You must try this routine! It is ridic because I wanted to create something that would tone and sculpt your whole body while slimming you down – which is what I am trying to do for my bikini comp. This workout will help you melt fat. And you will love it. Grab a pair of weights and hit it. HIIT IT HARD!!!!!! And don’t say mean things to me at the end. But you probably will.

They are my fave pants ever in terms of fit, feel, and design. And I’ve never owned a top with an X in the front. I feel like it balanced my body shape or at least upper body out very well! I like it a lot! Do you? Plus I like the yellow!
