May 2016 Blogilates Workout Calendar!

May Final-min (1)

click for hi-res version

Happy May!

Don’t those luscious lemons make you want to drink some homemade sweet lemonade? Mmmm. I think I’m about to make me some!! (Haha, when I typed that I was totes talking with a southern accent!)

This month’s exclusive video is “Stretches for Sore Legs”. This video is sooooooo good. I had a tight hamstring situation after doing PIIT28 for days and being a bad girl by not stretching afterwards! Yes, I am guilty of it. So this video was filmed when I really needed it too. I think it will feel very good for your Friday chill out sessions.

Next Sunday is also Mother’s Day, so please do something lovely for your mom. Sure flowers, chocolates, and brunch are nice, but let’s think outside of the box!

How about…a morning POP Pilates session with your mom, followed by making smoothies and healthy pancakes together! Maybe go get massages together…that’s ALWAYS NICE! Or spend time going to the Farmer’s Market, buying fresh flowers, and sitting down to make flower crowns! You can always finish with a mini photoshoot! That is always fun!

That’s my mom and I in the yellow mustard flower field by my parent’s house. We go there every spring to celebrate the new season and to take tons of pics. We’re trying to enjoy the flower fields as much as possible before new housing developers take it over to build properties. I really hope they don’t – these fields bring people so much joy and peace.

I hope you are ready to ROCK IT this May! Let’s get ready for all those swimsuits and bikinis we’re gonna be struttin in this summer!

Just wondering, I haven’t received the password for June 2016? Just me?

  2. Lozza and Luke (Lozzalol) says:

Hi, im new to this page, so i want to ask does the new calendar come out on the 1st day of the new month?

  3. Rose says:

Hi all, just joined the news letter! But what is the difference between the free monthly calendar workout and PIIT 28? Thank you!

  4. Vanismileyyy says:

Hey guys! DO you have any tips for me?

I just finished the 28 days beginner’s workout! 🙂 I’m planning to start the June workout calendar next month. Do any of you have any tips for me? Anything extra I have to do before starting these or when I’m done? Any help is appreciated!

    1. Lozza and Luke (Lozzalol) says:

What i do before every work out is go for a 10-20 minute jog, that way i am warming up and adding in some extra cardio 🙂

      1. Vanismileyyy says:

Thank you! Day 1 and already struggling to find the videos haha…

  5. Becky Miki says:

Just finished the 1000 squat challenge for the first time! I’m not gonna lie, I had to stop for a few seconds during the froggy squats, but I kept going! And I finished them all! So happy I got through it. Thank you cassey for all you’re videos, just a few months ago I would have not been able to get through even 1/4 of that. Thank you so much for giving us the confidence and the building blocks to achieve what we never thought we could!

  6. Samantha says:

Loved the 1000 squat challenge. Thought I’d be on a heap on the floor after the first couple of moves but have surprised myself and got all of the way through……happy days!!! Maybe not so happy in the morning when I can’t walk lol. Nice workout Cassey x

  7. Abbey says:

    1000 squats?? i can’t even do 100!!

  8. Candice Cordero says:

OmGosh….. Cassey, you kicked my @$$…. Wowza! Just started May 22, 2016 and I’m sure to be a fitness rock rockstar following your day to day vid’s….. Ahhhmazing!!!! Now, only if I can get through a day without taking a break…. I guess Rome wasn’t built in a day. Anyways, I think I’ve earned some bragging rights, and I’m down right proud to be a PoPsTeR!

  9. Candice Cordero says:

I just started a week ago, maybe I should do the beginners calendar till the end of May…. any thoughts?

  10. Candice Cordero says:

Do I just search the title in YouTube?

  11. Candice Cordero says:

Where can I find instructions or a tutorial of how to do these workouts?

  12. lily says:

Im starting this so late lol but better late than never am I right?

  13. Nicky says:

I’ve not had chance to comment for a couple of days, but i just wanted to say how much i LOVED sunday’s workout! It was so hard, yet so much fun! And Cassey’s sister (sorry, ive forgotten her name) is amazing! It is so motivating to see you guys having fun with the workout! Its also funny to see Cassey going wobbly or kinda mucking up, cos it reminds me that she’s human too and stops me feeling stupid for messing up myself! ? Also great to see someone who sweats as much as i do lol! ? Can’t wait for you to do more videos with your sister Cassey! Hope the other popsters enjoyed it as much as me! ? ?

  14. Keya says:

That is a really great suggestion! I was thinking that…it seems cumbersome to have to search for each video. Maybe the Blogilates crew can make the playlist for us on the YubeTube channel….maybe make that password protected?

  15. Deb says:

Hey everyone, so I just finished the beginners calendar. Yay! So now I’m starting on the May calendar and I’m questioning the amount of rounds I need to complete… if the snow bunny blast is listed do I only do it one time through or do I go by what she says in the video and complete 4 rounds… I’ve already completed my workout but this is more so for future reference, to make sure I’m following along with the workouts correctly. Thanks in advance!

    1. Hilde says:

You’re supposed to do the video one time if you are following the calendar. You do it four times if it is your only workout video for the day. Sometimes she only focuses on one side and asks you to at least do it twice, so then I either do an extra round or I just make sure to switch sides halfway 🙂 x

      1. Deb says:

        Thank you so much!

  16. Henriette N W Hansen says:

Hey, I am almost done with the beginners plan and I wanted to continue on the May plan. However, I just took a look on the schedule for may, today, and there are way to many videos a day. Is there some of you who follow the plan, but only does some of the videos eatch day? I was wondering if you get any results by only doing some of them? The reason why I am doing popilates is to get a bit stronger and get some more excercise. So I am not working out to lose weight.
I just really don’t have the patience or time to do 4-5 vidoes a day.
Hope someone can help me out. 🙂

  17. Hannah says:

I’m working on the beginners plan, but I decided to take a quick look at the May calendar. About how long does each day take? Would it be better to do the monthly calendars or PIIT28, in your opinions? I’m not a beginner to working out at all. I just got a little out of practice and needed to ease my way back in with the beginner calendar!

Any comments would be appreciated! 🙂

    1. Niki says:

If you are not a beginner the PIIT28 will definitely bring you some quicker results. However I was a little rusty because of a knee injury so I decided to do the May Calendar to get back in the game.

  18. Maryam says:

Hello Cassey! Thank you sooooo much for all your work, all your advices!! I’ve bought your book and I really love it! (The French version ;-)) U are really motivating and give me inspiration! Thankxxxx

  19. Tobias B. Santa says:

I just finished the beginner’s calendar last week and started the may calendar. I’m dying. Seriously, I’m dying. I can normally only do 3 or 4 of the vids listed before my muscles just go, “yeah, no.” But I am getting stronger so yay.

  20. hayley says:

i just started doing the calendar again and i feel great after the workout, but during the workouts i start feeling sick to my stomach almost every time, and sometimes it means i have to stop and i don’t finish. i am drinking lots of water during the workouts, eating healthy, getting enough sleep, and usually working out about an hour after i eat dinner. does anybody else find this happening also or is it just me lol?? also any suggestions?? idk what to do, please help!!

    1. Yuri says:

Try waiting a little longer before working out after eating. You could also be drinking too much water during, that will make you feel sick.

  21. rosalie says:

Hey!! I just signed up for the calender, but I don’t understand how it works. Can someone help? The calander only says, for example ” flat belly fat burner”.Does that mean I have to think of an exercise myself? Or is is the name of a video of hers? Maybe I’m really stupid, but I just don’t understand….

    1. Jenna Lindsay says:

It’s not stupid! You’re right, its the name of one of her videos on YouTube. Her name on YouTube is blogilates and if you go to her channel and click on playlists she has all the videos for that day into one playlist so you don’t have to search for the next video every time. The workout playlist is titled with something like “May 10th Legs For Days”

  22. hayley says:

awe man, i just finished the beginners calendar and my favorite part was links below it that went to an already made up playlist for each day. would be awesome to see those on all the calendars.to go to blogilates.com and click and look at the calendar, then to open 2-3 tabs, go to youtube 2-3 times, find and click each video and pause each video (after ads!) to get ready takes like 5-7 (15 if your using a tablet or smart tv)minutes we could use to warm up or cooldown or put towards yoga or cardio. seems like a silly complaint but for highly active people (cross trainers for instance- i do yoga, pilates, morning hikes, pole fitness, and dance) or otherwise busy (career women, activist, MOMS, students, etc) those extra few minutes are worth a lot. anyway…really glad i found you last month while on pinterest. never even thought of doing pilates to aid in my performance and conditioning, but since i started, ive strengthened, and evened out my muscles, doubling my progress in dance and yoga and making ever move more powerful. youre a ray of sunshine, cassey!

    1. Susie says:

There are usually playlists for each day on the Blogilates channel on Youtube. 🙂

      1. hayley says:

well then i feel silly lol 😛 thanks, susie.

      2. Jules says:

haha wow, Hayley, you’re not alone. seriously been searching and opening the videos from each day separately for weeks now 😀 That happens when you work out in the morning and your brain is not yet fully functional… Thanks Susie

  23. Sarah Hubbard says:

Any suggestions on what to do if you have to skip days? I’m traveling a TON this month and I just don’t think it will be possible to do everyday.

  24. xiao ling says:

uhhhhh… r we suppose to do these workout in the morning???

    1. Olivia says:

You can do them any time of day 🙂

  25. May says:

There is written ‘new vid’ for every Monday. Where can I find it?

    1. Blogilates Guest says:

Check out her YouTube channel and find the workout video that was posted on that day or the day before and that’s what you are going to do for Monday.

  26. EZE09 says:

Where do I find the workouts for the free calendars? Please help!

    1. They are on YouTube. If you search on there, you’ll probably see playlist for each day come up.

  27. kingkaewjnp says:

Okay this may sound dumb but I just feel super skeptical today, it said repeat 2x, so we do it 3 times in total or 2?

    1. A total of two times.

  28. Kingkaew says:

This probably sounds dumb, but when it said repeat 2x, so we have to do it 3 times in total or just 2?

  29. Megan Curran says:

Cassey you are special. Thank you for your commitment to helping all of us become the best selves we can be. I want to be a good role model for my new daughter and with your videos I feel like this could actually be a thing. THANK YOU (I actually look forward to working out now… whaaaaaat?!?!?!)

  30. Nicky says:

Just done day four, wow, that was hard! But i still loved it! Damn you Cassey for making pain fun! ? ? Give me a leg day anyday lol!

  31. McKenna Smith says:

So I don’t get the calendars all it says is toned arms, do you make up your own workouts or is there somewhere I can go to to see my workout?? Please help! I’m sorry I’m new to blogilates but loving it so far!

    1. Elizabeth says:

When it says things like “Toned Arms” and such, it is referring to the title of the video. If you have trouble finding the videos, you can always go to Cassie’s channel where everyday she makes a playlist with all the videos listed in the calendar.
      Hope this helped,
      Elizabeth.

  32. Nina Blackwell says:

I am starting the second week of Beginners Pilates 2.0. Is it okay to do the May calender instead? Or should I just continue with the Beginners until I am finished?

    1. LuciMalco says:

I just ended the beginners plan and this one is way harder, but it feels good! I actually feel like overcoming something, I have lots of energy after my workouts and I enjoy them more 🙂

      1. Nina Blackwell says:

Hm, okay, it definitely appears harder but, it looks like a lot more fun! So, I am torn if I should just continue with the beginners or jump into the May calender….

        1. Nicky says:

Hey! ? If you feel like you are able to do the May calendar go for it! You can always go back to the beginners calendar if you find this one too tough! This is the first “proper” month ive done and im finding it really tough, but super fun! I could never have done it without the beginners calendar, but good for you if you can! ? Good luck with whatever you decide to do!

  33. Kylee Yeatman says:

I really didn’t feel like working out today. But I got my butt in gear and finished all the videos for today, and I’m honestly happy that I did! I’m determined to fill up my workout calendar with stickers every day this month 🙂

  34. alexis says:

so I literally forgot that it was May and that a new calendar would be starting lmao so looks like I’m gonna have to catch up somehow!

  35. peyton Wolf says:

Does anyone know if for Day 3, we repeat the snow bunny blast only once along with the following workouts, or if we do it 4 times along with the other workouts?

    1. Kylee Yeatman says:

Usually if she wants us to repeat a video, she’ll put the name of the video and “repeat X times” like on Day 5. I didn’t repeat it

  36. Valerie Ann says:

Ah man :/ I reeeeaaally struggle with PIIT, I wish there wasn’t so much on there this month! I can’t do high impact workouts as I can only fit exercise in late at night or first thing in the morning and jumping around makes too much noise with my sleeping housemates in the rooms below mine. What would you suggest instead? Could I, say, translate all the moves I can to be low impact versions, and double the number of rounds or something, to get the same calorie burn?

    1. Valerie Ann says:

Sorry to moan! I think you’re doing a great job, and I totally appreciate all the work that goes into putting these things together, and for free, too 🙂 I’m just really sad I haven’t been able to do the calendar properly for ages!

  37. Tina Yao says:

Hey guys! I’m looking to lose weight and burn fat, would you guys recommend doing the calendar or should I just do cardio until I wanna start toning then follow the calendar? Thanks!

    1. Kelsey Scotka says:

The calendar is good for cardio and toning! do what you want. try a few days and see how it goes. ive noticed toning and slimming while im doing her calendar. toning and slimming are both important!

  38. Sofia Holmgren says:

Are you supposed to do the new video on Mondays? I did it yesterday and now I’m so sore in my legs! Tuesdays are leg day, so it will be tough today…

  39. Christine says:

I really hope I can finish this workout! 😉

  40. Samantha Xiong says:

Fingers crossed I also finish every single one of these workouts! So far I’ve finished 3 calendars but skipped about 1 or 2 weeks (either beginning or middle) but pushed myself to finish the rest of the calendar workouts. Stay motivated, and happy girls!

  41. abby says:

i dont see the videos on her youtube channel

  42. Samantha says:

Loving day 2 of May. Got the kids to bed and used the workout as some ‘me’ time. Finally got some decent weather in the North East of England today too. A balmy 8 degrees lol…….so bikes are out. Might even cycle to work tomorrow. Keep motivated everyone!! x

  43. Yanet Jaimes says:

I’m hoping I can finish this calendar!
I usually never finish it ?
I’m a day late but I’ll complete this calendar!!

  44. Anusha says:

I just can’t do the ” abs of steel ” !!!! OMG! This is so hard! I hope I stick to this!

  45. Nicky says:

Just done day 1 as my rest day is sunday! This is my first time on a “proper” calendar, as ive just finished both of the biginners ones and i am so relieved that I actually found todays workout possible! I still have to use beginners variations, but hopefully by next the end of the month, I’ll be strong enough to do the more advanced moves! ? ?

  46. Maya says:

Where is the new workout video? Trying to do Day 2 but I can’t find it on youtube or on here.

    1. Anusha says:

You go to the youtube channel. It is available there.

  47. Isa says:

I seriously can’t do this. For some reason I’m never motivated to eat healthy or the work-out. I really, really want to work-out because I like doing it, but I’m quite uncomfortable in my own body so the gym makes me awkward.
How do you guys stay motivated? Day 2, Quick Burn obliques, I tried to keep up but my arm isn’t strong enough to keep me up, so what do I do to become stronger ?

    1. Nena says:

You could do the Blogilates Beginner Calendar 🙂

    2. Anusha says:

      I got the same problem!

    3. Sarah says:

When I first wanted to do pilates, I did all of the calendars. I started with the special challenge calendars (looking up how to do the exercises) until I finished all of them. Then I moved on to the beginners calendar. That one was really difficult at first but I built up the strength. Then I moved on to the monthly calendar. I modify the calendar to suit my routine (I don’t do the cardio videos, I choose about 20 minutes of videos, excluding talking time, each day. I only do the pilates days not the cardio or stretch days). I add my own cardio (dancing) and lately I’ve been adding a few extra sit ups each day as well, just as something to do between the videos.

Also don’t compare yourself to Cassey. She has been doing pilates for a very long time compared to you. If you aren’t strong enough to do all the exercises, or if you have to modify the exercises, that’s perfectly fine. As long as you are challenging yourself, you are building up your strength and muscles. If you have to rest your arm on the ground, then you have to rest your arm on the ground. It’s better to do the exercises with modifications than to not do them at all. The only thing you can do to make them easier is continue to do them, and/or lose weight if you are overweight (because the additional weight on you is going to make it more difficult to do the exercises regardless).

    4. TayTay says:

I completely understand where you’re coming from because I’m the same way! I found that the easiest was to get motivation to workout is to set a certain time every day and just get it done. I don’t like the gym much either but I can assure you, most people there are feeling the same way and are just worried about how they look! I am also have extremely weak arms but doing beginner arm workouts, every day and not just calendar days, has helped a lot in gaining strength. Getting cute workout clothes always helps me out too lol. You just have to get into it enough for it to become a habit and a lifestyle, even if it is hard now, it will be worth it in the end.

    5. Gee says:

I started with the beginners calendar and slowly worked up to it. She always shows modifications so just do what you can and by the end of the calendar you will see that you have become much stronger. I still can’t do all the moves or hold planks for very long without going to my knees but I’m feeling better and have more energy.

  48. Parisnogozone says:

Hey Cassey ! When are you going to show us some jump roping skills ?? I cant wait to get some jump rope cardio with you im sure you’d kill it <3

  49. Tori says:

OMG just finished Day 2, all 5 videos straight after one another, and let me tell you my abs are on FIRE!!!!

  50. Qiao Yun says:

so so excited! I’ve done the March calendar but not the April one coz it’s exam and tests month (I know that’s a lame excuse) so I’m back with May! Although exams are still going on, I’m so ready to kick this calendar’s butt! ?

  51. ashley leyva says:

Finally!!!1 Just want to comment so that it is motivation to continue! So I’ve been following Blogilates for awhile now, sometime last year I stumble upon cassie one night while I was doing some self- loathing. And instantly thought she was the inspiration I’ve been needing and wanting. But I just stayed lazy for awhile, printed out all the calendars but never did them. Printed out all the challenges but never finished them. Even bought her book to give me more inspiration. I wasn’t totally unhappy with my weight but I was totally happy with it. I gave myself a good and hard look and did a lot of thinking and told myself Time to get back to myself. So I told my self I needed this year to change and so the past few month I touched the beginners guide never fully finished it but It gave me an idea to how fit i really was. And when I say the email this month I told my self this is it You Got to get yourself up and get fit. So heres to the first day of may and to my new adventure to fitness. Lets go may!!

    1. keilly hernandez says:

I’ve been feeling laggy too.I started blogilates about 2 years ago,did some monthly calendars, but never stayed constant.Last year I attempted again and started over in December.Long story short-in January I missed like 2 days of working out and completely felt lazy after that.Ever since then,my motivation is so bad but I’m ready to start May off with a new workout!(-: Good luck!!

  52. Fab Ulous says:

Question: Where do I find the Monday video called new vid/blogilates ?? The newest video here is the one about granola I think….

    1. Anusha says:

You find the new video on blogiltes channel on youtube.

      1. Fab Ulous says:

Thanks! I can see that video now. I think that because I’m in Australia, I do my Monday workout before Cassey puts the video up onto youtube. I might have to swap my Monday workout with Tuesday.

    2. Samantha Xiong says:

If you’re subscribed to Cassey the video should automatically pop up under your subscriptions tab, hope this helps!

  53. Ana Perutti says:

    Cassey’s mom is lovely!

I wonder if this will be the calendar that I’ll complete 100% (probably not :/). My problem is usually cardio day; it’s like I never have enough energy for it regardless of what I eat or how much I sleep. Does anyone else have this problem?

    1. Sandi says:

Yes!! I’m anemic so I take iron and Vit B12 to try to help but that doesn’t always work. I haven’t really found a balance yet and have yet to finish a calendar 🙁 But, I’ve noticed that getting the right amount of sleep, waking up early and staying moving helps. As soon as I sit down or if I have a lazy day I feel more fatigued. I also noticed that cleansing my body by eating only healthy foods after having some sugary or fat foods drains me and it’s hard to overcome. The only thing I’ve found is basically to make my self get up and find something to do. Whether it’s cleaning my house, playing with my daughter or walking, etc I try to stay active. I admit I’ve had trouble keeping it up but I still try and hope soon it comes easily and naturally. If you find anything out please lmk and I will too 🙂

      1. RWood says:

Good luck to you! I’m anemic as well and cutting back on caffiene and sodium is also a key to that for sure!I do the most I can early morning, then take a little down time in the afternoon and then do more in the evening. It’s a tough balance for sure!

    2. Sabra says:

I had a huge problem with this until I was tested for food allergies. Turns out I had been eating several things my body just couldn’t process, and over time the effects became more severe. After about 5 weeks of cutting out the bad stuff, I had TONS of energy and was able to take up distance running AND do the blogilates calendar. Do some research on IgA and IgG tests and see if you think that’s something that could help you.

      1. Me_from_the_star says:

How do you noticed that you may have food allergies ? And do they test it like normal allergies ? :0

  54. Nicole says:

This is my first month! Where do I find the videos? I tried searching for the first one but nothing came up. Does she not add the links like in the beginners calendar?

    1. Sophie says:

Just go on youtube.com and type the video title into the search bar. If nothing comes up maybe add the word “blogilates” to the title. Usually Cassey also makes playlists on her channel on youtube for every single day (sadly they’re not up yet :D).

      1. Nicole says:

Thanks so much, Sophie! I’ll keep my eye out for them!

  55. Vesy says:

Haha I see that we will be doing the 1000 squats and abs challanges this month and I am already so excited!! I just can’t wait for those days to come, though I know how hard it is going to be 😀

  56. Lara says:

what do you do if you have other hobbys too? ’cause I dance three times and swim once a week.
Do you skip these days or do you do both? My lessons are really exhausting and I don’t know if I will have enough energy to do both

    1. Vesy says:

I used to go swimming once or twice a week and currently I am taking some cardio classes every once in a while. I don’t skip the blogilates workouts, but just because I feel I can do them. However, if you feel too exhausted better do just one workout. A longer workout doesn’t mean for sure a better one. It’s better to listen to you body and take that time to rest! You will feel much better 🙂 !

    2. Qiao Yun says:

I go swimming almost every week too, I usually do ¾ of it or all, depends on how exhausted and sore I am!

    3. Anusha says:

You can try doing both if you want…. But there’s no excuse or a day off in this calender….. So, better get your metabolism at its peak! 😀

    4. Lara says:

Ok thank you all for answering 🙂
I hope that I will see changes even if I work out every other day

  57. Hannah says:

My gym’s wifi is terrible and I don’t have data left on my phone so idk what to do ) :

    1. maryam says:

You can do all the workout outs at home. All you need is a mat and some weights. 🙂

  58. daisy says:

can anyone tell me how to get to the may 1st workout? i entered thepassword but cant see the may 1st. thaks

    1. Samantha says:

the videos are all over this site and youtube. search the titles. Usually her youtube channel has playlists for the day set up, as well.

  59. fiffy says:

actually done the 1st day of may. feel sssoooooo damn proud of myself. finally feels like i accomplised something. i usually skip the 1st day. cos i have this “not ready” mindset. lol yeah ikr. what kind of mindset is that. but anyway… i succeed in killing that mindset. this is actually my second calendar. but been following u for a long time. just that i get off track last year. but i know pop pilates will give me another chances to grow with it. 🙂 keep the good work cassey.

  60. Z0£$ says:

This is my second calendar . So am going harder .??????

  61. Charliebobs says:

I even did May 1st workouts I feel so accomplished ☺

  62. Charliebobs says:

Started Beginners Total body workout today sooooooooo pumped ?

  63. Anusha says:

The PIIT on first day says repeat 2 times….. Does it mean I do it and then do it 2 more times…. or just do it 2 times in total???

    1. Sophie says:

“If it’s just part of your calendar workout do it twice” is what Cassey says in the beginning of that video 😉

    2. Samantha says:

it legit says two times lol so you do two rounds. 14mins worth.

  64. Sophie says:

Gee, I haven’t been able to workout for almost two months now. I fear that I might have lost all my strength from the 6 months of training I had. Has anyone been in that situation before?

    1. Rachael says:

Yes! I was sick for a while so I hadn’t worked out for the past 2 months. At the beginning of April I started doing blogilaties again, and it was harder at first and I was frustrated because It had been pretty easy before I stopped, but after a week or 2 of me working out regularly I got back into it and feel great again! So don’t worry! This workout gap did not erase all your hard work! Just get back into it and you’ll get your strength back pretty quickly if you stick with it 🙂

      1. Sophie says:

Today I’m frustrated as well. Yesterday I could only manage two out of the four videos and despite that everything hurts today. I wasn’t used to this amount of pain anymore 😀
But it’s good to hear there is light at the end of the tunnel (and I’m not alone in this). 🙂

    2. Cathy says:

Was just recently in that situation after breaking some bones in my foot. Just started back two weeks ago. Ugh it was hard but I’m back on the wagon again.

      1. Sophie says:

Being forced to stop is the worst. I was surprised how much I missed working out. Glad, you’re back though 🙂

    3. Sarah says:

I took around a 2-3 month break from exercising because of some personal issues I was having. It took me a little bit to build my strength up again, but within about a week I was back to not feeling sore the next day. After a month or so my body felt back to normal and my strength seems to be really similar to how it was before I stopped. I jumped back way quicker than it took me to build up the strength initially.

  68. Stephanie says:

I’m so excited for May – gonna kill it!

There is one thing I’d like to say – I wish you would officially address the freelee situation for one good reason: People are looking for information on what is going on and they end up looking in the wrong place, freelee’s youtube channel. I don’t want freelee to be making money off her horrid bullying videos by people watching them because they want to know what exactly is going on with all the stupid bananas on instagram. Probably the reason she is even doing this is just to drive traffic to her channel, and if so I would rather people go to your blog to get some answers than freelees youtube channel.

  69. Elizabeth Ramirez says:

    Yas 😀

    1. Marija says:

There is a beginner calendar I think you may do that first and then when you are strong enough continue with those – monthly calendars. Good luck! And don’t give up! ??????

      1. Charlotte Allen says:

I’ll have a look at them! Thanks for the encouragement! 🙂

    2. Charliebobs says:

    3. Z0£$ says:

      I thing so

    4. Julia says:

Ye most of the time if it isn’t a cardio day, the workout starts with a small cardio video to get ur blood pumping before u get into the actual toning and videos for the specific body part ur working on

  78. Erica says:

what is the best way to print so it’s all on one page?

    1. Print it in Landscape mode. That’s what I do.

      1. Cathy says:

Does it print on one page? My preview shows it not doing that

        1. Disable/set your margins to none and that should give enough room to get every thing on one page.

          1. Cathy says:

            Thanks so much

          2. No problem. Had the same problem when I first started printing these.

  79. Megan Thrash says:

    Can’t wait to start! <3
