HIITilates: Beautiful Burn Workout
Who got a chance to try the new HIITilates video!!??? You will hate me for Plie hops but hey, if you want toned legs and a strong lower body, you gotta do whatcha gotta do!!!

I’ve been drinking a ton of protein smoothies lately and this is one that I am absolutely in love with!
Popeye’s Banana Smoothie
– 1 handful of baby spinach
– 1 banana (fresh)
– 1 scoop of brown rice protein powder
– some ice cubes
– 1/3 to 1/2 cup water or almond milk if you like it creamier
I loved loved loved the gritty texture of the brown rice protein, the natural sweetness from the banana, and the awesomely healthy looking green color coming from the spinach! Of course you can play with the proportions to taste and if you don’t have protein powder, it’s ok, maybe try using greek yogurt to get the added protein. In this case, your smoothie will be super creamy! Mmmmm!!!! Smoothies are so fab because you seriously can’t mess up. You can keep changing it and tweaking it as you taste! Baking on the other hand….whooo…that’s like a whole ‘nother science!
