As one of our POPsters said on YouTube…Directioners are going to be the best lookin’ fan base thanks to these vids and my slight obsession with One Direction songs 🙂
Now question…for the next challenge video I am TRULY contemplating whether or not I should use a Beebz song. I never thought the day would come, but I know a bunch of you are Beliebers!!! There was actually a pretty good war going on on my Instagram about whether or not I should do it, so can you once and for all tell me in the comments below if you’re a yes or no for Justin Bieber?

Hey Cassey!!! Loved this workout! I can’t wait till I’m strong enough to push all the way through and not have to “pause” in the middle. =] I was wondering if you could do a great “stretching” video. I love your workouts and am a huge fan, but I feel so tight because after your workouts, I feel so accomplished to be done that I forget to stretch! An awesome stretch routine with some great music and your amazing upbeat attitude would be wonderful!

I’ve been totally obessed with ab workouts and 1D so this workout is perfect! As for the Biebs, I say go for it. I tend to ‘As Long As You Love Me’ in case that’s useless. I love its upbeat tone, it pushes me to go that extra mile! Thanks so much 🙂
Im not a huge bieber fan but I say go for it! His music has a great beat and it would reach out to a lot of bieber fans out there. There are some songs that you play that I don’t like. So what do I do? Workout. Duh! My vote is all for bieber. If you don’t like it turn the sound down! 😛 also spice girls sounds awesome too!!

Cassey, with teary eyes I thank you so so so much! I used to be really chubby, almost fat, so one day I decided I had to change my lifestyle not only for my looks but for my health. So I started working out to your AMAZING videos and eating healthily, and all my effort finally paid off. I had to buy new clothes because my old ones were so loose! and for the first time in my adult life I looked good! Alright, so I got married and got pregnant and gained a crazy amount of weight. Of course, I did the exact same thing mentioned above and now (my baby is currently 8 months old) my pre-baby body is back!!! I’m your Venezuelan number one fan, and please keep up the good work! Ok, it killed me this work out!! :O I am going to try to do this every day!! Next time maybe something with the hips (or obliques)! Whatever I do my hips are out of proportion. It makes me belly looks bigger. I just want to make them a bit smaller by making them stronger 🙂

I don’t usualls write in capitals but to show you how serious I am: ABSOLUTELY NO BIEBER! I know a lot of Bieber’s fans are here but hey, there’re a lot of us, his haters. And I think everybody can’t be happy about the choice, everybody has different taste in music, for example I’m into dubstep but I know Cassey is POPster and she likes pop and I can handle listening to that because of her and not so horrible songs (like Bieber’s) cause they’re sort of ‘neutral’. So, what I’m tryin to say is: don’t carry it to extremes, Cass and I think everyone is gonna be relatively happy about your choice 🙂

I actually had a question. I find my arms are extremely uncomfortable when I try to pretzel them like that. Is there a different way I could hold them that involves less contorting, but won’t take away from the workout? Thank you! (By the way, I died when I did this video. It was so hardcore!)

Totally agree with Nicole! I don’t really mind either way with the Bieber Challenge idea, but please do a blast from the past! (Or a couple blasts from the past!) A lot of great, upbeat, songs were made more than a couple years ago, and they would be perfect to workout to. Thanks Cassey!

I would prefer not to workout to a Justin Bieber song, but if you do use a Justin song it wouldn’t really bother me either.
You should start doing blast from the past work outs with old songs. Like the Spice Girls! Or….something along those lines.

Hi Cassie! Could you please do a mini-trampoline cardio workout? I think you would have so much fun with it! I have a Bellicon bungee-cord trampoline and it is so springy and you land so soft, it’s good for your joints. I cannot really do HIIT cardio, cause the landing hurts my knees. But i’m just tired of doing the same stuff, like jumping-jacks and running on it. Maybe a more dancy cardio?
