This site is great. I currently don’t have internet access at home, or I would be watching these videos. The print-out is just as good – just take this with me to the gym, or my yoga mat to the park and viola! Combine this with a good power walk and stretching and it’s a killer workout <3
I’m surprised this hasn’t gotten more attention! Just by looking at it, I’m really into the variety, and while the workout seems daunting initially, I feel like it hits a lot of different areas all at once–especially as a beginner, there’s no need to feel pressured by multiple videos. But that’s just me :p
