because I know it would have been a big help with my stress/ anxiety. But hey, it’s never too late to start or return to making positive changes in our lives. 🙂

Finishing the beginner’s calendar soon, looking at the MOVEmber calendar is making me nervous:0
Should I go straight on to the monthly calendar after finishing the beginner’s one? Advice would be great.:)

    1. Hannah says:

that’s what I did after.. it would be hard. don’t expect to be doing everything cassey is doing as some of the moves are quite advanced.. dont get discouraged though.. just keep doing it and it would get easier (kinda). haha

  3. Maartje van Ooijen says:

    Hi Everyone,

I just started out with the beginners calendar. I gave birth 3 months ago so doing some sports was a necesity and this way makes it a lot of fun. Question though.. and it might be a stupid one.. I can see the Movember calendar but where do I find the videos?
    Thanks!

    Maartje

    1. Nicki says:

Maartje, you can find the videos on Cassey’s Youtube channel (blogilates), just type the video name in the search bar on her profile 🙂

  4. Rebecca says:

Oh my god, finished the beginers calender yesterday and had my first day of movember today. Today morning I did the first two videos and I didn’t think about doing the other two videos, because come on, 100 burpees, what’s going on?! But I just finished the 100 burpee workout and the royal hotness workout and I’m sooo happy right now! I’m really feeling that I can do more than I thought I can.
    Wish u all the best,
    xoxo, Rebecca

    hi everyone
i’m new here! (Sorry for my engilsh first. i’m from a country that speaks some other language so pls bear with me :D) i just found out about POP workouts and blogilates a fews days ago. i’m going to start my new healthy lifestyle tomorrow!! i’m gonna follow the beginner’s calender for one month and the i will work according to the monthly calenders starting from next month!! Thank u so much Cassey! You’ve become my inspiration. A fews days ago, i’m juz a fat girl who is always upset with her fat body, always try to starve herself to lose weight and then nothing happens and become more depressed than ever. But now you make me feel new! I’m not gonna starve myself from now on. I’m gonna eat healthy and workout hard and wait for the results. Everything’s gonna pay off ryt? We only need time and patience and will. So cassey, I hereby promise you that I will work hard and eat clean and BELIEVE! One day my dream will come true. I wanna thank u for everything. I won’t let you down. I promise =) Love ya! Bye!

  6. maikia moua says:

    hi everyone,
i’m new at this, and i just found this and really excited about it. i need advices, should i just start with the beginner calender first or should i just jump into the movenber calender since it already started?
    HELP!!!

    1. sydney says:

I think you should start with the movember calender..

    2. tessa says:

Maybe take it slow, start off with the beginner calendar and then gradually switch to these regular ones. If you feel you’re up for it then go ahead and challenge yourself to do #movember. Welcome to the communtiy btw 🙂 #newpopster

    3. Aubrey says:

YOU”RE JUST STARTING OUT!!! My advice: follow the beginers calender for about a month then do the January calender. November is almost over, so do it for the rest of nov and dec, then you’ll have no trouble keeping up w/ january!

  7. katy says:

I’ve done some workout and I hope it makes some changes. I was aiming for a flat stomach and I hope this will help me because the workouts I’ve done recently didn’t gave me any changes.

  8. lola says:

I recently finished the beginners calendar and started with the monthly ones. I’m so frustrated because i barely can do the exercises. Anyone else? Any suggestions on how to keep my motivation up? ):

    1. Bethany says:

You have to start somewhere, don’t give up! Once your body adjusts you can move forward. Don’t feel bad about struggling as long as you’re putting in 100%. 😀

    2. Judita says:

Trust me, all the “advanced” people started just like this. God just 3 months ago, I could barely do the hollow rock- legs bent , hands not in the right position..- now? Now I’m killing it! And it kills me haha. Basically, you will get stronger. It may take a month, two months, three months, a year! I doesn’t matter! What matters is that you do the best you can and push yourself. Today you did 2 full pushups, ok the next arm day, I want you to do 3 full pushups, and so on. Always push yourself to little below the max, I say below, cause I don’t want you to hurt yourself. So really, don’t give up and keep going! You got this! 🙂 <3

  9. Pia says:

    Hi Cassie!
Thanks so much for these workout calendars, they are so great, and I can feel my body transforming!

One thing, I was wondering if you could put the workout time of each video, or the time for the videos combined that it will take for each day onto the calendar itself. They’re all different but it really helps with planning how much time I need to make for myself in the morning before work. I end up having to click each video individually to see how long they are, but it would be awesome if the times were just on the calendar somehow.

    Thank you!!
    Pia

    1. Kati says:

      Hey Pia,

she puts the videos for every day in a playlist on Youtube and if you open a playlist you can see how long it takes all in all!

      Hope that helps, take care!

  10. Jessie says:

    Hey Cassie,
Thanks for this blog, I’ve followed you off and on for a couple years, since you were on tumblr!
I’m starting your movember calender after gaining 20lbs from stress this school year. My goal is to lose those 20lbs by my birthday Jan 1st!
Thank you so much for your hard work and taking care of your followers! You are truly an amazing person and I really wanted you to know how much I appreciate you and the work you put out!

  11. Emily says:

It’s been awhile since I’ve done blogilates and I can’t remember where to find the videos to go along with the calendar. Probably obvious, but obviously I need help haha. Anyone?

    1. Oli says:

youtube. The Bloglaties channel does playlists for every day of the calender.

  12. Tihira says:

Sup blogilates folks. So,I have a secret… I plateaued! I had gotten sick and took a week off because I was just too ill to move. Since then I’ve been working out without as much effort. I’ve been working on getting back into the swing of working out everyday. I need for the progress to progress (pun intended). Is anyone else in the same boat?

  13. Dowsa says:

    Hey guys!
I’m looking for a MOVEmber workout partner, does anyone else want to?

    1. Merna says:

      Yesssss! Pleasee

    2. Tia says:

Yes sure! but Im starting the calender starting tomorrow 1 dec. Anyone here could join with me <3

  14. Heather Cochran says:

Just really curious honestly.. does anyone do extra cardio along with her calendar? I was big into the gym a few years ago but I’ve lost touch and don’t have access to one at the moment and LOVE that this has a calendar to follow and even meal plans. When I worked out by myself I always did 20-25 minutes of cardio and then focused on one part of the body (abs, legs, arms/chest) so just curious if doing the videos will be enough!!

    Thanks!

    1. Oli says:

I cycle 8 miles each way to work, plus to anywhere else I want to go, but that is more maintaining fitness than gaining. Theoretically I run for half an hour three times a week, but life happens more often than not.

  15. Evangeline says:

Hey guys just wanted to ask …… i have been absent for almost a month , there was BlogilatesCommunity POPSter unit where you can see your workout for the day and the exercise where did it go ?

    1. Jaclyn says:

I have been gone for about the same amount of time. I wanted to know the same thing about where myblogilates went. And where are the links to the list of videos for each day?

      1. Selman says:

She explained it a while ago on her blog here that she could no longer keep myblogilates running. However you can find the playlist for each day on her youtube channel here https://www.youtube.com/user/blogilates/playlists
        🙂

        1. Evangeline says:

          thank you !!
          you are my hero <3

  16. Doriane says:

I’m looking for a diet friend because when i am alone i quickly loose motivation…
    I’m French

    1. Amanda says:

      1. Doriane says:

Oui Julie on peut 😀 quel est ton facebook?

    3. Julie says:

      1. Doriane says:

        1. Michelle says:

I’m looking for fitness partner AND I’ve been wanting to learn french as well! Up for it?

  17. Stefuhnii says:

Will the meal plan for the #8weekhotbody be posted on blogilates.com or is it a buy only?

  18. Abi says:

    Hi!
    I need some help.
I’d been doing Cassey’s videos for a year, and I love theme, but now I’d like to follow the calendar. However, I swim 1 hour, 3 days per week, and I don´t think I have time enough to swim AND follow all the videos of the day, so…what should I do?
When I swim, should I try to do some of the videos of the day or just swim?
And If I swim instead of doing the videos, how can I organize the calendar so that I still target every muscle group? Otherwise, I might lose all of the “legs” and “back n’ arms” workouts.
In order to follow (more days of) the calendar and still swimming, I thought about no having a resting day, is that ok?
Thanks for your answers, and sorry for my english (I’m not native speaker, so I hope I explained myself)

    1. Oli says:

If I was you I’d do:
Monday – half of Monday’s videos, then swim.
Tuesday – second half of the Monday vids, and the first half of Tuesday’s.
Wed – second half Tue, swim
      Thurs – All of Wed,
      Fri – Flexible Friday
Sat – Half sat & swim
Sun – second half sat & half of Sundays, all of them if I felt like it.

  19. Romie says:

I haven’t been on track lately and I want to start with the 8 week plan but I don’t know if I should start with the beginners calendar because I don’t want to hurt myself doing the 8 week, but I think it’s just in my head I just have to tell myself I can do it
I’m concerned/confused can anyone give me a suggestion??
    Thanks

    1. Nina says:

      Hi Romie!
I never did the beginners calendar. It is not a necessity. You know your own body and what it is capable of. You can try the 8 week plan, and if you feel like you need to get stronger first after doing a couple of workouts, then just start with the beginners calendar.
Do remember that Cassey very often just gives alternatives during the workouts, so even beginners can do advanced movements! That’s what I love about her.
That’s what I would try at least,
      love!

  20. Lisa says:

    Hey,
I just have a question. I do every day all the exercises and stuff. But I don’t know where I can find the 8 week meal plan.
Can somebody tell me where I can find it?

    Thanks!

    1. Sarah says:

You purchase the meal guide for $40 and the fit journal for $22, then you can take $20 off by adding hotbodcombo coupon in during check out!

      good luck!

  21. Angel says:

Hi guys, this might sound really obvious but I’m confused so Imma ask anyway….

Do you do every video is says for that day (so like five + ab videos on Wednesday etc.) or do you choose one of those videos and then do the cardio?

    Thank you xx

    1. Tereza says:

Hi…you should do as much videos as possible each day 🙂 I do every video on the calendar …but it depends on the time you have…or you can do for example 3 videos in the morning and 2 in the evening 🙂 but do as much as possible! and you´ll see the results 🙂

      1. Angel says:

Haha thank you, I have just done the first ‘8 week hot body challenge’ thingy and I completed all the videos! I guess it seemed like a lot more than it actually is!

  22. Kathy says:

I really will miss working out next week 🙁 But I probably won’t have any energy left after standing 7 1/2 hours each day and concentrating on what our teachers have to say with little breaks for drinking and no time for food except for a little snack -> that’s how our museum trips look like. I usually get home weighing 1-2 pounds less, hurting feet and back, the need to have YOLO food and the question how fast I can get back on track with working out. XD
I wish you all a good start with the 8-week-challenge 🙂 I’m sure you’ll make it great and you all will have a rocking hot body by New Year ^-^
    Have a good time!!!!!
    good luck,
    Kathy

  23. Minty_green_tea says:

At last got enough motivation now to start this amazing movember fitness program!
My best friend is into Insanity program at the moment, and he tried to bully me into doing it, but I rather chose to start things differently. Anyway, having my bestie doing fitness at the same time is probably the greatest motivation ever !
I’ll print that right now and stick to it as much as I can ! Time to stop hating myself and become pro-active instead ! YEAH.

Thank you so much Cassey 🙂

    Love form France

  24. Tereza says:

Hi everybody! Sorry for my english first…
Can someone help me? Every time I do workouts like double leg lift or just single leg lifts my hip cracks a lot…it doesn´t hurt at all but it sounds really bad and I can´t focus on workout when I know that it´s going to crack again you know….I´m trying to have my legs straight and point the toes as well as it´s possible (i´m working on my flexibility, also before workouts I do the stretching exercises – 9 steps to doing the splits), it has something to do with scoliosis? Or it´s a common thing? it really bothers me 🙁

    1. Ann says:

Hi Tereza, I don’t know what it is, but I have the same issue. My hips crack when I do leg lifts, or those butterfly leg lifts (where the legs go around the sides). It doesn’t hurt but it’s not comfortable either. I think Cassey said in an old video that as long as it doesn’t hurt, it may not be something serious. But I don’t know. Try to bend the knees a little or make smaller circles (depending on the exercise obviously 😉 ) to avoid the cracking. If you’re very unsure, ask a doctor!

      1. Tereza says:

Thanks a lot…next time I´ll try to bend the knees and I´ll see 🙂

    2. Cameron says:

      Hi Tereza!
I have the same problem. It’s something that’s fairly common among dancers actually, and it’s called snapping hip syndrome. It sounds crazy, but it’s a real thing!
One thing that you can do to help is strengthen your quads and glutes. Wall sits are great for this, and they helped with my loud hips a lot!
      Good luck!

  25. Celia says:

If we are starting on Nov 10 the 8 week challenge ,but are currently on beginner’s workout calender do we start day 1 on Nov 10 or do we pick up on actual day 10 of November? Thanks a bunch:)

  26. noir says:

i’m so excited! i’m new here and all this seems perfect thank u cassey for this oportunity!

  27. Maily says:

    Hello!
Sorry for my bad english I’m French..
I would like to know how see the video of the calendar; because before there was the ‘BlogilatesCommunity POPSter unit’ and I could watch the video of the day but not anymore.. And it’s really not practical to look for the video each time I want to practise and follow the program.. so please, help me !!!

    1. Stephanie says:

      Allo Maily,

C’est pas necessaire a cherecher les videos chaque fois. On est un liste dur jour sur YouTube. Cliquez sur “Playlist” ici: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCIJwWYOfsCfz6PjxbONYXSg.

      1. Tanya says:

Can you write that so I can find it too? Thanks?

  28. Mallory Elaine says:

Does anyone know what a good sub for the slim arms and sexy back workout would be?

    1. Anouki says:

I actually don’t know what i’m going to be doing for that yet, but I think I’m going to do her latest video-the six minute arm one, and maybe find a back video somewhere on her channel?

  29. jeanie says:

    Hi,
I’m new to this – but I’d really like to try the 8 week challenge – should I try this program, or should I start with the beginner program and then go over on the december program once that comes out?

    Have a nice day! 🙂

    1. Arlene says:

I’d start with the beginners calendar, there are a lot of beginners videos where Cassey explains about how to do the moves right and takes it a bit slower :). Thats how you learn good posture and all that. That’s how I started!
Have fun and fall in love with pilates ! 😀

  30. Juana says:

I am really execited with this blog, I found it few months ago and Its really amazing!! Great job for Cassey, she always do an amazing job with Workout calendar (everything) :33 Lovely and best blog!

  31. Delanie says:

I love your workouts! Any suggestions for working our hip flexers? I find it really hard to finish some of the leg work outs because they start hurting. Thanks!!

  32. Laila says:

This is so exciting! Just finished todays workout and omg my abs are on fire!! Is there a community where people support each other?

  33. Karen Huntington says:

So just checking that the 8 Week Hot Body Challenge takes us up to and including the first week of January?

  34. Zephy says:

Now when we do the calendar does it no longer already have the videos posted to each date? Or we have to go find each video separately

    1. Neelum says:

No Cassey has made a playlist for each day’s videos on her youtube channel Blogilates. x

  35. Ashley says:

Cassey, just wanted to say thanks for providing such a great training schedule. It’s so easy to follow and stay motivated! I just started the Movember calendar – it’s the first blogilates calendar I am trying. I am so sore! It’s awesome.

  36. Julieee says:

Ugh, I wish I could follow the 8 week meal plan but living in a dorm with no kitchen and a mini fridge really can go so far lol. Hopefully I can start when I move back home for the winter!

  37. Cara says:

Love the many many short videos! Dreading food baby + 100 burpee days. Although I have to say after almost a year and a half I don’t mind food baby. I still HATE HATE HATE, with an emphasis on hate, burpees and that video makes me so tired and out of breath. Probably because I do less cardio (because it’s the worst most terrible part of exercise) than when I first started…those July HIITS and the running two summers ago man… haha.

  38. Julia says:

    Hey,
    I have just a question…
What happend to the blogilates community, where u had all the videos for one day in a playlist?
I just can’t enter the site anymore, it’s always says erroe and connects me to this site 🙁
Can somebody help me? Does anybody know something? ;(

    I loved the community…..

    Julia

    1. Megan says:

      Hey Julia,

I’m having the same problem. I’m just getting back into the groove of working out and can no longer get on myblogilates 🙁 Is that site no longer in use? If anyone knows anything, I’d really appreciate as I miss the community feel where everyone helps motivate me to stay active 🙂

      -Megan

    2. Carly says:

myblogilates got shut down on sept 30th. she posted about it around the beginning of september i believe. it wasnt something she wanted to happen and i cant remember the exact reasons but its just this site and the app now. you can find playlists for each day on youtube

    3. Amy says:

same thing happening for me too. Maybe she shut down the my.blogilates site?

    4. Hannah says:

Hi guys 🙂 you can find the playlist for each day on her YouTube channel under playlists. She puts up the playlist for each day every day over there 🙂 Hope I helped 😀

    5. Julia says:

      Thanks everybody!
Haven’t seen the post about the closure of the website 🙁
But I’ll stay with the playlists on YouTube 🙂

  39. Marie says:

I really love you Cassey and I love blogilates, I follow it since a year but why don’t you put the playlist of everyday just like before? I hate have to enter to youtube every time I need to see the videos…

  40. Jimena says:

Where are the playlists for every day?? I don’t find them!

    1. Gwen says:

they are on youtube under the tab ‘playlist’ x

      1. Jimena says:

        gracias 🙂

  41. Kimberly says:

This will be my first calender challenge and I just learned that there is a beginners calender!
Now I’m torn at what to do…
Should I just do Movember or do the beginners one? I’m scared that the beginners one is too easy and won’t give me the results I want. On the other hand, I’m definitely SORE from just 2 days of Movember…

Please help, can someone give me advice which one to follow???

    1. Spraddy says:

      Hey Kimberly,
I just finished the beginners calendar, and now I am moving on with the Movember. I did the beginners because it really gave me motivation because everyone comments on there everyday. I was already pretty athletic and I still found some of the beginners videos challenging, so if you really want to jump into intense workouts go for Movember, but the beginners calendar was a really good experience.

  42. Oli says:

Hay, I cant find today’s new video on Cassy’s YouTube home page? Is that because its still yesterday in California or am I looking in the wrong place? Its my first month of regular calenders.

    1. Oli says:

Its 7:30 am on the 3rd here

  43. thea says:

    Hey,

there is a lot of people gripping about the cost of this thing. I hope it will make me accountable to finish this challenge!

I do feel kind of mislead because I have done the 12 week body meal plan, and I was excited to purchase this new meal plan, but it is basically the exact same meals as the 12 week plan I already had. So that is lame.

But I am excited to do it.

    Good luck ladies

  44. Tete says:

I’m so excited for #MOVEMBER! This is my third month of blogilates and I’m already seeing results. My friends and family notice the difference and even my coaches. I’m a 7th grader and I live in Hawai’i. I paddle (outrigger canoe) and I’m training for next season, and also just to make my life better and feel confident in myself. Thank you so much Cassey! I love you so much and you are my inspiration and role model 🙂

  45. Rachel says:

Thanks Cassey! Looking forward to a new month. Your calendars are a great motivation to get moving- been feeling so much more energetic and excited about life since starting your workouts! Cheers:)

  46. Gabbi says:

    Hi everybody!

I am new to the website and have excitedly decided to also take on the MOVEmber challenge! I’m hoping to give it my all (without killing myself, of course) and am looking forward to more of these monthly challenges 🙂

While Cassey is uploading each day’s videos’ playlist on her channel, here is a link to all of the playlists for each day provided in the calendar: https://www.youtube.com/user/iriakhikari14/playlists

MIND YOU, the videos in the calendar labeled as “NEW VIDEO ON YOUTUBE” and the “Slim Arms and Sexy Back Workout” are not in any of the playlists (as I didn’t have access to them). I just HAVE to be organized and personally can’t stand having to dig around for the videos. The more available the workouts are (prior to the workout day), the easier it is for me to carry the workout through.

Again, Cassey is still uploading each day’s videos on her channel (day-by-day) and here is the link to her channel: https://www.youtube.com/user/blogilates/playlists

I only provided (in my personal opinion) a quicker and easier alternative, especially since my number of playlists are so small (the only ones I have are the MOVEmber’s workouts and one other monthly challenge I am doing alongside Cassey’s). Please review with Cassey’s channel’s playlists for the workouts I didn’t provide!!

I really hopes this helps out a bit. Looking forward to working out with you all! (Mentally) Lol!

  47. Kalena says:

    Hi Cassey!

I was wondering if we could do a song challenge this month to “All About That Bass”? I’m sure it’s a bit overplayed but I love it and it’d definitely be awesome for a booty workout!

  48. Anna says:

Hi Cassey, I’ve started your new calendar MOVEmber. I hope I can handle with it 🙂 I have a question – Do I need to do extra warm-up exercises before workouts and stretching after?

  49. Meryem says:

How do i join the community/private group if i don’t have the meal plan?

  50. Olivia says:

    Hi Cassey!
At the beginning of the summer, I was so good with my workouts! I was doing your videos, recording all of my food, and I felt really good. Then I went on vacation, and when I came back I had gained 10 pounds. 🙁 Then school started up again and I have been so stressed with all of my classes I havent been able to really commit myself to working out again because whenever I have the time, I sure dont have the energy. I hope this 8 week plan can help me get back on track 🙂 thanks!!

  51. Sarah dempsey says:

You should make a video to help tone the muscles needed for skiing! It’s getting cold up in the north and we need to begin to warm up our muscles for downhill skiing!

  52. Samantha says:

I am so excited to get back into Blogilates workouts!! I stopped for 5 months to lift and run in a gym, but now that I’m moved into a little apartment and travel a lot for work I can’t wait to complete this calendar!!! Love you Cassey!

  53. Claire says:

To anybody who knows – I am not subscribed in the app and therefore cannot view the ‘Slim Arms and Sexy Back Workout’ exclusive video. Which video should I replace it with? Or do I just repeat one of the videos on that day? Thanks a bunch 🙂

  54. Anne says:

    Hi girls,
Where can I find the workout videos?

  55. Ivana says:

HI GUYS! I’m so excited to be here! I am a new Popster, I found out about Blogilates and Cassey and I LOVE IT! I’m 16 but I have certain health problems which cause me to gain waight easily. I lost 9 pounds in the last six weeks and I am extremely happy about that but I really want to change my lifestyle and I want to exercise more. I was dancing for 11 years before I found out about my health problems and now I have to work really hard on this so I can go to my dance practices again. I really hope you guys will help me and I sincerely hope I will make some great friends here! #MOVEember! <3

  56. Lauren says:

HEY EVERYONE! I’m super excited to be starting #MOVEmeber & the 8 week HOT BODY challenge! I went ahead and made a playlist for everyday of the month on my youtube channel. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC_8t8yL3mQRGMPu-14_QejA/playlists Each one is titled #MOVEmeber DAY (Number) I know how I am with forgetting things so this will def keep me motivated throughout the month! & I hope this will help keep you on track as well! LETS BE FITNESS BUDDIES!

  57. Taryn says:

I started working out about 2 months ago and I found this awesome website last month. I’ve been slacking with my eating habits and working out lately so I told myself that I was going to complete this calender, NO EXCUSES. It’s time to for me to get into shape!

  58. Adrianne says:

Ordered the fit journal and meal guide but I can’t get the link to the community to work, it keeps coming up with a message that the link doesn’t exist… anyone else having this problem?

    1. Adrianne says:

Nvm got it working, so excited for this new opportunity. 🙂

  59. Alyazia says:

Cassey I order the fit jornal and they send me the e-mail that it ship and I follow the track it said not found

    1. Kitty says:

That’s just USPS taking a while to catch up. It takes 24 hours or more after you receive the notification for it to actually show up on tracking.

  60. Oana says:

    Hey Cassey,
    I’m super excited for Movember!
I’ve been around for about 6 or 7 months now and I’ve been doing everything and have been silently thanking you after each sweaty training session. I was here when you had lists on this website to youtube videos and I liked it. I was here when you moved us on the my.blogilates community and I liked it. I instantly downloaded the app and subscribed and liked it. I have the money to buy your fit journal and your meal plans…but that I don’t like. 42$ isn’t a lot for somebody with a steady job in a dollar, euro or pound economy but it is a lot for somebody outside of that. And honestly, one of the reasons I personally followed you around on all of the above mentioned shifts was that I really like what you’re doing and the way you are doing it. You are inspirational. To a heck of a lot of women and girls. And I know you also have a business to run and I am more than willing to support that…having already bought a mat, a water bottle and other stuff.
BUT. We love you the way you’ve always presented yourself to us. As a fitness paladin, interested in mutual benefit.
Reconsider handing over the meal plans to the thousands of loyal supporters from all over the world that are eager to participate in the 8 week challenge and just charge us the fit journal…I’m actually super excited to order mine!

    1. Cassy says:

This. So much. I’m a student and I am more than willing to pay for the journal, but 40 dollars is a lot of money for me. Yes, I’ll spend it on other things eventually I’m sure, but as cute as the journal is I can get it for 2.00 at a dollar store here and organize the pages into workouts and food myself (which I have been doing – again, student.) When I bought the meal plan and journal last year I was truly only paying for the plan itself. I wanted to get fit and healthy and it was a cheap way to do it – plus (in my mind), a journal!!

I understand that she does have a business. But I think what upsets me the MOST about this is the private group for people doing the workout. I loved, loved, LOVED my.blogilates, and I DON’T have a smart phone to keep using the ap. And now you’re telling me I have to PAY to get online support. Motivation for me has been rough since my.blogilates went down. I wish there was another site (I’d even be willing to pay a small monthly fee for it!)

I love Cassey and her work. She is incredible and I can’t express enough how thankful I am for all of the free stuff she does give us. I guess really what it comes down to is that I’m just jealous that others can afford this and that I can’t. I kind of feel like I’m being left out of a group for monetary reasons.

Regardless, thank you Cassey for even making this (I really DO appreciate it), and good luck to all you lovely ladies who are embarking on this journey. I’m going to go back to using the 12 week plan from last year in the mead time!

  61. Nareling Piedra says:

    Hey guys!
I know she isn’t doing the click each video for each day on her website but I started individual playlists for the November calendar, since I am doing it too. I find it easier to have it all ready while I’m working out. If any of you guys want to use the playlist, I created it on my YouTube account and made it public. It’s under Nareling Piedra. Good luck!

    1. Layne says:

      Thank you so much omg

    2. Amber says:

You are amazing! I was just looking for the usual link! I want to hug you 🙂

    3. Meryem says:

This is so helpful! thank you 🙂

    4. Vanessa says:

Thank you so very much, it makes things a lot easier and saves time. Are you doing this for the whole month or just the first day?

    5. Amanda says:

      You are my hero!

    6. Phuong says:

Thanks sooooo much!!!! I’ve been struggling so much with this!!!

    7. Caroline says:

Cassey actually has the playlists set up for each day on her Youtube channel, she’s had it for at least the past 6 months which is how I’ve been getting the videos. If you just go on her youtube channel and click the playlists tab, it’ll be ready for you there 🙂 She usually has 2 days up beforehand 🙂

  62. Selty says:

Why arent there links for the Workout Videos (for each day) anymore?? Do I always have to search it on youtube or what? It was so good before the my.blogilates page (which got shut down?!) The videos where always linked here & i did every video …

    1. Cynthia chang says:

i have the same question about the videos!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    2. LadyD says:

If you go to YouTube, the videos are there daily under Playlist. Hope this helps:-)

    3. Chris says:

There are playlists for the individual workout days on the Blogilates channel on youtube.

  63. Rutva says:

I am unable to find the playlist for this month…please help

  64. Selman says:

Can’t afford the meal plan and that’s ok I’m used to not being able to afford stuff. Anyway I just wanted to say that it’s really awesome of you to take the time to do all of this and even make a Vegan meal plan. It’s really cool

  65. Sandra says:

I am doing the beginners calendar ( day 16 ), i dont know should i start the movember calendar or should i finish the beginners and then from the day 14 start the movember calendar. Can someone help me to choose or maybe have better idea?

    1. Kitty says:

Finish the beginners for sure. It’ll help you work your way up more smoothly. I remember, when I “graduated,” it took my body a while to adjust to the new intensity.

  66. Kiki says:

    Cassey,

    PLEASE…pretty please HELP me!

I checked out all your videos on Youtube, as in browsed to see if there was anything specifically designed to target the CHEST area…I want to drop bra size…which work out should I do?

Please do reply…I depend on you to keep my body moving!

    : ) 🙂 🙂

Thank you and ready for MOVEmber!!!

    YAY!

    1. Oli says:

      Hay Kiki,

Breasts are made of fat, and you can’t choose where you loose fat from. Having breasts can be kinda intimidating, but please try and learn to love them. They are part of you.

    2. Cara says:

As a side note, that’s usually where weight drops first for women. So just keep plugging along and it’ll even out with the rest of you! As a double d AFTER losing weight, I hear you girl. But I agree that it’s important to learn to love them, they sure are handy for filling out dresses, especially in classic cuts! 🙂

  67. Dora says:

I ordered the fitjournal and meal plan, but cant see anything for the private chatting..Anyone help me? 🙁 I only got the link for the meal plan..

    1. Alyazia says:

The privet community on page 5 🙂

  68. bara says:

Hi girls! Im doing blogilates after long time and the third and the forth video – killing me!!! i hope I am not alone with that!

  69. Christina says:

Whoop actually super excited for this month and December as well ! 🙂

  70. Sarah Perez says:

    Hey,
So if I can’t get through all the workouts, should I stop and try again the next day? or should I just move on to the next days, and get through as much as I can? my stamina has gone down these days, since I had an injury and quit working out for a couple months.

    1. Caroline says:

Just do as much as you can each day until you get stronger 🙂

  71. Esh says:

guys how much is the shipping to the UK? I would love this! and also can you follow it if you’re goal is more to tone up rather than lose weight? thank you so much 🙂 xoxoxo

    1. Leah says:

It’s only 5 dollars! So like, 3 quid? Which is impressed me because I have definitely paid more than that to receive things from inside the UK.

  72. Call says:

Well, I do have a great beef connected with this closed community and promoting only those that can afford a journal like that (because for me it’s either buying that or eating clean for 2 weeks – u know what im gonna choose), because I’ve always thought that we are all POPsters no matter what, without dividing us into those that can buy sth and those who simply can’t but I think I was mistaken. I wanted to do #8weekshotbodychallenge without Cassey’s meal plan, but I just don’t even feel like doing it anymore.

    1. Raven says:

Hey! I think that you should still do the #8weekshotbodychallenge! You have the workout calendar for free as well as access to the free meal plans still listed under the meal plan tab. While you might not have access to the community of individuals participating in this specific plan, you still have access to the Blogilates community for free!
*I’m not paid to say this or anything. I just came to print the calendar for today’s workout and saw your comment. I don’t want you to feel discouraged about sticking to your goals. 🙂 Have a good day!

      1. Unnati says:

This actually inspired me too. Thanks! 🙂

    2. Ella says:

      Totally agree ;\

    3. Tini says:

We all feel you! Cassey used to say that she hated that people charged for these things!!! I decided to do my own meal plan and work only with Jillian this month. I feel like I was getting too dependent on Cassey and I feel a bit betrayed. So I will switch to Jillian and try to find other youtube trainers who are not yet famous and still give their advice for free! At the end of the day, all workouts are good workouts. Since Cassey doesn’t feel a sense of loyalty to us then no loyalty from me! Its good to remind her that she wouldn’t be this far if it weren’t for us and she should’t take us for granted! Good luck with your journey and I hope you find a way to keep your self motivated and keep going!

      1. Leanne says:

Jillian charges for meal plans and individual recipes, even. Only some of her videos are free, and she doesn’t have nearly as many.

I think it’s super awesome of Cassey to do the meal plan — and to take the time to put it all together. If you can’t afford it, it’s more than possible to eat well and follow the calendars without it. Weight loss is calories in vs. calories out, and then Cheap, Clean, Eats is a good resource for clean versions of low-calorie foods if you want to eat clean, too. The meal plan and the journal provide a lot of support, guidance, and structure, and that’s great for motivation. It looks like an awesome resource. But you can use everything Cassey offers for free and get results, too. She’s done more than anyone else I’ve personally seen online, and I’ve looked and looked (and stopped looking when I found Blogilates, because it’s awesome!).

      2. JennyN says:

Agreed. The reason I came over here from TIU was that everything was so accessible. Every post TIU puts up ends with them trying to sell something to you. I liked that this site wasn’t like that and now this. Disappointing.

      3. Gwen says:

Not loyal? Are you kidding me?
Cassey puts a lot of hard work into free monthly calenders for all of us!
I would also love the journal but simply cant afford it right now, but im still planning to do the challenge.
Just make your own journal, eat clean or follow an excisting free plan on the website.
If you work a little harder you can make it happen for yourself, with or without gadgets.

        grts Gwen

        1. Call says:

What I don`t have problem with: the fact that I cant afford some things because I live outside dollar/euro/pound zone and I have to multiply everything I wanna buy by 3/4/5, and I do earn less than average American. And I don`t expect Cassey to do it non-profit

What I do have problem with: the fact, that there is some `secret community` and we are divided into better and worse ones (at least I feel like it). I wanted to do this without Journal or Meal Plan (because I have an access to free one done by certified dietician, so the one done by Cassey doesn`t bother me at all), and I am POPster since the beginning of 2012 – but I didn`t know I am worse kind because I can`t afford Journal and Meal Plan (& I suppose that majority of people taking part in challenge are gonna go there)

          1. Menahil says:

I get you but she needs to earn a living too. And you could try doing it with a friend. That might help. Anyways, don’t be discouraged and I hope you still go for it. We’re lucky that Cassey still puts all this stuff up for free. WE shouldn’t take her for granted!

          2. Call says:

OK, I just wonder if you guys even get what I am writing about? I don’t expect her to do it for free, and I do appreciate the fact that she does a workout calendar, etc. (but actually, it’s not that she doesn’t get anything from that, c’mon). Yep, that’s her work, she puts loads of hard work into that and I think that’s great. I hate the fact that I cannot connect with people that are doing the challenge because they paid 40 bucks for the access, and that makes me worse POPster (like, wth?) and that’s why I am never going to go back to working out with Cassey 🙂

          3. Leanne says:

The community part makes sense. That’s interesting, and hopefully it won’t be like that — people unintentionally or intentionally dividing popsters up into those who are doing the challenge with the journal and guided meal plan and people who aren’t.

It’s not really perfect anyway. Maybe there aren’t a ton of us, but I already lost 45 pounds. I’m always looking to get stronger and eat healthier, but if I lose any more weight (we’re talking two pounds), I’d be clinically underweight. So if the challenge is designed to lose weight, it kind of excludes people like me — trying to maintain or add muscle. And it excludes people who are trying to gain weight, too. So that already divides up the community somewhat. Unless that’s accounted for that somehow?

It is a great thing for the people who are participating to have support and motivation. I’m sure it applies to a lot of people, and that’s wonderful. But personally, I’m not going to eat at a deficient. It’s probably a bad idea. I am going to keep working out, eating healthy, and hopefully getting stronger, though. And Cassey’s videos are great for that!

    4. Mary says:

I get what you mean about feeling excluded from a private community comprised of people that have paid for the fit journal and meal plan. I myself will skip out on buying the journal/meal plan this year, since I noticed a lot of the recipes were recycled from last year’s 12-week new body makeover. It’s not that I can’t afford it, but I can’t justify spending $42 for something so similar to last year’s edition. I will just put in a little creativity of my own 😉 Also, I fork over my money because I have benefited from Cassey’s videos in the past. I could’ve bought pen and paper to make my own journal if I wanted to. If there is any way I could pay a certain higher price so that Cassey can still make a living + meal plan is made public to everyone to participate I would do it. It’s more fun when everyone can do this together!

  73. Maddy says:

Hey Cass I love your workout calendars but I think you should make them a little bit easier because I do the first four days and then I get reallyy tired and just give up on the whole thing.

    1. Nicole says:

Woohoo now that school’s ended, I don’t have to wake up 5am for the workouts anymore! Super excited for this month I really want to take it slow.

    2. Megan says:

Try the beginners workout calendar 🙂 its easier than the monthly calendars

    3. Charlotte Charles says:

Good grief, are you kidding me?! If the schedule is too hard, then just pace yourself. When I first started, I could only do 20 minutes a day. Now I do 50 minutes a day. I already feel like the stuff she schedules is not enough.

If she made them easier or even shorter, it would mess a lot of us up. You don’t have to do every single video, just do what you can and you;ll be able to gradually do more and more.

    4. Diana says:

If you feel like that that the monthly workouts are too difficult, you should start with the Beginner’s calendar which is for those people who have just started with blogilates and to get used to the moves 🙂

  74. Latefa says:

I am so excited this is the first time am actually doing this… the MOVEmber is already my desktop background and am LOVING it 😀 woohoo!

  75. Margo says:

Excited for the 8 week hot bod challenge but can’t afford to buy the journal and meal plan. Will keep track in a notebook and still do it. Good luck all.

  76. JennyN says:

    It’s 2014 doll. You’re jumping the gun 😉

  77. Joelie says:

Do you guys think I will be able to do this if this is my first calendar? I do acrobatic rock and roll so I already have some muscles but I would like to tone up. What do you think?

    xoxo

    1. Nathalie says:

yea definitely! if you start to feel it’s too much, try the blogilates beginner workout calender

  78. Irene says:

OMG! I´m soo excited! I love you workouts. It really help me with my eating disorder- binge eating! I´ve never felt so good! You make me so happy in my life! Thank you for that. I also can´t wait for 8 amazing weeks with you, posters! ♥ :* So proud of us!

  79. Jenny says:

I was wondering what happened to the blogilates social network where we can see the forums and the calendar days..

    1. Lauren says:

I was wondering the same thing. I think it got taken down.
There is the blogilates app which has forums and the calendar etc
      🙂

  80. Britne says:

Can’t afford the fit journal and meal plan!! BUT I will keep up with the calendar and workout and eat right!!! I’m also training for a 5k and 10k for next year, so I had already planned a training routine!! Now this came at the perfect time!! Gonna take my before Pics and stats tonight!!! I’m so ready for a healthy fit body that I love!!

  81. kelly says:

Hello, does anyone know if you get a hard copy of the 8 week meal guide through the post ?
or is it just email download. thanks

    1. Lauren says:

      It’s a digital download that’s emailed to you 🙂

    2. Caroline says:

Yeah it’s email download, but you can obviously just make your own hard copy 🙂

  82. Heather says:

Can’t afford the meal plan and fit journal, but plan to workout and eat healthy! Thank you Cassey for making us an eight week challenge to get us ready for the New Year! Cassey, just letting you know it’s still 2014, not 2015! I think you’re more than ready to jump ahead 😉

  83. Jen says:

    Hi Cassey,

I signed up (and confirmed my e-mail) for your newsletter a few days ago and realize that I didn’t get an e-mail from you for the November calendar password last night. I just signed up for the newsletter again and finally got it. The first one was from popsterpost@gmail.com, and the recent one I received from you was from infusionmail.com. Could you please help and confirm which is the proper e-mail?

    Thanks!

    1. Yetunde says:

The correct one is the popsterpost@gmail.com. I think the other one is the old version.

  84. Unnati says:

Guys! I can’t find the community site link. Where? Help! 🙁

    1. Maartje says:

      Me too.. Aaah

    2. Lauren says:

There’s a link that is emailed to you with the meal plan when you buy the meal plan 🙂

      1. Unnati says:

        Can’t afford it. :/
I’m still maintaining a journal for what I eat though. But it would have been so much better if all of us could talk on a community forum!
Nevertheless, all the best ya’all !

        1. nella says:

Hi popsters. I can’t afford to by the 8 week hot body meal plan or journal either but would like to get some help with meal planning from you all. Would any of you consider creating a group with me so we can help each other out?

          1. Vesy says:

That’s a great idea! I really want to enter the #8weekhotbody challenge but I can’t buy the journal or the meal plan so I was thinking of creating my own meal plan. However, I’m not sure how exactly to do it so a little help will be nice :).

PS. I’m really sad that I can’t be part from the secret community 🙁 It’s ok the fit journal and the meal plan to be paid but what’s the problem the community to be for everyone? It would be so helpful 🙁 ..

          2. Kaitlyn says:

            sounds great I’m in 😀

  85. Kathrine Tian says:

Thanks Cassey! Can’t afford to buy the meal guide and new fit journal, but I’ll definitely follow the workout calendar everyday! I started to follow the ROCKTOBER workout, i finished it completely and I can’t believe I actually did it! I felt very good, and wanna thank you and thank you again. Happy to be a popster ^^

  86. Sandrien says:

    Dear Cassey

Thank you for the – as always – fabulous calendar!
I never skip a workout and to be honest I LOVE working out but there’s a problem.
I can’t do the meal plans AT ALL..
I am a student who needs to attend school 7 hours a day and I still live with my parents. I can’t cook and my parents won’t buy me the ingredients (I don’t have the money myself.) I have to eat what they want me to eat. (It’s not unhealthy at all but maybe a bit imbalanced.)
Therefore I am afraid I won’t see any results soon. I’m eating as clean as possible, although sometimes (especially when I’m not at home) I face some problems.
But I am not giving up! I’ll do what I can and I’ll give you my all!

Ps. Does anyone know if drinking much milk affects your diet?

    Love,

    Sandrien

    1. Allyson says:

Everyone is different, but I know milk makes me feel bloated, so I switched to unsweetened Almond milk.

    2. DanQs says:

yes, I face to same problem as well. So I started to do compromises like instead od eating chips with salmon, I started to eat fresh vegetables to it. Try to speak withyour parents about it 🙂 I wish you good luck and keep doing! 🙂

    3. Jenny says:

Same problem here. Also, being chinese, I eat rice every single day, which is A LOT of refined carbs.

      1. Unnati says:

Same problem here. Worse yet, India doesn’t have most of the stuff on the meal plan. 🙁

      2. Lyn says:

Same here! I decided to take Cassey’s meal plan as a recipe book instead of a everyday meal plan book. Plus, some of the ingredients in the plan are not as accessible or expensive.

  87. nini says:

    1. Krystle says:

I think you have to pay $1 a month to get the calender in the app + the exclusive video of the month, but I’m not 100% sure.

    2. Charlotte Charles says:

If you have the app, then the calendar is already on it.

Well done on finishing last months workout calendar! I can’t afford the new fit journal either, but I’m going to write everything I eat in a food diary 🙂
