HAPPY MONDAY!!! How are you? New video for you! It’s my “5 Best Muffintop Melting Moves”! Just make sure you pair this workout with cardio and clean eating and you’re golden. It’s always a combination of proper eating and good workouts that’ll help you sculpt the body you want.

I hope you had a lovely weekend. I was in Orange County and got to stop by one of my fave places, Downtown Disney!

I love how magical everything is there. The fireworks. The lights. The people. The shops. The kettle corn. Haha. Kettle corn is one of my weaknesses. I hadn’t had it so long so getting a bag was a must.


I’ve been spending a lot of time drawing and designing a few last pieces for the collection. Did I tell you the name of the line? I don’t remember so I will tell you! It is called BODYPOP. I am so proud of every single piece so far. I’ve tried on each and every sample that has come back and the pieces hug my body so well! It’s comfy, sweat-wicking, super stretchy, super resilient, and ahhhhhh just so cute!!

One of the things that I really needed to get right besides the fabric (which thank goodness after a year, we blended it correctly) was the fit of the bottoms. I’ve probably worn every active brand there ever was in the history of the world and I know the difference between the most minute details that no one would even notice. The 3 things that I look for in the perfect bottom are:

1. How comfortable the waistband is. Does it dig into my hip and give me unnecessary bumps or does it simply outline by silhoutte?

2. Does my butt look cute!?

3. Does my underwear show when I squat!? (Ugh the horror!)

I am so happy to tell you that the BODYPOP pants fall after the most perfect, sexiest place on your hips, it does not dig into your skin, your butt will look bubbly, and you BETTER BET that the pants aren’t see-thru!

OMG. I cannot wait until I can finally launch the line and share with you the pieces!! I’m currently thinking of the most creative way to debut BODYPOP. It needs to be special. Different. Something you’ve never seen before…you’ll see 🙂

    how often should I do this video tutorial per day? Per week?
    Last friday I did the video twice a day and my muscles hurt since monday! 😀 But I’m a beginner! 😉

    I LOVE the reverse crunch twist but am having a TON of pressure in my neck when I do this. Is there something wrong with my form if I’m feeling this way? Maybe some of you other POPsters experienced this today during the workout. and can give me some advice?

    You’re very inspiring and I love all of the workouts you post. Unfortunately I can’t do a majority of them because I have diastasis recti. Being a trainer, is it possible to record a workout to help those work their bodies and core but have diastasis? I had to stop the program to help my diastasis starting yesterday and its amazing how much out of alignment my insides are. I was just starting to love planks and had worked for months to get into certain plank positions for your workouts and now find out I cant do them due to diastasis. Such a disappointment!

    I hope your bobypop workout clothes are going to be affordable that would be nice! Eating clean and being fit is hellaexpensive especially when you live in the middle of nowhere tx! Cant wait though super excited to see what youve been working on!!:)

    You could do some kind of pop pilates cookbook video, featuring the clothes in different pilates positions 😀 I think it would be interesting to watch plus we can see the clothes in their “natural habitat” and thereby see for ourselves how they pass the aqua test and such 🙂

    I really hope that with a combination of clean eating, cardio, pop pilates that I too will see all the results you promise!! With clean eating, are you allowed to have bread? (I eat whole wheat). I’ve recently started cutting out junk foods, and switched to chicken, vegetables, tuna, fruit, oatmeal, and whole wheat bread. I hope I see results soon! The weight has come FLYING back on since I started eating a lot more cookies, waffles, sugary treats, etc, and I really need to get it off lol. Its definitely true that the type of food does matter…its not just about calories. Thanks for your awesome videos!
