Do you have a strong woman in your life? GIVEAWAY TIME!
Do you have a strong woman in your life? GIVEAWAY TIME!
Hey guys!
Mother’s Day is coming up and I’m trying to be a good daughter by planning a lil trip for my fam this weekend! Actually, Jackelyn pushed me to stop working on the weekends and she’s helping me get everyone together. I got us a cool AirBnB on the beach!
My mom loves the ocean and sunsets so I think she’ll enjoy it. She works so hard taking care of the family, so I really wanted to surprise her with something special.
Do you guys think I should vlog it? Maybe take some photoshoot pics? Either way, it should be a good mini vacay with the fam. I hope we don’t end up just yelling at each other the whole entire time….I’m going to try to instill the relaxation vibes as soon as we get there! 😀
Mother’s Day.
Obviously a day to honor all the mama’s in the land, but also a day to send love to ALL the strong women in our lives too. One of my good friends from high school just gave birth to her first baby boy today! It is SO CRAZY what women can do. WE MAKE HUMANS.
WHAT.
I’m making an effort to spend more time with my girl friends this year because they make me happy. I’m fortunate to be surrounded by beautiful, positive, smart and talented ladies like these…
Last night when I was at UC Riverside teaching a POP Pilates Class and doing a Q&A, one of the questions asked was “How does it feel to be a part of the Girl Love Squad?” Hahaha – I didn’t even know our friend group aka “squad” had a title. But I guess it does now and I’m ok sticking to it!
The squad consists of Rosanna Pansino, Lilly Singh, Justine Ezarik, Lindsey Stirling, and me! We naturally formed a bond when we all went to dinner together and started connecting over discussions regarding business, YouTube, boyfriends, managers, and being our own girl boss etc. I love that we all have different talents and bring something unique to the table in a humble and grateful way. So to answer that POPster’s question on how I feel about being part of the Girl Love Squad…I honestly feel…included.
I know that is a weird thing to say but I’ve never been “popular” and I always have felt left out when it came to social activities. But now, I feel like I have friends who get me, accept me, and respect me. It’s a really nice feeling 🙂
But also!! I feel like I am a real life Sailor Scout out to fight evil and promote happiness!
Hmm, actually I think these Disney princesses are much more accurate.
BTW…I am working on a new Disney Princess sketch for you guys that focuses on DIETS. I think you will love it! Hopefully it’ll come out by the end of the month if we get everything together!
I really hope you guys are CHOOSING to surround yourself with inspirational friends who encourage you to be better versions of yourself everyday. Get rid of that negative, competitive attitude that many women have towards each other. Choose to LIFT each other up and help each other GROW, instead of tearing each other down. Learn from each other. Be kind to each other.
On this planet, we all have this one life to live. So choose to make it the best, most positive experience. It starts with people. And it ends with love. We all want to be loved, so choose to give love to someone else. It’s the best gift anyone can give.

Hi there! I just joined this group & am really liking it. I know I am late for the free Mother’s Day giveaway, but my best friend is the strongest woman in my life. I used to think that you only had one best friend at a time but as the older I get (50+ yrs) the more I find you can have more than one at a time. To make a long story short, one of my best friends passed from cancer in 2013, my mom passed the next day, my dad unexpectedly 8 1/2 mo. later. My other best friend has been my rock through it all. It took a long time to get mentally back to where I had been. I believe I am there now & ready to get my physical self back on track. My question is if you have any of these left to give away, I would be ever so grateful! In the 80’s (gasp!) I used to teach the latest & greatest in aerobics! (tights and all!) Lol. Even kept up with staying physical through 2 kids & being with my best friend thru all her treatments.
The last few yrs have been rough & it’s time to get back on track! I’ve seen your videos online, I love them & think that your program would be just the positive boost needed! I hope you have one (or 2, one for my best friend) programs available to send us!
Thanks for taking the time to read this. I appreciate that. Your videos are so positive & inspiring, I’m glad I found you!
I like you my mom. Whenever we’re together, you’re full of joy and enthusiasm which makes being with you so enjoyable. Even when I’m grumpy, you find a way to make me feel good as you make me feel love and appreciated. You’re always full of love for the people you come in contact with, and you deeply care about them. Everyone who knows you is lucky the have such a caring woman in their life.
I’d like to nominate my mom to win the prize pack. She’s been my rock forever and after loosing my dad two years ago, she put herself & health on the back burner. Growing up she was always a health nut & made time for exercise. I could usually find her walking around our neighborhood (which was 1.2 miles around) or doing Jazzercise or even popping in a video of Denise Austin. She still walks a lot but within the last two years has stopped caring so much about her diet. I know it’s depression mixed in but I’d like to support her in any way possible.
Who won???
I’d give the prize pack to my best friend Payton, because she’s been with me always. When I cut she was the only one who listened to me and thought I wasn’t crazy. I have anxiety which makes it hard for me to make friends, but she always includes me in her friend group and never leaves my side in social situations. Honestly, she just does everything she can to make my life as normal as possible, even if it’ll never truly be.
A strong woman in my life is my little sister. Although she has a weak shoulder due to a tear and weak ankles (from spraining it multiple times), she still wills herself to participate in competitive swimming. She never gives up and she is one of the strongest people I know. She also pushes me to train with her and eat healthy as well. I couldn’t have asked for a more supportive and encouraging workout buddy 🙂 we also love doing blogilates workouts together and laughing while we fail miserably at some moves, so thanks Cassey for making your videos fun and enjoyable!
Congratulations to Shreya and Cathy!!!!
Ever heard of a job that makes you work 24/7, having almost no sleep and almost no breaks? Furthermore, this job does not pay you, you get absolutely $0 for doing this tedious job. Think its impossible? What if I told u there are people working in this job? They are Moms. My mom works non stop, singlehandedly supporting our famly and damn she is strong. How I admire her. One day shes at the beach answering calls from her office on the other side of the country, and the next she is picking up dust and dirty clothings left behind by us. I love her and she will love this present even more. After all those pickings, she needs that stretchy break.
I would share this awesome prize with a true gem of a friend and human being: Melissa Macaulay. Currently she’s hiking all over Utah and exploring the west coast and following her dreams with her new and loving and devoted husband, Matt. She not only hikes for hours among the most breathtaking cliffs and landscapes in Utah, but continues her healthy eating and Pilates workouts when she can. So many people in this world make all the excuses in the book not to work out or eat well, meanwhile this lovely lady is doing it all, while experiencing it all, living in a cool RV and did I mention their dog tags along with them?! Cassey- I introduced Melissa to you, your videos and infectious healthy lifestyle and she has blown me away with her dedication. She deserves this package more than anyone because she’s a terrific example of finding balance in life , of strength and beauty.
<3
Hi Cassey
Yes I have a strong woman in my life my mom!! She teaches you everything! Even if she had a problem ıf you are going to be happy she keeps it inside. She feels every pain for you. She worries about you. She understands you. And many things like this but you nedd to live it and feel it I cant explain it with words. So she deserves the BEST. She deserves everything good nothing bad. If I win the clothes I’ll give it to my mom. And If I win the piit pack I’ll give it to my mom too. But I actually want the 100$ clothes shop prize because my mom always suffers from her sport clothes ahaha😂
If I were lucky enough to win I would give the other prize to my sister. She was the person who first showed me your channel about 6 months ago and I was hooked. She is always encouraging and supporting those around her and works her butt off at whatever she does.
We’re the winners announced????
I would give it to one of my best friends Olivia P, she is the hardest working little bee I’ve ever met. She is always radiating positivity and making everyone around her shine with joy. She works out extremely hard and eats so so well, I am so proud of her! She is just my #1 inspiration, always inspiring me to work harder and do better. Not to mention she is the sweetest, kindest being I’ve ever met!!!! Love you my MM xxx
Under the newest video (for arms) on youtube there is a comment from Blogilates that promotes some kind of code generator. Cassie are you really promoting things like this? I hope not coz its nothing else that stealing money! I hope that its a joke or somebody broke into your account to write this!
Btw new video is great! 😊😊😊😊
I would like to share this prize pack with my housemate too. She struggles to lose weight and has confidence issues. Through PIIT I wish that she would not only gain health but also confidence in herself 🙂 pretty workout outfits would be a plus for workouts too 😉
I had a good uni friend who was the kindest and most helpful lady I met at uni. Due to some health issues, she wasnt able to graduate with me so I hope I can share this prize pack with her, get healthier together and save her money to workout at home instead ♡
I have another good friend I don’t see often but I miss the time when I went to her apartment and did workout together. I wish to share these prizes with her so I have “excuses” to drag her doing blogilates with me again ♡
Another lady in my life would be my teenage sister. We don’t live together for years since I’m oversea. But when I go home, she would workout with me although she may not have the strength to perform some moves yet. I appreciate having her workout with me and would like to share this prize with her as a remembrance of our fun workout time together ♡ so she could grow up strong and healthy too ♡
I would love to share this with a good friend of mine, An. She just started her workout journey after I shared her a workout video. She has been continuing exercising for 2 weeks which is an achievement in her life. I wish this set of prize could even encourage her to keep going and not giving up 🙂
I would give this pack to one of my best friends. We’ve known each other since we were nine, and she’s struggled with body-image and her weight all the time I’ve known her. I think she’s beautiful, but it upsets me that she’s upset by it – but I don’t think the crash diets are a good idea or very healthy. This is a much more sustainable programme, and as she doesn’t like running I think she’d really enjoy the exercises. I want her to know she’s strong, incredible and can do anything – I want to give her something that will help her see herself the way I see her.
Just wanted to win for once! For my mom! *sad*
My Mom has been the most amazing role model to me; you have never steered me in the wrong direction, you allowed me to make my own mistakes without so much as an “I told you so.” You afforded me the space to grow and learn for myself without ever being so far away that you weren’t able to help when I needed you. You are my mom, my mentor, my strength, my number one fan and, most of all, my best friend. You have always been a constant force in an ever-changing life.
No matter the trials you were faced with in your own life, you always found the means to ensure my needs were met. To this day I cannot begin to imagine how you did it. Despite all your heartaches, worries and troubles, you never lost your kind nature, you never surrendered your tenderness or sacrificed your values. When my heart aches, you know exactly what to say to pick me up and bring me back to myself. Whenever I have felt like our world is caving in, and that I am falling apart, it is your strength and love that have kept me going.
I will always cherish the morning teatimes we spend together; the time we are able to relax into one another, to chat and catch up on all the goings on in our lives. I know that through your love, wisdom and friendship you have given me the ability to love unconditionally, to cherish every living creature and to treat them with the utmost respect and kindness. If I am able to grow to be half the woman that I see in you, I will consider my life a success.
I can say, with certainty, that without you by my side, I would not be the woman I am today. Everything I have achieved, I owe to you. You are my pillar of strength and my most trusted friend.
I’ll give it to my beautiful best friend. She’s been such a beautiful and strong women. Constantly lifting me up andbeing there for ne when I need it. She’s indeed a strong women! I love her! And I love you Cassey! 😘😘
The strongest woman I know is my daughter. She learned how to be strong from me. She was in a toxic relationship which produced my beautiful granddaughter, who is also forming into a wonderfully strong young lady. They both make me so proud. She is an great role model for my granddaughter. She tries to look at situations from different viewpoints, but in the end she says what does your instinct (heart) tell you. She has such a positive attitude towards life. The one thing I taught my children was that you never want to have to say “I coulda, woulda, shoulda” They now say this, passing onto my granddaughter. She knows that family comes first. They are very proud of me, teaching at such a late age. I will be 60 years old next month and teaching POP Pilates. I am teaching my children that anything is possible, the only person holding you back is yourself.
Hi Cassey! I would 100% give this prize pack to my amazing Mother!! I totally agree that we need to surround ourselves with supportive and inspiring people and my Mum is the most positive person I know. She encourages everything that I do and is definitely one of the strongest women in my life! My Mum works A LOT and when she isn’t working she is looking after me and my three siblings, so this prize pack would allow her to take some time out of every day to do something she enjoys. I feel like I can’t give back to her nearly as much as she gives to me, so this prize pack would be an amazing way to show her gratitude!
The second person I would nominate is my little sister, who’s the one who first introduced me to Blogilates! I was going through a period of very severe depression a few years ago after things in my life reached breaking point, had gained about 20 pounds and was just feeling really low about myself and my situation. My sister was also wanting to get fit, found your Beginners’ Calendar online and suggested we do it together as a way to ease ourselves into Pilates (as both of us are REALLY unsporty haha). What followed was a lot of laughter, groaning when the moves got harder (as they always did) and urging each other to just get through a few more reps! I normally really hate sports and struggle to commit to a fitness routine, but with her by my side to power me on, the two of us conquered that first month! I’ve found that regular workouts really help with my mental health, encouraging me to get up and do something that I can feel I’ve accomplished, regulating my energy levels and mood and helping me sleep. I’d love to give my sister a little something to thank her for setting me on this journey that’s made such a big difference and just always being there for me, as well as to encourage her to keep pushing on even when it hurts! Thanks Cassey 🙂
Another person who deserves is my best friend. We have our ups and downs. Right now it a down. She is also a huge fan of blogilates. If I gave her this we would go back up in friendship and down in weight. We both would be encouraged to loose weight and look hot doing it.
My mom definitely deserves this. She is the most selfless person I’ve ever met. Since before i can remember she’s been fighting for my sister and I. In court, in life, everything. She has never given up on either one of us. Not once. My whole life has been a custody battle of visitation rights and passports-the whole shebang. She would willing to give up anything for us. Anything-the house, the car, she’d move halfway across the world for us if she has to. She does so so much for others but never for herself. She never stops reminding me of how important it is to love my body for what it is and to stop comparing myself to others. Recently she had a surgery, she’s all healed up now and she’s got a clean bill of health, but ever since then she’s been rapidly gaining weight, i feel like this would help her control it and boost her confidence in turn. She has taught me how to love unconditionally and I love her beyond words. IF I won the giveaway, i would give one pack to her and the other to my older sister who’s going away to college in a few months, who really needs that blast of self-love you get from exercise and pampering yourself. They’re both warriors, my strong women, and they’ve been through so much that i think this would be an incredible gift. You have no idea how grateful i am for this chance you’ve given me to show these boss ladies how much they’re appreciated. Thank you so much for this giveaway and happy Mother’s Day!
I would definitely give this to my mother to show her how much I love her and how much she has been such a big influence in my life especially when it comes to health and fitness. She has always encouraged me to become a better version of myself and reminds me of how important it is to love my body for what it is and to stop comparing myself to others. Without my mum I really don’t know where i would be now. To all the mothers out there, have a blessed mother’s day!
My mom definitely deserves this. She is the most selfless person I have ever met. She does so so much for others but never for herself. She has taught me how to love unconditionally and I love her beyond words. Thanks so much for the giveaway and happy Mother’s Day
I would be thrilled to be able to give this to my mother as a mother’s day gift 🙂 She is the most amazing woman and I am incredibly blessed to have her in my life.
My mom is my rock! She and my dad raised me and my siblings (14 of us) and still made time to exercise and eat right!! She is a saint and deserves everything in the world! I whole heartedly believe that my mom would benefit from this! I wish I could give her something this special for everything that she has done for me! She encouraged me and my siblings to “shoot for the moon. And even if you fall short, You’ll land among the stars.” I love my mom for so many, many reasons, but most of all I love her because she never gave up on me! She is my biggest encouragement and my greatest roll model!!
Cassey I was wondering what day do we find out the winner? Cause wasn’t it over at 10am this morning? Not trying to be mean or impatient, I just sincerely was wondering. Love ya!💕
Would definitely give it to my best girl friend. Both of us are international students studying in Australia. We studied at once of the most prestigious university in Melbourne, so everything was not easy. We need to study really really hard to pass the exams, especially since we come from a country where the education standards are set lower than Australia. Moreover, English is not our first language, thus it makes the whole thing more thrilling and challenging! For me, everything was great. What I need to go through is typical international student life, but for my best friend, in the middle of her course, her dad’s business got a problem, so her dad cannot fund her anymore. That was a major problem for us, international students. First of all, international students have limited working rights in Australia, only 20 hours maximum per week. Also, it is hard for “foreigners” to get a job as Australia would prioritise the locals (no hard feelings; totally understand). The only jobs left for international students are usually very very underpaid (because locals would not want to get those jobs) and “illegal” as it is not registered, so my best friend got it. As the job is unregistered, she can work more than 20 hours, but of course, highly underpaid. She worked really hard. Once she only slept for 3 hours everyday for a week, because she got work to do and exam on the same time! However, the craziest part about this is that she NEVER complained about it. She didn’t ask for anyone’s pity. She never blame her dad. She never said “I wish this didn’t happen to me”. She just endured it all. And she is happy. H.A.P.P.Y. She managed to give thanks under any circumstances. SHe survived the exams and get mostly HD. How awesome! Bestie, you really are my role model. I am so proud of you <3
There are so many ups and downs in my life eapecially when it comes to family and friendship. My (mental) illness literally gives me this love-hate relationship between my family, best friends, and I. But none of them has given up on my circumstances. I have so many strong people in my life because of that but for this giveaway, two people come to my mind — my mother and my best friend. Both of them deserve this Prize Pack for so many reasons. To my mother, who’s currently stressed out because she and my dad sacrificed a semi/luxurious life in tropics to move and give my siblings and I a better future. And then there’s one of my best friends, who’s so patient even how distant I become. She’s turning 21 soon and I would LOVE to give this to her as a present. I’m caught in a dilemma right now!!

My mami ist the strongest woman in my life. She trains so hard and motivates me and my bro to do so as well. Before she was very self conscious and she’ll only go to the gym with a friend, never alone. Now she loves it and she trains whenever she can, alone or whatever; she even made her own crew at the gym. I admire how she tries to train even a little every day because her schedule is very complicated and she must travel a lot.I think PIIT28 will help her and me spend more time together and achieve our goals.
My mami deserves this Prize Pack because she is always training hard and motivating me and my brother to do so as well. Even though her schedule is super complicated because she has to travel almost once a week, she finds time to do her workout and when she does it she feel like the happiest woman in the world. I love how she tells me about how she challenges herself doing heavier lifts or just mastering a move she thought she’ll never be able to do.
I think PIIT28 will help her and me spend more time together and achieve our goals.
The most powerful and inspirational female figure in my life is my mother. Yes, this is a generic answer, but that does not strip any truth from it. As a single parent she raised my sister and I to be strong, as well as to never waste a moment being rude or angry. Without laying a hand on me she disciplined and taught to always consider the perspective of others. She is both my role model and my best friend, and that is why there is no one else I would rather share this prize and continue my fitness journey with. Thank you Cassey for your great generosity, You are yet another important female figure and my life and have helped me through so much, even if you are unaware of it. Good luck to everyone!
if i had a srong women in my life she would definitely be my mum.She is the one that suports me ,the one that protected and by that i dont only mean in advising ,but being the shield of mine many cases when i was little . For me and my sister she has gone through circumstances than a normal woman would never allow but she did it .I dont know if any of you can understand it ,i can now, that a real woman can barre anything to maintain her family.Thats my mum .The one and only hero of mine .The only person that knows and suport my dreams 🙏🏻🙌❤️
(Entry #2)
Hi (again) Cassey!
I previously discussed why I would share the pack with my mother, but I now want to talk about my beautiful best friend Suhani. I’ve known her since the third grade (we’re both now in 7th grade), and she’s one of the strongest and most supportive people I know. She’s always there for me, and so easy to talk to. She’s been through her fair share of hard things (I don’t know if she’s comfortable sharing, so I won’t go into details), and she’s stayed strong through all of it. We’re both very involved with fitness and we love working out. It’d be so fun to go on the PIIT28 and 28 day reset journey with her, as we have done with every other journey in our life. I’d like to once again restate, in case you haven’t read my previous entry, that you (Cassey) are also an incredibly strong woman in my life. You inspire me to be active everyday and stay confident no matter what! Your positive vibes make my day and I can’t imagine working out with out you. Love you!

Hi Cassey!
I’d give the prize pack to my mom because she is definitely a strong woman in my life. I’m too young (13 years old) to have been through anything incredibly difficult in my life, but even through the small things my mom has been there for me. She is the most emotionally strong and spiritual person I know, taking every challenge in life head on. She never gets discouraged no matter what. There was a time a few months ago when neither of my parents had jobs, and it was very stressful, but she was still able to push all of us through and she’s very happy at her new job. My mom and I are both incredibly busy and I LOVE the fact that your program requires such little time to be taken out of our day to workout. The transformations of some other popsters are incredibly inspiring and I would love to have an oppurtunity to try out your program (with my mom of course)!! I’d just like to tell you that you are an incredible and strong woman in my life as well, always pushing me to the limits. I love how much you care about all of your followers and I especially love the positive energy you spread. Keep doing what you’re doing Cassey, you are changing lives!

Hi Cassey! I would love to win this contest – the May calendar has really made me love the PIIT style workouts! If I won this I would share it with my Mom. She is the strongest person I know and 5 kids later she is still kicking. This would only make her stronger by helping her reach her goal of eating better and getting back in her pre mommy shape!
Hey Cassey! I was just wondering, when are you going to post the winner?
I have a lot of strong women in my life. First of all I have my mom, then the blogilates community, my aunt, my friends from college, so much great women… But one is special: my BEST FRIEND MIRIAN 💕 She is the most supporting person in the world! She always put me up when I’m feeling down. Together we are complete like one, we met in the college and never be apart. Our friendship is that one that last forever. Unfortunately we don’t live in the same city, we don’t study together anymore but I always feel like she is by my side. So this is why she deserves win this contest with me. ♥
Hello Cassey! I hope you are having a wonderful year so far! My mom is seriously the best mom anyone could ever have. I play cello and she takes me to my practice for the Symphony I’m in every week. Also, she takes me to my private cello lesson. Not only that, but she always supports me with everything I do, including track and field! Honestly, you inspired me to join track and field to show my friends that I wasn’t just a girly-girl and could be fit. With my mom and your support, I am able to be confident in myself and actually have fun working out! I love working out with my mom to your videos and I absolutely adore your clothing! My mom is trying very hard to lose weight by eating a more balanced diet and sticking to your monthly workout calendar. Recently, we have actually adopted a puppy from the streets of New Delhi, India for my mom’s birthday! That makes her schedule even more full by having to take care of my cello routines and three pets (we also have two guinea pigs). So, thank you so much for all of the support and my mom and I feel that you have a great purpose when working out and your spirit keeps us going. My friends have actually gone through depression and almost suicide, which is sad, but their moms and even my mom was there for them. She is seriously so supportive and helped my friends with recovery. I cannot wait to see what the future holds for my mom and I, as well as you! (My dad and I were planning on taking my mom to Disney, which is where she wanted to go!)
Your avid workout fam,
Nicki
P.S. (I hope you and your family have a wonderful vacay! You totally deserve it considering all you’ve been through! And thank you so much for the confidence and support because sometimes I feel left out of social things and not “popular”, but you and my mom always give me the support I need!)

I’d give my prize pack to my mother. She’s currently on a health kick at that moment, she’s wonderful inside and out but would love to help her feel as beautiful as she really is!
Ahh–just saw the email, so hopefully it’s not too late. My mom means so much to me because…wow. For so many things. One of the things that stands out is she raised me as a single mom, and made sure that I never knew how poor we were. Years later she told me that at the end of every month she counted pennies (literally) to see that we could buy milk…yet I never knew. As far as I knew, my home was stable, life was fun, and my mom was both playmate and teacher. She sacrificed so much and taught me (looking back now) how to do the same for those you love, and when God blessed us (which is very, very true, and He so did) with the chance to live with my grandma, my mom made sure to march into the Welfare office and take herself off the list. She smiled, and thanked them so much (they were shocked), and in this too she taught me that when you need help, take it, but to then do your darnedest to stand on your feet. And when you do, to thank those who helped you.
Ok, so our relationship hasn’t always been perfect–we butted heads a lot (and still do occasionally), but as a 21 yr. old, just-graduated-college person, I’m happy to say that we’re at the place where we can TALK about issues without floor stomping. 🙂 I’m a really strong-willed, driven, passionate person, and I learned how to embrace this AND also tone it down because of my mom. She always, ALWAYS puts others first and thinks of them (dating back to the time when I was 4 or 5 and she–gently–bit my finger back as a lesson to not bite people. When I said “OW!” she said, “See? That’s how it feels to the other person. Don’t bite.” And I never did again. Way to parent, Mom!). Now tolerating jerks? I never learned not to kick an annoying guy at school… I go into Avenger mode more often than her, but hey, no one’s perfect. 😉
Ok, finally (so this doesn’t get even longer), what I love about my mom is how fun she is. I LOVE traveling with her, because she’s the ultimate adventurer. Any side road, field, patch of woods–even driveway–we find that looks interesting, she’ll instantly encourage/persuade/force the entire car to check it out. She’s dubbed it: Adventure Taxi. In foreign countries while driving on the other side of the road…there ARE a lot more N.D.E.s (Near Death Experiences)–but we’ve always survived, and in the survival, had fun! #worthit
I also know that my mom’s always got my back. Maybe it’s because our family unit was ‘2’ for the longest time, but one of the things I value most (right up there with courage, determination, and joy!) is standing shoulder to shoulder, back to back, with someone. She’s taught me how much loyalty is connected to love and courage, and beyond that, she’s showed me repeatedly!
Sure we still butt heads–we’re travelling overseas soon and my post-college career search is beginning, so there are plenty of opportunities for us strong-willed women to have very different opinions (thank God for my gentle, peace-loving step-dad). 🙂 But I know she’s always on my team, and I’ll always be on hers, rooting for each other to develop and grow, laugh and become stronger in whatever–and wherever–we go….whether in the same state or on the other side of the globe.
Happy Mother’s Day!
Hi Cassey. I would give this gift to my mom who have been suffering from breast cancer for a year . She has always been a popplaties, but due to the chemo she is not able to do the workouts. But she always say when she gets better . She will start working out again ..If she received this she would be so happy

i’d give it to my friend Tina. She is a mom so loving and caring and even thow she has a lot of work she can always find time for friends and family. Now I’d like to see she can take a bit of time in a day for herself. She hasn’t took a day off in a long time so even an hour of a work out would be a world to her.

I would share the Cassey love with my mum. She is always working so hard and it would be LOVELY to treat her to something amazing like this. I have shown her the PopFlex website and basically all of the stock and fantasising about all of the brilliant active wear, cute stationary and pretty mats -the list could go on! (Also not to mention me bragging about how good and positive you and your workouts are 😄)!!
I cannot think how happy we would both be (I suppose I would be double happy as it makes me happy when anyone, but especially my mum is happy). Wow, So many happys! It’s great! Haha.
Thank you Cassey for hosting this giveaway. I hope it makes you just as happy as it makes me seeing somebody so elated after they win something as AMAZING as this. It must be such a thrill!!
Thanks again, Ruby and her Mum, Morven ❤️
I’d share this amazing gift with my little sister, probably the woman I admire the most in the world. She had a lot of problems during the adolescence and even got lost in some ways. Our relationship hasn’t been always like nowadays, we’ve been very far away for each other.
But on the last years, we are closer, we share our concerns and victories, we laugh a lot and we speak often. We both are twenty-odd, but had lived a lot. First of all, we are adopted children, so our bond is unique. If some of you know something about the adoption thing, I’m sure you’ll understand.
I think she is just amazing. She is beautifully stunning, a warrior, modest. And besides she is a mother! It’s crazy that my little sister is now a mother but she is. Less than two years ago she gave birth a marvelous tiny lady who is just perfect. The fact that my sister finds time to work out, take care of her daughter, be a wife, study, do an intership, draw or design always astonish me. My sister is my superheroe.
I’d love to share this with her because she loves working out. I’m not very constant with my work out but she always supports me. And since I discovered Cassey, I’m improving! So, this would be a crazy and pretty way to share Popilates with her. Big hug to everyone who read this, hope you have a strong woman in your life that inspires you as much as my sister does to me.
I thought really long about this. My mum really is a fascinating strong woman. However she has already discovered her thing to do and be fit. I feel like this would rather be a great, no fabulous gift for my twin sister. She is the one who always had to struggle with everything, while things were a cake walk for me most of the time. Almost everything was easier for me than for her, including social situations, outlook in life an the world. She has loads of insecurities and is much rather left in her comfort zone than taken out of it. Why then is she strong and inspiring you might ask. Because for one thing, she never gives up, no matter how unfair the world is to her, or seems to be, she shrugs her shoulders and just continues with whatever she needs to be doing. While I could often draw energy from being applauded for my achievements, being praised and approved of, she did and does everything just for its and her own sake. In that she is really badass, as she doesn’t give in to social pressures as tot he what she ought to be studying, liking, doing etc. but rather just does as she deems best. She doesn’t fight, she doesn’t yell, she is calm, she is composed. And quite often she makes me think that strength showes itself in very different ways.
Aside from this, I am astonished, amazed and oftentimes inspired by her absolute dedication. And what is more, while I was always better academicwise, she is the real knowledgeable one. Stuns me, what she knows and understands of the world while I float around in my bubble and endeavour in a purely theoretical philosophical pursuit here and there.
I would truly and honestly love to give this gift to her. To das thank you for one thing for being the quiet badass woman she is and the one keeping me on the ground. But I would also like to give this to her, because once I could actually help her with one of her struggles, in a way that enables her to help herself. Feeling happy in her own skin, is something she has never mastered to this day. She does your videos here and there and some others too but it never follows a plan and when she picks a vid, that is far too advanced for her she gets discouraged again, because she can’t do the excercises or she follows through and is than so extremely sore for days on end, that she doesn’t move at all in this time which makes it difficult for her to develop a habit of taking care of herself. Starting with PIIT 1.0 and slowly progressing further and further and actually noticing the changes in mind, body and soul might be the thing to help this calm badass person to be a little stronger in the outside world as well.
Even if I can’t get drawn for this giveaway, maybe there could someday be another one like this, even if it’s not for two, but just to give away to someone special. I’d like that. It helps to make people think if others rather than themselves which helps to make this world a better place than it is now. 🙂
My grandma. Because at 70 years old, she can do double leg lifts with perfectly straight legs – better than me!!!
Hi Cassey,
Woohhh i would like to join in the contest! 😀
I would absolutely share it with my best friend! When i went through a hard period in my life, she was there for me, always, even when i called her at 3:00 in the night! My mum was really ill and fighting for her life and sometimes things just get a bit too much. My friend was always there to support me, even though she was going trough a rough time herself as well. So i would definitely give her this price <3 To thank her once more and it would be perfect since she's losing weight now as well! (And i introduced her to blogilates so it would be super duper awesome if i could give her this awesome package!!).
As i read through the comments i discovered it's going to be a hard choice because there are so many amazing strong woman! Good luck to all popsters and i hope you have an amazing mothersday! <3 <3 <3
so who is the winner?
‘Though she be little she be fierce’ My daughter, 7, inspires me daily. I am not entering this contest to win. I am entering to give a shout out to the most amazing little girl. She has been bullied at school this past year, little girls are so mean. But instead of being sad or changing who she is…..she has made the choice to be happy and kind! She carries herself with dignity. As a mom I want to fix it, make it better for her, take away her pain. I told her this one night and I started crying. Her wee face looked at me and said, mommy I am happy. Those girls are mean and I cannot help that, but I don’t want to be sad, I chose happy. I nearly fell over. She gets it at 7 she gets it. Physically she is beautiful, however her real sparkle comes from her spirt, strength, and the ability to remain true to herself.
I could go on and on, I will just say that her and I both LOVE you. We one of your videos everyday. Although, my daughter, hates the 100…..says mummy I will just do more butt work, shall I? Gives me such a tickle!!
Have a great weekend with your family. And keep the challenges and videos coming!!!
XOXO
Besides my mom, my sister is very strong too! She is going through a phase of depression and I’d love to cheer her up with this kind of present!
My best friend Victoria and I literally do everything together! We are doing this thing rn where we are doing 1000 crunches a day for 22 days so we can loose just 1 pound and tone our abs for the summer 😊! We talk everyday and FaceTime all the time!
When God created the Earth, everything was made with great prescision and according to plan. In order to form our galaxy, solar system, and planet, Adam and Eve were introduced to the world to enjoy nature’s beauty. They had many descendents, but all of them were chosen individually from the midst of an infinite number of humans. I can’t be lucky enough to have a mother that happened to be a very special edition. Mothers are the greatest. They inspire us and motivate us to get better and be stronger. Without their support we would be nothing.
Hi Cassey :). How are you doing? My name is Peter-Gay and I live in Jamaica. I can truly say that everything I am today, my mom helped me to be. I too, am trying to be a good daughter and so I would definitely give the Prize Pack to my mommy dearest! For as long as I can remember my mom has always been very hard working, she takes really good care of her family and she has always been in good shape. About 3 years ago my mom became ill and had to have an hysterectomy done. My mom is a nurse and so she is very use to being up and about helping others, however that meant that she had to be on bed rest for several weeks. She recovered fairly quickly, however she started to gain weight especially in her abdominal region. As soon as she was able to begin exercising again, I told her all about you and your journey and how you encourage and inspire others to workout and be in the best mental and physical shape. I have been watching and exercising to your POP Pilates videos, following you and trying your Cheap Clean Eats recipes for several years now and I have definitely become stronger and healthier. Mom started exercising to your videos and she LOVES working out with you; she especially LOVES working out to your videos for abs because that is where she wants to focus on mainly. She has seen a significant improvement and she is continuing to work out and says that she will continue to for as long as she is able to. I see that she is becoming so much stronger and healthier and I am so PROUD of her! Thank you Cassey for helping my mom. I just want you to know that you are helping so many persons in so many ways and we appreciate you so much. What better way to treat her than to surprise her with this – a Prize Pack from Cassey! She would be so happy about that. Happy Mothers’ Day to all mothers and may you enjoy the day to the fullest! I LOVE YOU MOM! ❤❤
Oh yeah! My mom is the strongest woman in my life! I get my grit and determination from her. She taught me love. She taught me to be myself and love myself no matter what. She taught me courage and strength by living her life. She has been a single mom forever. When her health was down and people thought she couldn’t walk anymore, she refused to let that define her. Walking her to brush her teeth took more than 15 minutes. Today she lives in an apartment complex on the second floor and she takes the steps every single time she goes up and down! So yeah, if I win this it’s all hers! She deserves it and so much more. Much much more!
She’s in superb health now and that’s all coz of her mental strength!
Hi Cassey,
I’d love to give the prize pack to my mom. My momma is your biggest fan. Seriously. She have been dreaming about getting your transformation pack, but we couldn’t afford it. Anyways, my mom wanted to make changes. She wanted to have a healthier life, she wanted to lose weight, but she knew it wasn’t easy. She lost motivation, she felt fat and she was self-conscious about her body. She IS still self-conscious now. She shouldn’t be like that because she is the prettiest and she has everything, she has love and a family. I don’t know what to do. She should not be ashame of herself. All I want to do now is help her and make her smile again. I don’t know why I should win this prize pack and give it to my mother because there is a million of other stories even better than mine. But I know one thing. I know, maybe, I could give some motivation to my mom by giving her this prize pack, keeping her on track by her biggest idol. She could regain her smile and I can regain mine. I miss her smile, but I love my mom. (Sorry for my grammar and english spelling, i’m French, love from Canada xox)

I absolutely have a strong woman in my life! This goes out to Denise Mayfield my best friend! Known her since middle school and I want to use this to truly give back to her. She let me move into her home just back in March which was a huge help because I was going through a lot at the time. I was living with my ex-boyfriend and his family for almost 3 years prior to that and I was just miserable! She hated seeing me that way and I consider her strong and empowering because she is there for me when I need her and we have the most amazing friendship! She is really inspired by my healthy lifestyle and would love more than anything to have this incredible opportunity alongside me! I’ve been following Cassey pretty much since the beginning and I actually really love the PIIT series. I love the intensity as I need more cardio along with the strength training to lose the rest of my weight! I have lost about 30 lbs since November and want to keep the momentum going! I’d love to have this journey with my best friend! She will also be trying to lose all the baby weight which I think this program would suit her as well! She and I have both had a troubled past with family so we can really relate on that but we have been empowered by eachother and realize we are the TRUE meaning of family. I love her with all my heart!
Hey Cassey! I’m Emilie, 15 years old and I’m a passionate dancer from Germany.
(Update: https://uploads.disquscdn.com/images/26ff255bea076073c8afec9f9eca1e1b75037bcad3004ffe141fcdd38ed6d403.jpg Here’s a pic of what I made for my mom! <3)
I've watched your Youtubevids since July/August 2016, because I hadn't had any training session at my dance school (because of the summer break), but I wanted to stay fit! So I did your WOs like 3-4 times a week after my streching routines.
When school started again I was more busier than ever with school and my dance classes. So I neglected working out…
but then around spring break, I started to do it again (that was like in the middle of March!). I dowloaded your April Calendar and could finish it successfully. I was so proud of myself, hihi – I told like all of my friends from dance about your calendar and your videos!
So right now I'm in the middle of the May Calendar and I REALLY like the new concept of it. I have to say that although I'm a dancer and already have a good endurance, it's still hard for me to do the workout 4 times! But you always push me (and the other POPsters) to our limits!
I'm so thankful to have this opportunity to win something big like this stuff! So I recommended your channel and she’s absolutely in love with it! (She’s turning 29 in June, so I thought that would be a great gift.)
Just let me say one thing more:
Thank you for your videos, Cassey! You get me to push trough my limits and believe in myself.
I wish everyone good luck! 🙂
XOXO Emmi
(p.s.: I couldn’t say everything I wanted to say bc English isn’t my native language.<3)
Hi Cassey! I would share my gift with my Godmother (who is also my aunt) and a Popster herself! She is one of the most important women in my life <3 Not only she helped raising me, but she was also my wedding godmother, we are best friends and I'm her daughter's godmother as well. We laugh together, cry together and push each other to get stronger with blogilates! She is kind, sweet, funny and both like a mother and a sister to me. A mother is not only who gave birth to you, is mostly the person who raised you and made you who you are* Happy mothers day, for all women who raise anybody, wether if it is a son/daughter, but also nieces/nephews, granddaughters/sons, cousins, friends, etc!
I would give it to my mom who encauraged me to start doing workouts. She spend a lot of time working, but when she’s back she never complains, she has amazing energy and she’s really positive. She always supported me and helped me with my troubles. I love her so much! She’s the best and the strongest women I know!
Hey Cassey!! I think that if I were to win this I would give it to my mom because she is a huge inspiration and a very hard worker who is always at work and never has a lot of time to workout and she and I have been trying g to lose weight together do I think that this would help us both out a lot.
Hi Cassey 🙂 The strongest person in my life is my mother. Both her and i have struggled with binge eating disorders for most of our lives. Ever since a very young age, she’s been abused with words. Her own parents calling her fat, boys that she liked, etc. She’s been through points in her life where she’s starved herself, forcing herself to puke, and having to make constant visits to the doctors. She has never felt beautiful. As someone who has experienced a sliver of what she has, i know how much pain comes with being told that you’re fat. I know the feeling of staring at myself in the changeroom mirror and falling to the ground crying because i let my binging go way past my own control. I can only imagine the pain my mom must feel… having to deal with this for as long as she has. About a month ago, my mom and i made a pinky promise that we would start loving ourselves. And to do that, we need to do things for ourselves that make us happy and radiant. We came to the realization that healthy, nutritious meals made us feel that way. That the rare occasion when we would excercise, we felt beautiful and invincible. That’s what made us happy, we just forgot. So since then, we have been making choices that are making us happier than we’ve ever been. I showed her your videos and we do them together everyday on our living room floor. We cook together, and we use that time to bond and laugh- something we both needed. This lifestyle change (although it hasn’t been too too long yet) is something we never want to give up. Thankyou for being such an inspiration to both me and my beautiful mother. We love you so much Cassey and all that you do. ❤ 🙂
Is this where she tells who the winner is?
The strong woman in my life is my older sister, Sarah. She’s not just physically strong, although she’s fairly in shape, mostly from backpacking. I have always been the weaker one given some health issues that I’ve had for a few years, but she’s always been both emotionally supportive and physically available to drive me around or whatever I need, all with a great attitude.
heyy Cassey well yes i gave a strong woman i my life she is my mom. I really
care for her esspesialy for her health because she has diabetes and as a result she is overweight and i would like to offer ger a better way of lifestyle so this would be perfect umm thanks
Hey there,I would most certainly give this prize pack to my mom if I win it😻she is the best person in my life and she is always the one that supports me and helps me be a better version of my self😍😘this pack is perfect for her as she’ve been trying so hard to get fit so this might inspire her to reach her goal😍😍i love you mom and happy mother’s day💕💕
Hello Cassey, Im Diahndra from Philippines. I would share this with a beloved from of mine, Ate Kat. (ate is sister). She won the 4th place in her first 10k run in correigidor. She is amazing. She trained just two months for that! Did all diets and committed herself to that. I am the one who follows your blog (i keep doing your challenges, i even have a checklist! For which one on every month!). I told her about you and shes very happy that I exercise just like her. She deserves this more than I do. It would be an honor. She inspires me to be healthy in food and mind. She sees the world in a different pattern, I am glad to be a part of her life.
The strong woman in my life is my mother. Everyone can say so, and it’d mean different things. So what does it mean to me and in my family? I’ll tell you the story…
I was a naive girl, who managed to get a state-funded place at university in the capital of one of third-world countries. I was over the moon. I was to embark on my English studies. A high achiever in the small town I was devasted to see my fellow students were much more knowledgeable and having more opportunities than me. I was killing myself to catch up. I didn’t sleep and didn’t eat, I was too busy and stressed. At one point my jeans were about to slip from my thighs, I got so thin. My fam was far from me and when they saw me they got concerned. My mom saw my determination, and… she stated saving money for my trip to the language school in the U.K. My two siblings, and the granny with cancer were on her. My dad was trying hard, but mom had a better job, she ended up having so much pressure, but she persevered and persevered and I went to the U.K. I felt to quilty and grateful. The next year my mom managed to send me there again. Thank you, mama!
4 years passed, with the help of my husband I sent my sister to the U.K. to help her to improved her English. She did. It’s my thank you to you, mama!
All strong people have their weaknesses. For my mom it’s her fight with extra 5-7 kg. She punished herself by not buying new clothes as often as every woman is supposed to do. It breaks my heart. She waits until she gets more slender. I want the beautiful popflex sports clothes to show her she IS right now an attractive woman.
Even if i don’t win, no problem, I can buy. I just wanted to put my thank you to mama in writing.
I would also give it to my mom if not my sister. My mom has been trying to find inspiration in what to do and I think she also absolutely deserves. Again, my mom works everyday so hard and she just dosent have enough time for the gym so POP Pilates would be great for her and also cute workout clothes would be an extra piece of inspiration/motivation for her! Thanks Cassey!
My best friend Deborah, she is always there for me and I am for her. She is amazing and we always give it each other motivation. We workout together and help each other through hard times and depression. It would mean the world if we won.
Hi Cassey! I hope your family weekend trip went well — can’t wait to see the photos! I’m from the PNW but moved to the midwest for grad school and miss the beach so much! Thankfully I’ve got the great lakes out here which are a reasonable substitute 😉
Despite the many strong women in my life, I would have to give the Prize Pack to one of my best friends, Stefani. She actually introduced me to you, so I’m obviously eternally grateful to her for that! More than that, she has just continued to be the best friend a girl could want — despite being thousand of miles away (she’s from Seattle, too), she is SO GOOD at staying in touch, and even just came out to visit me (not many people volunteer to spend a week’s vacation in Michigan, but she did)! One of the best things we did when she was here was run our FIRST half marathon together! This girl and I were barely working out a few months ago, and she committed to this crazy plan to run and do your videos to increase our strength and flexibility! She held me accountable for working out, especially when we didn’t want to. I couldn’t have done it without her, and I’m so proud of her dedication and determination to finish that race. Since finishing that, we’ve both re-committed to staying fit, active, and healthy! I’m lucky to have her as a constant source of inspiration, wisdom, and strength, and I know she’d be over-the-moon to win the prize pack!
I would give it to my sister because she really wants motivation to workout but she dosent feel like she has anything for it so She would really find it cute workout clothes! She also deserves it because she’s been working everyday and she feels like she dosent spend time working on herself.
I would give it to my best friend!
Hi Cassey I hope you read my earlier comments…might have posted too many times lol 😅 when will this be announced?
My moms means the world to me even though I disagree with a lot of things that she tells me. I now understand it was all to benefit me and my future. You just have to realize that no matter what your mom is always going to be there and I know that she’s been through a lot because of me. I would dedicate this prize to my mom because I love her❤️🙂
Love you Cassey! I would give to my momma!! Xoxoxoxooxo💕💕💕💕
Hi Cassey! I am entering to show my love and appreciation for my older sister! She is my best friend and had stuck by me through the hardest times. I think she deserves this because she is getting married in 10 months and she is looking for the perfect way to get fit! I told her about PIIT and she said it looked amazing! She has done LOADS of your PIIT workouts that are on YT and she has noticed results already! Before she got engaged, she was severely depressed and had suicidal thoughts. She would love some new workout clothes to make her feel better as she is still depressed. Thank you For reading this and I hope I can give my sister a wonderful wedding!
My mom….is my mentor in life. Whenever I felt like i couldn’t make it through life, she was ALWAYS there to push me through it and she would do all that was in her power to help me achieve my dreams. Sometimes, even she is kinda weird like me, doing cute little dances when her favourite song is up and joking with me and bickering about little things even though she is 52 and I am just 14. I love her for who she is and all the sacrifices she has made for me to make me who I am. I LOVE YOU MOM!!…..AND YOU TOO CASSEY!!… for making me stronger and more confident in myself.
Hi Cassey,
I would like to thank you for all these amazing opportnities that you give us! I am a big fan of your 28 Day Reset program! You are amazing! If I happen to win this prize, I would undoubtedly give it to my daughter. These couple of years have been a true hell for her as she has been studying literally day and night for her exams in order to enroll in university (she wants to study law). I am so proud of her as she never strayed from her dream of becomng a lawyer and she showed a lot of resilience in the process. Sometimes I think that if I were in her shoes, I wouldn’t have been able to cope with this heavy workload, juggling school, university exams, external exams and all of this while staying in contact with all of her friends and other family members (my husband and I don’t live together, so I know that she can feel his absence from time to time). She loves your exercise programs, your cheap clean recipes but as she has been overwhelmed with her studies, she didn’t have time to exercise as much she had planned to. As a result she has grown quite insecure of her body and no matter how much I tell her that she is beautiful and smart and has absolutely no reason to worry about her looks whatsoever, I don’t seem to be able to get through to her and now her prom is coming soon. That is why if I had the chance of winning this prize, I would give it to her without a sparing a single thought.
And all that she does.
For my mother.
Thanks Cassey for such an opportunity and I would love to win the pack to hand it out to my mom as her gift on mother’s day as she’s been the best, most supportive, most generous person in the world💕💕💕😍😍😍
Once upon a time,
in a land called Macedonia,
a place not so prime,
there lived Marija,
a girl willing to shine.
She had not siblings
who would in difficult times
heal those smug feelings
which could sometimes
hurt her wings.
Marija feared not,
she met a friend
who same name had got,
and promised to amend
Marija’s heart should she ought.
As time flew,
their bond improved,
and together they grew.
Then the friend moved,
but their friendship remained true.
As studious as she was,
Marija focused on learning,
and when she needed a pause,
she felt a yearning
to upgrade her flaws.
Blogilates she discovered,
where every day Cassey Ho
got her routine covered.
It hurt, but Cassey was not a foe,
she merely got everyone empowered.
What about the friend, you wonder?
Marija introduced her to Blogilates,
and the friend grew fonder
of working out pilates,
without having to much ponder.
Now Marija is hopeful
that a gift she will gain
from a person so beautiful
and not vain.
We would be so thankful!
OMG, it’s so hard to write a poem in a language different than your native one! (though even in my native language it would be difficult for me!)
It literally took me 3 hours to write this! I just hope you’ll read this Cassey <3
I hope that from all of this, you could conclude that the pack would be for my best friend, whose name is also Marija, like mine!
We're both from Macedonia, but she went to study in the US, in Stony Brook, so we see each other only in summer, when she comes back. However, we constantly talk on social media, and I hooked her up on Blogilates :3 :3 :3. I see her as a strong person, because even though she didn't have much money to pay for a US university, she managed to find a solution.
Aside this, studying in a foreign country alone is nerve wrecking, especially when it's so far away. And she still managed to fit in, study, find several jobs, and do research at the same time. If that isn't strength, then I don't know what is!
Love,
Marija
I’d like to give the Prize Pack to my best friend Johanna, whom I introduced to Blogilates at the end of last year. Johanna is a strong, kind and intelligent woman, and she’s really important to me. She has not always been in love with her body, but in the last couple of months I’ve noticed that she’s really began to glow! My friend has rediscovered the joy of exercising and taking long walks out in the nature, and it has really improved her body image. She seems so cheerful now. <3 I'm sure that some cute new active wear would encourage her to continue on the good path that's clearly making her happier and healthier. Besides, she has never tried PIIT28 before. We live quite far away from each other, so it would be a lot of fun doing PIIT together! 🙂
Of course I am biased, but my mother is definitely the strongest and loveliest woman on this Earth. Her grace and spirit precede her and she is my queen. She grew up in Nigeria as one of 11 children in an extremely poor family. Her mother was not allowed to go to school since it was seen as useless to give women an education but she made sure to give it all she had so that my mother would go to school, at the expense of eating herself or buying clothing when her clothes were tattered. Although she only had one pair of shoes and 3 outfits all throughout her nursing school days, she made. Since there was a shortage of nurses in America at the time, they recruited my mother. She came here to NY and worked all day, living in a foreign land with weather that she had never seen before after just having her second child (my sister was 2 weeks old when my mother had to leave for America), she worked and brought my father, brother and sister here over a year later and they’ve been living here for the last 25 years. She made her way from an RN to a nurse practitioner, part-time professor and PhD student currently doing her dissertation while still taking care of her 4 children and husband and her other responsibilities (including providing education for her family back in Nigeria and paying for 3 children in college). She has worked this hard and excelled at everything, but it has been at her health’s expense. She has been following your cheap clean eats series and sometimes does your monthly calendars (we’re still struggling with your new one but it’s a nice change of pace). However, her lack of time has definitely been a factor in stopping her from exercising as much as she should. She has recently been diagnosed with hypertension, a disease that with proper eating habits and exercise routine can easily be controlled and I think that PIIT 28 will help her so much to take control of her health and start helping herself as much as she helps others. I thank you so much for this opportunity and I say Happy Mother’s Day to all the mother’s out there, both biological and otherwise. Thank you for reading this.
Yaaaaaaasssss Cassey!!💃💃💕💕I would most certainly give this prize pack to my mom if I win it😻she is the best person in my life and she is always the one that supports me and helps me be a better version of my self😍😘this pack is perfect for her as she’ve been trying so hard to get fit so this might inspire her to reach her goal😍😍i love you mom and happy mother’s day💕💕
Another incredibly strong women I am lucky enough to call a best friend is Jayme. We’ve known each other for almost 8 years now and have been through so much together, including a cancer diagnosis and a move to Germany. I am always amazed at her ability to make friends with anyone she meets and to find joy and happiness everywhere she goes.
I would most certainly give this prize pack to my mom if I win it😻she is the best person in my life and she is always the one that supports me and helps me be a better version of my self😍😘this pack is perfect for her as she’ve been trying so hard to get fit so this might inspire her to reach her goal😍😍i love you mom and happy mother’s day💕💕
It’s hard to encapsulate what my mother means to me, especially with so many years of memories now (ah!). However! I shall try below and describe this power woman role model I have had my whole life ❤️💪❤️
The story:
Anyone who knows me knows I love me some dolphins. 🐬🐬 Ever since I was small I had stuffed dolphins, was reading about Jacques Cousteau and planning my life to save the dolphins as a marine biologist. So when the opportunity came up for me to pet a dolphin on a family trip, there was nothing I wanted more. And my parents, the wonderful people they are, made it happen.
So, as I waited in line to have my turn, I suddenly realized how BIG dolphins are, and this one was twice the length of me. Quickly, I was planning my retreat to the dolphins in the books I read and away from the waterfront. Then enters my mother. She undoubtedly saw the fear on my face and my plan starting to unfold. But, instead of taking me home, she told me she loved me, supported any decision I would make concerning said dolphin, but that I should give it a go before ruling out the experience. So, slightly reluctantly and with an amazing amount of trepidation, I stepped in the water, and realized: petting a dolphin was AWESOME. It was everything I thought it would be.
I will always carry the memory of my first dolphin encounter, and how it felt to conquer a fear. But it wouldn’t have happened if my mother hadn’t encouraged me to be brave, have courage, and try things before judging them.
It’s with this motto I live my life, and it wouldn’t have been possible without my mother. ❤️❤️I love you Mom! ❤️
My mom inspires me more than anyone I have ever known. She is the most loving and caring person, who always puts everyone else’s needs before her own. Our family has been going through a rough time, and she has always been the one making it possible for us to get through it. My mom loves running, but two years ago my sister fell of her horse and has therefore been struggling with many problems such as not being able to go to school and having chronic headaches because of her brain. My mother ran in her high heels when she found out about my sister and ended up injuring her foot. She loves running, but she can’t do it anymore because of her injury, so she has been working out with me and my sister doing Blogilates videos. Both me and my sister have been doing your workouts for about 2-3 years and it has been such a relief for her to be able to do something other than laying in bed. My mom has been amazing and she inspires me every day and every second of life. She has saved my sister from not being able to do anything to be capable of many things that makes her happy – including exercising.
My mom is a superhero and she is the most positive woman, that always help people in need. If I can just be half as caring and loving as she is, I will be more than satisfied.
I have only gotten one thing left to say and that is for you and the entire Blogilatescommunity – Your videos are inspirering and both my sister, my mother and myself are working out with you everyday – so thank you Casey, for helping us getting through the rough times and making our everyday life easier.
I have quite a few strong women in my life, one of them being one of my best friends, Rachel. Her strength and independence continues to amaze me. She has been there for me through my entire recovery for surgery for cancer and absolutely deserves this prize pack. I will never be able to thank her enough for her friendship.
I would give the Prize Pack to my good friend Melissa! She and I would work out and challenge each other and lust over the many cool workout gears from time to time and then talk about when we could afford them in the future haha. We now live thousands of miles apart, different countries and different continents. But we still encourage each other to work out, stay positive, stay motivated and take care of our health- physically and mentally. We’v been good friends since middle school and now we are both graduates of university, working towards our goals. I am so grateful to have her in my life and I am excited to see where we are in just a couple of years!
Hi Cassey!
I am lucky that I have a lot of strong women in my life that continue to inspire me everyday. However, one person in particular is my mom. She is one of the most hardworking and compassionate person I know. I know that she will love the Prize Pack as she is trying to integrate healthy behaviors in her lifestyle. Thank you for the opportunity!
Hi Cassey,
I’m Sabrina from Germany. And I really loved to share this with my mother. Not only because it’s Mothers Day, but because my mom always wanted to start working out and this year she finaly did! This would be a perfect way of saying “mom I’m proud and I belive in you”. Cause she is always worrying if she could do it and keep it up.
Never begged for winnig this much!
love,
Sabrina
I would give the Prize Pack to my mom. She has done a lot of me that I am extremely grateful for, so I would like to give something to her that I know she will love. Recently, she has been experimenting with healthy foods and finding ways to live a healthier lifestyle. For someone who has always made sacrifices for her family, I want to give something back that I know she will be excited to try. Thanks for the opportunity.
Yeah! of course…my mother! She is the reason why I am writing this now. She always wants to lose weight by just to quit meals but this isn’t really healthy, isn’t it? so this could actually help her..and my father could try this too! He has enormous weight struggles..jep! and …. Hi, I am Sarah from Germany and I am wishing every Mother here happy Mothers Day;)
Hi Cassey! I would love to win this, but I think there are others who need this more than me. I just want to thank you for all the great workouts you make, and the workout calendars. I am loving the May calendar very much! It’s straight forward and quick. 28 minutes and you’re done! I also LOVE the body toning boot camp series!!! Great PIIT style workouts that are low impact, quiet, but affective. Maybe some day I can purchase PIIT and the 28 day reset package, but for now I’m just doing the calendars, doing some of the cheap clean eats recipes, and eating as healthy as possible. Also I’d love it if you could do some more calve workouts. I work out alone but it doesn’t feel like I’m alone because you’re always right there pushing me. Thanks for being so positive and encouraging. ❤️❤️❤️
I would love to win this prize pack for my mom, she is so hard working and does everything for our family, she and my boyfriend and the only two most supportive people in my life and they have impacted my life so much, especially my mom who has been there for me every step of my little journey. My mom always makes sure I am okay and does the very best for me. I got really sick just a few days ago and she stayed by my side the entire time until I got better. She was so dedicated to help me and she showed so much care. I want to thank her for that by surprising her with the prize pack. We aren’t too financially stable so id love to surprise her with such an amazing gift!
I would most certainly give this prize pack to my mom if I win it😻she is the best person in my life and she is always the one that supports me and helps me be a better version of my self😍😘this pack is perfect for her as she’ve been trying so hard to get fit so this might inspire her to reach her goal😍😍i love you mom and happy mother’s day💕💕
To the strong woman I ever have
Hi casey I’m Emma,17 years old from Philippines, back when I was 15 years old I already watch your videos. I’m so inspired by your exercises and routines. I also followed your daily exercises task given posted on your calendar. So here it is. When I suffered from my pulmonary disease my mom immediately took me to the emergency room, She was so worried and I couldn’t helped her but to left her with silence, I don’t know what to do, I’m suffering from lack of breathing and my mom don’t know where to get money for my hospital bills. As I got recover from that my mom always look after me, she always watch over me and see what am I doing. We have this ACP class or cadet class for training in our military awareness in our school. I wanted to be one of the officer and a leader to my batch but when I told that to my mom, she don’t want me to get involved wit it because I was having a difficult on breathing and pulmonary disease. So at first I was saddened because of it but I didn’t stop persuing that, even the training has done already I never stop exercising I have to prove to my mom that I’m strong and I can fight.
My mom saw everything, from the beginning until now. My mom where so proud of me that she even watch you also because you made her inspired being a healthy person, but another tragic thing happened. My mom got a galstone and she has to operate immediately. We have different scenarios and different case but we have the same problem. And that is me and mom having unhealthy lifestyle. I saw her suffering from the pain and I stoped doing exercises. Not because I don’t have trust on it anymore or I don’t believe, it’s because I have to focus on my moms health. After the operation I was so relieved knowing that she were fine. I know she can do that. She is a strong woman. So I dedicate this letter for my mom. Despite of her past even if she didn’t graduated from collage because my lolo or grandfather wants her to help at our farm. He doesn’t want my mom to study that’s why my mom left their house and find a stable job. She studied dressmaker as vocational courses and she beg for the owner to let her have a job and the owner give her chance and she never fail to lose that chance given. When my mom went back to their home town she still pursue to graduate even if its just highschool she still dreamt of graduating. And that’s the best mom for me. Never turning back and always fight fight fight.
Even if I didn’t win on your giveaway. I wanted to thank my mom. For being a strong independent womamn who accept all the difficult challenges and trails that came into her life. My mom is not just strong. She is super strong. She can manage us her 3 daughters. She wakes up early preparing our breakfast and needs going to school. My mom is amazing, for she taught me all the beautiful things in this world that our eyes cannot be seen but can be felt by our heart. If I win this giveaway. This pack is for my mom. We can exercise and bond together after she recover from her operation. For my mom who sacrificed everysingle thing that she has. For the love that she have. I love my mom. I love her with all of my heart. A strong woman who bears 3 childs in her womb. She got labor for us. She bear us for 9 months without hesitation. She loved us no matter what. My mom is irreplaceable because our life is connected to her no matter what. Ad that’s every child wants, getting connected with their mother. So Casey Ho, thanks for having this opportunity to reflect on. Thank you for making me and my Mom inspired. Thank you also for being part of a strong woman community. Even if everyone bullied you back then, you still stand up and face them with proud and happiness. I adore your strength and weaknesses because that makes a woman Strong and powerful. Thank you. Wishes to win . 🙂🙂

I would give the prize pack to my mommy! She’s the reason why I get up every morning to work out. She loves your videos so much, and this prize pack would mean so much to her.
I’d share it with my sister who’s also pretty much my best friend. She inspires me so much, her fitness journey is incredible and I admire her for that so much. Thanks to her I even got to know you, Cassey and without her I wouldn’t start working out or I’d start but wouldn’t continue. Although we do argue sometimes we always get back to being best friends just a few moments after. ❤️
I would give the prize pack to my mother, who is the strongest and kindest woman I know. She has sacrificed SO much for me, and yet I haven’t really been able to spoil her as much as she deserves. 🙁 I love her so much and I would give the world to her if I could.
I would give the prize pack to my mother, who has been my constant supporter all throughout my fitness journey. I’m thankful for every healthy school lunch that my mother has packed for me ever since I decided to start eat better. I’m thankful for having a workout buddy who pushes me to get moving every morning. I’m thankful for every time she’s told me how beautiful I am–she even helped me overcome my eating disorder. This prize pack would be the perfect way for me to thank her for everything that she’s done for me, and she would look REALLY cute wearing that POPFLEX gear! 🙂
Love you Cassey! 💕 (I just talked to you on YouTube, almost peed my pants when you responded! I was fan girling!) I don’t know if it’s too late to enter again, but , why not, you know?😂
So anyway, I would give this to my momma or sister!
I would love to win this for my beautiful mother she wants to start exercising, so this would be perfect for her💗
Growing up I never saw my mother as strong- she was smart, beautiful and funny but other mother’s were stronger. A ballet dancer and lawyer she was definitely talented but emotionally she was fragile. It’s difficult to explain where I come from or the relationship my mother had with her own but a compound of reasons left her to never reach out to anyone but myself for help through eating disorders or depression. She always felt worthless and I did too. She encouraged me to read, to be athletic, to work hard and I was hell bent on giving my other and myself a better life but I couldn’t control my own self image and I went on my first crazy diet by 12. At 16 when I started to eat normally I gained an unhealthy amount of weight.
I remember my mother telling me that I was beautiful and to just exercise and eat healthy. I told her I couldn’t understand how she could look at herself and never feel gorgeous but look at me in a way where I knew she genuinely admired me. Looking back through our relationship, I think that was the day I grew up- when I realised that my mum was strong, that she was human and we were both figuring things out together. Today, we are both much healthier and whether it’s working out to a blogilates video or pushing the other to meet a work deadline- we train the other to be stronger <3 Needless to say I would def gift the prize pack to my Mum- no one I'd rather workout with. Happy Mother's Day everyone and a big thanks from us to you Cassie <3
I would give the prize pack to my mother, who is my #1 workout partner and meal-planning buddy! She helped me overcome obesity by working out with me and taking the time to pack healthy school lunches for me every morning. I’m so thankful to have a supportive mother like her, and giving her this prize pack is just one way for me to show my gratitude. <3
I would most certainly give this prize pack to my mom if I win it😻she is the best person in my life and she is always the one that supports me and helps me be a better version of my self😍😘this pack is perfect for her as she’ve been trying so hard to get fit so this might inspire her to reach her goal😍😍i love you mom and happy mother’s day💕💕
I would give the prize pack to my mom because she’s the woman who molded me into the strong person that I am today. Without her, I probably would’ve given up on life long ago. She only deserves the best, and this is why I believe she deserves to win this prize pack.
Cassey, you have helped me and my mother achieve so much among our fitness goals, and we’re extremely thankful for that. Before, I couldn’t even hold a plank for 30 seconds, but now, I can hold one for almost 5 minutes! Meanwhile, you’ve helped my mother see working out as something to look forward to, because you’re always so perky in your videos. It’s crazy how your workouts are SO effective yet still beginner-friendly. I would give this prize pack to my favorite workout partner, my mom. I believe it would be symbolic of our fitness journey, which all began with your channel. Thank you so much for this opportunity, and happy Mother’s Day to your mom and all the hard-working moms out there as well! <3

PS. A picture of my amazing and gorgeous strong woman I ever had.
A strong woman in my world is defined by one word- mom. She is strong, beautiful, caring, considerate, and everything I aspire to be. Recently she had two disks in her back collapse, which is unimaginably painful. She has powered through this pain and put her family above her own comfort. She has never been a fan of working out, yet she still does her exercises at least once a day to help herself heal. She is so committed to everything she does from raising three kids to being vegetarian. She deserves more thanks than I could ever give.
I would love to win this prize pack for my mom, she is so hard working and does everything for our family, she and my boyfriend and the only two most supportive people in my life and they have impacted my life so much, especially my mom who has been there for me every step of my little journey. We aren’t too financially stable so id love to surprise her with such an amazing gift!
I would give this prize pack to my mom. We’ve been fans of yours since we discovered your channel in 2014. Thanks to you, we’ve been workout buddies since then. 🙂 We absolutely LOVE your videos! I believe she deserves the prize pack because she has been my number one partner and motivator in my fitness journey, right from the beginning. This would be a great way for me to thank her for being by my side and helping me achieve my goals. (AND it would be a great opportunity for us to be matchy while we work out! :D)
I’d like to give this to my best friend, Alva. We’ve known each other for almost 4 years now and for these 4 years she’s inspired me in more ways than I can count. She always inspires and encourages me, which makes me feel like ecouraging others. She’s also a real hard-worker, working really hard in school and towards where she wants to be in life, she works for herself and what she wants, and she follows her dreams, which inspire me to reach my dreams. She’s helped me so so much, with school work, with life.. And I’d like to give her this because she’s my workout partner and partner in crime, we actuallly got to know each other when we went for a run together at camp 🙂 She is a strong, inspiring woman who uplifts everyone around her and spread amazing energy, love and positivity.
Thank you SO much for this giveaway, Cassey! I would give the prize pack to my mom. She’s a huge fan of yours and loves doing Blogilates workouts with me! She has proven that age is just a number. I’m sure she would really appreciate a gift like this.
I would give the prize pack to my mom because she’s extremely dedicated to staying healthy even as she ages. Four years ago, she had a serious illness, and this completely changed her lifestyle and inspired her to make better choices for her health. Since then, she has never, ever thought of giving up. I believe this prize pack would be a GREAT reward for all the hard work she’s put into her fitness journey and for all the progress she’s made. Thank you for this opportunity, Cassey. Happy Mother’s Day to your mom! 🙂 <3

I would most certainly give this prize pack to my mom if I win it😻she is the best person in my life and she is always the one that supports me and helps me be a better version of my self😍😘this pack is perfect for her as she’ve been trying so hard to get fit so this might inspire her to reach her goal😍😍i love you mom and happy mother’s day💕💕
The person I would share this with, would be my mum. She has been struggling with her weight and self esteem now that she’s over 50. She’s always been, or in some cases tried to be, supportive of the things I do. As a single mum it hasn’t been easy for her, so it’s only right that I try to return the favour any way I can. I know it helps her a lot when I support new things she’s trying. Just as much as it helps me, knowing that she believes in me and what I do. To be able to share this with her would mean the world to both of us.
I have the strongest woman In my life! She is my mama. My mom was the second wife to my dad! Yes guys polygamy can you imagine that? I don’t know how she did it. She had 11 pregnancys. Two of which ended in miscarriage’s at around 4 months! So my mama raised 9 beautiful kids. She was so poor when she first got married and she still made every holiday and every birthday so special. She takes the time to spend with each of us and has a complete bond with all of us! Can you imagine that. We all feel like she is our best friend. She ended up leaving my dad because she couldn’t handle the pain of sharing her husband and he died of a massive heart attack 10 months later. It was so devastating loosing our dad. One of the hardest things I’ve been through. But my mom is super mom and stepped right in and did her best to fill both the rolls as a mother and as a father. She cooked cleaned and loved us and she also provided for us our every wants and needs! She is truly a super mom and I love her so much
Well wishes from me, Cassey! The moment I saw his post, immediately I think the one that deserves this post is Chloe Lisann, my love. She is a certified Pop Pilates instructor and she has immerse passion to give back to others with health & fitness. With that in mind, your programme has changed her into someone that is utterly strong and positive to tackle daily journey. I had depression from not able to achieve what I wanted and it had been going on for few years. Apart from my loving family, Chloe tried her very best to nurse me into good mental form. She found you via YouTube and straight away she knew she could look up to you in term of standing up for underdogs. It’s no question when she believes in your ideals, she was patient with my antics and therefore I saw her efforts. She introduced me to Pop Pilates and I, too, benefited a lot from it! Not only on the health side, I managed to keep my head bobbing according to the chereography beats!!! After that, she created a company with me and she organised a weekend Pop Pilates community class. Her goal is to simply assimilate people of all fitness levels into her infectious Pop Pilates experience. We managed to change people and their confidence. In conclusion, I strongly believe that Chloe will make the best of your resources to change lives when she gets this. Why? The old depressed me will say so. 😊
Love you Cassey! ( just talked on YouTube to you and I freaked out! I was totally fan girling !) I don’t know if I can still enter… but if I can , why not, you know?😂 so um I would give to to my momma! Love ya, girl!
I would most certainly give this prize pack to my mom if I win it😻she is the best person in my life and she is always the one that supports me and helps me be a better version of my self😍😘this pack is perfect for her as she’ve been trying so hard to get fit so this might inspire her to reach her goal😍😍i love you mom and happy mother’s day💕💕
Hey Cassie ! If I win this giveway I would share it with my best friend because she makes me believe in me more than everyone and we went through hell together and if I am still trying it is thanks to her. She is the reason why I am still fighting <3
I would definitely give the Prize Pack to my mom. She was my first fitness inspiration, as she has been running on the treadmill almost every day for as long as I can remember. She does push-ups, sit-ups, pull-ups–the whole shebang–and she showed me that exercise can be something fun. Beyond that, she has taught me how to eat right and enjoy good clean food; she taught me to love languages; she inspired me to study linguistics in college; she loves to explore ideas with me; she listens to my problems when I’m in a bad mood and offers advice; and she is always willing and excited to participate in my crazy adventures. I am so grateful to have her in my life. She undoubtedly deserves a little something nice.
I would share this with my friend I met in college. She was the one who got me involved with working out and made me more conscious of what foods I put into my body. She was my work out buddy and motivated me to do that extra double leg lift or run that extra 0.5 mile. She’s strong physically and mentally and aspires to be a doctor! I hope the prize will motivate her to keep working out since we are out of college now and the gym is further!
Hi Cassey,
I’m Sabrina from Germany. And I really loved to share this with my mother. Not only because it’s Mothers Day, but because my mom always wanted to start working out and this year she finaly did! This would be a perfect way of saying “mom I’m proud and I belive in you”. Cause she is always worrying if she could do it and keep it up.
Never begged for winnig this much!
love,
Sabrina
My mom is my inspiration to stay strong. No matter what life’s thrown at her she’s always shown such strength. She has been a single mom most of my life. She has done so much to show me and my little sister how to be treated. She has the world on her shoulders and I hope my kids look up to me like I do to her. We may hot always get along burnished always been my best friend. I want her to get more active to help with her heart health. Hope everyone enjoys there day with their mothers. Though mine is hundreds of miles away I send her my love.
YAAS CASSEY..I would most certainly give this prize pack to my mom if I win it😻she is the best person in my life and she is always the one that supports me and helps me be a better version of my self😍😘this pack is perfect for her as she’ve been trying so hard to get fit so this might inspire her to reach her goal😍😍i love you mom and happy mother’s day💕💕
If I won, I’d give this gift to my mom. She has been through a lot. She did not grow up with a dad and has never had the best relationship with her mom growing up. The only dad in her life was my grandpa since she was 17, but unfortunately he passed away almost 7 years ago. We are in major debt due to taxes and I know my mom would appreciate some new workout clothes. We both would like to buy, but we can’t afford your clothing right now. It would mean the world if I won this for mom mom. I want to do this for her for Mother’s Day today. We love you Cassey. Please pick us!

I wish I could win the giveaway 🙁 I’ll try anyway. I think I’d give it to my mom. She is everything I have right now and she is kinda my only family. She’s a sporty human being and she’ll love it! She did a lot of things to lose weight since she gave up dancing to marry dad. I think that was a bad mistake she did but I’m supporting her anyway. She takes care of me and my sister all by herself and I think she desirves to be taken care of because she’s still at a somehow young age and her life won’t be over soon like she says it will. If her mom didn’t respect her and treated her right (because she had to take care of her siblings and give up school ) at least we can do something to bright up her life. I’ve entered many giveaways before and I thank you Cassey for every oportunity you give us! Happy international mother day to everyone’s mother and every mother reading that!
The strongest woman I know and truely my inspiration is my mom. My familiy have been through a lot, and when things where at it worst my mom got cancer – but still she stayed strong and was always there for us when we needed it. She always stays strong and she is there when you need a shoulder to cry on or someone to talk to.
My mom survived cancer and had a smile on her face through the entire “Journey” even though she felt like shit some days and she lost a lot a weight. But it has always inspired me and showed me that you can get trough everything as long as you have someone you love and who loves you by your side – and I know i have my mom trough thick and thin.
I always had a lot of problems with how I look and my weight and social anxiety, and my mom have stood by my side everytime I had a break down. She was there to cook me healthy food when i started a diet, help me stay motivated to go to the gym and tell me how beautiful I am know matter what and that is no matter how bad she felt herself.
She is truely my inspiration and a strong woman and I want to give back to her what she gave me. I know she always wanted to start training again – but her work hours are at night and it stops her from doing a lot of the things she want to because she don’t want to do it alone in the day times where all her friends are at work. So I thought if I won I would share it with her and maybe give her some motivation to get started again – give her a smile on her lips and maybe som new ideas on how to live healthy
My strong woman in my life is my mom. She’s always encouraging me to do my best. Recently in Febuary, I started doing Pop Pilates because it was something I could do at home to work out. I wanted to get more fit and strong. A little bit afterwards, my mom started having some problems with the medication she takes and had to go to the hospital about two times. She has high blood pressure and a high heart rate (I don’t know how to spell the name for the high heart rate problem). My mom most likely inherited the high heart rate and high blood pressure from her mom. Once my mom got older, she inherited the high heart rate and high blood pressure from her. In order to improve her condition, she needs to exercise more to be more fit. Despite her conditions, my mom continues to work and try to her very best. She is a real estate broker and I know that is a hard job considering how many people you have to work with. Yet, my mom tries to incorpate walking into her busy schedule. Sometimes I walk with my mom and I enjoy our time together. My mom inspires me to continue working hard at doing Pop Pilates. She used to be a model when she was younger so I know she is able to work hard as she did when she was younger. Maybe my mom and I could also do Pop Pilates together because I do know she would like to also try it. Happy Mother’s Day!
Hi Casseyy! U have great idea about the trip with your family, I think that it will be great and youll will enjoy it as much as u can!:) And about the prize.. One part will have I and the second part I would give another popster or to my best friend. I think that it’s okey.😊💙 Good luck for everyone!
Hi Casey,
I would give the prize pack to my mother, Mary Jane! My mother was one of eleven (!!) children and she is now an amazing mother of four and a grandmother of one. She is the HARDEST worker I have ever known. She is an incredible nurse and has worked with numerous populations including infants in the intensive care unit and individuals waiting for heart transplants. My mother has taught me everything I know about dedication, work ethic, and professionalism. Growing up she worked nights so she could be with us during the day. She went back to college to earn her degree, WHILE working a full time job, WHILE raising four children. When I was in high school, she worked 60 to 70 hour work weeks and took care of her mother. She is one of those people that gives and gives, even when she has nothing left to give. Now in her 60’s, she is looking to get back into shape. Unfortunately, she was diagnosed with Sarcoidosis in her lungs several years ago. Aerobic activity is extremely difficult for her, but pilates is perfect! I would be honored to give her the prize pack!
Margo
I would love to win this prize pack for my mom, she is so hard working and does everything for our family, she and my boyfriend and the only two most supportive people in my life and they have impacted my life so much, especially my mom who has been there for me every step of my little journey. My mom always makes sure I am okay and does the very best for me. I got really sick just a few days ago and she stayed by my side the entire time until I got better. She was so dedicated to help me and she showed so much care. I want to thank her for that by surprising her with the prize pack. We aren’t too financially stable so id love to surprise her with such an amazing gift!
Hi Cassey!
If I were to win the prize pack, I would share it with my mom. She works so hard to keep our family going, to make us all happy, and do all the best for us. She struggles a lot as she doesn’t always get a lot of support in her life (I try to be there for her as much as possible, but she lacks support from the rest of our family members), she also had a rough past with little to no support at all. I want to help her out to motivate her to workout with me as she has always wanted to be as dedicated to workouts as I am. I am sure that the prize pack would motivate her more than I have tried to motivate her myself. We both have an active lifestyle but she again struggles with that too sometimes. Getting her on board to workout with me would create an even stronger bond between us and would give us an opportunity to spend more time together especially since our lives (school, work, etc.) make it a little difficult most of the time and we barely spend much time together. My mom has always loved the pieces from the POPFLEX collections and I am sure she would love to get an outfit as a surprise. I know I would love to surprise her with that but it is difficult for us because we don’t have enough finances to splurge on more than what is necessary so treating ourselves is a little tough. It would be a dream come true to win this prize pack and surprise my mom with an outfit and the PIIT28 transformation pack. 🙂
My sister Janelle has always been the one in my family I look up to most. She has been my inspiration athletically, academically and now as a mother. She not only loves her own three children with all of her heart, but just this year she adopted a little girl from China and has put her heart and soul into loving that little girl. I nominate Janelle as a strong woman because of all she does for everyone else in her life, constantly thinking of others and putting the needs of others before her own. She is the epitome of selflessness and to me that shows strength beyond herself.
Hello! Well, first of all, I’m fully aware of my chances of winning this, especially reading some of the responses here: full of inspiration and love. So many people here deserve this prize so bad.
At this point I’m just writing to blab a bit about my mom, with whom, of course, I’d be sharing this with. I could write a whole book about her accomplishes as a professional, as a mother, or as a woman. But since the price is workout clothes and a workout program I’d like to keep that as a theme, so this writing will be about what a wonderful job she did as a fitness role model.
Here it goes.
I don’t know how long my mom has been into exercise. More than my entire lifetime, to say the least. She wakes up at 6am to have a jog before work, and she does a toning routine in the evening when she comes back. Now, I’m not saying this to show off her skills or commitment, because for her it has never been about that. She does what makes her happy, and exercise makes her happy. She taught me to love working out, just for how great you feel when you do. She let me try tennis, ballet, basketball, football… and let me drop out if I wasn’t enjoying it (in the case of football it was just a couple of days… I really didn’t like football). Then, both she and I tried pilates, and we both fell in love, especially because it was something we could do together in the comfort of our home. It’s been years since I’ve moved out, but one day a long time ago, during one of our daily calls, I told her I found this youtube channel where this girl makes a workout playlist every day, which includes cardio and pilates. Now, through this ocean that keeps us apart, blogilates (I hope nobody doubted which youtube channel I was talking about) has become this little something that brings us together. Every day, in our talks, we discuss how the workout was that day, how much we hated it, how sore we are, and how much we love it.
Hi Cassey!
Please please do the vlog! I would love to watch it!
I would really like to give this prize to my mum so that she can get some new active wear for herself and not mention that the designs are amazing?! I mean who doesn’t like looking cute at the gym right?
There aren’t enough to describe my mom. She is the strongest person I know. She is selfless and tries to give me the absolute best. She supports ALL of my dreams and goals even when one of them includes putting thousands of miles between her 18 year old barely becoming an adult. She encourages my dreams and pushes me to do things I never thought I could do. She cheers me up when I am sad and makes the fun times even more fun. She is the most incredible woman I know and I will never be able to repay her for everything she’s done for me. However, I will spend my life trying. She inspires me and loves me unconditionally which is all I could ever ask for.
Hey cassey!! First of all I LOVE YOU!! I love ur videos your energy and just how postice you are!!!!! 💓💓 I would like to win this giveaway for my sister because for a while now both of us have been wanting to have a transformation and we’ve never really got the chance to 🙁 we’ve been running and doing blogilates for ages but we haven’t properly lost weight and it’s sad because we both used to to be called fat but since stating to work out that has reduced but not completely gone away, my sister always inspires my to work harder and go faster when I’m running and doing your workouts!!! My bestie is the strongest woman I know. Always going through life with a positive attitude!
I would definitely give this pack to my mum because she is superwoman to me and is the strongest woman I know both on the inside and outside. She never fails to remind me of how beautiful I am and I want to use this prize to also remind her that she is the most beautiful woman to me. I just know that she will love this prize!
Hi Casseyy! U have great idea about the trip with your family, I think that it will be great and youll will enjoy it as much as u can!:) And about the prize.. I would give this to my mom. My whole life she has taken everything that she has and given it to me and my sisters. It would be amazing to give her something that she has been searching for in return.
My best friend Danielle just became a mom this past January. Going through the struggles and joys of a newborn with her has been so eye opening. She and I have always been very open with each other over our struggles with anxiety, and the emotions of becoming a mom have been no exception. She is so strong and brave and such a fantastic mom that I cannot wait to have her by my side whenever my husband and I decide to start a family. I admire her every day, and I’m so grateful to be able to call her my friend.
So many strong women in my life to nominate, I would be remiss I not mention my own mother!!!! Not only is she my hero in every imaginable way, she is my best friend. She raised four kids with her whole heart, and I only now realize, as a mother of 3 myself, how much she sacrificed for us. She is selfless. She gave up her career to be at home with us and make sure we knew she would be there at any hour we needed her. Oh the strength it must have taken for her to turn down earning her share of the income to instead invest in the lives of her babies. This month also marks her being 12 years CANCER FREE!!!! She is a breast cancer survivor and warrior and she. Is. Strong. I love you mama!!!
My mom inspires me every day to be the best mom I can be. She’s supportive, loving, knows how to have fun, and knows there might be bumps in the road along the way, but we can always learn from them. I would share this package with her since she enjoys being active outdoors. Thank you!
Funnily enough for me, the “strong woman” in my life has barely started womanhood herself! My younger sister, Rhiannon, is only 15, but she has been such an inspiration to me and my fitness journey, and there are sooo many reasons she deserves this prize pack. Rhiannon started doing your Blogilates videos about two years ago when she was entering 8th grade. I was in college at this point and never had any sort of workout routine, so Rhiannon’s dedication really impressed me; I admit I was always surprised to hear that she was still doing her daily workout whenever I came home to visit. About one year after she started Blogilates, I decided that I really needed to commit to staying fit and working out. So last summer, Rhiannon and I did the Blogilates workout calendar together, every single day! And even though she was much more fit than I was when I started, having Rhiannon as an accountability partner really pushed me to keep doing the videos, no matter how challenging. Eventually I started doing the workouts on my own, and now I do the workout calendar every day back at university. I’m stronger, fitter, and happier; I’m totally addicted to Blogilates and fitness and it’s all thanks to my little sister!
Rhiannon started running this past school year as she started high school. Turns out she has natural talent for it! Just this past week, she qualified for our state track and field tournament with her 5:17 mile, a new PR!! I’m unbelievably proud of the woman she’s becoming. Not only does she keep her fitness routine and excel at running, she also maintains a nearly-perfect GPA at her rigorous high school and makes time for her friends and family. Rhiannon is beautiful, strong, intelligent, and incredibly kind. When you did a meet-up in Chicago a month or two ago, she actually met you and asked you to film a video saying hello to me since I couldn’t be there! That’s just one example of how selfless and loving she is. Rhiannon, my little sister, is my best friend in the world and my inspiration. I want to be like her when I grow up! 🙂
My mom has showed me strength in both fitness and life. She goes for long bike rides each week and works out at Curves every other day. Happy mothers day to my mom!
I have a strong woman in my life and it is my sister in law. She motivates me on ways that she isn’t even aware of. I would give her the prize pack because she works hard on her body. There was a time when she did not work out. Now she is in a competition in July showing off her muscles. She is a great mother of four and is demonstrating to us all how to be healthy.
My dear friend Beverly Knaup is the perfect picture of how strong a woman can be, all while being the most gracious and humble mother and friend in the midst of intense adversity. Bev is a warrior. She is fighting against two illnesses that have no cure (lupus and liip), the second of which is so rare less than 1% of the population has it. All this on top of being a mother of two beautiful, and also strong, little girls. I first met Bev when she was in the USAF flying in jets and being her typical badass yet super friendly self. 12 years later she is medically retired (for obvious reasons), and a full time mom. Her two daughters are two walking miracles given her condintions. Bev is an amazing combination of smarts and beauty, a lover of science and art, strong yet graceful. She is currently training for a 5k and while her last 3mile run took her over 50mins (she is just one month from having endured 4 rounds of chemo in 4 weeks to try and get her lupus under control), she wears a hat that says “warrior” and she is determined not to give up no matter what her mile time is. To say Bev is an inspiration is an understatement. I can think of no one else more deserving of anything. You are amazing Bev!
My mom is someone who is the strongest person I know. She is fearless, powerful, and perciverent. We don’t always see eye to eye, but she has shown me no horse is too large, no obstacle is too tough, and no one can limit you. my mom hits a lot of hardships but doesn’t ever give up, and that’s why she deserves this. <3

I would give the package to my best friend because she enjoys working out as much as I do. She is also my workout buddy! Furthermore, she is always there for me when I am having a hard time and she always cheers me up! Basically, I love her!
My roommate has been so inspirational since last summer – dropping 70 pounds and becoming more healthy, confident and energized as a result! She and I would both love to win this and get some new active wear!
I don’t normally participate in giveaways. I’m not sure why, maybe because I never win hahaha but this time I want to participate not because of myself, but for a strong woman who entered my life in 2013. Let’s call her N. N and I met online through a mutual friend, united by her common love of Japanese and South Korean entertainment like music, anime and manga. Our first meeting (online) was extremely awkward since we were in a WhatsApp group and I kept forgetting her name. But in the span of 1.5 years, we became unbelievably close. We have an age difference of 9 years, yet in my 19 years of life, I’ve never found a better friend. I’ve always been unlucky in the friendship department but in other departments, I consider myself to be blessed. True, my life has been a rocky road, however, N’s life has been full of struggles.
She was born in a relatively conservative family and had a conservative convent schooling and being queer, it has always been difficult for her. But she’s the most liberal and progressive minded friend I’ve ever had (we thank the Internet for that) and let me tell you, being “liberal” in India is difficult, yet we try.
N’s mother passed away when N was taking her 12th grade and since then, she has singlehandedly taken care of her father who suffered from hepatic encephalopathy. Why “suffered”? He passed away two days ago.
The most heartbreaking aspect of N’s life is that after her mother’s death, it seemed that she just wasn’t living for herself. Everything revolved around her dad, who used to fall sick often and she had to make frequent visits to the hospital because of that. Now everything would have been fine of her dad told her a kind word once in a while, but the relationship between the two had been very strained. Even till his last breath, he used to blame N for his ill health, even though N sacrificed some of the most important years of her life looking after him.
N is now alone. But even while living such a difficult life, N has displayed an intense amount of rationality in her life’s decisions and that is probably what keeps her sane.
N and I have had countless happy memories and I want to take this opportunity to help N live for herself now, take care of herself now and work for herself now.
I just want the best for N because she’s one woman (like my mom) who really deserves much more than what life has doled out to them. Both N and I struggle majorly with weight and PCOS and I think this is really a good opportunity for me to gift her something to help her life change for the better. Her birthday is on 21st May.
I want 2017 to be blessing for N, not one filled with bad memories 🙂
I have several strong women in my life, but the one I would give this to is my dear friend, Helene. She is one of the kindest, most beautiful people I have had the privilege to call my friend. She lost her mother 11 months ago (as of the 12th) and has been having a pretty hard time. She has been working out more lately as a way to destress and this would mean the world to her.
My other person I would consider sharing the prize with is my mom. After being married to an abusive man for 25 years she was finally able to escape and pull her children out of an abusive situation as well. Six years later she is still struggling with the aftermath of abuse. She is the strongest woman I know and constantly puts her children’s needs in front of her own. She has lost the support of all of her friends and family when she decided to divorce her husband and provide a safer atmosphere for her children. She is by far the strongest person I know and she continues I amaze me. Lately she and my sister have been working out together and been working on bettering themselves. I would ❤️ to share this with her as she continues to improve herself and her situation.
I’d give the prize pack to my mother. My mom is one of my best friends in a way. And it is really hard to see her talk negatively about herself or be worried about what she weighs or how she looks. Whenever I’m back home, I try to stress how it’s about Eating and Being healthy, not how you look. But she is also reluctant to buy anything for herself–workout clothes, properly fitted sports bra (though she finally bought one when it was on sale for $10 after I basically begged her to and had only been using a regular bra before), access to more zumba classes (she does 2 a week with one woman but she knows her and it’s inexpensive). We don’t have the most money in the world but I want to give her a gift that both her and I usually couldn’t give her. Access to top of the line workout gear and kits to help her be successful. I had her do some blogilates videos with me last time I was home and could hook up my computer to the TV. She seemed to like it, especially the beginners video that told her how her back should be/why so that she doesn’t get hurt like she has many times before. My mom is the kind of mom who always went without so that her family could have more. But it is sooo past the time where that needs to change. She deserves this!
I would give the prize to my best friend Hayley. Even though she is not my mother, she has influenced me in many ways that a mother has. She is very kind to everyone, trustworthy, accountable, respectful, and very giving to others. She is always willing to do something for others no matter what the task. She is always willing to give up time and money to do something special for someone else. I see this everyday and try to excel the way she does. If I could have one goal in life it would be to treat others and my community the way Hayley does.
Hey Cassey! Who is a strong woman in my life? There are so many, my mom, my sister, my friends, my BFF, my aunts, my cousins, and my grandmothers. However, if I were to get this giveaway I would give it to my BFF because she is so inspirational to me! A couple of years ago she went through some medical stuff and nobody knew if she was going to make it, but because of great doctors and her incredible strength she pulled through! I love her so much and am so thankful that she is still here with me! She and I have doing Blogilates together for about a month now and we both love your Popflex workout clothes and would really like to try PIIT 28! She is one of the reasons why I have been able to stay at working out, she definitely deserves this giveaway!
I would love to give this to my strong beautiful Aunt. She has continued to be a constant inspiration in my life. Her positivity shines through in everything she says and does.
I would share it with my mum. She’s the best woman in my life, the woman I have learned everything from. We teach and support each other through everything and I wouldn’t change her for the world💙
The strong woman that I would love to have this pack is my momma. My mom is a phenomenal person, as all of the other women in the comments are, but I would like to share a bit about this special woman. Eleven years ago, my mom left her family, friends, her life that she knew so much, and moved to foreign country in hopes of gifting her children with more opportunities and a better education. She gave up her own dreams, aspirations, and deliberately took on the role of an astonishing mother for her children. She did not know the language, the people, or the culture. But to us, although back then we did not know the language either, we always had our mom supporting and leading us through. Although she cried during her hard times, missing her own mother and family back at her home, she did not let us see her tears. Our dad worked very hard as well, in our home country and came to visit us twice a year. My parents both sacrificed so much for us; even the distance of their own relationship, just for their children’s dreams and education. My sisters and I are so grateful for a mother like her and I am writing this to represent us. My mom does not have a job so she stays at home. She likes to exercise and keeps herself busy, but her source of entertainment is TV. I want my mom to have a dream, because I know that she once had many, before she gave up everything for us. She deserves to live out her own passions and dreams, because she has done so much to help us form ours. But whenever my sisters and I mention this, my mom says that it is too late for her to dream, and that it is somewhat unrealistic for her to do anything that she wants. It really breaks our hearts when we hear this. I want my mom to develop her passions and do the things that she wants, I want her to claim her own name and identity, not just the role of a mother. Through getting this PIIT28 Transformation Pack, I hope for my mom to become more active and realise that it is never too late for her to try something new and radical. I want my mom to understand that age does not define her willpower to do things. I hope for my mom to not only become stronger mentally and emotionally, but physically as well. I would love for my mom to gain confidence and feel like she can take over the world. Through this, I want to show her that there is so much more to life and that crazy things like winning a transformation pack on the internet CAN happen. I feel like writing this is least I can do to give back to my mom for all that she has done for us, but thank you so much for giving me such an opportunity to share about my special person! Happy Mothers Day to all the brave and hardworking mothers out there!
My grandma she was a very strong woman with grandpa being paralyzed for 15 years n she never complained had to help him with everything I miss you both 😔 but I know you are in a better place 😀… and also my aunt she helped me through so much as I grew up she was always there for me when I needed some one .
The strong woman in my life would have to be my mom. She has sacrificed a lot over the years to get to where our family is today and through the most difficult times. I appreciate her kindness, her laughter and knowing what to do or say at the right time. Her care for others is unwavering and wish she would take more time for herself bc she truly deserves it.
On a side note, just wanted to say Cassie, you are a huge inspiration to me and many women around the world. You’ve really changed my mindset and outlook on life and keep doing what you are doing! Thank you for allowing us women to celebrate each other, to reflect on those who matter to us most and in believing in ourselves.
I would love to share this with my little sister! A few years back she got in a car accident and broke her leg. She went through therapy to stop the pain she was feeling and build back her strength. It’s been a slow recovery but she’s to the point she can workout and (her favorite) go running again! I think she would love to get this, since a while ago her leg was so bad that she wasn’t able to workout and now she can again
I would LOVE to share this with my amazing friend, Alana! She is one of the first friends I made when I moved to Louisiana. We work at the same animal hospital and TBH I was afraid of her st first 😂 we do your calendar workouts together with a POP Pilates work group and I know we could CRUSH PIIT 28 and be looking great in our popflex gear together!! She’s my best brewery tour, Disney movie watching, girls night-ing, work bestie!
P.S come to New Orleans!! ❤️❤️
I’d love to give this to my best friend. She’s a mother of three beautiful girls. She works so hard and I know she’s been trying to lose weight recently. This would be right up her alley. I couldn’t think of a more deserving and strong woman her.
I would 100% give this prize pack to my very best friend, and new woman, Kelly (formally known as Kyle). Going through the past through years, Kelly has gone through bullying, not being accepted, and hating herself for becoming transgender. SHe is the strongest woman I could ever know!!
Hi Casey. The strong woman in my life is my grandmother, she always supports me. I love her so much and she always trains with me. Last year i ran an Half-Marathon and she ran it with me I was so proud of her. Every time I visit her we workout together. If i would win the prize pack I would give it to my grandmother, she’s always there for me when I need her. I can tell her everything and we do so much together. She loves to excercise. She used to excercise with my grandfather but he past away three years ago because he was sick. It took her a long time to get up again. But the important part is that she is happy and i am happy.
It would be a dream come true to win this for my mom. She has impacted my life so much, supported me through everything and helped me when I was emotionally unstable under a year ago. She deserves a BIG thank you and I want to show her the same support when it comes to working out because she wants to get into it but has the fear that she is “too old” to workout like I do. I want to keep inspiring her and surprise her with the prize pack to thank her!
My mother, for years has only thought about work, her three kids, and just getting through life as a single mom. I would love to give her this prize pack to show her that she also has to think about herself. It might be hard, but sometimes you just need to only think about yourself to regroup from time to time.

Hi Cassey. If i were to win this giveaway i would give it to my most compassionate, affectionate and motivating mom. I know she loves me to the end of this world and back and she always tries hard to make me happy even on her hardest days. It’s overwhelming to see how much she does for me and i cannot repay anything in the world to make up for how much struggle or hardship she’s been through since the minute I’ve been born. My mom is the most worthy of my good companionship. If i was ever crumbling down to the ground thinking i have no one by my side, im always wrong because she’s always by my side holding me up stronger every time. Thank you for this great opportunity! It means a lot.
I would love to give this pack to my mother. Always wearing old baggy clothes while working out, she doesn’t seem to find it fun anymore. That is why I would love to give the POPflex gift card to her, to show how much she means to me!
I would share it with one of my best friends…she has 3 boys (a set of twins!) as well as one baby in heaven. She is amazing with her kids and still finds time to make taking care of herself a priority. PIIT 18 makes that even easier. 🙂
I would give this to one of my besties, Maggie. She is the person that if I was rich I would give her most of my money. She’s so special and amazing. She is the one person I can always count on to have my back. I can call her at any time and she’ll be there for me. We originally bonded over our crazy moms. Since then, she’s helped me achieve my dreams of creating shows, and pushed me to do better. She helps me go to exercise classes and doesn’t make me feel terrible about my body- if I win, this would be just a small token of gratitude I could give her that she would really appreciate. Thank you!
I would love to give this to my mother ❤️ After way too many years, she just started taking care of herself again. She’s reading again, she wears makeup again and I think this would definitely help her, make her stronger 💪 and boost her self-love and confidence 😊 It woud be the perfect gift to her! 💕

I think my friend, Hanen, should receive the prize pack. My mum and I can share the pack. Hanen is my best friend and she is someone who believes that fitness and health is not expensive. She therefore did not buy the packs as she does not believe the need to spend money. However, I do believe that your PIIT28 pack is awesome and I hope that she can do the exercises inside to be better.

Hello Cassey 🙂
The strong person in my life that deserves this gift is my friend Stephanie. She is inspiring in how great of a friend, wife, and daughter she is. She’s not a mother but she is like one! She’s always there for all of her closest friends and all the dogs she cares for in her K9X business. Her energy lights up the room. She’s going through some rough times :-(. I feel giving her something to do with me would help things get off her mind and make her stronger by taking on new challenges. Thank you for taking the time to offer such an awesome gift. Appreciate you Cassey ♡
Hi Cassey 🙂 I just want to say that I really appreciate this amazing international giveaway, and also all of the work you’ve done for all POPsters ♥
I would certainly give this beautiful prize pack to my beautiful mom ♥ She’s the strongest and kindest person I know ♥ and I love her SO MUCH! ♥.♥ And it would be so much fun to workout with her! *-*
Thanks for this opportunity Cassey *-*

My mother is the most inspiring person I have ever met in my entire lifetime. She lost her own mother when she was just 9 years old and I can’t even imagine being where I am today without her. When her mother passed away from cancer, she told me that she was like an iceberg- she refused to cry and instead stood strong- she was only a 3rd grader. Now she’s a successful woman with two daughters, who she endlessly supports- whether it’s driving me and my sister all over the place for extracurricular activities, or buying us clothes, or cooking our favorite foods. She always tells me to be strong, work hard, and wants the best future for me and my sister. It’s amazing how much she loves us, and although my sister and I don’t always realize everything she does is for us, tough love surrounds us every single minute. On an end thought, recently my mom has gotten the impression that she is “fat” or “aging”, but this Mother’s Day I want to show her that she is beautiful just the way she is, and she doesn’t have to starve herself like her late mother did to get the “perfect body”. I believe Blogilates will be perfect for her, and winning this giveaway would make her so happy and make up for all the suffering I have brought to her. She’s also an immigrant. She came to the US alone knowing how to speak no English and without financial stability. And now when she’s at a stable time at her life, I couldn’t bear to watch her suffer from an eating disorder or something such- she deserves the best.
Thank you.
If I win this giveaway I would give the other half of the prize to my mom or my sister. I have two strong women in my life who I know would use it. They both want to be in shape but since they are both mothers they find it very difficult. I know pitt28 would help them.
The strongest woman I know is my mother. She works so hard every single day, and any free time she has she spends making sure everything is taken care of for me and my siblings. She supports every dream we have ever had. She is having a tough time right now because my youngest brother just joined the Army National Guard and is leaving next month for training and will be gone for 4-5 months. Also, I graduated from college yesterday so I will also be moving out this summer and our older sisters are already out on their own with families of their own. She has been trying to work on her health with my brother and I, and we think she would really enjoy this because it is something we can do together. We have been planning on trying the 28 day reset but we haven’t been able to convince her she won’t feel terrible while on it like all these other “diets” going around. I admire my mother so very much because even though it is breaking her heart to watch us leave and start lives of our own, she remains so very supportive and pushes us to work hard and follow our dreams.

My mom means a lot to me because she’s always been my super hero. She’s picked me up when I was down, and always given me her full love and support. I don’t even live at home anymore and she’s still always there if I need anything. If I were to win, I would give this prize pack you to my mom. She’s been wanting to lose weight for a long time but has been struggling with it. When I was younger she got into a really bad car accident so she had to give up on fitness and everything else she was doing in order to get better. I want to help her get back on her feet and feel better about herself because that’s what she deserves and I love her so much. Happy Mother’s Day!

Thanks again for everything!!!!

Hi Cassey! I would love to give the prize pack to the MOST inspirational, strong and caring person that I know, my mother. My mother has arthritis in her knees and carrying extra weight makes it more painful. She is not able to do extremely intense physical activities like running but yoga and Pilates are fine. She always complains to me that she is fat and I think she is a little uncomfortable with her body image.
I used to be extremely chubby and I felt uncomfortable about myself especially when other people pointed out that I was fat and teased me. I used to go on unhealthy diets in hopes that I would become skinnier. The effects? I would constantly vomit and fall sick. My mother would always be there to help knock some sense into me and encourage me to not change who I am this way, that I am special. She gave me lots of love and confidence.
I started to become a POPster few years ago, and I have never felt happier and more confident with my body than I am now. I wish to share this happiness with the person that always stood by me, without expecting anything in return. My mom always sacrifices everything for my brother and I and encourages us to work hard and follow our dreams. I would like to thank her and show my appreciation to her this way.
We would love to do the PIIT28 programme together since we both prefer at home workouts where it does not require equipment but we can’t really afford it (my mom doesn’t like to spend a lot of money). I think this would be a great opportunity for us to start a fitness journey together, get healthy as well as bond with each other. I want to share what I love to do with my mother.
I would love to give this to my mother ❤️ After way too many years, she just started taking care of herself again. She’s reading again, she wears makeup again and I think this excersise plan would definitely make her stronger and boost her self-love and confidence 😊
Hi Cassey! I would have to give the prize pack to my mom because she is the strongest woman I know. Three years ago my school was going to participate in a 5k race. I had decided not to participate because I knew I wouldn’t be able to do it, I have never been a great runner and really didn’t enjoy doing it. The school called all the parents to tell them about the race and when my mom heard she immediately assumed I was doing it. I had to explain to her how I was embarrassed and scared that I wouldn’t be able to do it. My mom wouldn’t take no for an answer and decided she would start running with me in preparation for the race. She printed off a schedule and we started that day. It was hard but I ran the 5k and loved every minute of it. We’ve been running together ever since. Despite her asthma, she continues to push herself to beat her times and constantly improve. She is usually the one who convinces me to go out running with her. She keeps me active and positive and without her I would never have found the joy that comes from pushing yourself and seeing improvement. My mother has taught me how to live a happy and healthy life, shown me that no one can be perfect all the time and that sometimes your going to have bad days or one too many YOLO meals but what matters in the end is that your happy. My mom is a constant source of happiness and love in my life and I would love to start doing PIIT with her so we can continue challenging ourselves on our fitness journey. Thanks for the opportunity!
I would give this prize pack to my mom. She is the strongest woman in my life. She has been my inspiration since day one. My mom has always believed in me. She has been my rock in hard times, and my caused my laughter in good times. She has stood behind me in every goal I have. My mom always pushes me to better myself, just like Cassey has. However, over the past few years, she has needed surgeries which prevented her from staying active. Although she has been trying to eat right and begin work outs again, it is harder for her body to function as it used to. Nevertheless, she continues to have a positive attitude toward her goals. I aspire to be as happy as she is every day. She wakes up every morning with a smile on her face, excited for the day. She works so hard to better herself and those she cares about. This is why my mom is the strongest woman in my life.

Hi Cassey, I’m Maya and I’m from Romania. I want to win for my ma. She is my queen. She actually introduced you to me. Yep, my 49 year-old ma works out more than me. And that really motivated me. Although we can’t really afford going to the gym, your online videos were free. Grandma also works out with us. She is 75 and she is HIT. You have no idea how strong she is. We’re best friends in all the ways possible. Thank you so much for uniting me wth the best women on Earth. Love you so much. I owe you that one x

I have two very strong woman in my life my mother who is Heidi Delisle who I already talked about but there’s also another woman in my life who is also like a second mom to me her name is Tracy Pratt she recently lost her mom which was the worst thing that could ever happened to her she turned to my mom for support and together they got through it every since the day that her mom passed away she’s been stronger for herself and for everyone around her including her father who she now spends most of her days with and there is no words and even if there was words there’s not enough to describe what she’s done to be strong and how strong she is she doesn’t like going shopping so she shops with her daughters and doesn’t really have The best sense of style but she loves a good work out and she does have a nice workout clothes I think winning this prize pack for her and my mom would be a great boost for them emotionally and physically forget about me they are the superheroes that deserve the prize pack not me https://uploads.disquscdn.com/images/7069b79bd517ba0af453b8d62779889e450ae210586a674d4d321b37726d4b62.jpg
My strong woman?
My grandma.
At the blasting age of 75 she still is HIT. She is my absolute inspiration, she took the 28 day reset with me and mom and she looks like she could be my mom. Thank you so so much. She actually works out with me and mom. Yes. She.actually.does. You have NO idea how strong she is. She KILLS grocery shopping. All the neighbours are so jealous of her☻☻☻ and thank you, Cassey for that. Without you none of this would be possible. I want to win for my grandma and ma. Love you and thanks x
I would give the package to my best friend because she enjoys working out as much as I do. She is also my workout buddy! Furthermore, she is always there for me when I am having a hard time and she always cheers me up! Basically, I love her!
My strong woman in my life is my mother. Without her, I would be absolutely nothing. She was actually the one who introduced you to me. Yep, my 49 year-old mom works out more than I do sometimes. You pretty much helped me spend more time with her, working out haha. She is so strong and loving. She isn’t just my mom. She is my bestest of all friends. I would give the prize to her and 1000 other prizes. I really do hope I win this, as I want to surpise her and make her day. Cassey, you truly are amazing. You changed my life. My mother is healthier and looks 20 years younger because of YOU 💖. Thank you xxx
My Mom is a super strong women!! She just finished a school about alternative medicine while still going to work!!! She’s always been super tired but now that she graduated she keeps saying that she needs to do more sports!! But she doesn’t know what or how!! I think blogilates would be perfect for her!!
Hello Cassey! Someone I would share this prize with is my cousin, Stella. 👩 💜 Since we’re so close in age, we’ve grown super close over the years. ❤️ I feel like I can trust her with anything. I’ve told her about my body image issues and she’s also told me about hers. She helped me accept my body for what it is and helped me through some hard times. When I was drastically underweight, about 80 pounds actually 😰 she was the one who told me I needed to stop. That I needed to be healthy again and that being a small and skinny isn’t the most important thing in life. Now, 30 pounds heavier, I’m still happy.😊 And she was there to help me through it all. I feel like she is one of my closest friends and who better to share this prize with than an amazing friend? It would be so fun to feel the burn with her 😂 🔥
Thank you for having such a generous give away and Happy Mothers Day to the Blogilates Family! 💖
Hello! I would give this prize to my beloved sister. I’m so happy that I was fortunate enough to have an amazing little sister. Even though we get into fights nearly everyday (what sisters don’t? LOL😂) I still love her with all my heart. When she was just a toddler, she became horribly ill. The doctor said that due to her lack of protein, she did not have enough white blood cells. If nothing changed, we would lose her. It was one of the saddest moments of my life. Fast forward to 7 years later and she’s healthier than ever. Thinking about it couldn’t make me happier. I feel like doing PIIT with her would be so much fun. We could both motivate each other to keep going. I’m so thankful to have someone like her in my life❤️
Happy Mothers Day Cassey and the Blogilates Family!! 😊 💕
Hello again 😂 Another person I would share this with would be my older cousin, Elizabeth (is it okay if I say her real name here…oh no 😂 😂 ) Ever since she hit high school, she has suffered from a thyroid disease that’s made her unable to lose weight and gain rapidly, no matter how hard she diets or works out. I believe it’s called hypothyroidism. She really has an amazing heart. I can see this whenever I see her with my grandma, the woman who raised her. Even though she is working a 9-5, she always makes time for my grandma, is making her feel special, eats her amazing food and always compliments her and so much more. Her wedding is coming up on june 10th too! Ah I’m so excited to see her walk down the aisle. Unfortunately, she wasn’t able to do a wedding diet or training plan like most people would due to her disease. She says that she has accepted her body and is completely happy. But I want to see her happier. I want to see her living life without worrying about food, without worrying about her thyroid disease. I really hope that PIIT 28 will be able to help her.
Thank you for doing the giveaway! it’s really generous of you! And Happy Mothers Day! 💖
Hello Cassey! I would give this present to, obviously, my amazing mother 😂 She, like all mothers, always puts me and my little sister before herself. I always want to give back to her but since I’m so busy with school and since I don’t currently have a job, I can’t provide her with much 😢 I also know she wants to get in shape (especially after having 2 girls LOL) but she works so hard that she can never find the time to. I really want to work out with her, as I feel like it would be so much fun for us to work out together, since she’s truly my best friend 😊 What makes me sad is that I don’t think she realizes how much I love her and how much I wish I could do for her. I admit that sometimes I’m not the best child and I can get upset with her very easily, and it really hurts me afterwards when I think about what I did and said. Time is going by so fast and soon I’ll be in university and I won’t be able to spend time with her anymore. Oh gosh I can’t tearing up LMAOO I can’t with myself 😂 That’s what mothers do to you! haha. But enough rambling. I would 101% give this to my mother. She deserves so much more than what we have. I don’t have a sob story like many other people, but I really hope to win this award so I can finally make her proud and happy to have me as a daughter 😊 And happy mothers day!! 💞
Aside from my mother, my aunt is also an inspiration to me. She has recently fought against breast cancer in the most high spirited and optimistic way. Even after chemo had taken her hair, her strength and her energy she never gave up. She continues her walks with the dog. She does everything at home. She inspires me to eat clean and natural. She has been on remission for a few years now and we go hiking, skeet shooting and hunting all together.
I would give it to my sister. When our abuela died I fell apart. My OCD took over my life and she was the only one to believe there was something wrong and try to help. She helped me get to therapy and 7 years later here I am married with 3 kids and finally able to help her out. She’ll be moving in with my family so she has somewhere to live while she gets her masters in art therapy!
Hi Cassey :)!! <3 If I were to win this amazing prize pack I would share it with my mother. My mother is the most amazing women in my life and I couldn't imagine life without her. She has pushed to dream big and accomplish all my goals! She encourages my everyday of my life and is always on my side. She is my rock, my best friend and my confident! I love her endlessly. Her and I encourage each other with blogilates first with the beginner calendar, then april and now the may calendar. She is always telling me to follow my dreams and she supports them no matter how crazy. She has given up everything for me. She showers me with love and companionship. She is my favourite person in the world and I would love to share this prize with her.
First of all, I love my mother in every way possible. She is the one woman, I’ve looked upon since I can remember. She’s stronger than she believes to be; and especially she has to go through heaps of drama; and it just all builds up to an unhealthy lifestyle. I want my mom to be surrounded by purity and happiness. I don’t want her to feel sad and/or has to deal with useless and stressful situations. And so far – she’s been going strong and I am more than proud of her. She loves a good workout but I haven’t gotten around for her to do PIIT with me – so another reason why I think it’d be a lovely surprise for her as I’d give the second Pack to her that not only I can enjoy PIIT28, BUT she can follow my journey and we’ll go through it together – stronger than ever!
Although every women or person that has come across life it’s self is strong then you can believe. I believe my mother deserves this.. Her past has been brutal as far as her father during at a young age. My grandmother, her mother giving her away to a family member whom sexual abuse her for years finally her mother to her back only yo treat her like a black sheep. My mother is a signal mother of four girls and I think that alone says it all. She became over weight over the years. The heaviest I have seen her was 320 [she’s only 5’2]. After her second marriage which ended because it was found out that he was sexual abusing my 12 year old [at time ] sister she finally started to care more about herself and her four girls. She had lost over 100 pounds and we have able to build a relationship between the five of us like no other. My mother till this day works 12 hrs a day just to meet ends meet. But she has rises a stronger set of girls with all her hard work I have become a mother of two and a manager to a pediatric office well know in fl. Sister 1 [lol] has become a case worker for Miami children hospital also well known in FL. Sister [2] is a accountant at a american airline and sister [3] is set to graduate high school this June. My mother might have been a broken sole at one point and time in her life but when she see looks at us what she has overcome was nothing. Thank you for letting me share my mother story even if I don’t win I hope this inspires someone she surely inspires me every day 💞
Hey Cassey!! Enjoy Mother’s day with the people you love! I would do the same. If I win I would like to give your beautiful present to my lovely sister because she tries to have a better and healthier lifestyle and she deserves it as a boost to this try. Mother would be an amazing choice to give it of course and she deserves it as well, but I know that she would prefer I give it to her daughter because that’s what mothers do. They all try and want the best for their children no matter what. So I would like to say to all ,love your mother and show that ti her with your action , kisses and hugs because they deserve it!!!!!

I have a few strong women in my life. My mom who raised my brother and I to be upstanding people despite in a country where she is a stranger and fighting for the life she wanted to live despite losing the house she always wanted and the man of her life she soldiers on. After my father passed away my mother kept her head held up high and continues to live her life.
This year we will be celebrating life as well as our awesome mothers. My mother in law recently passed away and left five children behind. She was brave, courageous, funny and beautiful. She came to America to find a better life for her children and after five years later she was able to bring them here, so they could experience all of our privileges. Unfortunately my mother in law passed away from a heart attack, as well as a high blood pressure. She knew how to take care of her health but was also very stubborn about the foods she ate and taking her medication. My sister in law is much like her and is currently experiencing swelling and other symptoms of high blood pressure on top of loosing her mother. I would give her the PITT28 prize as a way to give her a jump start to the changes her mother couldn’t do. I want to see her bloom and be radiant and comfortable in her skin. Some of her sisters make fun of her for her weight or overeating and it breaks my heart. She deserves a breakthrough and Cassey I know your program will give it to her as well I feeling confident from the inside out. Thank you girl xoxo

Hi Cassey,
I would like to thank you for all these amazing opportnities that you give us!
Hello Cassie! I am Gigi from Spain. I’ve been following you for more than three years and your videos and personality have helped me overcome a really bad self esteem. There’s another woman who have helped me gone over this issue and many others – it’s my fiancée, Nerea.
She has been the giggle in my world when everything else was falling down.
She have showed me what it is to be a family, and I’ve discovered it’s more than blood.
She made me open my eyes and found that not matter what other people think (even if it’s your own family), love is love and it gets better.
She will love this gift. She’s always been a sporty girl and recently she has had to slow down on her trainings because she works on two jobs.
Just yesterday she was telling myself how nice it would be to work out again, even if it just was in small time lapses.
Your PIIT28 program is exactly what she needs and she deserves it because she always push herself harder to become a better woman, may it mean on helping others or working out.
I hope she wins, and of course I know every other women in this posts deserves it as much as her.
Take care Cassie, you’re and inspiration!

I have the ultimate strong woman in my life – my highly beloved sister💜 She’s been so extremely supportive this last year cause I’ve been suffering from a post cancer brain fatigue. I’ve been recommended taking walks as the best medicine (there are no pills for this) and when my motivation was low she’s been coming and basically dragging me out and it always felt sooo good afterwards. The walks, among other things, has given me a bit of my energy back but her love and support has meant so much more than that! And she became a mum a while becore tjis all started but managed to squeeze me into her mum schedule. She’s a real super sister and strong in such a good way!💜

I’d give this to my mom. My mom is the most devoted, caring, and strong person I know. She supports me a lot no matter what I do and I love her for it. I was never athletic. unlike my brother who plays almost every sport there is, football, 3 baseball teams, 3basketball teams, and soccer. And I always felt bad about that my whole life. One day in fifth grade I decided I wanted to do a program called girls on the run. It was a program through school that trains you to run a 5k. I told my mom about it and she was motivated to do it with me. She made healthier meals and helped us both to do it. She makes a point every day to tell me how much she loves me and tells me I’m gorgeous and she wouldn’t change me when I need it THE most.Through her busy job my brothers sports and driving me places, she always manages to make time for my family. She puts us before herself everyday and I want to put her before myself for once. She never complains much, ( even when I had a sleepover with my friends and we woke her up at 4am when she had to wake up at 5 to get ready for work.) and she tries super hard to be healthy and go on walks every morning. Neither of us ever say,”I love you to the moon and back” because even when we have our fights, at the end of the day I know that quote can’t come close to the amount of love I have for my mom.
What does my mother mean to me? Strength. When I think of her, I see her sacrifices to give my sisters and I a better life. I see her strength to work odds jobs to help put us through school. I see her perseverance to loose weight and live a lifestyle she knows will keep her around for her grandkids. I see humbleness from never asking more or stating all the things she does work so hard for. I see bravery for rasing me, the oldest child on her own until she was knew my stepfather was worthy enough for us. I see love and kindness in all her actions. All of these characteristics are what my mother means to me and what I strive to be. My mother deserves this gift because she needs a way to a healthier life that asks very little but has big results, and that’s truly what I feel your program does Cassey and in some ways what a mother does. You give women a chance to make changes they never thought they had the time to or could achieve on their own. I want my mother to experience that while feeling confident in her new workout gear of course ;). Thank you Cassey for giving all of us the opportunity to tell you why our mothers are so awesome and be able to make mothers all around the world smile!
Hi Cassey! I would like to nominate my sister, my very best friend Alison, as the strongest woman I know. While we aren’t biologically related, she became a member of my family when we were young and sometimes family is who you choose, not who you were born related to. We have been through major hardships in our family life, our careers, our relationships, including marriage, divorce, abuse, the births of my two boys, and her support, strength and love has never wavered. She is beautiful inside and out, but we have both always struggled with our weight, body image, and fitness motivation so PIIT would be an amazing change for us both. Thanks for the beautiful idea and for just generally changing lives wherever you go! <3
Hi Cassey. I would give this gift to my mom who have been suffering from breast cancer for a year . She has always been a popplaties, but due to the chemo she is not able to do the workouts. But she always say when she gets better . She will start working out again ..If she received this she would be so happy.
My sister because she has just had her first baby and is a fitness fanatic. Some pretty popflex active would go a long way to making her feel nice and I’d love her to join me doing PIIT together – we can be PIIT partners!!!
My Mum! She’s 50 and petite, but looking to get in to exercise and she always asks me about my pilates because she knows I’m and avid blogilates fan, and that I do PIIT. Plus, she lives in workout gear and she would look so awesome in popflex active!!!!!
I don’t have one strong woman in my life, but a pack of strong women.
I know that my small list of friends are people I can go to for ANYTHING.
They really listen and that’s something that’s hard to find in people.
I couldn’t miss anyone of them.
I also introduced them to Blogilates as we all are looking for sports that we like and can hold on to. :p
But they make me the person I am today and it would be so much fun to introduce them to PIIT as well.
I know I just put one but I then thought of my sister to. Me and my sister don’t always get along with each other and I really want to. I have heard that she tried diets and other things but it never works. I have followed you for a long time and I have seen the changes in my life when I and working out with you just on the calendar. I really think this is something that me and my sister could bond over and get closer. Love you so much.
Me and my friend have been flowing you for a long time. I love doing your videos and so has my friends. The best part is when I go to here house and we see who can do the challenges the best. Sadly though lately she hasn’t been doing it and I think she needs and change so when I hear you were doing this I was like great this is perfect me and her could do this together and kept each other in check. I know she will do it because she really does what to get stronger but I think she need to not have the distraction of YouTube. If you know what I mean. We have been friends forever and I know she wants to change so I think by doing this with her she will really see the muscle that she want. I love you so much Cassey! Can wait to workout with you later😄
If I would win those prizes, I would give it to my mom because she wanted to change her lifestyle into a healthy one so I think those prizes will be a great help. And I want her to be stronger
I would share this with my little sister and she enjoys to workout. It would help her lot to have a balance and get her motivated. She deserves it because she is always looking for things to do and working out is a good way for her to put her energy towards instead of playing on the conputer or watching too much tv. It is good because she likes to be active. She is the most bubbly person I know and she would just to love to have this.
Hi Casseyy! U have great idea about the trip with your family, I think that it will be great and youll will enjoy it as much as u can!:) And about the prize.. One part will have I and the second part I would give another popster or to my best friend. I think that it’s okey.😊💙 Good luck for everyone!🍀🍀
Hi Cassey! I would be thrilled to give my mom a prize pack. My mom is a smart, hardworking, and kind woman who I constantly have to remind to treat herself. Her fitness journey started last year when she joined a gym for the very first time. She has lost 12 pounds from her petite frame and works hard to manage diabetes through diet and exercise. My mom has always been so supportive and encouraging to me and this prize pack would be an incredible addition to her fitness journey.

Hi Cassey,
It would be amazing to win the Popflex Prize Pack which I would share with, of course, my mother!
I began working out to your videos about 5 years ago. A year prior I was still in the process of recovering from an eating disorder, which literally and figuratively had eaten away at me and my whole family for quite some time. Luckily, with lots of love and support from my friends, therapist and family, I got over all obstacles and back to my old self.
While I really wanted to start moving and working out again, I was afraid to fall back into old habits, so I took a minute to browse through all sorts of programs and youtube channels to find a good fit for me. That’s when I found you! The passion and joy you bring to working out with every single video you upload swept me off my feet and right onto the mat. My love for pilates grew with every new move you tought us and so I decided I’d invite my mom to try it with me.
While she didn’t have a “real” eating disorder in the past, she always struggled with body image and self-love due to the fact that she was a ballet dancer for most of her youth. Then she gave birth to twins (my brother and me), which she handled amazingly but not without sacrifice – inevitably, her body changed, she didn’t have any more time to really take care of her mental or physical health and had to give up her dream to build a career in diplomacy. Ten years later, she had our baby brother, who can be the sweetest child on eath but also demands lots and lots of attention.
Anyway, I’m rambling! But for all the reasons mentioned above, I thought it was important to give her the opportunity to unwind, release any negativity or stress and to recharge. Initially, she wasn’t too keen on adding another “appointment” to her already packed schedule (on top of everything, she’s a private tutor for japanese people living in Germany), but finally agreed to try a few workouts with me. What can I say, she FLOURISHED! Eversince then, which was about a year and a half ago, she improved her mental and physical balance, is way more content with her body and has the energy to go on about her day. I know she’s got a truly strong personality and did everything she’s doing now even before you “happend”, but she’s become so much more joyful and just overall a more positive person.
These days, she’s the one who inspires me to be active when I start slacking off – in fact, she’s the one who raised my attention to this giveaway (she’s become a true POPster) 🙂 We work out together at least three times a week, depending on how well our schedules match; it’s become our version of mother-daughter pampering, the best version in my opinion.
Even if I don’t get chosen as the winner, I’m still glad to have taken the time to write out all the things you’ve helped me with and to THANK YOU for being the best fitness instructor I could wish for! I can’t express how grateful I am for having you in my, in our lives!
Sending you love,
Kaya
P.S.: I almost forgot to mention this, I just started school to become a physical therapist, a decision that you had a huge impact on, so thank you for that as well!!

I have so many strong women in my life that it’s hard to narrow it down to just one. Saying that, however, I would have to say my sister is the strongest person I know. After college, she had many difficluties finding her career, finding jobs, and still having a personal life. After going to school again to become a teacher, she found her first job at an elementary school in the city. Even though this job was hard for her, she knew the kids needed her. What makes my sister even greater is that she always put me first. She told me that if I ever, ever needed anything, she would stop what she was doing and drive up (we lived 3 and a half hours away at the time) to get me and we could just talk. She would drive all that way just to make sure I had someone to talk to. Lots of over challenges had surfaced that year, and she decided to move up to where we live. It was hard for her, she didn’t have any friends here. She decided to join some fitness classes, and that’s when she really found her group of friends. After joining these fitness classes, she started getting busier and busier. But, even through all the craziness, if I asked her if she wanted to have dinner with me, or go for a swim, she would make time for me. And that’s why I would share this prize for her. She has been working her tail off for a long time now, yet still manages to care and love me. I want to repay her with something I know she would absolutely love. She deserves this more than anyone I know.
I would share this package with my beautiful sister, Lori. Our youngest sister lost her husband to cancer almost 3 years ago and they had two small boys. Lori, has given up most of her free time to help take care of those boys. She takes them to monster truck shows, ball practice, karate, helps them with homework and always makes sure they have something made to give for their mother and grandparents for birthdays and holidays. She has never missed either of their ball games and is the best Lolo in the world to those two kids. She still finds time to workout (usually at 5 am before work). She does so much for everyone else, I would love for her to be honored on this Mother’s Day
Hi Cassey. I want it for my mom. Why? Because she sacrify her health for me, so, i want to help her to recover it….with style hihii. Blessings! 🙂
If I won this I’d give it to my mom. She’s the main inspiration in my life and my long-time training buddy. She was the one who introduced me to training and the one who’s stood by and cheered me on throughout life. She has taught me so much and sacrificed so much in order to raise me and my two sisters, including her own health. Recently, she fell while skiing and cracked her arm, so she hasn’t been able to train so quite some time which I know has really bugged her, but she’s kept on going and kept on inspiring me by being herself. So if I won I’d give it to my mom and share the experience with her, and we could become physically strong again, together.
I would give this prize pack to my older sister who has struggled so much with her weight and confidence for so many years. I want to introduce her to your amazing motivational world that you’ve created and give her a kick start to living healthily and happily 🙂
Hi again Cassey!
I probably would give both of these prizes to the women who mean the most to me. I talked about my mom, but the other person who I wouldn’t be the same without is my sister. We’ve always been very close and she has helped me through everything (not without making fun of me of course, let’s not forget she’s my sister 😉 ). Since I’ve been following your calendars, watching your videos as well as going to the gym I’ve tried to convince her to start working out to. She’s sometimes self conscious about herself, and I think she only needs motivation and something she believes will work. I would love it if she were able to understand what fitness can do to you. Having a healthier body sets a whole new way of thinking and gets you in a completely more positive mood. I think it would help her through difficult periods of her life and she would enjoy this gift a lot.
Thank you Cassey for your generosity and your constant help.
It all started with a heart attack…at 33 my best friend wound up in the hospital after the attack for a month with a half paralysis. It serve as a wake up call, not only did she have one young girl to worry about but she was also 4 months pregnant at the time of the heart attack. The next year was an amazing one, she lost close to 100 pounds and is now cleared of all medical challenges she once had.
Since discovering blogilates, we regurlarly share a 4 am facetime workout, there is nothing more motivating than remembering what she’s been through!
If only I could share her before and after with you! She hands down deserves this, she is an incredible woman that I am proud and honored to have in my life.
Hey Cassey! I would love you to give me the Prize Pack instead of me giving it to someone else. This is because I believe that I will then be able to share this prize pack with my loved ones. Fitness is more than just about looking good, its about health and eating healthier as well as being able to share this wonderful journey with one another. In relation to mother’s day, it would be a good achievement if I am able to spend time with my mum and my grandmother by introducing POP Pilates to them and then keeping this journey going for all of us! Besides the fact that health and fitness means a lot to me, with this, we will be able to bond even more in a day. I deserve this prize pack because I believe in sharing. As cliche as it sounds, sharing is caring and spending more time with the people around us whom we love, means a whole lot to me. Lastly, wishing all mothers a Happy Mother’s Day! x
One of the strongest women in my life is my bff Lu! She complements me and knows when i feel bad or when i feel great and she knows how to handle the situations xd We love to do exercise (especially pilates!) and talk about running, the gym and even horse racing together! I think having for example the piit28 would make us do more workouts together and that would be so fun!!
Thank you for this opportunity :))

I’d give this to my best friend, Violetta, because I grew up with her mostly and although I don’t have any brothers or sisters I think of her as my sister. Whenever I had a problem I knew that I can tell her because she listens to me and cares for me. I had a tough childhood emotionally because my father left us when I was born, he didn’t even wanted me, and my mother never really loved me, she never appraised me or was kind to me ever. I could do whatever, helping at home, having A and A+ from every subject at elementary and later in high school, never going to parties nor drinking or doing drugs (like most of my classmates did), she always just yelled at me for “not doing anything”, for not being great enough, she even said once she regretted giving birth to me, and if she knew back than that I will be this awful, she never became pregnant…So long story short, I didn’t have anybody to talk about my problems until I met my best friend in elementary, and since then we’re inseparable. She always made me feel loved, and for the first time ever, I felt like I was an important person in someone’s life. I’m really glad that I have her because without her I wouldn’t be alive-literally; once when I had another really bad argument with my mom, at the same time my love broke up with me and I felt worthless, I was just crying for hours before I decided to kill myself as I couldn’t see any other ways out of my situation and as I didn’t have anyone else I called Violetta before to say goodbye to her but somehow we ended up talking for hours and she was crying because she felt like it’s her fault and she promised to spend even more time with me. So she deserves this gift, she deserves respect and lots of love for being my one and only best friend, my family, my emotional support and the kindest girl I’ve ever known.
Hi, Cassey! I`m Galina from Bulgaria and I would give the Prize Ppack to my mother, of course. She is from Russia (I’m half russian) and she’s great. She is so strong and she helps me so much. She is an example to me. I’m trying to be half as good a mother as she is. I canчt wait to see who the lucky one is. Goоd luck to all!!! And during that time (while my daughter sleeps an afternoon sleep) I will have fun with Body Toning Bootcamp. Thank you so much for your videos! They motivate and inspire me for perhaps more than a year. You are great and what you do is great for so many women in the world. keep up the good work. peace and love <3
My mom is THE BEST! I went through a rough couple of years where I battled with an ED and things got pretty ugly to be honest. And she did like EVERYTHING to help me, and I think i’m here today because of her. She has done so much for me. And I love it! Love you!! Thanks for being my mum.!! That’s why I would give her the prize, just for being there!

If I got lucky and got this prize, I would give “$100 gift card” to my friend who lives doing yoga with me. Then for the “PIIT28 Transformation Pack”, I would use it together with my mom and family, so we can workout together and get fit together!
Thanks for inspiring me!
Happy mothers day to you! I’m sure your mom is really really proud of you.
“Do you have a strong woman in your life?” Yes ı do she is my mom my lovely mom. If I win this prize I’ll give it to my mom because she deserves the BEST.
Lets think a bit first of all she carries you in her stomach and than she looks after you not even until 18 after 18 she still looks after you and takes care of you and worry about you every single when you are not next to her!
Actually If win the clothing packet my mom will be crazyyy because she always suffers from her sport clothes😂 And If I win the PIIT pack she will be crazy too because she tells she wants to do more sports but we actually can’t go to gym every single day so…
So she always wants the best for me so now I want the best for her!
Yes, my mom is the strongest woman I know! She has gone through so much in her past and I love her to the moon and back! 💕 She is not in her best physical form currently and I’d love to motivate her with this great package! 💕 Happy mothers day to all moms out there, you rock! 😘
I will share the prize with one of my best friends, because we inspire each other to get stronger and healthier, we use to spend our summer holidays together and we wake up for training, and yes, we apply the sentence “go hard por go home”, we feel proud of being strong women. Doing piit 28 together we’ll be great, together de could get better results and motivation than alone
Have a great Mothers Day Cassey!!
Love from the UK

If i think of someone who inspires me and helped me in many things in my life, it is definitely my mom. If it wasn’t for her i would never start taking care of my health and weight. She’s started working out 6 years ago and despite her age she keeps a beautiful figure and is insanely active. I am truly proud of her and it always cheers me up when people ask me if she’s my friend because she looks so much younger then she is. Now it’s been a year and we’re still working out together every week. It’s our passion and i’m very happy that i have someone in my life who shares my hobbies and is a great role model to me as well. Love her 😘
I want to give the prize pack to my lovely sister Anna <3 She is so kind and helpful and always makes thoughtful gifts and tries to please everyone. And since January she says she wants to start working out and get fit, but she is kind of lacking the guidance. She already asked me what I do and I showed her PIIT28 on Youtube and told her about the community and different PIIT Levels (I have 1.0, 2.0, and 3.0) 🙂 I think she likes it but she is reluctant to spend money on it because she is not sure if she will push through it and it is kind of expensive for her budget. She is lacking workout clothes and equipment as well, so I think this would be the perfect starter pack for her 🙂 All my love to the PIIT28 and POP Fam <3 Happy Mothers day!
Hmmm do I know strong Women in my life ?? Yes I do I know you are a strong woman and I am a strong woman and we are all are strong in our unique way !! I don’t envy these ladies I admire these ladies !! All of us are strong women lady and you should be the first strong lady you know
Hi Cassey! I would definitively share the clothes with my sister because she lives far away from me and I onestly can’t often afford paying for a gift which I would love to make. My mum instead has seen and encouraged me since I started with Blogilates workouts in 2015 (I feel proud about this) and her desire to follow your calendars makes me believe it would be a wonderful gift to her. All because they’re just the strongest and most important women of my life! Happy Mother’s Day! Lots of love from Italy 🙂
Hmmm do I know strong Women in my life ?? Yes I do I know you are a strong woman and I am a strong woman and we are all are strong in our unique way !! And if I win the pack I will honestly give it to myself because I do deserve it !! I always fall and stop working out I always get myself back up and start grinding again and I think the definition of a strong woman is a woman who don’t give up no matter what been thrown at her and I would love to have my friends to try #piit28 when I meet them this holiday I told them a lot about blogilates community and how everyone is supportive but I was never able to make them workout with me so it’s gonna be fun !! All of us are strong women lady and you should be the first strong lady you know
I am very lucky to have and had many wonderful women in my life. All of them thaught me how to be independent, strong, caring and loving. I would give the prize pack to my friend, who after my mothers death stood by me and motivated me for yoga and pilates. All of that keeps my body and mind strong and focused.
Everyone sees their mother as the strongest woman in their lives and I’m no exception to this. She is a super mum and woman in general. I admire and respect her for all her efforts and the things she has accomplished in her life. I love her so much and I’d like to give her this gift (if I’m lucky enough to win) because she deserves it. She deserves to be on her best shape both physically and psychologically and I want to help her in every way I can. She has never been a person that liked to exercise but we started together recently and she’s into it! I think that if she was given this gift pack, it would boost her even more and she deserves it. She’s been taking care of me and my brother for so many years, we want her to start taking care of herself too!
Thank you, Cassey, for this giveaway opportunity! I’m sure that whoever wins it will be extremely happy and will use it well to their advantage. Happy Mother’s Day to all!

I hope this is not too late!
My mom has never done much exercise in her life, as she considers her work and house chores as her daily workout. I would give her this pack in hopes that someday, or after she retires – she get to pick up fitness of any form (pilates, zumba, kick boxing, yoga, etc), and I want recommend to her PIIT28 because it has helped me in many ways. I’m a much better person mentally and physically, and I want my superwoman to feel it too. I want her to transform herself into someone she’d never thought she can be. And I will be there to help her as much as I can. I want to see her travel and go about her life with strength and ease. Most of all, happy and healthy, always. I know deep down, she wants to improve herself but does not have the heart to do so because of her full time job as a nurse and as a mother, and wife. My mom always wanted, and always given the best to me. Now it is my turn as an adult, and her only daughter to take care of her. That includes educating her to be stronger, healthier and happier. 🙂 Often times I would picture her in my mind – a strong woman physically who is not limited by her physical strength to do whatever she loves especially traveling. Lately her bones and muscles are weakening, she could not walk as much as before. So I want to help her.
I don’t have much to give, but I can give her my sincerity and my love. I love my mom. Happy Mother’s Day to all and thank you for this giveaway Cassey! <3
If I won I would give this prize to my brave Mum. She has very recently been diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer 😔 & has already began her chemotherapy which will go on for approx 6 months. Some days are rough for her but she has been so strong throughout her journey so far & she is a real inspiration to me & my sister. Just this week she shaved her head & is proudly sporting a bandana 😊. I’d love to be able to give her something special to brighten her day & something to encourage a healthier lifestyle for both her & my sister 💖
My mother helped me overcome obesity. Back then, I was always sick and went to the doctor every week. However, my mother really inspired me to embrace a healthier lifestyle. Now, I am much better and haven’t gotten sick in about a year. This is why I want to give her the prize pack–I want to help her continue pursuing her fitness goals as well, and give back to her for the astronomical amount of things that she’s done for me. I love her so much, and giving her this prize pack is one way that I can show it to her.
My mother is a recovering cancer patient, so her health is especially important right now. I would give this prize pack to her so that she can stay strong and defy the process of aging! She really deserves it because she’s such a determined soul who puts her heart and mind into everything she does. This prize pack would definitely not go to waste.
My mother is definitely the strongest woman I know. After multiple miscarriages, my mother had me at the age of 33, but that left her with severe depression and binge eating disorder. Even so, she wokred hard to keep me healthy and had my sister 3 years later. Working multiple jobs while taking care of my sister and I ended up wrecking havoc on her endocrine system, and now she has to take thyroid pills and struggles with her weight as a result (her binging is much better, but she still turns to sugar when the stress from all her responsibilities gets too high). As a single mother and foster mom, she rarely has time to work out when she’s not running around all over the place taking care of others and working hard to keep my younger sister and me in university. I want to show her that working out doesn’t have to take up that much space in her life, but can still help her be the best that she can be. She’s taken years of her life to take care of us, and now I want to be able to take care of her.
I would give this prize pack 👑👘 to my beautiful aunt whose beauty shines from within her
Unlike most of you, my greatest inspiration isn’t my mother, not only because we’ve never really got along, but also because she’s using every chance to remind me that I might eventually fail in everything – and that she in fact is a great mother, I’m just a horrible daughter. It’s mothers day in Europe already and she refused to hug me, that made me very sad.
My greatest inspiration and the woman I would give the prize to is my cousin. She’s just 2 years older than me but has always cared about me, making sure I was happy and felt loved, even though we live at the opposite ends of our country. We both struggle with our weight and we started blogilates together about a year ago. It was perfect, because we both feel really nervous in the gym. I feel like PIIT could help her with her self esteem (she’s always been very insecure) and would also fit into her busy schedule. And I can’t even imagine how happy she’d with all the clothes 😀
While I’m not sure if anyone will read my comment (there’s so many inspirational women out here!) I wish all of you a happy Mothers day ♡
Who would I give this prize pack to??
I would give this to my beautiful aunt who inspires me to be the best version of myself 🥑☀ by being the best version of herself
I would give this prize pack to my mom because she’s such a strong woman. She always makes sure to stand up for what is right, and she has always stood up for me. This prize pack would help her become an even stronger woman, both physically and emotionally, so I would like her to have it.
Hi Cassey. The strong woman in my life has to be my mom. Living in a big family made her often forget to do things for herself. Lately, I have been taking more time to help her with her work so she can take some time off for herself. She has been wanting to be in shape for decades now. I think being a daughter in law of an Indian family kinda makes her day fully packed. We joined gym few weeks back and happy to be doing this together. The first week at gym, she was at a low point not able to push herself, when handling weights became too much, I showed her videos and she loved ur enthusiasm in the videos. Since then, we both are following ur beginners calendar and loving it. She has a glow on her face, she seems more charming than ever. I wanna thank u for putting so much efforts in ur video because unknowingly u are big part of our lives. We love u Cassey. And thus I think my mom deserves this prize pack, as this would motivate her to keep on pursuing her life long dream.
XOXO
Who would I give this prize pack to??
My beautiful mother👭
Why??
Because she is as strong and beautiful inside and out her beauty eminates from within and her energy is beautifully contagious
My mother is my number one supporter in EVERYTHING–school, fitness, my social life–so I’ve been her number one supporter in her fitness journey as well. I believe she deserves the prize pack because she always gives so much, but barely ever thinks about receiving. Since she’s such a huge fan of yours, she would definitely appreciate this and cherish it for life.
Hi Casseyy! U have great idea about the trip with your family, I think that it will be great and youll will enjoy it as much as u can!:) And about the prize.. One part will have I and the second part I would give another popster or to my best friend. I think that it’s okey.😊💙 Good luck for everyone!
Dearest Cassey
It feels almost dreadful to me to speak about who deserves the prize pack when everyone in the comments truly deserves one, because all women are strong, and their strength varies in different ways. One such strong woman is my best friend who I will call Faith here, because I have Faith in her. Faith has spent the last seven years battling depression in different forms. It started out with a strong dislike for her body in 9th grade, which led to three hours of exercise a day and barely any food. She was saved in 10th grade when she discovered her love for dance, and during school breaks she would teach a large portion of our class dance moves and we loved her for it. In University, she took on teaching dance classes in the afternoon. Her passion kept the depressing thoughts pushed to the corner, but come second year uni, they had come barrelling straight at her due to certain events that had happened during that year. Last July we got a gym membership together, where I must say I rely on her to teach me a lot of Pilates and moves. She introduced me to your videos when she had been at a very low point. She is truly a force of happiness for everyone around her, and I want to try so hard to let her be a source of happiness for herself as well. Thoughts of possibly losing her to depression haunt me. Her smile is infectious, and maybe receiving your prize will make her smile that much bigger and be a step in pushing those dark thoughts out of her life for good. Thank you, and Happy Mothers Day.
I would give this prize pack to my mom because she’s the only person who has never failed to stand up for me throughout my life. I’m still a student, so I don’t have much money to buy her gifts. She’s one of the strongest and most loving people I know, so she deserves the world. If I could give this to her, I know it would mean so much to her because she’s a BIG fan of yours! Thank you for helping us become fitter, Cassey.
I would give this to my sister because she’s going to a hard time at the moment and nevertheless she is always there for me.So I want give her something back
My mother deserves the prize pack because she’s really motivated to get stronger! She started exercising only later in life, so she struggles quite a bit. However, she’s been making little improvements every day because she’s one of the most committed and hardworking people ever! This prize pack would motivate her to get even stronger. This is especially good for her, as Pilates has helped her deal with her scoliosis. I want her to overcome this one day, so I will be with her every step of the way in her fitness journey. It’s the least I could do for someone who’s supported me all my life. 🙂
Since it´s a mother´s day, I would share it with my mummy. She does everything she can for me and my younger sister and she´s the best mother in the world. She would like to get it shape again, but it´s hard for her to get motivated. She does only your videos, because you always have some modifications for begginers and she really likes it. If she would have a beautiful outfit I think she would enjoy working out even more
Hi Cassey! I would give this prize pack to my mom because she’s the kindest person I know. I wasn’t able to buy her anything for Mother’s Day because I’m really broke, so all I could offer was my time and love. But I think this prize pack would be the perfect complement to that! We could be matchy-matchy while we do our daily Blogilates workouts together 🙂 <3
I’d want this giveaway for my close friend because she is fighting with depression a lot and you’re such an inspiration for her i just thought it would really make her happy 🙂
I would definitely give this prize pack to my awesome Mom!! She just did her first ever handstand and gets more badass every day 😀 I’d love to do the entire PIIT series with her! Happy Mother’s Day everyone xxx
Hey Cassey! My mother deserves to have this prize pack because she always gives up her time to make others happy–now, I want to make HER happy by giving this to her. 🙂 Since she’s such a big fan of yours, these prizes would really make her day!
Some people have sisters, some people have best friends, and aren’t I fortunate and blessed to have them all in one woman, and I call her my mother. She plays multiple roles in my life, she can be the blasting sound of an alarm that wakes me up from my daze in life, she can also be the the brightest, most beautiful sunrise and guidance in my life, she’s also the strongest pillar I can lean on that would hold onto her fragile self, put on a strong facade just to support her loved ones and I am truly blessed to have such a mother in my life. She’s been through ups and downs with me and had never, ever given up on me. Whether it was my diet, or exercising or studying or trying something terrifying in life, she will be there to give me a gentle push and a soothing embrace when I fall down. I am still a student and have limited capabilities to do much for her except to make her proud with my own achievements, and I thank you Casey for giving me this opportunity to be able to give her something she will love. She used to be a strong athlete but she she had slowly worn her down although she still go out for jogs and speed walking occasionally. She supports me in my exercise and would get me sportswear but when I tell her to get some for herself she’d always refuse. I want to get her something she’ll like and also to do the PIIT 28 with her so she can build up her strength again because I know she really wants to. Thank you, and Happy Mother’s Day ❤️
I’d like to give this to my best friend, Alva.
My mother is the strongest, kindest and most thoughtful person I’ve ever met and it truly breaks my heart a little each year that I will never really be able to pay her back and give her what she deserves – which is the WORLD but I mean that’s not possible but this amazing giveaway would be the next top thing! My mom is truly one of my best friends and I don’t have a lot of those. We can talk about everything and I know that she is always there for me which isn’t something that’s for granted just because it’s your mother. A few months back, around Christmas time, we as a family had a terrible time due to my father getting seriously ill and we all pretty much prepared for him to not make it however horrible that sounds. My parents own their own company and I dropped everything to help mom keep everything up because however stressful and a hard time you’re having, the rest of the world doesn’t stop just because ours do and money is needed. So I helped her there, cleaned the house, cooked and prepped all meals to make it as easy as possible and always had a shoulder ready to cry on. It was an incredible hard time but we got through it and now everything is better thank god. But it’s still something that she hasn’t really recovered from and I know her body isn’t feeling too well and that’s why this giveaway is perfect. I’ve tried to motivate her to get her body moving more and living a little more healthier because that’s what helped me (and you videos thank god that you exist <3). She always talks about trying to lose that little bit of extra weight because it's something that really bothers her and makes her feel sad – but at the same time she doesn't have the motivation to keep up with it and in the beginning you always need to have a strong mindset to keep it up until it gets easier and you start to realize how amazing it is with daily workouts for both your body and mind. This giveaway would be perfect for her and just the right push she need. I mean good workouts in form of the amazing transformation pack AND a gift card for Popflex – that's almost took good!!! And I know all these stories below this one are amazing, so whoever ends up winning it is truly deserving of everything. Big hugs from Sweden!!
My mom has taught me to love unconditionally. And work hard. Two things I believe make me the woman I am now. I would love to give this gift to my mom, but bad health will not allow her to do the PIT exercises, however she could totally wear the gear. If I win, I would spend the entire $100 on her because she deserves it and more. Happy Mother’s Day to ALL the mothers that put their kids first.
Hi hi Cassey! I hope you and your family are having a great weekend getaway for mothers day! I wanted post about the strongest BFF in my life, my mom!
I grew up with 3 older brothers, and no sisters! My mom was the closest woman in my life growing up and to this day she is my best friend! She was the woman who put me into figure skating and dance at a young age, she also figure skated when she was a kid. My mom wanted myself, and her 3 sons to stay active (they played baseball) and she was our biggest supporter and fan!
She raised my 2 eldest brothers at a young age by herself, and she has given all 4 of us the world every step of the way. Even now that we are all adults, she is always there for us! She is the health and fitness nut of the family and has taught me everything I know about living healthy and happy. She has even done blogilates with me!
A couple of years ago, she was diagnosed with breast cancer and she battled it! She won! I never thought that would ever happen to MY mom. And so many strong beautiful women go through it. The experience was hard, but it has taught me how to strive and live every day to its fullest, and I strive to be the best I can be. I don’t think I could do it without my mom. She’s my best friend! 😊
“Do you have a strong woman in your life?”
Yes, I have. My mother. She is like a hero, everywhere and always helping everyone. Because my mother tries to help everyone, she forgets about herself. Sometimes I’m worried that she is not happy, especially not with her figure. I would love to give her this price-pack as a mothersday gift so we can work on her happiness together. Because I’m already a popster for many years I know what it can do to your life including your happiness. She always wants to make me happy and now I want to make her very happy to.
My mother has been struggling with her figure since she was a very young girl. She is a peer figure, that means she is small above but wider at her legs. She has always done workouts for her legs to shrink them, but she stopped a while ago because she thought it wouldn’t help. I want to give her this pack to give her some power, some inspiration, and to show her I wil support her as much as I can to make her feel happy and beautiful.
Mom I love you, you support me in any way and now I’m going to give some back❤️.
All of the kisses in the world xxx Sanne
I would share this with my best friend Aisha, she has basically had to bring herself up as her mum was an alcoholic and her dad wasn’t great, she is the strongest person I know and has helped me more than I could ever help her and we both love watching your videos and trying to have fun while working out together, this pack would mean so much to her xxx
Hi Casseyy! U have great idea about the trip with your family, I think that it will be great and youll will enjoy it as much as u can!:) And about the prize.. One part will have I and the second part I would give another popster or to my best friend. I think that it’s okey.😊💙 Good luck for everyone!🍀💙

Hi Cassey! The strong woman in my life I would give this to would be my best friend Claire. She has had a lot of trouble finding herself and discovering her dreams and passions which would cause her to take on other people’s dreams and personalities. This year I am SO proud of her though because she has started to find herself and discovered her own dream which she is now putting all her amazing hardwork and dedication she has into it. These days when she smiles it lights up her face, she is walking more confidently and laughing more brightly. It has been so amazing to watch her grow and i think she deserves and needs this gift as i know how much PIIT28 has helped me grow and will help her grow xx
My mom is very strong. Shes climbed obstices that no mother should ever face. My mother struggled for many years with severe depression, due to living in an abusive home growing up. To my mother, her only option of escape was to conceive me. My mother gave birth to me via emergency c-section a month early. My mother took the best care she could of me while I was living with her. But, her depression impacted her life greatly. So badley she attempted to take her life on a couple of occasions. Later my father won custody because of a default judgement and my mother lost me a little more everyday. Visitation ended because my father moved me away… and that’s when things went for a dark turn for my mom.
I didn’t see my mom for 9 long years. During that time my mother fought addiction and depression head on. To this day my mom has been clean for 13 years. The same woman upset and making bad decisions because of losing me. Is the same woman who knew she needed to clean herself up to be with me again. Depression and addiction controlled her for many years. But she realized that she is much stronger than the things that held her back in the past.
My mom is my lifelong best friend. She’s held me while I’ve been down, and she always shown up since coming back into my life. This same woman helped me become a mother myself, as she coached me though childbirth with my husband. She’s helped me succeed in my own life and I am so grateful to call her my mother.
I would give this prize to my mother, because she relies so much on exercises to help her keep on track. She already watches your channel and does the exercises almost daily. All because a lot of it is FREE. My moms past made it difficult to move on to better things. So she isn’t exactly the richest. Getting this gift on her own would mean months of saving. But, I know she would be forever grateful for this gift. My mom deserves this gift more than words can express.
Hey Cassey! I’m Jeen from Bangkok, Thailand 😀 I would give the prize pack to my sister because she is one of the most important person in my life. Even though we argue quite a lot younger, I now know that having a sister is such and amazing thing. She helps me through my ups and downs and always make me smile with her weird jokes and stories and she is so supportive. I’m currently studying in another country so I don’t get to hug her and often now :/ well yesterday was her 14th birthday and it would be so great to give this gift pack as another birthday gift for her because she loves to exercise (we usually workout together and we are both so inspired by your videos and blog posts Cassey)! Love you so much Cassey, you are a very strong woman and I hope that one day you’ll be able to come to Bangkok, Thailand for workshop for us POPsters! <3
We survived the 2009 typhoon in the Manila and spent 14 hours on the roof of our house, so every time there’s a little rain my mom is MEGA prepared. But this particular time, she was in the US visiting some relatives, so she sent me and my brother this lengthy text. You KNOW who’s queen of the house because she knows where EVERYTHING is. She’s a regular mother hen, sheltering us from the storm from afar! And now that I’m a mom myself to a little 8 month old, I hope to have even an OUNCE of her preparedness and awareness of the house hahaha! Happy Mother’s Day, popsters! https://uploads.disquscdn.com/images/a4941440749a057bdac0aed0fd00c93a6e2c24aa96e7bd25c5c30d4435d74c3b.jpg
My best friend is a strong woman in my life. Ofcourse my mom is too but I have to make dessicions now.
Me and my best friend have known each other from birth. We support each other with everything we do and are there to catch each other if something doesn’t work out.
Lately she’s having a hard time with her study, but she loves what she does and keeps fighting for it. I think she’s really strong for keeping to pursue her dream even if it doesn’t go as smoothly as planned. She works really hard but manages to make time for her friends at the same time. Her positivity and happiness can make every situation better. I can learn a lot from her and I’d never want to lose her! I really hope we can win this together. Especially since we don’t really have the money (certainly not for popflex due to the import taxes) and we love your clothing and workouts!
(Sorry if my English isn’t good. I’m still learning)
My BFF! First of all because I’ve been doing pilates for two years now. I’ve always tried to convince her to try it out but she didn’t want to. To my suprise she finally gave it a try a few months ago since both our cousins are getting married this summer and we both wanted to look our best and feel that way too. Now we encourage each other every day to do the workouts for the day! We even call each others to ask if we already worked out. I would love to treat her with the prices because we both love you so much and are very grateful that you exist:)
The second and main reason is because I love her so much. We both have been trough a lot in primaryschool when we didn’t know esch other. Than in highschool we met and since than we havn’t been apart. We’ve been trough a lot together: first boyfriend, first time alcohol, getting driving licenses, first job or uni in my case, everything! Even the people around us alwasy changed and left us or we left them, we two stick together forever!
I would give the prize pack to my mother because she has been struggling with fitness and weight all my life, and I think it will really help her move forward and motivate her.
She inspires me in every aspect of life; she is the bravest person I have ever met and she never stops fighting for what she believes in. When my brother was little, he was very badly bullied at school (not just by the students, but by the teachers as well). He is dyslexic and they told him (a 4 year old at the time) that he will never learn to read or write, never get an education, and never amount to anything. Now, he is a wonderful adult studying a great course at a very good university. My mother fought tooth and claw for him. She went against everyone and took him out of school to home educate him. Even her own mum was against it, but she still did it. She had no idea what she was doing but she believed it was the right choice. And it was. I fully believe that if she hadn’t done that, my brother wouldn’t be where he is today. I don’t think he’d even be alive. I have so much respect and admiration. She truly is the strongest person I know and I’m proud to say I take after her. We’re both very stubborn people and while it gets us into trouble sometimes, it’s gotten me OUT of trouble more times than I can count.
My mum is also there for me,, whenever I need her. She’s always got my back. She is my biggest cheerleader; she supports all of my dreams, no matter how crazy they are
She just says “okay, do it”.
I’m 20 years old and my mum is still my hero.
I’d gift this to my sister! Her BIRTHDAY is coming up and she has been going through some eating disorders. I want to help her find purpose to focus more on being fit for HER instead of just counting calories.
I think this would really cheer her up and make her day!
She is also doing up her thesis for her post graduate degree in psychology. Meanwhile, helping me with my wedding and my baby that is due in august.
This would be great for both of us to get fit together after my labour. To motivate both of us actually.
I hope i can win this for her!!
I would give this to my best friend Ellie, she has gone through some health issues, and her medication has caused her to gain weight. She has always been very athletic and confident in her self, but because of the medication and health issues her confidence has seriously taken a hit. Getting back to doing something physical will really help her 😀
The strongest woman in my life is Selwyn. She’s more than a best friend and is everything to me. I don’t even know how to properly phrase just how important she is. She puts up with so much from her abusive family. She’s trying so hard to overcome body image issues. She’s taught me so much about what it means to be a feminist, how to stand up for what’s right and how to educate others and use my privilege to help. While I’m white and straight and haven’t put much thought into anyone else’s points of view, she’s done so much to open my eyes to inequality and help teach me about how to recognize harmful kinds of internalized behaviors in myself and others and put a stop to it. Wynnie is smart and funny and hard working and beautiful. We’re working together to try and help ourselves develop healthy life habits and to take care of ourselves (neither of us have the healthiest of habits)and we want to be the best versions of ourselves that we can.
Wynnie is brave and faces fears and courageous and does terrifying things even though she’s scared. She is always there for me when I need a friend and is always trying way too hard to keep it all together.
I’d give the prize pack to her so she can have a helping guiding hand helping her, like she’s helped me so many times. I think she deserves it because I want to make sure she takes care of herself and is the healthiest version of herself she can be. I would give the prize pack to her to help her be as strong outside as she is on the inside.
Selwyn is Wonder Woman to me. She’s tough as nails and always giving more and more of herself to everyone around her and I think it’s time she had a chance to focus on herself.
Thank you very much for your time and consideration. If anyone deserves a prize pack to help take charge of her body and her life, it is Selwyn.
Hey!
My mom is the strongest woman I know…she’s always there for me, never gives up and tries her best until everyone is happy! 🙂
Noone can imagine how hard it is to be a mother until you are a mother, too! Props to all mothers out there!!
You do an amazing job, really! 😀
I would give it to my best friend Klarka. Because she give love to all around and little bit forget to herself. And i will she have something only for her. She wants to lose weight but she has no time for searching workouts and so (two small babies, building house, … ) and with this gift, she should not make excuses 😉 Sorry for my English 🙂
My mom! She is so strong and confident! I have always looked up to her. Shes a supermom and has time for running while taking care of me and my 3 siblings needs all the time! She has always done everything for us and worked hard so she would be able to support us!
Dear Cassey! I would love to share the win with my mom. Me and she, we share the passion for workout clothes and for fitness and active lifestyle in overall. Seeing her smile always makes my day. And this win would make her smile really big.
Thanks for everything Cassey! Me and my mom, we
both love your workouts and the clothes you designed. Sending you lots of love and good vibes only from Czech Republic!! ♥
I would love to win the giveaway for my mom. She gave me so much, I could never list everything. And she started with the Blogilates calender this month. And during her workouts with you she is always swearing, but til now she got through every single one of them. And I’m so proud of her wanting to change something and I would love to help her on the journey with PIIT28!
Thank you Cassey for everything,
Aline
I would give the package to my best friend because she enjoys working out as much as I do. She is also my workout buddy! Furthermore, she is always there for me when I am having a hard time and she always cheers me up! Basically, I love her!
Yeah I have the strongest woman in my life its my mom. Lets think a bit who ALWAYS takes care about you ALWAYS wants the best for you your mom so ıf ı win this giveaway I’ll give the prize to my mom because she deserves the best. She would be very happy to buy new clothes that will motivate her so much to doing sports (because she always suffers about her sport clothes) and If ı win the pack I will give it to my mom too because she would be very happy doing the workouts! And all moms deserve the BEST! Thats why If ı win I will give the prizes to her
I am lucky to be surrounded by positive, amazing, and strong women in my life. Not many are as lucky as I am because most of these women are not by choice, but by birth.
But, the person who I believe deserves this is someone who happened upon my life and has been a blessing since she entered. She is my best friend and I love her like no other. She is supportive when I succeed and is my biggest cheerleader. She is genuinely happy when hearing of my accomplishments. She isn’t afraid to tell me how it is. She takes me on adventures and opens new worlds. She is extremely intelligent and knows the power she holds within her.
She loves to work out with me, even though she was skeptical of Blogilates at first, lol! Because of your videos, she has gained confidence in a whole new way. Her body and mind have grown strong. She is filled with energy and is a whole new person since we started our fitness journey together.
Working out has made her happy.
She loves being happy.
She has been through a lot in her life… some things are unimaginable…. but, she does not let that define her. It is her story, and she doesn’t shy from that fact. It motivates her.
I’m not kidding when I say she’s the strongest person I know. Despite what life has thrown at her, she walks with grace and with complete confidence in God’s will for her. She is beautiful, radiant, and, as I so affectionately call her, a “sun goddess.”
This is my best friend, Arali.
She deserves this, there is no doubt in my mind.
Who would I give this prize pack to? If I could buy this and give it to my mother I would, but unfortunately gifts won’t make my mom love me more but only the idea. She deserves the best of the best. I’m not just saying that because she’s a mom but because she is my hero. I’ve been through so much in my short 20 years of my life and she has been there through it all (I decided to get a small tattoo that connects to hers for not only mother and daughter but mother and child, she loves my siblings and I very very much). Her mind is always busy with thoughts and emotions whether she’s working even at home because she is taking on other peoples’ work loads, she is making sure my family has food to eat and a place to live, she is trying to keep her loved ones close, stress or even have a little depression. If anyone deserves this, it’s her. She’s been trying to slim down and just love her body for years. Every time she asks me if her outfit looks okay when she goes out dancing I can see in her eyes that she isn’t happy with her body. The past few years she’s been in and out of the hospital because of cysts, and now she has a hernia. She can’t get surgery to remove it until she loses some pounds. I think this gift will really help her to stay motivated and be a healthy happy mom. She means so much to me, I’d be lost without her. Thank you, Cassey for being such an inspiration. -Katie Moen 🙂
My mom has been a very strong role model in my life. Coming from a third world country with no family in the states, she had come to America starting from the bottom and worked her hardest so that the path for my 2 other siblings will be easier than how she had it. She has been the main money maker in the family and has worked double after double to help send my siblings and I to school. Because of her, here I stand with my Bachelors in nursing and working in a pre surgical unit, my sister graduated last Saturday with her Bachelors in science in Biology and on her way to take the MCAT then off to med. School, and my brother graduated last summer for his Masters in Computer Science. She has showed us what diligence is. She has shown us what a strong character is composed off. She has provided me with so much love and patience despite my short comings. I thank God for my mother. I would not be where I am today without her.
Hi, I want to enter for my mum. This year she wants to lose weight and to get fit. I really think she deserves this because last year she tried to lose weight but it didn’t work out with her busy schedule and I really want to motivate her so that she doesn’t back down and so that she can make more time to get fit. She doesn’t go to the gym so Pilates would be better for her and for her busy schedule and she prefers working out at home. Thank you Cassey for this great opportunity🙏😁.
Hi Cassey!I’m Alice and I’m from Italy. I would give this prize pack to my mom because she is the strongest woman I’ve ever met, she can do so many things at the same time that one her day is equal to two of mine! She is larged-hearted and strength of mind and for this she is a such source of inspiration to me. She ALWAYS takes care of us (me, my brother and my father xD) and now, for this time, I would like to take care of her; about nine months ago she started a diet and since then she had already lost 10kg!! I’m so proud of her and she is so happy for her achivement, she can’t still believe it, because she tried several diet, but none of them worked….however a few days ago she tolds me that, because she weighs less, she would like to start doing some physical activity and so what better time than this to support her? I started to follow the Blogilates’ calendars since 2015 and I notice big results because I’m much more strong and I’m happier because I’ve learned to love the way I’m (physically and mentally) and I would like to continue this journey together with my mom =)

The strong woman I would give this to is my mom. Now you’ve probably already gotten this answer already and it makes me happy to know how much other people care about their mom’s too. My mom inspires me everyday because she works so hard and is so patient with my siblings and I. I want to give this to my mom because she has been having body image issues lately, she hasn’t been to happy with her weight but she can’t fit in workouts with her busy schedule. I want my mom to get this packet so that we could do this together, we could feel more relaxed and happy together, and I want her to feel confident in herself again. It makes me upset that her insecurities still haunt her like all insecurities do but she hasn’t let them stop her from being a good person.
I would give this to my mum because she is just superwoman and she was the one who got me into exercising and keeping fit. She would always go on about the importance of being healthy and how we might feel invincible now in our youth but it will all come back and bite you in the bum once you’re older. She is literally the strongest woman I know and I would like to give this prize to her to show her that not once have I forgotten her lessons and that I am so so grateful for her.
I would give this to my mom because she is the strongest woman I know. She came to America when she was 16 after her father died, not knowing a word of english and searching for a job to help support her family because her dad was the only provider for her and her nine other siblings, later she met my father and they got married and had my brother and I. She studied for a long time and took the threat to become a citizen and passed with flying colors, she wanted prove to herself and everyone else that she was capable of doing anything she wanted if she put her mind to it. Now she and my father have been married for almost 19 years. She still can’t believe how far she’s gone in life and everyday she tells us how lucky we are to be in the time and place we live in today. Now she has a lot of stress in her life from work, taking care of my grandmother with dementia, worrying that my brother is too young to be starting his own buisness, worrying about my weight and health, and stressing about losing weight herself. Of all the crazy things happening in her life right now the thing weighing down her mind the most is her and my physical health. We try everything together from eating healthy and going to the gym. It’s harder for her with her thyroid problems, but she still tries. So far she has lost 30 pounds but has plateaued and is half way to her goal. Everything she tries nw
I love and appreciate my sister so, so much. She is a strong, supportive, hard working, caring, hilarious woman and I am so proud to call her my sister and best friend. Love you, Eri! 💜
Another person I would give the price pack to is my mother. She is a really strong woman, who had to go throug a lot. When my parents got divorced my mum lost everything she had worked for for the las 20years. Her family. the divorce wasn’t really “peaceful” to say the least. Sure my mum made a few mistakes and my sister, who is pretty straight forward, judgemental and unforgiving told her, she doesn’t want to have her in her life anymore. I myself needed some distance. Long story short, after 1 year or so my sis my dad and I would life together and my mum moved out. We used to life in a nice house with garden, had family bbqs, when we where born she actually gave up her career. She would organise the best birthday party and put her heart and soul int our family, now she was left with nothing. I forgave her mistake long ago and I am visiting her every week and I can tell how much the loss of her family and life is bothering her. I can tell that she lost perspective. But the worst thing is, she is really neglecting her health. She is drinking and smoking a lot, she doesn’t really eat healthy. She eats far to little, because she does not realise how important it is to nourish your body. I know that she wanted to go to get a gym membership or go to a pilates class but she just doesn’t have the time. When she was younger she would always do those “ouldschool fitness Dvds )So I am sure she is going to love PIIT.
There are a few reasons why I want to give the PIIT Pack to her.
First of all I am REALLY worried about her health, and I am sure that when Cassa introduces her to the POPster Lifestyle she is going to realise who important it is to care for your body and she is actually going to enjoy it.
The she finally had a workout routine she could do at home,
Most importantly however, I think giving the PIIT Package to her would give her some perspective. She would have something to work for, she had a routine that gave her life a little more structure and I am sure she would gain so much more confidence when she gets stronger, when she realises that she can MAKE HERSELF stronger, and that she does not rely on anyone.
One of the “STRONGEST” person in my life is my mother . She’s my guide and my hero. Guide because she gives me advice that will need me in every single day in my life even if sometimes she can be very strict with me but I know that is for my good.My hero because she always saves me and sometimes takes the blame for the mistakes I have done , I know that no one else in the world can ever do what she has done for me so I call her “unique in its kind”.
All of the kisses in the world xx Sanne
Hi Cassey 🙂
I would give the Prize Pack to my mom. She has done a lot of me that I am extremely grateful for, so I would like to give something to her that I know she will love. Recently, she has been experimenting with healthy foods and finding ways to live a healthier lifestyle. For someone who has always made sacrifices for her family, I want to give something back that I know she will be excited to try. Thanks for the opportunity.

I would give it to my dear friend. She has been a really big blessing in my life. She’s a single mother. I’ve seen her do things that I didn’t think anyone could achieve. Truly inspiring to see what that woman can do and I’m so blessed to have her in my life. Her name is Adrian.
Hey Cassey,
The strongest woman to me is my mother. She didn’t had it always easy growing up and having me and my sisters. But you never hear her complain about it. She is always calm and try really hard to make everyone around her happy. Me and my sisters don’t always show it but we have deep respect for her and love her with all our hearts ♡
I never won something but i still would like to give this a try. If I would win this i wouldnt give this to my mom but to my good friend/old colleague. She is going through a hard time these last few years. Having problems with her boyfriend and other things. I’m really proud at her for staying strong even though she feels really insecure. So I want to give ♨ this so she can feel more confident about her self and see herself for the person i know she is ^^
Thanx for the opportunity Cassie!!!!! 🖒
I would give the PIIT Pack to my best friend, because she is everything to me, she is leitterallly the reason I am still alive. A few years ago my whole life shattered into pieces. My parents got divorced and my “disordered eating habits” manifested into anorexia binge purge subtype. I didn’t have any reason to life anymore. I felt like my whole life was passing by and I was trap in my horrible, dark thoughts. “Am I beautiful enough?” “Am I skinny enough?” “I am not worth to be happy, to enjoy life”. The only person who cared was my best friend. She stuck with me all the time. First, I didn’t even tell her about my struggles because I was so embarrassed, especially in times where I would binge a lot and made myself sick afterwards. I didn’t even feel like I am human anymore. But She still believed in my, she stood by my side, even though she didn’t know and when I finally told her, she was the one who gave me hope. She would listen to me, even If I told her the same story again and again, she made sure I ate sth in the morning so I wouldn’t pass out, she was the only person I could tell EVERYTHING, she forced me to leave the house, she motivated me when I wanted to give up, she tought me to life and laugh again. Without her I would never have gotten out of the horrible mindset where an illness controlled my life. Sure, I am still struggling, but at least now I am in control and I found my will to fight.
She is a huge POPster swell, actually she was the one who introduced me to Blogilates. I would give the PIIT Package to her to say thank you. She just started University and doesn’t have that much time to work out anymore. PIIT would help her so much.
There are so many strong women in my life but the one who inspires me on a daily basis is one of my best friends, Mary. We met back in junior high and performed in the same show choir together. Since graduating high school, both of us have worked to keep each other accountable on both a physical and spiritual level. Over the last few years, she began experiencing a multitude of health problems. She originally thought it was a gluten sensitivity so she went gluten free, which helped a little so she tried cutting out dairy too. After years of trying to eat gluten and dairy free and visiting different medical specialists, she found out she is hypoglycemic. When trying to explain her condition to people, she usually describes it as being reverse diabetic and now tries to maintain a low-carb diet because she finds it makes it easier to balance her blood sugar. Despite everything that’s happened over the last few years, she never gave up on pursuing the things she loves. She’s travelled to several countries for school and mission work, pursued her love of teaching, and is even brave enough to go skydiving and eat guinea pig (not at the same time). She has slowly been getting back into working out again, now that her body isn’t rebelling against her every time she eats. I think The 28 Day Reset would be super beneficial in helping her figure out how to get the best out of her food and the PIIT 28 Workouts would be a fun way for us to work out together and keep each other accountable, even when she’s in a different city from me.
If you would have asked my 14 year old self to describe my mother in one word, it would have been STRICT.
My mom could have chosen to be the Cool Mom. The Fun mom. The Friend mom. But she knew what we (all seven of us!) needed. We needed someone to teach us. She taught us to be kind and to work hard. She taught us to care about others. To feel confident in ourselves and to help those around us. And now that we are all grown, she is continuing to invest in children in her work as a kindergarten teacher.
I am a young mother myself now. And more than ever I appreciate her hard work and dedication to her responsibility as a parent. My husband sometimes jokingly tells me I sound just like my mother. I consider this a huge compliment.
If you were to ask me today to describe my mother in one word, I wouldn’t have to think twice about it. It would be EXAMPLE.
I would love to give the prize pack to my mom. No matter what, she works hard and is always there to support me through everything. She is such a loving person who has given all that she can to her children. My mom is a wonderful role model, and she helps me think about life in different perspectives, reminding me to never forget what is really important or to not get too caught in little things that might not matter as much in the long run. Thanks Cassey for the post; it made me smile to read it 🙂
Alright. So yesterday I wrote about my good friend Aga who has thyroid problem and recently also diagnosed with diabetes. She is very strong and is incredible driven. She never complains. She keeps eating clean and healthy, goes to the gym in the morning, to work after and her classes. She is usually lifting weights but after diagnosed with diabetes, her doctor told her to just do something less intense and incorporate more cardio. She was devastated. She’s obsessed with weightlifting! Her doctor said she can try to do pilates and incorporate more treadmill. She hates trademill but is very interested in this pilates idea. I think after all she’s been through and how she doesnt give up, she definitely deserves this. She can get the light weightlifting and cardio from PIIT! I’m inspired by her. I’m working out everyday because she makes me realize how important it is to respect our body and treat it well with good food and good exercise. This has helped me overcome my depression as well. Happy mother’s day Cassey! I hope your family is having fun!
I don’t know if I’m still on time and I know I’ve already written this things but I would really like my mom and my sister to receive this package. They ate themselves up, we me included did so actually because our most lovable person passed away and we are still not able to deal with it. I would like her to look in the mirror and be proud because she managed to keep together our entire family through these difficult times. My sister on the other side is the person who most suffered from the loss of our guide because she was very attached and I hope that with this tiny little thing she can be happy a little more and start to love herself properly. We lost the sight of our bigger picture a few months a go and now I really hope that with you Cassey we can get back on track. Love ya
First person to pop into my mind, my super STRONG sister, Lucy. My best friend, my inspiration, the person to always boost my confidence and always push me and everyone in her life to be the best versions of ourselves! Her drive and dedication is something I have always admired, if she puts her mind to it, well she does it! Lucy is the person who introduced me to you, Cassey. Even miles apart from one another she messages me with the latest workouts she has tried and loved, to keep me motivated to stay healthy, be happy and pay the love and positivity forward! She Would love PIIT28, but most importantly, I know she is THE Strongest and motivatational partner for me to love it too! 🙏🏻💪🏻👊🏻
I do have a strong woman in my life. She is the strongest lady I’ve ever met, *drum roll* my mum. My mum is the strongest lady in this world as when having me in her belly she gave up her job as I wasn’t growing. Over these years she had pain in knees, it wasn’t until last year when we found out that both of her knee’s cartilage was less then 1 mm. In November 2016 she had a total knee replacement surgery on her left leg, recovering to 200% better than she was originally. Now, last week friday she had to fo under surgery on her right leg for the same reason. We were bummed about Mother’s Day in the hospital. But, her God-sent doctor said she was good to go home two days earlier leaving on mothers day.If I do win I’d love to get her this prize pack to help strengthen her body to what she used to be when she was at her best. Giving her more mobility in her legs too xox
I would like to give this prize to my sister. She recently became a mother and has since been having difficulty to lose the weight she had gained during her pregnancy. She has always been a fit person. But with the economy taking a hit she had to back to work. Working and taking care of a baby and household chores leaves her tired and stressed and she has been struggling with making time to workout. I would like to help her to get on track by giving this to her. She is a very strong woman that is how our mom has taught us to be. Both her and my mother are my role models no. we are a family of just women (apart from my sister’s child she gave birth to an itty bitty baby boy) and I have regrets that it is that way. Happy mothers day to my mom and my sister and all other lovely mothers out there <3
I’d give the prize pack to my friend Tracy. She’s is a mom of two and her husband works long hours and at times days on end away from home while she holds down the fort. She is the one who encourages me to get out and just do things with my kids and her. She is always so positive and helpful and I don’t think I’ve ever heard her once complain about not getting a break…she inspires me to want to be more like her. Tracy you deserve this more than any mama I know, you always put everyone else first, I think it’s your turn 💜
The strong woman in my life will always be my mother. She has taught me so much, and not just in the math and science category. No, she has taught me so much about how to live the best life. She always tells me to get outside and hike, or do some sort of exercise, and when we do it together it becomes enjoyable! My mother always makes sure we eat our vegetables, and dairy, and all the food groups in moderation. She has been wanting to try out pilates for the longest time, but she hasn’t had the chance. She wanted to try out a class with me, because I am interested in it too. My mom also started watching Superwoman because I asked her to take me to see Lilly on her book tour! XD The prize would be awesome to win, as the PIIT28 would be agreat introduction to pilates, and we can motivate each other to do it. Better together, as they say!
Hi there! I’m Paulina and I’m from Poland. I really want to tell you something about the strongest person that I ever met. And she’s female though 🙂 Of course I mean my dearest mom! She’s like a real mom, you know, this kind who loves children no matter what and could do anything for the family. After everything we went through she managed to built a wonderful family, which includes me, my sister and my mom of course. Her courage inspires me in many ways. Without her I would probably give up blogilates, my education and many other things. She is there for me every time I need it and she’s a reason why I try to be a better version of myself. We always stick together. She tought me how to be strong, how to deal with everything and how to truly live which I was afraid of. I couldn’t live without her. Love you mom.
However, she doesn’t do any sport because of her health. So I would give PIIT to the second strongest person, who I also look up to, my sister.
Forgive for all mistakes and thank you for reading. Glad I could share it with you 🙂
Hi Cassey!
If I win this giveaway, I’d give the pack to my best friend Cathy and I think she deserves it because she deserves a *second chance to feel beautiful and live her life the way she wants and feel good about it.*
We’ve been friends for a really long time and she is the sweetest and most hardworking person I know. In general, she’s a really happy person and has a positive attitude on life but for the past couple of years it has been a real struggle for her because of her weight. At one point, she strained herself for days by exercising like crazy and eating very small proportions. In the end, it didn’t work and it really disappointed her. Her weights been affecting her so much that she doesn’t like going outside anymore because she’s insecure of her body and doesn’t like taking pictures with the fear of looking at herself later. She’s a beautiful person, she really is, and she deserves to know that but she just can’t get herself to believe it.
Cathy came across your PIIT28 program and decided to give her weight one last chance and was eager to join. Unfortunetely, she was on a budget and she couldn’t afford it. Thereafter, she gave up and concluded that losing weight just wasn’t for her and she’d have to face the fact that she wouldn’t get the achieve her dream body. Despite that, she strives to stay happy and continue smiling. She’s a really lovely person and i hate it that she has to feel so ashamed of carrying herself and her body with pride.
Cathy’s bday is coming up real soon and I’m sure there’s nothing she wants more than to get the PIIT28 program and a few workout clothes for herself to feel motivated. It would be another shot for her and it’s the least I could do for her.
Anyways, thank you so much for this amazing opportunity! I appreciate it❤️
I would love to gift this to my mother. For a long time, she has been insecure about her weight and her extra fat and tried blogilates at home by following your calendars to trim down her waistline. A huge portion of weight and figure has to do with nutrition, and it’s sometimes hard for our family to make regular trips to the grocery and buy the wholesome and healthy foods because of how much she has to work. This would be great for my mother to reach an even healthier lifestyle and for me to follow along and get back to regularly exercising now that school is over! I’m sure I speak on behalf of both of us when I thank you for all of the free content you provide for your fans.
I would totally give the prize to my mother, because she deserves it. I feel like she is the strongest woman I’ve ever met. She raised me and my sister alone and she never showed us that she was having financial problems. She treated us right, and she made sure that we can try out amazing things. She also is a psychologist and took care of other people’s mental heals, and that’s something I always admired, because I feel like you really gotta be strong to be able to handel with other’s problems while you’re handling yous too. In the past few months she gained a little weight and she feels bad about it, so I want to help her get everything right. I think that sometimes strong people need motivation as well. 🙂
My mother. I don’t know where to start when I’m talking about her. My mother always taught me to be an independent woman. As in the song: “when the time is tough, the tough keep going.” The most valuable lesson in my life. She is a very stubborn woman. How many times did we have discussions? I wouldn’t want to miss her. She’s my pilar in my life.
My mum si the strongest woman I ever met in my life. She’s always there for me and my daughter, for my brother and his problem, for my father and his job’s stresses. She’s the rock of the family, never seems to be tired, even if I know she is! She’s doesn’t mind of her stresses or her pain, she puts us before everithing. I tried to change her way of do saying “mum you have to put YOURSELF first, not your family!”, everytime she says YES but I know it isn’t! La mamma italiana lives in this way, not in other! LOVE Y❤️U MUM!!!
Hey Cassey! Who would I give the prize pack to? My mom, of course! I would so share this prize pack with my mom, not because Mother’s Day is around the corner, but because she has been my Cassie Ho workout partner for 8 moths now. We have been loving your workouts and been very diligent in doing them -almost- daily. 🙂 My mom has already lost almost 7kg! Since I am going to the U.S. for college this summer (we are an expat family living in Asia.) and going to be far away from my mom, I wanted her to have this pack to help her stay motivated while I am gone. Plus, my mom’s workout gear is wearing out and I thought the 100 gift card would be a great way to fix this problem. Who wants their mom running and working out naked?! Awkward! Even though my dad poo-poo’s the idea, my mom and I also wanted to try out the 28 day reset. The book would be a great way to try something new and see how we feel! I
would love to be able to give this to her. My mom has helped keep me motivated, not only in fitness and eating healthy, but also in life in general. You talk in your workouts about surrounding yourself with people who inspire you and give you positivity….that’s my mom. Thank you so much for all your hard work in keeping all of us popsters (even the older ones like my mom!) motivated, fit, and inspired…. and giving us great, hard core workouts! We love you!
Wow…. My mom is my best friend, she is my role model, the person i want to be when I grow up…. Haha I’m 28….she is the strongest and most selfless person I know. She only has one lung due to lung cancer, so she can’t do exercise for long periods of time…. Is is able to do short bouts and we have been interested in your program but have been scared to try it since it’s not exactly cheap. We don’t have the extra money lying around since we just bought a home (one side is for my husband, two boys ages 8 and 4, and myself, and the other side is for my mom…. Since one day he won’t be so independent and will need our help, and we will be right by her side until the last day, I love her and owe it all to her). But we both desperately need to lose some weight, her for her lung and breathing easier, myself for my boys so I have more endurance to play with them! Thanks for reading. I wish everyone the best of luck, and everyone deserves to win this!!! Love yall
I want to give this prize with my sister. The last two years has not been the easiest for her. She’s currently in the middle of a divorce with a man that has abused her both mentally and physically throughout their marriage. She finally got the courage to file for divorce and find her true self again. She now has her own business, which she works almost 12 hours a day for 7 days a week. At the same time she has to care for her two daughters who are 6 and 4. Even with her kids and work she still manages to squeeze in some of your workouts before bed. She wants to be healthy and fit to keep herself confident and motivated. It amazes me how she manages to do so much within 24 hours. I can not possibly do what she does because just watching her do chores makes me tired. Even if I don’t win this contest I just wanted to say that my sister is a great mom. She never puts herself before her kids or family members.
My mom, because she’s always been there for me when others have left, she’s stuck by me and taken care of me before herself. She is my hero and words can’t express how much she means to me.
Hi Cassey!!! This is my first time ever entering a contest like this, but I absolutely love what you do and pop pilates! And felt why not give it a try and enter :). The strongest woman in my life is my mother, and she is the person I would give this too. Both My mom and I have struggled with weight for the past few years. My mom had a few health issues when I was younger and would always faint and end up in the hospital. There was a point when the doctor looked at my sister and I and said your mother is strong, her blood levels are so low she shouldnt even be walking right now. For all I know my mom is such a fighter, she is the rock that holds us together since my grandma passed. She works so hard, and I know she has been wanting to get back in a healthy habit, but has been finding it difficult lately. She isnt a huge fan of the gym, and this would be great because she can do it in the comfort of our home.
Unfortunately I went away for college and I can’t always be on track of making sure she is eating right because I know she hasnt been. But with this its something that we can both do even though I am away we could hold each other accountable. And i know on top of it all this would also be a bonding moment for my mom and my sister that still lives at home. Winning this could be an entire family bonding moment, which I tink we all need. It would be great because on top of doing it together we are working on ourselves together. Making sure we are healthy :). I absolutely love blogilates and the message you send about body postivity, because of you I have learned to love my body for what it is. I really do hope I can share this with my family 😀
I know a lot of people are saying the woman that inspired them most is there mom and i don’t want to sound like a cliche but I too am incredibly inspired by her. My mom got married wen she was 18 Im the oldest and she had me when she was 20. She always dedicated her life to me and my siblings (4 of us) and always put us first she raised us and educated us taught us all to read before we started kindergarden and always made time to plat with us. She cooked every single meal from scratch and taught us the value of nutriton and eating right never once did she serve a meal wothout atleast one veggie and everything we wanted whether it was pizza or burgers she made from scratch never took us out to fast food restaurants or anything no matter how busy her day got. She always had a healthy meal or snack for us, but thats not exactly what inspired me…it was her positie attitude. My dad was very abusive I mean it was bad he always put he down he beat her he treated her horribly and was super strict witb all of us…he never drank or had any vices but any little thing that upset him would through him off and he would always take it out on my mom…nevertheless I never saw them arguing because my mom would always stay quite and not say anythin she would just take a deep breath and try to put up with everything. I always asked her why she didnt scream at him or fight back or do anything she always responded…”no one can make you mad…no one can make you feel bad…no one can hurt you…unless you give them the power to do so” we lived in Mexico and the law doesnt really protect women or help ber much so she couldnt really leave my dad wen we were young and still she always smiled and made us feel incredibly loved and protected regardless of her circumstances. Until we grew older and one day she just got her stuff and told us to grab a backpack and we left my dad never came back…she went back to school and became an elementary school teacher worked two jobs and never got child support from my dad. She still came home to help us with homework and cook everything from scratch kept the house tidy and took us to church all day every saturdays she never once complained neer yelled at us and always educated us by talking to us and showing us the right way to act and behave she believed in us and always made sure we had a good self esteem buthat we dtill staied humble…she raised all of us right in the middle of the worst and most unimaginavle situations she still smiled and said: “everything will be ok..trust God and work hard.” There is not a day that her kind words and incredibly valuable advice doesnt resonate in my head. I can truly say that my mom is my biggest inspiration because no matter what life threw her way she always faced life with a smile and the vest possible attitude.
I would also like to nominate my best friend Melissa. She has always been there for me and I could not ask for a better friend. Since I’ve moved we haven’t been able to see each other but I can always count on her when I go back to Texas. I’ve never met anyone I can rely on more. Right now she has been working full time and going back to her home town to take care of her brother with a chronic disease. She has never complained or found this to be a burden, she is a true beacon of devotion. Her health has always been important to her and I know she would love Blogilates. Cassey has reminded me of Melissa and I think that’s why I love this program so much, because I feel like I’m being motivated by my best friend. Her brother has taken a turn for the better and I want her to be able to take care of her self now. I know she would live this gift and I would love to do it with her.
Hi, Casey!
I would share this prize pack with my mother, the strongest woman I have in my life.
She suffered from two consecutive miscarriages the past couple of years, and she still managed to stay strong. She never showed us that she felt depressed or was in pain about the loss, but behind closed doors, we knew how terribly she felt. She was – and still is – very insecure about the weight that she has put on since the miscarriages. She tells us, “be happy because you don’t know what fat is until you’ve given birth.” She tries constantly to lose weight by cutting down the food she eats or by exercising to no avail, but she never lets us know how insecure she is about her self image.
She’s the strongest woman I know because, despite her lack of confidence in her body, she still manages to put on a smile and take care of us first before herself. She would never spend a dime on gym memberships or workout classes because she says she could “put the money into good use for our future.”
I want my mom to see the strong and beautiful person that we all know she is by giving her an opportunity to take care of herself and her body and to be proud of the body that has taken care of and loved wholeheartedly a family of five!
My mom deserves all the good things in life. She is definitely the strongest woman I’ve seen in my life and I want to win this giveaway for her because I wish to stay fit and healthy together with her.
Sometimes I wonder how great mom’s love can be. How far can they go for their children? Words can never be used to describe how much I appreciate her to be my mum in this life. Especially after suffering from life-threatening illness – the deadliest cancer, I’m just very thankful to God because she’s my mum.
I’ll never forget those times when I couldn’t help myself to take a shower for one week plus, she was there with me using a towel to clean my body every day; when I reached a point where I couldn’t go to the toilet myself, she accompanied me just because she scared I’ll faint in the toilet; when she never experienced helping anyone to do the injection, she braved herself to inject the medicine for me even when she was so scared of the needles and started shivering. And those times when I was in pain, having those sleepless nights because of the gastric pain, body ache and headache, suffering bad cough and feeling breathless, she stayed up every night just to make sure I’m alright. When I’m getting well and fatter, she’s getting skinner and skinner.
I feel very bad, really bad. Because of me, she has to suffer all these. At the same time, she still has to bear with my very bad temper. When I was sad because she has to spend so much money on me, she will always say, “What’s the point of saving so much money? As long as you can get well, it’s worth all my money.” Whenever I saw the bill, it just killed me but she never grumbled about it. I’m thinking, it must be very terrible to hear that when you’re trying to get well.
If it wasn’t because of her, I think I couldn’t make it this far and am still alive now typing this to enter this giveaway. If possible, I still want to be her daughter in next life. But I hope I can be a healthy one so that she doesn’t need to suffer so much for me. I love you, mom! Happy Mother’s Day! <3 🙂
My mother would have to be the strongest person I know. She picks everyone up when they’re down, she strives to be the best version of herself, while being kind to everyone she meets. She has become the person I look up to.
I have so many moms that I love and admire, I wouldn’t know where to begin. If I won this I would share it with my best friend. She recently became a mom and although she is young, she has completely blown me away with how she has embraced motherhood and has done everything in her power to be the best mom she can be for her little man. On top of the fact that I feel encouraged to be a mom someday by how she is a good example, she has also become my workout buddy in the last months. Together we strive to better ourselves and when one is feeling down the other will pick you up. We currently workout at home together so any of the PIIT programs would be amazing to have and work with together. Win or lose I will always take an opportunity to talk about my best friend and the great mom that she is. 💕
My mother is the strong woman in my life. Growing up, I watched her deal with problems and challenges with grace and good sense. The issues she has faced in her lifetime are more than I want to share in this very public blog but her most recent struggles started in 2009. After going to the doctor for literally years inquiring about a pain between her shoulders and shortness of breath especially when exerting herself and after she ate, she was turned away with little to no support or answers. Finally, a new doctor had a haunch. Mom was asked to take a stress test and in the middle of the test, the nurse ran in and told her to stop immediately and get off the treadmill. The doctor explained to her that she needed emergency surgery to place a stent in her heart. Her heart was in bad condition. He wanted to do it that day or the next but my mom and dad own a welding business and wanted (felt like she needed) to arrange for help in the office and prepare. She was floored by the news. She didn’t schedule the surgery until the next week and when they went in to place the stent, they discovered it was impossible and dangerous. In fact, it could have killed her. They came out and told my sister they needed to take her in right away for a double by-pass heart surgery. My sister gave permission and they prepped her. My mom gave my sister her wedding rings and told her that if she doesn’t make it out she wanted her to have them and she loved us all. They prayed together and four hours later, we met with her in the recovery unit. I will never forget the tube running down her throat, the monitors tracking her BP and heart rate, beeping in intervals and recording it all on paper. She was so pale. I saw my mom for the first time as fragile. I realized life is so precious and delicate. It could be taken away within seconds. She opened her eyes and smiled a small, half smile. She recovered nicely after having a blood transfusion. She expressed a couple weeks later how hard it was to look down her chest and see a scar, a reminder of the uncertainty and trauma. Mom spoke to her friends differently than to us, her children. For us, she demonstrated strength, courage, and an over-comer’s attitude. But as I overheard her conversation with a friend she shared how different she felt, how scared she had been and how her emotions were “all over the place”. I cried as I heard her confession. I guess we sometimes see our moms as tough and resilient, almost non-human- superwoman. I wish I could say that was her only health scare. But, in 2012 in the middle of the night, she suffered a stroke. She didn’t even know it happened. She woke up disoriented, made coffee, got ready for work, told my dad she felt weird. She drove in to work but continued to feel strange and when she went to drink her coffee, it spilled out the side of her mouth which was a sure sign something wasn’t right. She called me around 10 am and I couldn’t understand her very well. I had just watched a video about strokes at work and I drove over to the shop and asked her to say her name, raise her arms, etc. She passed some of them but not others so I took her to the hospital. A very long process later, they confirmed she had definitely had a stroke. That diagnosis brought about another surgery to place a stent in her carotid artery which was 70% blocked and the other one was 100% blocked. Her speech and parts of her memory and personality were affected. She went through a couple months of physical, occupational, and speech therapies. Through it all, my mom has clung to Jesus. She has praised God through each and every struggle, fear, and chaotic mess she has faced. She is a Sunday School teacher at church and her very motivation for recovering her speech was to get back to teaching those toddlers about God. I know not everyone believes in God, but I am telling you the truth, He is faithful, He is real and He has held her through this allowing her to return to teaching, running her business, and being a wonderful mother and grandmother, friend and wife. My mom has relied on the Lord to encourage her and fulfill His promises in and through her. He kept her safe, healed her body and brought about good from a desperate and scary situation. I love her faith. Seeing her go through all of this and coming out on the other side of it still worshiping and loving her Savior. She could have blamed God, been angry with Him. But she chose to believe, keep faith, and be thankful instead. I love you, Mom! You are the light to a dark world and your testimony will reach far beyond what you can fathom! God is good!
To others their mothers obviously could mean something else to the them. To me my mom means the World. She motivates me to become a better person and strive. All she does is everything in her power to make sure that I’m always happy. She has my back no matter what. She’s always there fore me. She’s charming, beautiful, smart, and magnificent.
I would give this prize pack to my best friend, Gaosong. She has celebrated my accomplishments with me, as well as encouraged and supported me during the darkest times in my life. Given she did not always agree with my decisions and there were moments in our friendship when we stopped talking, but she never gave up on me. She always believed in me– she would tell me, if there’s anyone who could do it, it’s you.” As a woman of color and a single mother who has so many disadvantages, I often felt discouraged and self-conscious. Gaosong reminded me how capable I am. She is a big cheerleader in my life. I want to show my appreciation to her with the transformation pack. She is a strong woman and feminist. I am extremely fortunate to have a best friend of ten years like her in my life.
Hello its me Linda
Ive been wondering who else i would give the piit28 and i found another strong woman in my life and there aren’t much woman who i look up to!
First it was my moma ( i told her history in another comment) and secondly it is my little sister.
I am doing blogilates for 2 years now and she always laughed at me with her friend when I trained. About my looks. The faces i make and on and on and on. One day decided to prove them what blogilates really is. Tat day they came again into my room and saw me with 2more sets of yoga mats and told them to lie down and do just one video of 3minutes (by the way i love the turbo pilates😍😍😍) as they lay down on the mat they started giggling like stupid and then it begun. And they where both like “aaaah it hurts so much i dont wanna do this anymore” 😅and much more
And i was like “see won’t make fun of people who are working hard to achieve something only because you’regifted with a lean body doesn’t mean ya can do anything you want ma girls”
The next day her friend talked bad about me about how fat and ugly i am how my jeans don’t fit and the fat under my arms jiggle and my sisster was only standing with her and listened carefully to what she said. In this moment firstly i felt betrayed of my own sister but then i knew better. You wanna know why? I tell ya! My sister raised her hand and slapped her in the face she was screaming at her and her ehole squad was like “holy s***” and asked what was so wrong that she slapped her own friend. And then mika told them that the girl she was talking about was her sister infact me. Apparently she hasn’t told any of them that she has an elder sister. The whole squad got against that girl only because mika got up for me.
When she came home i sat in front of the tv eating ice cream. She shut the tv and took the ice cream from me. I protested against this all and she just shushed me. With her hands at the hips she states “we gonna train so get ya lazy a** up” i thought she was joking so i didn’t stand up. She came back dressed in sports ckothes and saw me sitting in front of my mobile phone. She got so angry got my clothes and through them at me. I saw up and she really wanted to train. Since that day she trains with me more than two times a week every time she can she trains with me because thats her way of spending time with me and that for i am greatfull.
So you are asking why would i give her the piit28? I’ll tell you.
Since that moment that girl, my little sister is always comforting and supporting me bo matter what i do and this would be a way to say her thank you so she could remember it clearly.
Happy mother’s day i wish you all from the depths of my 💓 heart!
Lots of Love
Linda😘💕
Another person I would love to give this prize pack to is my best friend Amber. Shes a mom of two and does an amazing job raising them. She works nights and stays up during the days to be with her kids and she works as much overtime as possible to provide them with everything they could want. Not only does she provide for her children but she is my best friend for over 10 years and we have been through everything together and she is just an amazing person.
I would give this prize pack to my Mom because she cares, loves, and supports me in everything that i do. No matter if she knows its right or wrong decision se supports me from beginning to end. When i need someone the most shes alaays there encouraging me and loving me. I honestly could go on forever, so thanks Mom for everything you have done and continue to do.
Let me tell you about my beautiful best friend. You could say life has tried to bring her down but she always fights back. Her tenacity always amazes me and she has exemplified it through her current health journey (she doesn’t even call it a weight loss journey). I would really love to give her this gift to show her that I’m here cheering for her!
Strong women in my life seems hard to come by, as I’ve spent the last 10 years in the military and have not met very many that stand out. Of course in my mind my mother is the strongest women I know, but that’s not who I am going to share with you, who I think needs to be showered with health, fitness and fashion. She is our niece and she is one amazing women. She strives for greatness and pushes her way to the top like a blossoming flower. She I a single mother and like me has struggled with this new post baby body, our child has left us. She has faced diversity and fought back. She did what she had to, waking up early to get her daughter ready to commute to school to get an education to be a nurse. Always sacrificing so she could be better. Better for herself, better for her daughter, and better to make her parents proud. I know I am proud of her and want to show her that it’s her turn. That she can give back to herself and do something for her body. This way her body can be as strong as her mind and will. I know she will use this gift for something amazing and positive and it’s just what she needs to see what we all see. She is an amazing determined person, and she can do it all.
I would give this prize back to my older sister. She has always looked out for me and actually almost all of my exercise clothes are from her, she helped me out with things that I couldn’t really afford. So she would definitely be shocked if I ended up giving her clothes instead! I know my sister balances her kids and work life but, also tries her best to fit exercise in too. PIIT would be perfect for her to do with her limited time and I would join her too since I think suffering through PIIT would give us something else to bond over.
Hi Cassey! Isabel here from California. The strongest woman in my life is of course my Mom! She’s the best at everything. She is my hero! She started working at the age of 12 to help her younger brothers and sisters to go to school because my grandma passed away that early. Now she’s helping me and my older sister with our children while we work. On top of that she also works. Her day starts at 5 am to 1:30 pm. Come home to watch our kids until we get off work. She is truly amazing and I can not thank her enough. Happy Mother’s Day to all mother’s out there but most importanly Happy Mother’s day Mom! I love you!
Hi Cassey! My mother deserves this prize pack because she is the most hardworking, kind, and compassionate person I’ve ever known. She has always made me and my siblings a priority, and she has never given up on us because she loves us so much. When our family faced financial difficulties, she worked past the point of exhaustion because she wanted to provide for us. Even when she got cancer, she hoped to get better so badly because she wanted to make sure that she could still take care of us for a very long time. I really admire her for that. She is my rock, and she has taught me to be the strong person that I am today. She is also one of the main reasons why I’ve been successful in my fitness journey. She taught me to become more active and love vegetables (I absolutely HATED them as a kid but now I even crave them!). Because of her constant support, I lost 40 pounds and am now at a healthy weight.
I want her to stay healthy as she ages because the world is so much better with her warm smile and presence. This is why I always encourage her to do Blogilates videos with me! Although we both have busy schedules, we always make time for these videos. Your YouTube channel taught us both to look forward working out and love our bodies for what they look like. We have so much fun while doing these videos that we have developed a more positive outlook on life. They even helped her deal with her long-term depression, which resulted from her abusive parents.
I believe this prize pack would really make her happy, and it would strengthen our mother-daughter bond. On top of that, those really cute POPFLEX workout clothes would motivate her to stick to her fitness goals even more! You inspire us to keep going, Cassey. Thank you for such a great giveaway, and happy Mother’s Day to your mom as well! <3
My mom is mean world to me she has done evrything for me whatever or whenever i needed she fought with my father to get me what i needed. I cant describe her in words bt she is my lifeline. She is a gift for me from god and im glad to have her in my life.
If I win, I would love to give it to my mom. My mother is a strong woman, but right now, she’s undergoing self-doubt but I want to encourage her by joining me everyday with our goal to fitness. She’s unemployed right now but about to work overseas and with that, I will be seeing her less than often. This mother’s day, I hope I can give her a unique present not just for the present, but a long term gift for her. I think this can be a good opportunity for her to reaffirm and discover her new strength while rebuilding her self-confidence and at the same time for us to bond everyday, creating more memories as we both get better and stronger.
The strong woman I would share this prize with is someone who I see the strength in even though I don’t think she can see it in herself. She has stuggled most of her life with depression, anxiety, and fear of what others think of her. She sees these weeknesses in herself, but I can see her potential! She’s a mother who loves her children dearly! She works hard and strives to be all who she feels like the world is calling her to be. I really want to encourage her and help her realize that she is so much more than the weeknesses she can see in herself. She is unique, beautiful, and has so much to offer. I would love to see her stop comparing with others and feel confident in who she is! I believe that health and exercise can help so much in opening our eyes and seeing the whole world differently. But I do believe it takes more than this, but I would love to come beside her, help her with this gift of health, and also continue to support and encourage her. Thanks for the opportunity!
Hey Cassey! I’d give the prize pack to my mother if I won. She’s been such an inspiration in my life, and giving her the prize pack is just something I could do to tell her how much
