Hard Core Workout!
Here is your new Monday workout! This routine targets all things that build up your core which is more than just your abs ya know! Your core is made up of your: abs, obliques, and lower back! It’s everything around your waistline! You can’t really tell but I am doing this routine on a slanted shore and OMG it was so hard!!! Slanting down on my upper body! Ah but I welcomed the challenge! If you don’t have a slanted surface, a regular flat floor is totes ok too 🙂
And!! I’m so loving my shirt in this video! It left me with a really weird tan afterwards, but whatever, so worth it! Haha. This is the Flower Top from UpVibe. Shorts are my own from an etsy shop a couple years ago.
Tomorrow I have a photoshoot and I am going to go shopping crazy tonight because you know, I have like, NO CLOTHES. I’ll instagram what I get so you can help me pick outfits.
