February 2018 Workout Calendar!

Hey guys!

HAPPY FEBRUARY! I am writing to you from Cabo! We’re here for Sam’s bday. It’s supposed to be a vacation but turns out the blog is having an emergency! Looks like the calendar feature on the website is oddly malfunctioning! I am soooooo sorry about that…technical stuff ya know!? Working with our developer right now to fix it.

In the mean time, if you want to download and print the Feb 2018 Workout Calendar, here it is!

    Hi there! Any suggestions for postnatal workout? …idk where to begin. Prior to getting pregnant I use to do many of your workouts. I wasnt allowed to workout during my pregnancy (high risk). I’m so out of shape 😭

    Hey Cassey! My name’s Sheholi and I’m from India. I really am grateful for your work! You’re the best motivator around! Ever since I’ve started working out with you I can feel I have more energy and I have become a more fit person than before. But I really want to ask you a few things about losing weight. The workouts which increase muscle tone, do they help reduce the fat layer above? I have a pear-shaped body and it’s because of you I have literally come into terms with it and have started accepting and appreciating my body type. But I have stubborn fat in my hip and thigh regions. I really want to get rid of that. Not only because of looking better but because unwanted fat in these areas(rather in any body part) has detrimental effects on health. I would love it if you could tell me certain tips or which of your videos I should be doing more! Much love 😊❤

    Hi Cassey , I’ve been exercising for a year at a gym, and your moves are hard ! I love it! I am working standing up 8 hours a day and it’s difficult exercising and finish the whole minute of each kind of those moves. What may you advice me about that? Shall I push myself a little more?

    Yes, I do, but I’ve been doing Blogilates for prob 4-5 years now. And I have done Pilates extensively before. A lot of moves are not typical Pilates and are a mixture of aerobics, yoga, Pilates, trending exercises, and Cassey’s creations. (I say that cuz I used to skip everything in the beginning that was not true Pilates still with great results.) I may need mini breaks through her vids (and really depending on the moves and my strength), but I complete them only because I have developed stamina through the years and found good foods/ drinks to take prior to and during workout.

    I recommend doing what is safe for your body. And what feels like a safe mode (ie knowing the difference between lack of determination though the capacity is there & full determination but zero capacity). If you don’t know, ask your doctor. But generally, I think when you are still full of energy (and physically capable of continuing – your muscles allow you to continue) and are like “ok, next vid!” when you complete one video, that indicates to me, at least in my case, I am ready for the next video.

    Always stretch before and after. Currently I do 5 days on and 2 days off per week for my fitness goals. I might pick it back up to 6. I was trying to prevent feeling sore all week (happened when I was newer), but I think I’m plateauing and ready for more challenge. Gonna do PIIT28 this month (just the exercises and eat well according to my standards – balanced normal nutrition). Hopefully that will kickstart me into a new realm. T-T PIIT28 vids 4x are so hard for me to complete… prob cuz not 100% Pilates and so much cardio. #PrayForMe #DangItCassey #ImmaLookGoodTho

    Hi Cassey! I absolutely LOVE your workout videos and calendars. It really helps me set a routine But, I have two request.
    1. I live in a time zone that is almost 13 hrours ahead of your time so, my month starts earlier. Could you please post the new month’s calendars a little bit more in advance?
    2. Could you please also provide the link-able PDFs like before? That would be really great. Thank you so much! ^_^

    Hey Cassie! Really appreciate the effort and work that you put into helping people better their lives. My sister introduced us to blogilates a year or so ago and we have been following the monthly calendars. I am, however, disappointed in the artistic changes to the monthly workout calendars. Part of the fun was looking forward to the crazy new design each month! And because I work out in the morning, its frustrating that the new calendar isn’t up on the site or emailed until later in the day on the 1st of each month, and that the new videos aren’t on the playlist until later in the day each Monday. Just a couple little things I hope you consider and thank you for always being so positive and encouraging <3

    Hi Cassey! 🙂
    First I’d like to say thank you because of all of your work. You’re my idol and you inspire me every day to reach my purposes and never give up. The only little problem is that because of time zones I usually get the new monthly calendars on the second day of the month, so I often don’t know what to do on the first day. If you could make it, please send them a day, or a half day earlier and then I’ll be able to do them on the really first day of the month as well.

    So excited to see the new calendar is already out for March! It was so exciting to me, to see it, I made a commitment to do at least one video every day (but mostly I’m doing all of them every day) and shared the commitment with my friends. Others are getting excited to join in too. We’ve organized a support group of friends who enjoy doing your videos and making a challenge of it for March.

    I can’t log into the the site, it keeps telling me my e-mail address in invalid even though it’s the one I’ve always used and the one I signed up to the newsletter with! I even tried re-registering and it says the same thing! It’s really frustrating (but totally not anyone’s fault except technology in general lol)

    Hi, Unfortunately I am having trouble getting access directly to You Tube from my purchased Android App, I click on the Work Out, and it directs me to an error message instead of the Video.

    I cant Click this new calender. Old calender worked well. Why change you it? Cant get to workouts with this one. Old one was easy to usein.

      I just found out if you click on the word YouTube in the bottom right corner it takes you to the video on youtube.

    I can’t access the clikable calendar, eveytime they ask me to log in, I do and then the calendar si not here. I’ve been trying since the beginning of the month.

      I had the same problem so I just had to print it out the old fashioned way. Hopefully they’ll fix it for next month!

    I miss the old calendars. I think they were more fun and exciting, even though my friend who has design experience say they look chaotic. I disagree with her and think these cals are a bit tame.

    Here are some of the problems I found in the new calendar format:

    1) One day I couldn’t even workout according to the calendar as the calendar didn’t ‘load’ even when my internet was working properly.
    2) I am from India and follow IST. But the calendar is built according to your time frame. So, we are a few hours ahead than LA. If I tick mark/ check into the exercises done for the current day and if tomorrow I come back to it, it shows blank. I have to mark for the previous day again as the previous day is the current day for you.

    3) All the websites have saved my password so I just click on the link or bookmarked link to come back to. But on the website, I have to login, go to home and then click on calendar :/

    Hey Cassey! I’m having trouble accessing the videos from your calendar. When I try to download it, the calendar opens as a .jpeg and there aren’t any hyperlinks. Do you know how to fix this?

    I miss the old calendars 🙁 The design was so fun and exciting! I couldn’t wait to see what colors and prints were going to come next. The wild designs and color combos went so perfect with your personality. LOVED IT! I also liked that they were landscape. It is kinda odd to have January & previous calendars landscape in my binder and now they’re portrait.

    snap…reading the comments I am so surprised how “one”the popster community is xD Cause although I do understand the “newer” innovating and mature online calendar, I still old-schooled it and wanted to print it out cuz I sometimes write little tabs on the days or swap them (like maybe one day at work I overused my upper-body……but it’s arm day and I’m like “no!” so Ill swap with a leg day so I’m not overworking a muscle group). And……..sadly I do have to agree that I miss the (apparently strangely motivatingly colorful) old calendar designs. Hope you and Sam are having an awesome vacation though!

    Hi Cassey! I really like the new website design, but I liked the calenders before better, because the access was easier and I also think they were prettier! I also miss the fun names for every day that said which body part you had to work. I would wish that we could get the old calenders back:)

    I’m okay with the new calendar approach, but a bug I noticed—though it might just be me: I forgot to tick the box off for Tuesday, so I tried ticking it off today, but whenever I would reload the calendar, it wouldn’t recognize that I’ve done it. It’s a small thing, I know, but there’s a little part of me that cries, “But I’ve really done it!”

      Me too! The calendar doesn’t save my Tuesday workouts. It saves everything from the other days, however, even if I do a workout a day or two later than the calendar says.

    “The calendar design was better before. Download the pdf, click the links on the pdf and open the videos for the workout. This month there are more steps, copying down the workout video name, typing it into the browser… This is like a step backward” i totally agree. Pleaaase change it

    Is anyone else having a problem with their blogilates app? I’ve always clicked on the link and it would take me to youtube, but now on my android phone there is an internal error and I can’t play the videos anymore through the app. Wondering if anyone can help?

      Yes! I’ve been having the same problem! Did find the playlists for each day on the YouTube channel, but it would be nice to not have to go the long way round and not have the ads.

    I prefer the old form of calendar. The clickable pdf form was way easier to follow. Now, it takes longer to re-login, open the calendar, open the videos, and start working out. However, the previous ones were on my desktop ready for me to start.

    i prefer the old format calendar. i miss when each day was labeled “arms” etc. i miss the colourful, i miss the pdf i can download to my computer that was linkable. the new calendar is ugly no offence and not linkable. and the online version does not load half the time and i do not feel as satisfied completing work outs. i also don’t like that when i click on the links on the online calendar it doesn’t take me straight to youtube and i have to click the youtube button on the video to go to youtube.

    Love the new site but really miss the old calendar format! The new online calendar takes to long to load after each workout – I try to finish the workouts first thing in the morning before I commute to work so this is really inconvenient. I loved the old colorful linked pdf calendars that I could download and keep on my phone. It was much faster to use, and I could print it out and hang it up! I like the printable monthly blank calendars, but the boxes are too small on them for me to fill everything in with my chicken scratch writing to hang up on the wall. Would be really great if you could have a linked pdf version if the calendars!!

I also really hope you continue posting downloadable/printable workout calendar versions as well. I really liked the old style of them better, because I post them on my wall in my room, and they looked super colorful and cute:) Happy belated birthday, Sam!

    Hi, Cassey! I like the look of the new site, but not everything works properly. I really miss the old version of the calendar. This new version is not as friendly…. The old PDF version with the links , allowed you to get immediate access to the workouts. Hope this feedback is useful. Thanks for being so great to us!!

    Hi Cassey, I like the new option that you can log your calendar here too, but to be honest, I miss the option to have a clickable pdf on hand with me on my computer. Also, it was really useful for me when the calendar had a row telling you what day is what part of your body going to be. I don’t do your calendars in order, I incorporate other training methods, and that was an easy way to choose what I’m going to do that day. I’m very happy for the new website, it looks really cool, and I appreciate the new printable freebies. I’ve been a long time follower of yours, and I’m really proud of you. :)) It’s a great community for testing new things. Hopefully, everybody is going to be happy the changes or at least get used to it. 😉

    Hi Cassey, first of all, I loved your new site, and all those cute printables you made for us but about the calendar, the previous version of linked calendar in PDF format was really convenient. It takes too much time to look for the videos on YouTube. Also, your colorful mind refreshing calendars to print out and pin it up were half of the Motivation to workout. So, really wish that the calendar format remains the same.

    Hi Cassey, I’m an OLD fan of yours, was introduced to you by my daughter way back in 2009, but never got into regular exercise until March 2197. Loved the previous firmat, readon for continuing, but this month’s format is too cumbersome! It becomes a deterrent rather than an encouragement, like the previous one! Still love your workouts, just might use an old calendar month….🤔😕

    Hi Cassey! Hope you enjoyed that taco! My only issue with this feburary calendar is that it’s not linked! HELP! the linked calendars are so much easier…otherwise I spend too much time looking for them on your site/youtube. I love that the workouts are short and sweet and get done! but without the linking, it lengthens the time I have set aside for your amazing workouts and encouragement! Just love you to bits!! Please fix ASAP…or I suppose I could redo January…Thanks!

    Is it possible to have the calendar download to your iphone to open up the workout routine on your iphone like all the other previous calendar workouts? This way it takes you right to the routine and you don’t have to search for it on the app. I really love your workouts and love seeing results. Been a fan of yours since May 2016!! Love you Cassey

    Hi Cassey, I wanted to thank you for all the hard work you put into making this content available to all of us for free. You are always so positive and an inspiration to me to continue improving myself every day. I just wanted to give my feedback on this new calendar. I am really hoping it’s due to the technical difficulties and not the new direction you are going…The mobile version of the calendar is pretty awful 🙁 I absolutely LOVED the fact that I could download the PDF with links to youtube. I would queue up all videos for my workout from my phone and google cast it to my TV. I wouldn’t have to hunt down every new video, making the break between videos even longer and losing my momentum. Right now I am having to create a playlist for every single day in February and it’s super time consuming and demotivating. I really hope you will continue having a downloadable PDF with links directly to youtube. Thanks for listening!

    Cute new site and logo – congrats looks great. But ..the links aren’t working on the downloadable version of the calendar 🙁 I tried downloading and printing as a PDF -nada.
    The links only work on the site and it takes forever to load depending on net connection. :/

    I am following blogilates for a while now and I love the calendar idea, and previous ,cute-looking clickable spread was awesome but i printed it so i can cross-off what I did.
    So now I registered and I love the new idea of checking out the tick near the excercise I did but I also have a suggestion if possible:
    some days i just run into some other workout (blogilates or other) that I want to do. it would be awesome if we could also add items/links to our personal calendars so we can see the whole combination we did/are going to do for a day – the suggested workouts plus ours if we have some additional. that functionality would also come in handy if we want to link a recipe or something for that day 🙂

    its the third day of february and this workout calendar just suits my taste so much better than the first time i saw it! i see so many complains as i have aswell which are about not having a cutesy workout calendar to print, but now that i am in a rush and just dont want to search for videos because cassey wasnt able to create a playlist, this new workout calendar just totally is working for me! i absolutely love it! also, i just hope for the next months, we have more options such as this, and also the cutesy calendar cassey used to make, i hope it isnt so much to ask !!

    When I click on the email link I’m getting told I need to re register, and then get no mail. Also I used to love that the calendar had links to the workouts in it, has that stopped?😔

    Really missing the calendars with the cute designs that also mentioned if it was a leg/abs day etc. Please do bring them back, I think everyone prefers them over this.

      If you go under the ‘calendar’ tab and click ‘this months calendar’ it will load a check off calendar that has all the links. And if it says you don’t have access, just make a website account! 🙂

    Can you all please stop with the negativity she is on vacatio well deserved i think..and she took time to do a calendar so you guys can workout and what if she forgot other new year..its not offensive! Stop complaining she is doing the best she can! I am sure she will have another ther pretty calendar next month she did this one just for us to have something while they fix the website problem! ……You are doing great cassey thank you and have fun!

    Dear Cassey, I must say I did pannick a bit yesterday, when I didn’t recive my calendar and then when I tried to login to the site, it didn’t work, I kept clicking to resend my password and I even tried registering again lol. I thought I didn’t have free access anymore. Have a lovely day vacationing and celebrating Sam’s Bday!     Dear Cassey, I appreciate so much all the effort you put into your work and continue to think of new ideas and do everything in such a bright and positive way! I found you only last autumn and it’s so much fun working out with you, I’m truly grateful, you’ve made a major impact on my life! I hope you can solve the problem with the calendar quickly and have a nice and relaxing holiday nevertheless. I think the new calendar is really useful in finding the videos and I also like the fact that it links to the videos on your website (so no redirecting to youtube). However, I miss the old pdf version because it was fun to print it out and hang above my desk and it was also kind of more personal and playful and pretty. Maybe you could continue to do a pdf version as well, if it’s not too much to ask? Love you and pilates, you’ve definitely found a new fan and follower!

    Hey girl! I love how you’re switching things up but I miss different options in downloading the monthly workout calendar. Before you can download it as a PDF or JPEG, i would use the JPEG option because of how easily i could access it on my phone, the new version doesn’t give me the option to save it onto my phone 🙁 If you can look into that, that would be great!

    I have followed your calendars for many years, they have always been great joy and inspiration, something amazing, colourful, user-friendly, with a topic of the month, easy to get in a PDF form and print it out. The current February calendar is a huge disappointment in this respect, difficult to get access to it, still more difficult to use it from the website, completely impersonal and forgettable , with columns and lists of exercises like an ordinar to-do list, the magic of your previous calendars gone.
    I have no idea why you and your team have decided to adopt this new design of the calendar.

    OOOO Cassey! I love this new workout calendar! I feel really accomplished when I can check off my workout as I complete them, but I didn’t like printing calendars out all the time because I don’t have a printer. This is great! Yay motivation!

    PLEASE READ THIS CASSEY!! On 16th of Feb it’s not only Chinese new year!!! There are lot more Asian countries that celebrate that day. I know China is a big country but you shouldn’t ignore other small countries this is just so offensive 🙁

      I don’t think it’s intentionally offensive, but China might be the most visible to us. A safer term for it would be Lunar New Year. I hope they can update since it’s not their intention to offend!

    So far I like the feel of the new website however the February calendar is quite disappointing, it is not as creative and playful as the ones of the past and I can no longer set it as my desktop image to showoff to my friends and family. I appreciate you letting us know that it is due to technical difficulties that has resulted in some of the challenges being experienced and hope it can be resolved with as little stress as possible. I hope the resolution will include the return of the fun calendar with the image option to put as my pc wallpaper.

    Hi Cassey! Love the new look/website! Can you continue to include the pretty printable monthly calendars in addition to the new digital one? I am a pen-and-paper kind of person and love posting the calendar on my wall to check off each day I work out! This one is OK to print but not as motivating as the pretty ones you used to make 🙂
