OH MANNNN. Just shot and loaded a new vid on Blogilates. Perhaps this is one of the hardest ab challenges yet. Well for me at least!!! Those Hollow Rocks – whoa they getcha and they getcha good!!!

I did this one to Owl City and Carly Rae Jepson’s “Good Time” via some POPster suggestions on YouTube. It was between this or “Wings” by Little Mix. “Wings” sounded so dancey that I wanted to do a cardio dance vid to it. But dance doesn’t come to be the way Pilates does, so if I do that, I’d need a little more time.

TRY IT!!!! Let me know how you like it and how many times you can do it!!!

Also, on BlogilatesTV I uploaded a running vlog (I’m literally running) to Tower Bridge and London Bridge. Watch it if you’d like to see how it is to come on a run with me through London! I’m thinking of doing something similar today maybe? We’ll see though bc it’d actually pretty hard to run with an iPhone propped up in front of you the whole time. Well actually, that’s not too bad. The bad part is the editing. SO MANY CLIPS!!!

YouTube is making us do these funny picture challenges and thought I’d share with you guys what we came up with! It has to show something fun, something London, something Olympics-eque. So we thought it was most appropriate to get some pole action on in the Tube.

We also did a pyramid. ONE HANDED. YEAHHHHH!!!!!!!

Can anyone tell me what this looks like?

    The London Dungeon and the Tower of London are 2 completely separate places. They do not re-enact Medieval tortures at the Tower of London! I think a lot of people really get confused about this the way they get confused about London Bridge and Tower Bridge.

    Nice video but your make up looked horrible!!! It’s so unnecessary to have that white shadow outlining the inner corner of your eyes for running. Do what suits your face, not so much the trend.

    I LOVE your running Vlog! I’ve been to London twice now and I absolutely LOVE it there and I am so super jealous that you’re there at quite possibly the BEST TIME EVER for the Olympics. Have tons of fun, and I hope you keep posting awesome things and pics on your blog.

    Hos does you typical workout week shape up? What do you do each day, i.e., weights, parts of body you work out, cardio, types of cardio, etc.? How do you keep from having a mundane workout schedule?

    Looks like you’re seeing a lot while you are out in London but you still take time to post new work-outs, thanks for the dedication!
    One comment- not hating on Abs, I definitely need to work them out, but I feel like you’ve been focusing on that a lot in the last several videos. Can you maybe change it up to arms or back for one of the next ones? It’s not a huge deal, fortunately you have a lot of older videos covering other areas to pick from for variety!!

    Hey Cassey, when you run you do some kind of weights before or after? or is it only cardio ? or maybe you split it ? like running in the morning and weights in the evening ? is it effective to split by the way ?
    BTW London looks amazing, i have to go there !Hopefully next year:)
