    This is great! I would love to see more of these food charts. The portion size with the calories and the benefits for each food. It helps me to look at the chart and think to myself “Oooo I like that, I want to eat that today!” and knowing it is good for me and just how much a portion is with calories is very helpful. Plus I see other foods I don’t normally eat or haven’t tried and it gives me ideas for when I go to the supermarket.
