love it! My 15 pound pup was not as cooperative as Sir George though!

  2. idontevenknow says:

I can’t do roll ups. Can someone tell me why?

  3. Malinda says:

Unfortunately, my two pups are about 60-70 pounds each and only let me pick them up in emergencies, and my cat… well she won’t even sit still for pets, lol. I like the hand slap game, though, that’s a great idea.

  4. Hannah says:

I think my Labrador gave up to quickly haha Is there a video for big dogs?

  5. Engelica says:

The was a struggle with my standard sized Doxie! lol I couldn’t do any of the simba moves because it’d hurt her, so I just had her stand on my belly 😀

  6. Yiffniff says:

Hahaha love the outro. This concept is the sweetest, and you can really tell how much Cassey cares about Sir George. Happy to finally see this workout appear on the calendar – it’s one of my favorites and always makes me smile!

  7. Kristy says:

My pets were all about this video! My dog is way too big for me to lift (Great Pyrenees) so I had to use the cat for the standing part, but he was all about the floor exercises, especially the one where you have to tap the ground.

I love this! I have a very pestering shih tzu, and she was so happy that I didn’t chase her away for my workout. She and I had a ball!
If you happen to be considering a series of these, you have 2 supporters here 😉

I have a Pomeranian, Shizu, Silk Terrier named Rolo. He loves to bug me during my workouts. He definitely liked being included this time hahaha

I just did this with my hedgehog, Harriet! She’s only 1.5lbs though haha. She was calmer than usual though and seemed to like being Simba!

      oh my goodness that’s amazing!
      i want a hedgehog !!!

  13. Dana says:

I have a poma-poo too! His name is Wags and he LOVES working out with me! We loved pup-pilates and want more!! <3

  14. Julia says:

Love this. very fun with a 20 lb terrier. my thighs are killing me.

  15. idontevenknow says:

    What breed is the dog?

    1. Mocking_Jay says:

Sir George the Magnificent is a Poma-poo!! Basically hes a Pomeranian mixed with a miniature Poodle.

  16. Sheryl says:

I did this with my 13 lb terrier mix, Jake. He didn’t really enjoy anything where he got lifted, and he got bored during the plank taps, but he seemed happy during the squats and the bridges. 😛

I’m pretty sure my cat is traumatized/hates me after doing this video with him! 😂😹

  18. sheaborton says:

Russian Blue Cat named Hope Kitty. I call her Kitty

  19. MerryMary says:

I had a problem with plank part, my bottle of water didn’t want to come when I was tapping the floor 🙁
