    For me, health is my wealth. It’s my key to success. I really eat a lot of healthy foods. I do exercise a lot. I feel so active when I am healthy.

    i always wonder this, will my butt get bigger if i do the squat cause some say yes and some say depends or no or whatsover but does it get bigger? cause i dont want my butt get bigger cause my body is kinda small and i dont want big butt with small body.

    Hi Cassey…lots of love to u n thank u so much for all new effort u do every time….i was totally out of my routine because I had some guest at my home n its actually more than 10 days. ..i was so upset…That i was not doing my workout daily nor eating a healthy diet!!!

    Hi Cassey!

    First of all, thanks so much for being so inspiring, you have helped me see clean eating as fun and easy, so the opposite of boring diets!!

    Second, I had a question about the slim thighs video, or rather I’m actually looking into thickening my thighs and lower body. I have always had really slim legs and I want to gain as much muscle as I can both in my glutes and thighs, any tips on how I can do this but at the same time create flat abs? I would really appreciate your help! I hope you reply!!

      You could use a mix of Cassey’s workouts and xhit there workouts are super hard core….i die….

    I love your workout’s and I am 8 years old so my mom tell me that I should stop but I love fealing the burn when I do your workout’s and that’s why I still do your workout’s. When do you post new workout’s?

      My god, you are too young. If you want to do some of Cassey’s workouts try the beginner. You will really hurt and damage yourself. Please wait until your a bit older. I made the mistake when I was your age. ad I clearly regret it.Please use some of Cassey’s low intensity workouts. And remember to listen to your mother please. i’m 13 and when I don’t listen to my mother I highly regret it. Listen to your mother, as she knows whats best you her young child. Your in Grade 3 and I’m in grade 8 (5 years difference) please I beg you, do some children’s yoga. It will really keep you safe. Good luck Darling. 😀

    I started following Blogilates in late February. I run track at my college so I am always hesitant to follow other workouts because I don’t want to be too sore and tired to finish my track workouts. I have a bad back and lifting weights makes it hard to walk so I’ve been having a lot of trouble keeping my body fat down. But thanks to you Cassey I’m not too sore or tired and I am getting so much stronger! I have lost 2% body fat and that is huge for me! Because I have been stagnant for a while. Thanks for burning my legs and thighs!!! (and everything else!!) <3 Blogilates

    I’m a newbie…so when i look at the amounts per activity…are they sets? If so, of how many per set?

      Hey, I hope I understand what you’re asking. You literally just follow the video as Cassey does the moves. You don’t have to worry about counts/sets/reps/ext. unless you;re adding to the workout. 🙂

    Hey Cassey, I’ve had a gnarly cold for the last few days and I have been trying to rest and not work out so I can recover but I can’t just sit still for more than a few days. What are some work outs I could do when I’m getting over a cold or being sick that won’t be too strenuous?

      Hey, i had a cold a couple of weeks ago. After a few days rest, I felt okay and started to workout again only I did the beginner versions of all the moves. That wasn’t strenuous and was a good way to get back into my routine, I was just careful to listen to what my body was telling me and stopped early somethings when i was getting to tired. If you just take it slowly for a little while, take breaks, and drink plenty water, working out shouldn’t be to bad with a mild cold. Good luck! 🙂

    Thanks for a workout that has simple, but effective moves. I have muscular dystrophy so many moves are difficult for me, but this workout I can do all of which is great!

    Hi Cassey- I love your thigh slimming challenge BUT- i broke my left ankle a few weeks ago! My Dr.s have given me the OK to do any non-weight bearing (non standing) exercises. Is there a way I can adapt these standing thigh slimming moves to supine position? any suggestions? Normally I bike 50-80miles a week and im doing allI can to try to stay in shape while I recover.
    I love your workouts- and your fabulous attitude keeps me motivated!

    Losing weight is freaking hard as can be, especially with so much information out there on the right way or wrong way to lose fat. Foods we can’t eat, exercises we gotta do, it’s enough to drive somebody crazy.

    It ain’t just about eating less and moving more or counting calories and weighing all your food. Sure, that stuff works for a little bit but it only gets you so far and then once you stop that diet you just gain it all back (and usually extra weight!). My wife and I lost right around 115 pounds (between the 2 of us) in just under 3 months ( and it’s all about a life change. Starving yourself, doing cardio till you drop and popping diet pills don’t work and it never will.

  27. Great moves Cassie! I definitely agree that these type of moves keep your legs long and lean, because they hit the sides as well instead of just butt and glutes. When I only focus on butt and glutes, I definitely notice bulkier size. Happy Monday!
