Now I wanted to make this a little more fun. I got a message from a POPster today who said I should have people send me their secrets kinda like PostSecret.com. I remember watching a feature on this on 20/20 like years ago. Basically people send handmade postcards to this one address and it’s all anonymous…and they spill their deepest darkest secrets.
Well I thought…hmmm…why don’t we make this more of an inspirational project…
You know how I tell you that if you want something really bad, just declare it to the universe and it will happen? Well, I’m setting up my PO Box as a place where you can safely send me your dreams. I call it…Dream Mail.
You can keep it anonymous but make it super personal. Tell me what you want and why. Tell the truth. Write it on a pretty handmade post card and send it to me. Then I will announce your dreams on camera to solidify them.
I think this will inspire a lot of us to write things down and be aware of what we want. Remember, you can always paint your own future. It all starts with your declaration to the universe!!

i have really bad back, shoulder, and neck problems. i did one of your april calenday day workout for day 5, and it was good and everything but when i woke up the next morning my back, neck and shoulders hurt extra bad. my neck was especially stiff and i didnt know why, but now as i move around, i can feel that my arms are kind of too, and i feel like its because of the workout. what should i do? i really want to lose weight, but i dont know if pop pilates is good for my back. it really hurts, is this just soreness from the workout? or it both the natural pain and the soreness combined?

I love your workout videos. Thank you so much for taking your time to create helpful and beneficial workout videos on Youtube. Your videos have defintely made me stronger physically and mentally. I really enjoy excercising now because of your fun upbeat attitude and videos. You have motivated me to become a fit and healthy person , and I learned how to push myself even when I am tired. I ran a 5k recently and I noticed a difference in my running because I am able to go harder and faster. I was able to drop 2 minutes off my 5k personal best and I know it is because of your workout videos. I want to again thank you for all that you do and keep of the fantastic work. :D

I was wondering if you might have any specific suggestions — or better yet, routines — for reeling in the abs after multiple pregnancies… I feel the problem is unique to post-partum women, and even though it has been a few years, I am having trouble bouncing back to my formerly quite shapely waistline! I think I would find it hard to eat 5/6 separate meals a day when I’m at school and with going to the gym straight after it. I was wondering if there would be another alternative

I don’t always eat 5/6 meals its normally five. just try not going 3 hours at a time without eating something cos that’s when your metabolism will slow down. try preparing meals to take to school like fruit, nuts, pitta bread, peanut butter. Buy a lunch box with compartments in and it makes it a lot easier! Hope that helps.
random comment (because I can’t send a postcard). I realize I’m reaching out to a total stranger but I thought maybe you can help? I’m a fifteen year old girl and I don’t really like where I am right now. I’m not very confident in myself, I don’t play sports, I’m really shy, and I have pretty low self esteem. I thought maybe if I tried working out, I’d feel better about myself. I realize exercise isn’t all about outward appearance; its about health, but maybe it’s what i need to get a little boost of confidence… Anyways, I don’t really know where to start. I’m 5’0, around 100 pounds, I’m not really concerned about losing weight, just more about toning and being healthy.. and I don’t really know how to eat healthy as well considering i dont really have enough money to buy my own food every week? haha so if you can give me any tips on exercise, food choices, or just about anything, I’d really appreciate it (: Thank you Cassey!

I still have some questions I’d wish to ask you if possible.
1.) Which exercises could you do for your legs when one of your knees hurt? Are the bending down exercises for the legs bad for knees? I have been having pain from time to time after some classes at my gym and I wonder which of your leg exercises you would recommend.
2). I am south American living in Taipei and I was wondering which advice you could give me on nutrition. I am very healthy but here its common to eat outside and they put lots of MSG Monoglutomate into foods…
3.) Could you please make some exercises for lifting up breasts and anti cellulite’s? I love doing all the different videos but I think there is none directly for breasts…

OMG I love you so so so sooooo much. Before i stumbled on this website i thought all the wrong things about working out, nutrition, and an overall healthy lifestyle. I’ve been drinking water so much i swear i pee every 5 minutes.. and I’m pretty sure it’s just water coming out. I noticed how much better i feel by eating right and thinking, no, KNOWING I’m beautiful.
I’m so much more energetic now! The first time I saw one of your vids, i was like, oh no. This girl is WAY too bubbly! But now I smile while I work out. I love to feel that burn, and you made me that way.
You have shown me how beautiful I am. I can’t wait to rock my (coral and teal) bikini this summer, and show off my new body and confidence at the pool and beach. Also, I’m lifeguarding this summer! All those fantabulous boy lifeguards will be fawning over me, all thanks to you!

I have a horrible problem.. My booty is way to big, and i am only young. The rest of my body is pretty skinny, it’s just my bum that sticks out to far and I don’t like the way it looks. I can barely wear any of my favorite clothes because I am that insecure. Some days I just sit in my room crying because I do not have a bikini type of booty! I get made fun of, teased, and it would be my dream to have a small butt that is as nice as yours! Do you have any suggestions, dieting, excerising tips, or any of your videos that will bring down the size of my butt. Thank you so much, it means the world to me! <3

She has this POP PILATES video, its the Miley Cyrus Abs one. It’s pretty easy (besides the push ups) and fun and you should start to see results soon. Also try the Abs All Night workout. Hope I helped! <3 xx

This week I have been recording how much and how long I workout!! I have worked out everyday since last Monday! I wish I could workout for an hour and a half like you Cassey but with seven hours of high school (ugh) its not really possible! But thank you for helping me realize my life goals!! I love you so much! I’ve commented a few other times yesterday too FYI! :)

I have done three videos so far and I am addicted. Today is one year from when I had my first baby girl and though I lost my weight from breast feeding, its time to tone. My friend turned me on to this and I cannot get enough. I have never been so inspired to move….look out universe I shall declare my dream!
