Some exciting things today. Okay first of all…remember when I promised you at the end of Extreme Abs 1 that I would make Extreme Abs 2? Well. Over half a year later, I decided it was time. So guys, I present to you…EXTREME ABS 2! The Hardest Ab Workout of your Life!
Please give it a try. It is HARD. Non stop ab moves for days. Do not be discouraged though. Just try try TRY as much as you can! Also, can you tell me: which is harder? Extreme Abs 1 or Extreme Abs 2?
