I’m in China!!!
I’m in China!!!
Hey POPsters!
Just landed in Guangzhou, China today. I’m soo super pooped from all of the traveling I’ve been doing lately. You’ll be happy to know that I did not get bloated feet this time! Yay. I walked around a lot more on the plane and did calf raises occasionally.
I am really super sleepy…just wanted to check in with everyone and tell you guys that I really loved Australia! So sad leaving! That meetup was fantastic!!! Aussies (pronounced ozzies) are ozzum 🙂
Much more good stuff to come. You will die from our new workout video POP PLYO: Cray Cray Workout from #1 the moves, and #2 an ending that will kill you. Just kill you. In a laughing kinda way 😛 I am anticipating this to be up in the next couple days.
Short post, but I leave you with this quote. “Nothing great was ever achieved without ENTHUSIASM.” So true. Love what you’re doing and the excitement will come naturally. Shouldn’t be something forced or pushed. Although you can teach yourself to love something up to a certain point. Be crazy about your job, your major, your workout, whatever – just be INTO IT. Makes life THAT much more meaningful.
Tomorrow I’m headed to the fabric market to look at new prints and patterns! Exciting. Ok really, I’m dying now. My eyes say GO TO BED!!!
Nighty night! Cassey

What are you doing in Guangzhou? Do you see people jogging on the streets in the morning? Please take some pictures of the city! It’s kind of close to my hometown but I’ve never went back since I left since China when I was two years old. Have a great trips! Relax a little! Can’t wait for your next video!
I don’t know! Haha, I am about to go for a job right now!
