This book is such a beautiful book we both keep is visible in our kitchens. It has wonderful inspo for spicing up your salads and experimenting with seasonal flavors. The ingredient lists can be hefty and pricey – but great inspiration. The recipes still work, even if you leave out half of the ingredients like I do.
This is perfect for the mom who loves to spend time experimenting in the kitchen especially with seasonal salads.
