    Oh my goodness! I did it! Only because I tweeted yesterday that I was dreading it and then Cassey (or someone at Blogilates?) replied and encouraged me. How could I back out after that, even though I had a bit of a hangover from celebrating our 22nd wedding anniversary last night? Yay – sweaty but proud now!

    Is there a mod or alternative for burpees? My right shoulder is still recovering/building strength from being injured and can’t hang yet. Had to skip this video 🙁

    I thought it would be way worse and I’m surprised because I havent been doing Blogilates for so long and still I was able to do it until the end, of course in a few of them I walked instead of jumping and I did like 7/8 per round but still I’m so motivated right now.
    This is hard but it’s sooo amazing. I used to be afraid of burpees but without the push up I think i’m starting to like them.

    I did it!!!! I remember trying these a year ago and not getting past the third set. I did this after a PIIT28 2.5 Cardio camp workout and three calendar cardio wo! 100 burpees!!! Cassey Ho this is because of you!!! Thank you…. never felt so strong!!!

    So I kinda loved this! Without the pushups burpees aren’t so bad! And this video got me so sweaty in just 15 min. A great vacation workout or for those days when you gotta get it done quick.
