I couldn’t do the tweezers at all 🙁 it was majorly hurting my hip on both sides like I couldn’t even lift my bottom leg up at all lol… any modification or alternative similar move?

Can’t side plank. I would appreciate some modifications.

Hey cassey! I have a question. If I’m not able to do the whole range of the movement of the plank, should I go on my knees? or is it better if I do what I can in the normal side plank. I would appreciate your help as that also happens to me with other exercises such as push ups.

Homie I need modifiers for some of these! Good workout but couldn’t do some of the moves 🙁

I love this new series!!!! I have been doing your videos for years, Cassey! But I still find it really hard to do thigh exercises while balanced on my side. I roll all around and flop over and if I am able to still myself I find I’m just popping my hip in and out of its socket in order to do the move. What’s the secret to staying planted on your side?

    1. spacie19 says:

Probably improving your core strength will help you stay in place. Keep at it with some of the other vids that work on abs, obliques and back!

      1. Mantaradio says:

Ooh you’re right, I bet back strength would help tons!

    2. Mabs92 says:

I struggle on that side plank as well!! I cant seem to be able to do it 🙁 and my arms feel it too haha.
