Cassey’s Adventures in London + POP Pilates Meetup Info
Been filming around the city these past few days and I am poooooped. It was so cool running into some of you while being out and about. That always makes my day when you come over and say hey 🙂 Let me take you through a photostory of what I’ve been doing since, well, the last photostory! Let’s go!
I went to go to Women’s Team Gymnastics on Tues! This was the finals where we saw Team USA win gold! Woohoooo!!!! That was so cool to see in real life. I cannot believe the strength, beauty, and power of the human body. It is remarkable!
This is me outside of the North Greenwich arena where Gymnastics was being held. I love that the guard person smiled for this pic too.
On Wed I filmed a FOOD Bites video with my friend Anna from Proteinpow.com.
We made blueberry protein muffins! YUMLICIOUS. Can’t wait to get you the recipe. We even made vegan variations.
Today, Thursday, I was filming the “Your Royal Hotness” workout in front of Buckingham Palace and ran into some POPsters! It’s always THE BEST getting to meet you guys in person. Your smiles make my day! I think the Sunday Meetup is gonna be SO MUCH FUN. I’ll talk more deets at the end of the post. Oh btw, my outfit is weird yes. But once you see the vid you will understand. Like my fascinator? I’ll be wearing it for ALL LONDON workouts. I paid 20 pounds for it. So I’m def gonna be wearing it everywhere to amortize…LOL.

And then after a full week of filming, editing, not sleeping, writing, blogging, vlogging, I decided to treat myself and FINALLY dye my hair the color I’ve always wanted it. Beach Barbie Blonde. What do you think? I’m going for that Tokyo POP singer look.
POP PILATES IN THE PARK PICNIC & MEETUP!!!!!!
Where: Regent’s Park – meet at the Regent’s Park Tube Station above ground
Time: Sunday August 5th, 12pm
Activity: 1 hour class + eating lunch and hangin’ out with each other afterwards
What to bring: mat/towel/something to lay on top of grass
Food: Bring some healthy snacks so we can munch on our mats
If it rains? We will figure it out. I’m looking at venues tomorrow to see if a Plan B can be put in place…
