Hey guys!

Since 2014 is coming to a close (eek can you believe!?), I thought it’d be appropriate to do a “Best of 2015” Blogilates Workouts compilation! These videos were chosen based on how much you guys used or viewed them and how many likes they had on YouTube. Ready!? Let’s see if your fave made the list!

Oh yes. Some of my best lower belly pooch killing moves all in one.

Why do I love wearing booty shorts? Because these moves make me feel so confident and strong in my lower body!

Want your inner and outer thighs to burn? Yes, I bet you do! These are my fave thigh slimming moves sans equipment.

First runner up! A heart pumpin’ fat burnin’ combo of ab exercises and HIIT torture. Yeah. You guys like that huh?

  1. Awesome workout share!! I am totally book marking these for when I am on the road. I’ve been working out for 10 years since I was in early high school and I’m pretty darn fit, but I get so bored of my routines. Here’s to taking it to the next level!!

    This is going to be my year! I’m so glad I found blogilates. I’m going to make sure that I stick to this every single month. I am going to do this. I’m going to make this my resolution. I love these videos, I have them marked as favorites and absolutely love the meal plans and grocery list!

    Thank you SO much Cassey for all your hardwork and dedication!! I lost 12lbs in a month and a half and have 15lbs more to go! I have never had workouts that toned and burned fat as effectively as yours do! And your 8 week meal plan was just amazing!     Can you do a Pop Song Challenge to the Bodypop song? Like a total body workout bc the song is “body” pop? Just a suggestion that I think would be fun 🙂 And thanks for all your effort and modivating words in 2014! I know its your job but it helps more than you know!

    Perfect Legs is definitely one of my favorites! Cassey, you’re such an inspiration — to get my butt moving fitness-wise and in just in life. I love the video. Pop Pilates is in 24 Hour Fitness! You’ve accomplished so much this year, and it inspires me to accomplish things, too. 🙂

  7. All my favourite workouts are summed up here! Except I don’t do inner thighs that often. Cassey, you should do a inner thigh workout targeting the hip flexors area, the one part i always get sore after doing ballet with all that turnout action.

      I do the criss cross scissors turned out to better target hip flexors but really ballet will get the “special” ballet muscles needed while pilates is a good complement. Kathryn Morgan has a youtube channel with special excercises for dancers if you feel like you aren’t getting enough training at your school. Her videos also have lots of tips on how to be a better ballet student.

    Hi Cassey. I totally agree with your top five videos I have all of them tagged as a favorite of mine. I came across your site in June and I love every video. I was so excited when I finally accomplished a double leg lift with straight legs. Small goal but it was a goal of mine and I thank you and your monthly calendar workouts. I look forward to my 5:30am workouts with you. 🙂 Thank you for a great 2014 and I’m looking forward to working out with you in 2015. Happy New Year!!!
