But they are better…hahaha and not so crazy sweet! After taste-testing them right after I made them (because I couldn’t wait -they looked so good!!), my favorite was the Peanut Butter Bliss bar because well, peanut butter is life. AM I RIGHT!!???
Which one are you DYING to make first? Let me know in the comments!

I don’t have a food processor, but I added about 1 tablespoon of coconut oil and my blender did better with it. Plus i chopped the nuts up a little bit before adding everything together.
I am wondering if I could make some without nuts? I am allergic to all nuts but would love to try these!
How did you get 4 grams of fiber for the coconut cashew craze? I entered all of the ingredients into my fitness app and even added some oats to add fiber, but it comes out to only 2.8 grams per serving. Any ideas to add fiber to these? Anyone tried adding chia?
HI CASSEY! Do you know how much sugar are in these bars? They are so delicious but I am little bit scared about the amount of sugar in these bars. Thank you so much! love you!
From what I can tell they should be about 12.3 grams per bar. That’s the cashew bar, I don’t know about the other ones.
I made them! They’re SOOOO delicious!!
Cassey the cherry bar came out really nice!! I just need to know, the calories and values above, for what size bar are they? I tried to calculate calories based on individual ingredients and they seem really high!!! 😮 please please please let me know!
Do you know the sugar nutrition facts?

Wow! Everything looks so yummy. I will surely try all of these! Thanks for sharing the recipe! 🙂
Hi! I hope someone can help me with this. Are the dates supposed to be soaked in water before use? I’ve never worked with dates before so I was hoping I could get so help with this. Thanks!
You guys, the peanut butter bliss bars are to die for. They seriously taste like dessert. Now I have to stop myself from eating all of them at once… A+!
Tried the peanut bliss! except i subsititued in cashews for peanuts and put coconut flakes on top. also i dont have a food processor, so i had to use my blender, which won’t work without a liquid, so i put some cocnut milk in. would have been MUCH better without coconut milk and just peanuts instead of cashews in my opinion, but those were the ingredients that i had, lol. still decent! i love that these are vegan – finally some snack i can take to work! will try with vanilla extract next time – i think that would taste amazing with these.
Hmm the peanut butter bliss or cherry almond cheer? I will have to try them both and see! Thanks for sharing
Hi Cassey! Can I ask you something? I have a problem getting the month calendar. It has happened to me a lot of times. I keep singing in and it doesn’t work. Please help me?
Hi 🙂 What I can I substitute for dates? Would love to try this but dates are not available in here…
Any suggestions for lowering the sugar content?
Looks so yummy! I will have to try these out! Perfect for the Paleo diet!

This is the reason why I won’t ever buy Lara bars. I could make my own!
Woww! They look amazing! I have a question… The nutricional info is for 100gr or for 1 bar? Thank youuu!
I can’t wait to try making some! I’ll probably make the peanut butter bliss first but I really want to try the coconut cashew craze because I really love cashews. Cashews are the best. 🙂

These look so good! How long can you keep them once they’re made? And do you have to keep them in the fridge?
