Here’s an example of what I do when I am not at the gym (like on vacay). This an intense cardio/toning workout, so be prepared for a sweat fest! Turn up your fave tunes and blast the fat.
Repeat this circuit 4x. 50 seconds of each move, 10 sec rest. Then 1 min recovery at the end of each set.
GO.
1. High knees
2. Pushups
3. Tuck jumps
4. Tricep dips
5. Burpees (ahh!!!)
6. Pushup to side plank (alternating sides)
7. Surfing (180 degree jump back n forth w/ arms outstretched like a surfer)
8. Elbow pushups or Down-Down-Up-Up’s
9. Mud run
REST 1 MIN. REPEAT.
