Your July 2018 Workout Calendar!

Hey guys!

I cannot believe that we just finished the 100 Squat Challenge! WHAT!!?? That means that we completed 3,000 squats!!!

ABSOLUTELY incredible.

I will be posting a 30 day recap video this coming week showing you the progress in my legs and butt! Regardless of how big or small those physical changes are, I know for sure that I am wayyyyy stronger. My legs are feeling solid. I love it!

Anyway, I’m super stoked for July 4th (there will be a surprise waiting for you on POPFLEX) and I am thrilled to share with you your July Workout Calendar! Here’s the new schedule:

  1. SUNDAY: Arms & Back
  2. MONDAY: Bikini Booty
  3. TUESDAY: HIIT the Beach
  4. WEDNESDAY: Ab-venture
  5. THURSDAY: Total Body Tone
  6. FRIDAY: Relax
  7. SATURDAY: Lean Legs

Click to download hi res cal!

Make sure you check off each video as you go! Those checkmarks are kinda what I live for! You only need to do the videos once, unless you’re doing a Tuesday PIIT video, then you do 4 rounds for a full 28 min workout. Really take your Fridays to chill. I love dedicating some time to stretch my body fully.

As always, you can access the check-off-able digital workout calendar by logging in here:

Have fun! Happy July! Let the summer fun begin!!!

Thanks so much for sharing this!! We are very excited about doing this. Thanks again

  2. Breum123 says:

I can never complete the tuesdays and it kills me:( i feel so disappointed in myself. The tuesday workouts are four or five extremely challenging workouts and I can’t complete one single video without taking breaks. Am I the only one who thinks that the tuesdays are more difficult than the other days? So much jumping and planks, can’t keep up:(

    1. Expresja says:

Same here, one short cardio workout is enough to kill me 😉 but that’s totally okay, Cassey herself always says that she’s more into strength workout and cardio gives her hard breathing etc. We are all different and some people are good in different types of workout. If it’s exhaustinng and not pleasant for you then don’t do it and change this into “song challenges day” or whatever you want 🙂 I always want to challenge myself and I am trying to do some cardio and push my limits to become stronger, but on the other hand you should find your own balance and accept your weakness, look at them like they are opportunity to grow and treat them like evidence that you’re a human. Taking breaks is okay and taking a day off is totally okay. Be more kind to yourself and your body!

  3. Thank you so much for this calendar! This is way cuter that what I usually print out

  4. This calendar is so beautiful!! Thank you very much!

So on the monthly calendar when you do a PIIT 28 on a Monday (not PIIT 28 Tuesday) are you still supposed to do it 4x along with the other 4 workouts listed?

  9. Charlie says:

Loved it! How can I tone my underarm flab? I just hate looking at them,I won’t go out in a tank top that’s only for my workouts behind closed doors,I’m so disgusted with the flab

  15. Reagan says:

I’m new to the calendars, so I was just curious… For the HIIT style workouts, are we meant to do all 4 rounds, if we are following the calendar? Or do we do all 4 rounds if that is the only workout we are doing? Appreciate the help!

  16. Jaken says:

    Thank you for challenging me!

  17. Amy says:

Hey! I know this is not the right place for this and will probably get lost, but I commented a long time ago asking if your sheroic podcast would be on googleplay, and I just found that your whole season is on there yesterday – thank you!

  22. Aneeqa says:

Hey guys! I’m new here, and I’m not sure if I should start with the monthly challenges or the beginners challenge first. Plus, it’s already the 9th of July.
Help me! What do you suggest I do?

    1. pantoja_estefania says:

If you are new to exercising then I suggest the beginners calendar
If not do the monthly challenges, it doesn’t matter you are on day 9
It’s okay if you didn’t do last’s week WO

  23. Giulia says:

After two years since I stopped working out, as I got pregnant and had my baby (now almost 14 months old!), I really want to get back on track! I used to eat so clean, now I have a really hard time doing that… Also I don’t have much time during the day, as I’m busy with my boy running around all day…! Have any tips? Would it be a bad idea to work out late at night? (say, 11 or 12 pm) help…!

  24. Breum123 says:

When it says new video, does that mean, that we are supposed to do that workout too?:)

    1. Sarah says:

Nope ur good, the workouts for the day all together are supposed to take a perfect 45-60 min, and the new video would add to that. The new video thing is just an announcement

  25. Divya Saharan says:

Its so tough for me since i am in medical college and i dont have too much time to think or always trynna eat clean. I sometimes have to eat whatever is available during the time of my hunger.

  26. stuvlsa says:

Where do I find videos for July calendar ?

    1. Lizzie says:

On her YouTube channel she makes playlists for each calendar day 🙂

  27. Elizabeth says:

Cassey, it’s really hard for me to eat clean and fit in my workouts because I’m in college and I have a 4 month old. Do you have any advice for me?

    1. Sarah says:

Hats off to you for still trying to make the effort to be healthy and fit while managing a lot on your plate 💞

  28. Marianne says:

cassey, what does it mean X4

    1. Marcia says:

Hi Marianne, it means you have to do that routine 4 times in a row 🙂 Good luck! 😉

    2. Elizabeth says:

You do the workout 4 times

    3. Gosia says:

      Do it 4 times

    4. olivia says:

it means do it 4 times 🙂

  29. Hannah says:

Guys, I need your help! I’m doing blogilates for years now. Last year I did it very serious but didn’t see any changes, so I stopped doing Pilates for maybe half a year. This year I started over again. Been doing the workout calendars, the challenges and I eat very clean: Just whole grain products, fresh food, I only drink water, no sweets, no fast food and still I don’t see any change. In fact, I don’t fit into my jeans anymore because I gained muscles and it really depresses me.. Can anybody help me?

    1. Monica says:

In my experience, cardio helped me lose weight and strength training helped me tone and build muscle.I don’t know if you have tried specifically cardio, but it helped me a lot!

    2. ambersposeto says:

Fitness is always a journey, I had the same problem for years until I realized the change I went through mentally. Feeling healthy was just as great as “looking” skinny. I have learned to accept my body the way it is, and I know that even though I people may not perceive me as someone with a “perfect” body, the way I feel about myself and my health in general has improved immensely! I look at before and after pictures of myself and (even though I am the same size, and have even gained some weight due to muscle mass) I can see my body toned out and I really do think that I look fantastic either way. If you’re not getting the exact results you’re looking for, I would definitely try to see a nutritionist. Everyones body reacts differently to certain foods, and maybe some foods are not the best for your body in particular, even if they are considered “clean”. However, the best advice I can give is make sure your making your overall physical and mental health a priority. Although you may not see any changes now, it often takes a really long time to notice any, and it is so easy to get discouraged. What helped me push through was looking at pictures of my body before I made the choice to go on this journey. When I do, I notice that I look better, and I feel happier! I hope this helps 🙂

    3. Alicia says:

The fact that you’re building muscle is great! But if you don’t want big bulky muscles then you should try stretching

  30. Tarra says:

I’m really trying to stay on the workout plans you provide monthly but, it’s hard and especially going out to eat with friends and barbecues with family. Do you have any advice or things I should to fight my temptations and stay on track?

    1. Taitonaita says:

You should totally eat a little bit before those type of friends-family meals! maybe and apple or another type of fruit with some water!! it really helps for me due to i dont really i’m THAT HUNGRY when i’m eating so i focused on not overeat but enjoy my food <3 remember, everything is healthy in moderation! You can also add some salad/vegetables to your plate while eating (so you eat less unhealthy food)! This two tips have literally saved my life, hope they go well on you <3

  31. c says:

hey! are we suppose to be doing all 4 of the videos each day>

    1. Katie Holt says:

      Yes, that is the intention
If you are looking for a lighter workout, or just are not ready to jump into a full 4 videos I am sure you can just pick and choose some videos that suit your needs.
She has a brand new Beginners Calender out now too that you can do if you are still not sure you want to jump into one of her Monthly Calendars. 🙂
      Happy Working Out!

  32. popster818 says:

Love the look of this new calendar Cassey! Next month could you possibly do a day with both abs and obliques as well as an arm and back day as well? That would be great!

  33. Diana says:

I would’ve loved it if you made a calendar for gym workouts. Like what machines to use, for how long, what intensity, etc.

  34. raeannalea says:

Yes, thank you! I just started doing this calendar in June and it kicked my butt into shape!! Excited to keep it up!

  35. Kanika sharma says:

Hey I’m not able to understand this July workout calendar can you please help me

  36. Hey Cassie, are you no longer making monthly video for your Blogilates app subscribers? I know you used to do that!

  37. Maria says:

    Hello guys,

Before we could download the PDF version of the calendar, but not anymore…

I don’t see it? ..or things really changed?

(sorry, if this is a silly question but having a pdf version where you can click to get to the videos is much easier)

    1. popster818 says:

She has all of the videos listed for each day on her YT playlist. You just go to her channel click playlist, whatever day you are on, and all the videos for that day are right there. 😊

      1. Jasmin says:

I can’t find the playlist, do you have the link please?
