Am I the only one whose not received the password for the August calendar, what’s going on?

    1. Laura says:

I think it’s because I live in the UK

    2. Kayla grace says:

I have not gotten the password for the calendar

  2. Karlene says:

has anyone else received the email with the password to the Aug calendar yet? I’ve been checking my email all day and I haven’t received it yet :/

  3. Daph says:

Hey Cassey! For those of us who live in asia could you consider releasing the workout calendar a day earlier? we’re on a different timeline from western countries and i would really appreciate it if you could do that for us so we can keep up with the calender pace.

    1. Natalia says:

I totally agree! I don’t want to loose a day and it’s frustrating to keep refreshing my mail to see if the password is already there.

  4. Nelly says:

Heyy! I wanna lose about 40lbs before school starts in the fall. It’s my senior year and I want a fresh start! What should I do?:)

  5. Jess says:

Is myblogilates down? I can’t get the site to load.

    1. Sonja says:

Me neither! I’ve tried to get there the whole day… Good to know I’m not the only one

  6. Anna says:

    Hey guys,

For some reason, after I put in the password for the work out this month, I still havent seen the actual EVERYDAY video like I did before. Did she change something? Can someone help me please? Ive been trying for the past month.

  7. Chiara says:

Do I actually have to do all of the workouts at once or can I do some in the morning and the others in the evening? Will there be any difference ?
Sometimes I just don’t have enough time to do all at once!

  8. Kathy says:

I have been doing your videos for over a week now and every part of my body hurts! Also lost five lbs! I hope I can keep at it

  9. Amanda says:

I got the app, found the link to the Rise N Shine video, only to be told that I have to pay for a subscription. I get that it’s only 99c, but I am not loving this new tactic 🙁 Will be subbing in a different video.

  10. Kuralai says:

Did anybody 1000 squats????????????????????????????????????????? how long does it take?

    1. Kathy says:

Cassey wrote under her video that the full on takes 40 minutes.

      1. Margie says:

I read that you can either do the video or the other 4 that is assigned for today. I’m thinking of just doing the videos and then tackling the squats on Friday so then I can have a good stretch session afterwards.

  11. Garima says:

Which blogilates calendar works best for transforming your body, shedding fat and gaining muscle? Please put the month and year. Thank you xoxo

    1. Kathy says:

each one, I guess. just follow the monthly ones. Every calender focuses on transforming your body and gaining muscle. You can do extra cardio during the week, for example going for a run every second day.
Eating clean, or following her Meal plans help as well.
      good luck!

  12. Tuelin says:

Hi Cassey, I’m so thankfull for your workout Plan, for your inspiration which you give to me Everyday! I l love your healthy recipes, for desserts, meals etc. You are a part of my life, because I watch you every day.. I read you every day on your blogilates.com… and workout everyday with your app. Thank you! Greets from Switzerland:) Tuelin

  13. sarah says:

So all those waist whittlers and today literally made my elbow bleed. I didn’t notice during the workout, but now it burns like hell 🙁 I hope it doesn’t scar, at least… cry.

I’ve never had anything like this happen before…

    1. Kathy says:

aww poor you!! I experienced it too when I first did it. It will fade away with some time and good creme (I used rescue creme, burns a little but it helps). Later on I found out that Cassey said (or wrote to be precise) to put a towel or anything soft that doesn’t slip away under your ellbows to prevent bruises. I was thinking “plz tell in the video next time because I hardly ever read the comments before doing the workout”.
hope you get better soon, dear.
      Kathy

  14. Serena says:

Hi, im starting the july calander and i was wondering if your meant to do all videos in the one session or if you can space them out through out the day?
    thanks in advance 🙂

    1. Kathy says:

Hi! first of all welcome to July!
second, it is more effective to do all videos in one session but if you don’t have enough time throughout the day or you feel too shacky or need a break you can space out of course.
I for example am doing all videos at once if I have enough time and feel good meaning I don’t struggle, I don’t feel pain (bad pain, not the normal “I just worked out”-pain). But sometimes I split them up, take longer breaks. I do so when I know I will go to the gym in the evening or when I go to my bfs place or when I have lessons in university and feel like taking some exercise in the morning to wake up and get started (that’s when I do the shorter videos cause I’m not that strong in the morning xD or a song challenge like Killer Legs or Call me Squats).
      I hope this was helpful.
      have a nice day,
      Kathy

  15. Estera says:

Why doesn’t cassie the links with videos for each day, i thought that was a great idea instead of having to search through youtube to find each video

    1. Jessie says:

She has them in her blogilates social network. if you sign up for that then you can see them everyday.

  16. Jess says:

Hi! I would appreciate it so much if anyone can answer this question! (:
I don’t really have time to do a full hour pilates along with cardio in the morning since I have to go to school so do you think it’s okay to split these workouts? So I can do three of the listed exercises during the morning then the rest at night! 😀 Would it be more effective if I did all of them in one go?

Thank you so much for those who took the time to read this! ^__^

    1. Mermaid says:

      Hey Jess,

In my opinion, If you really can’t do it all together at once wither in the morning or at night, split them. It’s better than not doing it at all, anyway.

      Good luck.

  17. Lucy says:

Where on the app is the Rise N Shine video?

    1. Petra says:

Go to the workout calendar and on the very bottom it says “Montly Exclusive Videos” and it’s right under it! I had trouble finding it at first too (:

  18. vanny nguyen says:

I’m new here so I don’t get what’s on this calendar, like are those videos name or the exercises name…please help?

    1. Cynthia says:

      Those are video names 🙂

  19. Dhruti says:

Started July’s monthly workout but I honestly cannot get through them all in a day, either because I don’t have time or I’m too tired to do the last 1/2 videos of the day properly. It’s getting a little demotivating now so is it ok if I don’t manage to do all of the workouts of the day? 🙁 Thank you! x

    1. Jess says:

Hello! It would be a lot more effective to do the whole workout rather than half, that’s for sure! It’s all in the mind and you CAN definitely get through all of the workouts listed in the calender! I’m having the same problem with time management but instead of not doing the other half, I would strongly suggest doing half of the workout in the morning then the rest at night! That way you still have accomplished the whole workout, just in different sessions!

  20. Ella says:

    Hi,
there doesn’t seem to be hardly any cardio on this? Is it right it’s only one day, or are we supposed to do more in our own time? I thought you should do cardio every day with pilates to see best results. Thanks

  21. Ella says:

Hi I was wondering what should I do if I don’t have one of those rings which Cassey use in the perfect butt lift workout for today? Can I replace that video with another and which? Sorry for my English I’m from Bulgaria

    1. Emily says:

      hey:)

you can replace the ring with a mini exercise ball or even with nothing at all!!

  22. Tiffany says:

I’m having trouble finding the rise ‘n shine video still! I have the app, but I can’t find the video within it anywhere! When I search for the video, the “quiet cardio” video is the only result. Am I doing something wrong?

    1. Jess says:

The thing is, you have to pay 0.99 cents in order to unlock the rise ‘n shine workout! That’s probably why you can’t see it!

  23. S.M. says:

I don’t have an iphone or an android, so I can’t do the rise n shine workout 🙁

    1. Jess says:

Don’t worry! Just substitute it with a different workout! For example, a total body workout or a video on certain body part if its on a butt day or an arm/core day and etc! you can always improvise don’t worry! (:

  24. dilara says:

if I start this calendar my legs get thinner or thicken because of muscles?

    1. Jess says:

Pilates are well known to make legs long and slender in a very feminine way! So no it won’t thicken your legs in anyway! However most women tend to stay away from weights and squats in fear of “bulking” up but that’s not true at all! ^^ I’m a living proof haha

  25. jennifer cole says:

where do you go to get the work out videos that are listed on here???

    1. Amelia says:

Go to the blogilates social network link with the hearts at the top of the page! Make an account and you are in!

    2. amanda says:

her youtube channel! youtube.com/blogilates or just search it in the search bar. 🙂

    3. Christine says:

Cassey used to list the videos for you each day, but I haven’t been back in a while so I guess she changed. All the videos are on YouTube, so just search the titles! Good luck 🙂

    4. Sarah-Jane says:

http://my.blogilates.com/register/ if you go there and register you will be able to get the workouts there all ready and laid out for you. Hope that helps ^^

    5. Stine says:

      Youtube 🙂

  26. Sorcha says:

Hey, this is my first month following along and I just wanted to know where to find the workout for each day. Please help!

    1. Lauren says:

Just go to YouTube and type in the title name 🙂 it will give you the video xx

  27. Soyoon says:

So, what page should I open to follow everyday’s workout??
    Little bit confused now ~_~

  28. Krystal says:

Today’s workout was hard, I just hope I can use my arms tomorrow!

  29. Alessia says:

    Hello everyone,
it’s my first workout calendar and one thing isn’t clear to me.
Where do I get the “NEW WORKOUT VID ” I am supposed to do on Monday?
What is it ? aA new video Cassey is doing weekly or something else? Please help. Thank you.

    1. Barbara says:

      Heyy 🙂
It helps if you sing up on http://www.my.blogilates.com and than you will have in a right corner exercises for every day 😉 And there you will see the newest viedos 🙂

      1. Tina says:

I am still not clear. Do you click right off the calendar or you look at the calendar for the work outs for that day and go search for the individual videos? This is very confusing and not easy if that is the case. I have signed up and not seeing the right corner exercise link…? Help?

        1. Ro says:

If you’re logged in to My Blogilates, click the date you want on the grey calendar on the right, then click the link right below the calendar that says something like “cardio core- July 10” depending on the day. Then all the videos for that day show up. If that still doesn’t work, you can always find them by searching for the name of the video on YouTube.

        2. Christine says:

She used to list the videos for you each day, but I haven’t been back in a while so I guess now you need to search the individual videos… Good luck 🙂

          1. SB says:

You have to search the individual videos on Youtube, and the “New Workout Vid” will be the newest video on the blogilates Youtube channel 🙂 if you subscribe to that channel, the new workout video will be in your subscription feed every Monday when it comes out!

        3. Dawn says:

Hi. I just started back up again and had to figure out how to get the videos too.
You have to go download the official blogilaties app in the app store. then click on the you tube icon at the bottom. then hit “New Videos”.Then Hit playlists and it should have the days workouts on it. Im still not sure if you can get it on your computer but at least you can do it on your phone. I hope this helps. I was about ready to give up too.

  30. Chandal says:

I broke my wrist a while back and it still hurts when I put direct pressure on it. Pushups are are difficult and I am only able to do a few. Are there exercises that I can so to strengthen it?

  31. Chantel says:

I’m starting my first calendar this month and I love the videos you have, but I think it would help out a lot if there was a place where we could have links to all the videos instead of having to search for them because when I look up one video, something else comes up and the video previews that are at the bottom aren’t letting me click on them. It’s extremely frustrating because it’s delaying my workout. Please help!!!

    1. Christine says:

Yes Cassey used to have links for each day, grouping each YouTube video in order, but now you have to do it yourself I guess. I haven’t been working out for a few months, (I started in September but then school got in the way) but I’m guessing she doesn’t do that anymore. I don’t know why she stopped doing that, but you could always make your own YouTube playlist in advance! Good luck 🙂

    2. Ella says:

Cassey has her own social media site now where she posts the workouts, so go make an account at my.blogilates.com! She also makes YouTube playlists daily. 🙂 Hope that clears it up!

    3. bookENS says:

Signed up for social network but like to use my iPad to access videos. All content is scrunched and I can’t enlarge the videos. I don’t want to use my phone (small) and the laptop does not travel with me. Help? Please?

  32. MK says:

Should we do additional cardio or strength training in addition to to calendar? Or is the calendar enough to see results?

    1. Kathy says:

for me calender is enough to see results combined with eating healthy 🙂

      1. Krystal says:

        Kathy,
How long did take you to see the results?

        1. Christine says:

Well, I got abs after a couple of months! Although I did work on core and went to weight room sometimes during cross country, they weren’t nearly as hard as Cassey’s workouts haha! I guess it’s different for everyone because I’ve always been on the skinny side… But you’ll get there in a few months too! Good luck 🙂

    2. Sarah says:

Pilates will strengthen and build lean muscle but in order to see results you need to get rid of the fat on top of it. I personally would recommend an additional 30 minutes of cardio to shed the fat and so the newly toned muscles from Pilates can show through. However don’t overdo the cardio or else it will flatten out the muscles you worked hard to build! I would not recommend strength straining unless you really want to bulk up. With healthy eating I saw results after 1 month and even better than seeing a firmer body is feeling stronger and more motivated 🙂

      1. Krystal says:

        Thank you, Sarah .
I didn’t lose any inches yet, but I noticed that I’m getting stronger.

  33. Alexis says:

When im working out my lower back hurts to the point i have to take a break, mostly happens when i am doing abs any suggestions?

    1. Kathy says:

maybe your lower back isn’t pressed in the mat? that might be reason. i for example can’t do leg lifts without my hands tucked under my tailbone because I have a hollow back and it starts to hurt when I have my hands put elsewhere.

    2. Sarah says:

You’re probably not doing it with a flat back. Place your hands with your fingers together in a triangle it should help or curl your back into the mat so that your hands can’t fit through, then you know you have good form

  34. Trisha says:

    What’s the Rise n Shine Workout? I can’t find it 🙁

  35. Valerie says:

I’m so confused, this is my first month actually following along (always misplaced the e-mail with the password). So, do each of the work-outs correspond with a video on YouTube? Also, is there a direct link to the Play Store app, if not what search term would I use?

    1. Valerie says:

It wouldn’t let me edit the above, but I found the app! 🙂

  36. Anna says:

I can’t view the daily video for July even though I am subcribed to the newsletter. Can someone please help?? Thanks a lot, I tried so many ways already

    1. Kathy says:

you can find the videos either on her playlist on Youtube (blogilates -> playlist) or you sign up on my.blogilates as well.

  37. itsMe says:

    Hey,
does anyone know if the Android-Version of the app has chromecast support?
This would be a reason for me to subscribe to the App-Calendar.
Otherwise there wouldn’t bee any value to me because I would have to search for the videos in Youtube to cast them to my TV. And I really do not want to watch the workout videos on my phone, so chromecast is the perfect solution.

    Thanks in advance

  38. Sarah says:

I can’t find the “Rise n’ Shine workout” anywhere

  39. Ania says:

Ummm…I’m kinda new, whats the Rise nm Shine routine?

    1. Dani says:

      I can’t find it either ):

      1. Erika says:

        I cant find it either

      2. Megan says:

it says that it is only on the app

      3. Kristen says:

        It’s on the Blogilates app.

      4. Irene says:

it’s in the blogilates app 🙂

    2. Hailey says:

Its only available in the Blogilates app, which is free to download on iPhone and Android.

    3. Ella says:

      me neither :\

    4. Laura says:

You can find the rise’n shine video on blogilate’s app, it’s written on the calendar. 🙂

    5. Naomi says:

New subscriber here also. It says at top right of calendar that the rise n shine workout is exclusive to the Blogilates app.

  40. Ania says:

Ummm…I’m new kinda, whats the Rise nm Shine routine?

    1. Christine says:

      Blogilates app 🙂

  41. Scarlett says:

Today it says “Rise n’ shine workout” and I can’t find it anywhere

  42. Jess says:

I bought the app and none of the ‘new workout’ videos are working. I can’t view the monthly app exclusive videos either. They just won’t load 🙁 and I’ve definitely paid for the calendar and app and everything because I got my iTunes receipt for it.

  43. Lisa says:

Hey Cassey and everyone i just finished day 4, each day has 5 videos and i`ve been doing them back to back should i keep it that way or take a small break in between i get so tired by the end that I can barely finish the exercises, still a beginner. let me know if everyone spreads them out through the day or waits 10 minutes in between or if its best to keep doing them back to back and ill get use to it thanks everyone and keep up the great work!!

  44. Elizabeth says:

Hey, Cassey! Could you maybe consider creating more back and calve workouts? I feel like both areas are so overlooked when it comes to fitness, especially for women! We’re supposed to be pretty and delicate, but I want to be pretty and STRONG.

  45. Kenzie Morgan says:

Hey, do you know if it is safe for me to workout during Ramadan as I will be eating and drinking only before sunrise and after sunset? (4:10 am to 8:34 pm) And that means no water as well as food.

    1. Savannah O says:

I personally don’t think it would be safe, because it would be burning up the energy from the small amount of food that you are eating.

    2. Sarah says:

I’m doing the same! I’m also fasting and whenever I exercise it doesn’t make me thirsty or hungry or take up my energy so I’m fine but I do think it depends on how much you eat and what you eat,
Because if you exercise it can take up all your energy and you could possibly feel drowsy or tired

    3. Racha says:

I an currently doing Ramadan, and i continue to workout as usual. From all the research i read here’s what to do: Workout IF you worked out before. Dont start now during this month if you were not active before. Also dont overdue yourself,do the workouts in a moderate way, asperge your face and neck with water and relax after that. I personnaly do pilates, yoga and running while fasting but in MODERATION and not everyday of course. Also during iftar you should have good smart choices food like : fruits, dates,TONS of water, veggies etc.. Try to stay away from the cultural food:) they are heavy on the stomach. So go for it,but please be soft and patient with your boy,

      Ramadan mubarak btw:)

      1. Racha says:

oops i meant body:) not boy hahaha!

    4. Loby says:

Hey I am fasting ton and I would recommend working out after sunset, you can eat and drink first and wait for maybe an hour or so and then do your workout 🙂 But don’t over do it as your body might be weakened by the fasting, happy ramadan and have a blessed month! xoxo

  46. Elizabeth Brown says:

Love this month’s workouts so far!! I can’t print the calendar out right, so I write down each wo for each day and check them off when I complete them. I also put a number next to it depending on how many times I stop. This lets me keep track of the next time I do that video, that I can try to not stop at all. So far has only happened on two videos. :)))
Also, the upper bod videos for the first week were killer!! Still feeling them tonight!

  47. natasha says:

I skipped out on half of the vids on my first cardio core since I was doing it at 3 in the morning and my neighbors wouldn’t appreciate it ^.^ next time I’ll remember in the morning.

  48. liz says:

Hey everyone!! 🙂 I’m new on this, already did the beginners workout calendar and am so excited to start the month of July, but I have a question I was watching the calendar and on mondays it says “new workout vid”, what does that means? she will post a new video soon or is it already uploaded (if so which one is?) can somebody help please?

    1. Lennae says:

      Hi liz,
She means there is a new workout video she posts that week. It’s usually up in the late afternoon/early evening on Sunday California time. Hope that helps =)

      1. liz says:

        yeah it does!!
thank you, now I’ll go look for it 😀

  49. Ina says:

    Hey Cassey,
I was wondering: why don’t you do pop hiits anymore like you did last year ? I liked them so much! Can you do some more hiit workouts with cardioblast at the end?
I follow everyday your calendar and I can’t live without you anymore! 🙂

    1. Karoline says:

OMG YES PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WAS THE BEST PART OF BLOGILATES LAST YEAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SAW SO GOOD RESULTS!! MISS EM <3

  50. Annie De Lisi says:

Does anyone know how to subscribe to the app, to get all the videos and recommendations? I have an iPhone and I hit “tap to subscribe” and I get a message saying that in-app purchases are not allowed. Is there another way to do it other than the app?

    1. Sarita says:

You can go to your app store and download the app, it’s free so there’s no reason why you should have to purchase it!
      Hope this helps!
      Your fellow Popster,
      Sarita

    2. itsMe says:

      Hi Annie,
This is just a setting on your iPhone. Go to your Phone-Settings and there you will be able to enable In-App Purchases. Also make sure you already have added an billing method to your Apple-ID like it is required for subscriptions.
      Hope this helps.

  51. jasmine90 says:

I have a question, does she have a video for every day of the calendar,..??? Because I have no clue how to the the work outs

    1. Sarah says:

She has about 4 videos per day. The videos can be the most recent one posted on youtube, or one from a few months or years ago. Cassey plans out what videos for each day, and then you just follow it, or you can follow the beginners calendar. It’s free. All you have to do is sign up for the emails and you will get a password for the workout calendar every month. Just search for the videos on youtube through Cassey’s channels.

    2. Skittles says:

Go to her new site my.blogilates.com and create a profile. There will be a calander on the right side of the screen, click on the title under the calander each day and it will link you to that days videos. Her new site is like a fitness social network . That way you don’t have to search YouTube for each video… Hope that helps 🙂

  52. Zara says:

I finished the Beginner’s Calendar two days ago and wanted to join in with the regular calendars but I just can’t keep up with the workouts or the moves! Think I may need to do the Beginner’s Calendar again until I’m stronger.

    Anyone else having this problem?

  53. Olivia says:

I love the name of this so much!!!
This is the first month I am determined to commit. I tried in February and again in April but just couldn’t keep to it. This month I have no excuses. I have no plans, no band, no school. Nothing to get in the way of me and my goals. I am sooooo excited! I am supplementing this with biking, running, and swimming as I am working on becoming a triathlete 🙂

If you want to be buddies with me, you can find me on the Blogilates app, breakingfree-findingme, and on tumblr with the same name.

same here 😉 meaning the part with no plans, school, whatsoever xD I want to work on my positivity and better form in workouts.
Good luck to you, you do it! ^^

  54. Kate says:

Just started last month and I love the routines! Started the July calendar and was doing the upper body workout for July 2 and the audio went out about 4 min in. Not a big issue but makes it harder to follow along. Anyone else have the same problem?

    So excited for forceofJuly!

    1. Kathy says:

That’s a problem on the video. not form youtube or computer. it makes it harder to follow but when you already know this video it is okay. you just need to check which move it is and go for it 🙂
      Good luck to you!

  55. Stef says:

I have the Blogilates App already and it’s so awesome! <3 I was just wondering if I really have to pay in order to access the Rain N Shine video…?

  56. helen says:

    where are the videos?

  57. Kylie says:

Is there anywhere on the website where the workouts are posted by days of the month? I know that there was a couple of months ago and it was so convenient! 🙂

    1. MinaR says:

You can make account on “My blogilates” and there is calendar with videos posted by days of the month 🙂

  58. Nook says:

Cool another calendar!! But I wasn’t able to do the June one. Is there a way I can still find the workouts for each days?

    Thank you!!

  59. Lisa says:

Hi Cassey my name is Lisa I`m 19 and I am not good at keeping with exercises i tried the beginner one and quit 2 weeks in but i`m more determined then ever to finish this one and keep going with each new month. I love how motivating you are during the videos. Thank you for being so caring. Day 1 down so proud of myself and everyone else here great job everyone lets keep it up!!

  60. Kayln says:

This month I’m really going to push myself to do this whole calendar, everyday but not every video. I’m quiet out of shape so I usually only do 30 minutes instead of the full 60.

  61. Coralie says:

Thanks for the calendar Cassey. I started to follow your calendar on June 1st, and one month later, I just can’t stop looking at my stomach haha, I’m soo happy with the results! It got me so motivated to continue. It makes me so happy to follow your videos!
    I have a question though… well 2 actually:
    – I work out early in the morning before getting ready to go to the office, so as a pre workout meal I usually have some orange juice. At the end of the workout I usually feel kind of weak / low energy, but what else can I eat before my workout, considering I start like 15 minutes after waking up? I don’t think being too full is good…
    – I want to follow the new body makeover meal plan but I’m allergic to oatmeal, and there is oatmeal almost everyday on the menu… what can I replace it with? I thought of quinoa but it’s soo expensive where I live, I can’t have it everyday!
    Thank you 🙂

    1. Carley says:

It’s clear your not getting enough fuel in before your workouts! Try adding a little bit more food gradually before your workouts and see what works best for you. Whole fruit, granola bars and nuts (like almonds or peanuts) are good choices for snacks before a workout! Your body uses carbohydrates as “instant” fuel, so making sure you get enough is important! Also, make sure you are drinking plenty of water too during the workouts as this can also contribute to the way you feel afterwards. I hope this helps!! 🙂

    2. Shauna says:

What about other grains like kamut, rice, barley, millet, etc. They would have to be prepared a little differently but you could make pretty similar recipes with them.

      1. Coralie says:

I’ll definitely try that, thank you 🙂

  62. Lynz says:

Hi Cassey, I have a question/problem that hopefully you or a helpful passing POPster can help me with. I only just finished the beginners calendar and this is my first attempt at the monthly so maybe I’m just not strong enough yet, but I had a real problem with the side plank in the “5 best muffintop moves” video today. I usually do side plank on elbows and knees, but I wanted to push myself in the side plank and hip dippers, so decided to try elbows and toes. But I just could not get my hips off the ground when I put my toes out! I found the same thing when I tried the “live while you’re young inner thigh challenge” last week and had my leg on the chair. Am I doing something wrong or just not stong enough? If the latter, what part of me isn’t strong enough yet? Arms? Abs? Obliques? Legs? It all?! Any help/observations welcome!

P.s. In the “muffintop massacre” video I have problems with the caressing obliques move too, my boobs are too big for me to tuck the lower arm fully, which hinders the workout, is there a modification you can suggest?

    Thanks!

  63. Ashlee says:

Thank you so much Cassey for AWESOME videos! Once I started working out with your videos, I received compliments on my figure within weeks of starting! :3 My boyfriend also does your workouts and loves them as much as I do! Your personality shines through in each video and keeps me motivated to workout and become the best person I can be, inside and out.

Keep on motivating us, Cassey! <3

  64. Bella says:

I was wondering if anyone could give me some advice! I will be travelling to Europe for three weeks in August and I will not have access to wifi (to access Cassey’s videos) until the last week of the trip. My family and I are tourists, therefore we’ll be eating out for every meal. I’m terrified to gain weight/loose muscle while I’m there and I’m not sure what to do. I’ve been trying to brainstorm quick, effective, hotel-room-friendly workouts with absolutely no luck. CAN ANYBODY HELP ME???

  65. Bella says:

I was wondering if anyone could give me some advice! I’m travelling to Europe at the end of the month and will be away for almost three weeks. I will not have access to wifi until the last week. My family and I will be eating out for every meal. I’m terrified to gain weight and not be able to exercise while we are away. I’ve been trying to brainstorm hotel room-friendly, quick workouts to do on my trip and ways to still eat clean with no luck. WHAT SHOULD I DO?? Please help!!!!!!

  66. Christina says:

Cassie (or anyone) – Why is the calendar only available if you pay per month in the app? I downloaded the app, assuming that I could input the password from the email newsletter, and was very disappointed to find that I would have to pay per month in order to access the calendar from my phone.

  67. Sophia says:

Yay 🙂 I was excited for this calendar… and am quite happy to see that there is not as much cardio in it as last month, haha! Somehow jumping around in my flat just doesn’t feel as satisfying as a run outside – so I’m gonna incorporate that into my workout routine, and this month I’ll really go beast mode- no university to take up my precious time, wheee 😀

  68. Kathy says:

Yay! New Month, new workouts! I love this calender. Finally I don’t have to worry so much about Shred Days and can go real hard. My knees are better, but I can’t jump or run.
Looking forward to have enough time now to workout any time I want to cause holidays are here 🙂

    1. Kathy says:

I hope I’ll be sore and strong tomorrow! My abs are so on fire since I did the last workout day of Juny now as well cause I missed it yesterday. 🙂

  69. Savannah says:

I’m ready to give it my all this month! It’s going to be though, but I can do it! x

  70. valeria says:

Sooooi excited first full month to commit to since April!!!!

  71. Beatriz says:

Hi! Do I have to do all the workouts in all the videos?
    thanks! 😀

  72. Pavitra says:

I am kinda skinny , not kinda I AM SKINNY . I have no idea about what i should eat and how i should workout . When i workout and eat clean , people laugh at me and say ” You’re already skinny and why are you doing this ? ” . I am skinny but i have a bulging tummy . Not big but its still there . HELP ME POPSTERS :/ I am a student and i cant afford alot also . IM CONFUSED !

  73. Kelly says:

I only started Blogilates last week after watching them for 6 months (the beginner’s calendar didn’t do much to motivate me), but I can’t believe how excited I am for this calendar. I’m slowly getting addicted to that sore feeling a day or 2 after the workout.

  74. Jenny Calendar says:

Question – there’s only one cardio day. I really need cardio because I need to burn fat, not just tone. Will following this calendar help me melt actual fat or just make me more toned?

    1. Rose says:

well maybe if you add more cardio to others day you burn fat and toned at the same time 🙂

    2. Christina says:

FYI – cardio doesn’t burn fat. A calorie deficit burns fat. Yes, cardio is a way to burn calories and increase your deficit, but the easiest way to burn fat is to eat less than what you burn in a day. Check out MyFitnessPal.com to track your calories. Or feel free to reply here and we can chat.

    3. Sharifa says:

You can always do other cardio exercises like zumba, tae-bo while doing the calendar. I do this all the time. I have 50 pounds left to lose. So, I use pilates to build muscles (which also burns fast) and then I do a 45- 50 minute cardio exercise after.

    4. Sarah says:

Like Rose said, you should add cardio every day ! Like Blogilates workouts in the morning, a little cardio in the evening. Or 30mn cardio and then start the workouts of the day. That’s what I’m doing !

  75. Chloe says:

I cannot get this to print out right to save my life! Keep wasting expensive ink ugh!

    1. Lily says:

Try saving the calender as your background image on your computer and cross out workouts with paint. 🙂

  76. Anna says:

Where can we get access to the Rise N’ Shine Workout if we don’t have access to the Blogilates app? Could someone please post it?

  77. Catherine says:

I’m kind of stuck in a dilemma..
First of all, I’m super pumped for this month and it’s been a while since I’ve really dedicated to following the workout calender. My only problem is from July 15 – August 3 I’m going on vacation with my family and we’ll be traveling so much that I feel like I won’t have the time to sit down and follow the workout calender… What could I do to keep myself fit and still at the right track when I come back home? I would love to hear some advice or your opinions. 🙂

    1. Aimee says:

You could always get a workout dvd to do instead of the videos. Also if your hotel has a fitness room bring your laptop and get the wifi password from the hotel. Make sure you are drinking plenty of water and eating right. Also don’t worry if you fall off track every once in a while. The important thing is that if you fall get right back up! Happy health to you!

    2. Rosa says:

Try choosing healthy options when possible and stay active, if you can’t follow it while on vacation it’s ok just make sure to be as active as possible everyday 🙂 enjoy your vacation

      1. Catherine says:

Thank you for all of your advice! I really appreciate it! 🙂 I’ll probably be moving around a lot which is a plus, and I’ll try my best to choose healthy options . Thank you again!

  78. Anna says:

Where can I get access to the Rise ‘N Shine Workout if I dont have access to the Blogilates app?

    1. Elizabeth Brown says:

Unfortunately, the Rise “N” Shine Workout is only available on the Blogilates app.

  79. Heather says:

Hey everyone.. This will be the first time I attempt any of this stuff but I am excited and ready to get going on it so I can become stronger day to day and when I’m at work. I know I need to workout like this but I still have nerves over slimming down too much, but I gotta let my body be what it is when I do the right things for it huh. O well, go hard or go home! I’m in.

  80. Allie says:

My great hope for us as young women is to start being kinder to ourselves so that we can be kinder to each other,” To stop shaming ourselves and other people for things we don’t know the full story on — whether someone is too fat, too skinny, too short, too tall, too loud, too quiet, too anything. There’s a sense that we’re all ‘too’ something, and we’re all not enough.” I’m actively working hard on learning to appreciate yourself no matter what. If what someone else says can easily derail you, it means your sense of self isn’t that firmly established in the first place,” “It’s an inside job. You’re beautiful and worthy and totally unique. People insult each other based on their own insecurities — even though it may feel personal, it really never is. Really. Seriously.” “Keeping weight on is a struggle for me — especially when I’m under stress, and especially as I’ve gotten older,” “That’s the way my genes have decided to go, and things will change as time goes on, as does everything. So when completely untrue statements are made about me or my health, of course a part of me wants to defend. Thing is, people have a right to imagine what they want to imagine. My job at these moments is to tell myself the truth … Then I remind myself to be kind to myself, and as slightly ridiculous as it may sound, to treat myself in the same gentle way I’d want to treat a daughter of mine. It really helps.” “We’re all meant to be here, and we all have completely unique perspectives and personalities and stories worth sharing,” “For me, it’s important never to forget that. There’s no use in comparing yourself to anybody else.”

  81. Allie says:

Hey, Cassey can you email me! and I love your workouts there the best. and i love how you make it fun and energetic! 🙂 :)<33

  82. Mari Woolf says:

Looking forward to doing my first full ‘advanced’ calendar. 26 days before bikini time!
    xoxo
    M
P.S. Waist whittler challenge coming up again NOOOOOOOOOO. I mean yaay. I’m gonna die all over again, but looking forward to the challenge. Don’t have much strength in my arms so plank is hard for me, and every time I go into plank I make the same face as you when you talk about burpees 😀 But LET’S DO THIS BRING IT ON!

  83. Heather says:

The calendar this month is AWESOME. I have it as one of the challenge options for my De-Junk July weight loss challenges (along with a few things of yours being given away as prizes). I am stoked. Taking a picture tomorrow and then another one at the end of the month! <3

  84. Demelza says:

    Pleeease windows phone app!!

    1. Renai says:

Yes Please a windows app would be good

  85. mary says:

    Hi!!
I am new here. How can i access the workout videos of the calendar? thanks!

    1. Natalie says:

Cassey has all of the videos on her YouTube page Blogilates, where you can just enter the name along with her YouTube handle and it should pop up. (:

    2. Regiena says:

You can go to You Tube and check them out! 🙂

  86. Sarah says:

finally able to commit to a whole monthly calender now that it is summer vacation!

  87. juliet says:

this is my first month after beginners calendar, i think this month gonna be amazing!
    thanks cassey

    1. Jessica says:

Same here girl! I finished the beginners calendar two days ago and I’m SO excited to get started 😀 Good luck!

  88. Maria says:

I downloaded the app a couple of days ago and it’s pretty cool, I recommend it so much. I love the forum, reading progress stories and the recipes!!
I haven’t done POP Pilates for something like 3 or 4 months and today I did your new video, and I felt SO good, like haven’t felt so good in a while during exercise. I really needed this motivation, so right now I am going to follow this calendar and I’m so excited!!
    Love you Cassey!!

  89. Emily says:

It’s perfect! I love it, thank you for everything.

  90. Holly Doss says:

Oh I am so stoked! I almost cried. I just love working out and super appreciate you Cassey and all you do. You and I are besties. I feel like I know you and one day I’m gonna meet you. That’d be SO amazing!!
This will be my 5th month of working out daily to commit to. I’ve done Mighty March, April Abs, ahMAyzing, reJUNEivate & I’m especially stoked for Force of July! I have not missed a workout. Now there has been in the past 4 months probably about 4 or 5 days where I was super busy all day and was working out from like 11:30 PM to like 12:30 AM so yeah but I have not missed a workout. I have gotten every one done!!!!!!
My fitness journey started in August when my body-building cousin really got me into fitness and just working out 3 times a week. I wasn’t overweight or anything. But you know fitness is impacting. Once you know someone is working out they end up motivating you to as well. Anyhow I was being really faithful in that. One thing about me is WHATEVER I put my mind to, I will do it. On New year’s Eve I decided to take an amazing challenge and go No Cookies, No Cake, No pies, No Soda/Pop, No Candy, No chocolate bars, fudge, any dessert! I have since then turned to be obsessing over your Banana Oat Bites and Banana pancakes. hehe 😀 My ‘desserts’ are now banana oat bites, protein bars, sunflower seeds, nuts, fruit muffins (NO FROSTING OR GLAZE) and fruit and of course protein shakes.

Although I was making changes I seem to be stuck at just being fit & toned. I haven’t gone forward to where my abs (I can see them) are just totally visible & ripped. Now that I’m toned I want to start building muscle. And I want to work harder!!! Breads, I mean they weren’t helping me.
So In April I had no chips, no breads, no noodles, no muffins, no normal pancakes (Your recipe was acceptable) lol and that was when I was getting better. The month was focused on April Abs so I was loving the new progress and the point I was going farther! After the 4 weeks were up I went back to obsessing with crackers and normal pancakes & breads. Stupid move. My April monthly progress soon faded & in June I am still how I was in April & May. So I am now going to do that again only for July & August! No more breads, normal pancakes, pizza, chips, noodles, muffins, none of that. I’m really gonna push myself and get more flexible, stronger, healthier, I am just really looking forward to July & August. Hopefully in those 2 months I can get to where I will be looking the best I ever have. Wish me luck Popsters!!

Cassey you & I, I think we’d be amazing friends. 🙂 You motivate me to no end!!
If you sorta wanna see what I look like or get to know me you could (if you wanna) go on youtube and type in hollypocket98. And watch the who’s most likely to challenge. I’m with my brother in that one. 🙂 I mean I know who you are but you don’t know me as a Popster so if you watch that you could probably get to know me. 🙂 Just a Big thank you for changing my life to be healthier and happier. 🙂 I’m @hollfit on Twitter if You wanna see progress tweets. 🙂

Love you Cassey!!!!! THANK YOU FOR INSPIRING ME TO LIVE A HEALTHIER LIFESTYLE!

  91. Erin says:

Can’t wait! It looks like a great calendar, love you loads cassey, and for helping me keep fit!!! <3

  92. Naomi says:

Always looking forward to the next calandar! It’s gonna be my 5 month doing this!

  93. Cristina says:

I absolutely love this calendar. It really helped me stay on track and actually know what to do. Because, as you said, Cassey, it is hard to go on Youtube and start working out. So thank you sooo much for all of this, for your dedication and for me being healthy and fit. I love you Cassey !

  94. Samantha says:

I’ve been really bad the last few months not fully committing 100% but I am determined this month to do better and improve my overall fitness and health. Thanks Cassie for always being a huge inspiration!! xoxo

  95. Monique says:

So ready for this month! I’m gonna be on summer break (finally!) so it will be easier to do this 😀

  96. Elana says:

Hooray! Hey anyone know of any good cheap clean eats in Boston??

Also, any tips for back pain during the bridge moves (she talks about imagining a penny, that one, not plank), wondering if I was hyper extending my hips.

Thanks Cassie for another excellent calendar!!

  97. Martina says:

Just done with Blogilates for today, now I’m printing this calendar and looking forward to see the results of the end of July! Let’s gooooo! 😀

  98. Jackie says:

READY for this! yaaaay! so excited

  99. Thanks for the new calendar, Cassey! Can’t wait to start! …. unfortunately, I will stay indoors for it since this week Las Vegas is under an extreme heat warning (111 degrees, anyone?)!

  100. shannel says:

I’m so going to do the whole calendar this month! I feel its easier to exercise when its cold (Its winter now where im from :D) anyhoo thanks for another calender!!! 😀

  101. Anna says:
