Only took one break- during that prayer pulse madness! Day 8 complete
I can’t wait until I’m strong enough to do this without stopping. Great workout to start Week 2!
Day 8 done!
Difficult for week 2! I cant make my elbows touch. I did most, but went back to my weights and kick-backs for the last set.
I really have trouble with my wrists… i have tendinitis so much of the work for week 2 of the begigners calendar it hurts! What can i do? 🙁
If you’re talking about being on all fours, try modifying by balling the fists and putting the flat part of your knuckles and the pad of your thumb on the mat so the wrist can stay straight. You can also bring the elbows to the mat, but that usually makes the position more intense in other ways. I hope this helps!
Day 8 and I could keep up !
This was a toughie, my shoulders were on FIRE. Took a 5 second break, but I know that’s my next goal: NO BREAKS!
“Prayer Pulses” THE NAME BELIES THE TRUTH ABOUT THE PAIN
I am so dead, but this day was by far my favourite of the beginner’s calendar. The morning workout video was amazing, and this one is just what I need to get my poor arms in shape! 😍
HOW DOES THAT HURT SO MUCHHH!!!
First time doing this workout. My arms hurt so badly & I love this so much. Thank you!
Thank you for all the hard work in getting us fit. Love you.
I loved the first move elbows! 😀
anyone else have big boobs and can’t get their elbows together…?
Omg I thought I was the only one. Everytime she’s like “keep them se elbows together” I’m screaming “I can’t!!” 🥴😂😂
And I thought regular prayer pulses were bad…
Yeah finished the calender work out for Monday
Thanks
OMG prayer pulses in a square and then pulsing them up AND THEN holding them!!!!! 🔥🔥🔥
Hurts so good. Thank you, you’re awesome 🙂
I’m getting better at prayer pulses! Now I can hold my elbows together about 95% of the time!
Ouch!! Those prayer pulses get me every time!
Those prayer pulses are killer! Thank goodness for that rest right after!
Great arm workout for those of who can’t or struggle to do push ups because of wrist injuries. So fun too!
What a fun arms workout! I love the music and Cassey’s energy in this one 🙂

I love all your no-weights arm workouts! I’d love to see more, especially with a triceps focus
How often should this be done?

Why don’t you come to Canada(Vancouver) and arrange similar kind of POP Pilates classes?
Added this to the July calendar workout… not sure what I was thinking.. but I LOVED IT
What is the title of the first song used in this video?
Yay, I love arm workouts! Love the twist you added to the prayer pulse.
So fun right!?
